What's NEXT For Palworld? | What We Can Expect! | Future Updates!

hey what's going on guys and welcome back so in today's video I actually wanted to discuss the future of Po World in terms of what we could expect moving forward a little bit of speculation and some general hopes with regards to updates to expect both leading into full access and even further Beyond now that we have the road map we can kind of extrapolate a little bit on some of what was included within it so I think that this will be a fun and engaging topic of discussion and I definitely want to see your thoughts down below when this video ends we will be talking about new islands new Pals the PV P Arena and more so as for the usual make sure to sit back relax and let's dive in okay so the road map had three major sections that were present one was just fixing critical bugs which is expected the next had to do with improving AI for pathing and stuff like that which again expected but the third was more so focus on content that's coming to the game we discussed a lot of this in a previous video going over the road map which I will leave linked below but essentially we can expect PVP servers raid bosses which will be endgame content new pals new islands and new technologies the PVP Arena and more now one thing they did not give us is a timeline so we don't really know when the updates are planned to be coming out or if they're going to be distributed in batches versus slowly over time what I mean by this is temp for example would receive a brand new island every few months and say what you want about the current state of the game after full access this was actually a really fun way for them to do things because it meant that every few months everyone would get excited to dive back in explore the next 10 or so hours of story content find a dozen or more new temptem and stuff like that if power were to do something like that leading up to full launch I could see them having a major update every 2 to 3 months where they bring forth a new slew of Pals some new islands to explore and increase the level cap by like 10 or 15 levels which would also bring forth a bunch of new technologies like various saddles and pal weapons for the new Pals that were introduced and other stuff that you can build this at least would be more exciting than them just releasing a new pal every month in my opinion or just kind of throwing them in wherever since it would give you quite a few reasons to jump back in the game if youve decided to pull out for a little bit this of course would also be supplemented by many updates in between that sort of go over bug fixes and improve various aspects of the game that were already in it I could also see them having themes for each of these updates as well for example they could have like the major PVP update where they could call like the pal world champions update or something like that and within it could come the PVP servers perhaps the PVP arena for Pals which if you don't know will essentially be a place where you can fight against your friends whilst only being able to use your pals while mounted which honestly will be pretty cool uh maybe they could add a few more Pals in that update an island where you can catch the new Pals and stuff like that they could also do the same thing when the raid bosses come out and other stuff as well they could have like these themed updates leading up to full launch on the flip side we could just potentially see minor updates slowly over time or essentially we'd get maybe a new pal every few weeks alongside a couple new technologies here and there and this would also be pretty good for them in terms of keeping player retention as it would constantly bring forth new and exciting features to the game and I don't think either way of doing things is wrong and Only Time Will really tell with regards to how they decide to implement these we know that power world is inspired by Arc and from what I understand Arc did a lot of expansions post launch that would coincide with the first method I discussed but also had minor updates during Early Access that were more like the second method I mentioned so we could honestly end up seeing a mix too now in terms of post-launch updates I feel like Po World should probably do expansions every once in a while obviously we're talking a little bit into the future but once the game is fully out in full access adding entirely new maps new pals new technologies and features and all of that stuff is a no-brainer when it comes to keeping your game alive once everybody can sort of agree that the game is full access it's worth whatever the full access price tag is which to be honest I feel like the $30 they charge now for Early Access is very worth it but once it's in that sort of State I would love to see them continue pushing power world further and further post launch even if these are paid updates because honestly like I could see them adding a lot to the game in such a way that would still be financially beneficial if they're going to do that I could easily see them having separate world maps for the new areas that could simply require like a toggle at the bird statue in order to like teleport between them since the main map looks pretty full already minus that tree island that we can't get to there are also several Pals that we've seen in trailers that haven't made their way into the game yet although we don't really know if they're scrapping these Pals or if they're coming back so there's going to be more Pals nonetheless all in all I think that the future of power world is going to be pretty bright in terms of player count and retention I didn't really mention mods in this video but the amount of replayability and craziness that comes with modifying the game is something that one cannot underestimate and it's no surprise that games like rust Minecraft Arc Etc have as much retention as they do other than that let me know what kind of updates you guys want to
