ah [Music] King Kai's up in the Sookie [Music] hello everybody welcome to take your creative play I am your host Emma and today I'm here with Natasha the lady herself and we are in come on Oh heart are like a bat come on come on oh yeah yeah so we just got to come on OC station after travelling a little bit from Tokyo we caught two trains and now we're in kimono she pretty relatively easy journey and we're here to look at a lot of nature things because it's a little bit out in the countryside there's a lot to look at and there's 13 world heritage spots in the area which is crazy but we're only going to five today yeah just because close together kind of easy so we're gonna be taking a car today but there are other modes of transportation there's buses and taxis and if you want any more information about that and you come here there's an information spot directly across from the station so really easy also this video is in collaboration with kimono city so thank you so much for collaborating with this video we really appreciate it we don't have some fun yeah we get to enjoy a kimono for the first time ever I've never been here before I think not many people know about this place which is great because we want to explore and see what we can actually see here yeah so come on let's go let's go ah [Music] we are at at the sheikah beach which is so beautiful it's got really nice white sand beautiful clear water who's super super nice so actually the Ministry of the Environment in Japan lists the top 100 beaches in Japan and this is one of them we have one of the top I can see why do it yeah it's like they're nice so beautiful the ocean and the water is so blue the sky is so blue today so I like you know everything just looks so it's really nice and actually 30,000 people every year come here to to enjoy it in the summer but the best thing is it's so clean yeah like I don't know about you guys but a lot of other beaches in Japan Oh quite dark and also there's cleaned for the on season but for the off season they're kind of just just left to be so sometimes trash piles up but this place is so clean I guess it just is nice and refreshing because yeah I don't think you could find a beach like this near Tokyo it's impossible at the end of October they also have a competition for stand-up paddleboards so there's a bunch people who come here and you'll see everybody paddleboarding in the water you can do some water spots yeah things like kayaking you could probably do some jet skiing on the waters yeah yeah and they have some like yachts like some guys probably do some fancy stuff there it's super nice I wish we can go swimming but it's kind of cold today I mean good yeah okay here I go what if I did I was going to say the water is so good and so beautiful that it matches a little bit of like the blue specks in Emma's eyes so romantic thank you all right yeah I want to talk about how we got here so it was five hours from Tokyo so two hours to Nagoya and then change and then one train that took three hours to get here seems like a long time it is but it is it is but there's also more to do around this area a lot of people go to is said Ginga it says shrine there's only an extra two hour drive to come on oshi city so people do that quite often so you know if you are looking to come to this place that might seem a little far from Tokyo there's just an extra stop if you're going there's a lot of things to do around here and also like people take the four-hour she can Center Hiroshima all the time so it's not actually that could be pretty normal world or was a bumpy [Music] so right now we're at Hana not uiapp it is the oldest shrine in all of Japan that's pretty old that's pretty impressive seriously I read a lot of strains this is the oldest this train is dedicated to this rock this particular alright the rope right here this giant rock it is one rock and then twice a year in February and October there's a big festival that's held where they attach a rope up there and take it all the way down to the ocean it's 170 meters long and there's also some smaller ropes attached that there that represent the seven gods as the god of trees the ocean and wind and then there's grass and fire then earth and water 0:07 got seven gods also this rock is alongside the beach of a shitty dimmi Hama and it's super nice down there as well so this place is actually pretty popular with locals or like Japanese people because my before I came to Kumano Kodo I actually asked some people like oh what's good what's what's there to see and everyone mentioned this particular shrine so I guess if you haven't seen it yet then it's probably well known enough for you to check it out I mean it was kind of funny before we were like where is it and they're like it's right there okay [Music] so actually right next to the shrine is a Mitchie not a key or a place press it up the pitstop yeah that's the sort of it you know gears if it's a pit stop so they sell lots of omiyage air like souvenirs and snacks so we got ourselves a snack we got quad I my mitarashi dango kadai my is like black rice I guess see soy sweet soy meat a little bit savory so looks really shiny yeah and it's a dark of rice then you would usually get so I've never seen one of these before de Becque you must I do think I don't know what I want to touch okay my touching so nice stone ASMR next to the ocean waves it just doesn't get better than this so this is chickadee Mahama beach it's the most n-no sand so this is a Pebble Beach it's a Pebble Beach yeah so there's a variety of different kinds of beaches here we got the beautiful white sand or the Las Beach and then the pebbles on this one and the pebbles is so nice I can't stop touching them she's so weird that's so perfect it's smooth and beautiful but literally right on all that oh there is chichi oh the roaring the why there is a particular angle that you have to look at it from and be like ah I see that line like them okay okay Magnus okay so it is considered a national natural treasure but you can understand why I mean it's a rock shaped as a lion naturally which is awesome mm-hmm and it's about 25 meters tall which is huge yeah really doesn't look that huge but I think if I stand at the base I'll be like oh that's it then you can tell yeah we're gonna be watching the sunset which is happening a real still unreal so you gotta catch that yeah yeah I think that's all for day one pretty oh I'm going to see more things tomorrow yeah but I think we're gonna get some sleep and eat some fruit and hopefully I'll be able to make it to the hotel but I might not be able to because I just can't stop touching these rocks [Music] ramani morning everybody this morning we've come to oniy Gaja which is it's a rock wall that spends about 1.2 kilometers and from a lookout point you can see the whole of the kimono nada see but it's so beautiful and it's a cave as well yeah I would say I would describe it as a key Hey yeah but if you search on you got your own like Instagram or something you mostly see pictures like beautiful pictures of the starry sky right so I would say that this place is kind of known for its like star gazing star gazing point point yeah you get a nice view of the sky and if it's exactly what we did last night we didn't manage to see a beautiful starry sky even though there were some clouds yeah it was so so beautiful never seen so many stars in my life I got a little bit emo because I was like I am a city girl I've never seen so many stars in the sky you know first time it just feels unreal because it's such a big open space you can see so much of one on one place yeah and the waves looked so big today it's kind of a violent crash yeah yeah so we're gonna walk around here a little bit and then we're gonna go hiking again again we've been hiking a bit together wait we're hiking buddies now you know so I'm excited yeah [Music] by the way this is our spot like where we did our stargazing last night so we set about camera yeah upon the higher level because so you can see more the cave in your picture but just in case you wanted to know we were there [Music] okay so we're hiking we're just about to start the hike we have our hiking sticks that are available at the bottom and we're going to be doing the Kumano Kodo which is a set of ancient pilgrimage hiking routes that crisscross all over the key hansel which is the biggest an intial in Japan but specifically is Matsumoto Colgate Pass which is just a part of Kumano Kodo it's the beginner section but yes because if you were to climb the whole thing it would be like a hundred and eighty kilometers yeah too far yeah but this one is only five colonna's and it will take about two hours so your manager also all of these pilgrimage routes are World Heritage Sites but yeah we're gonna see some stuff along the way so we'll see you guys later yeah come hike here we go [Music] Oh so I've just been hiking up and now we've reached the point of jizz Oh a friend of a point of jizz Oh the point of jizz oh okay this is the jizz Oh point okay so edge is a-- is a kind of guardian deity for children just this quite a few jeez oh it's shrines and everything this guy's a little bit special because what happened to you it's a legend that he was just walking along and some guy saw him and thought I it's a goblin and he got shot this guy got shot in the leg and they still have the scar on the stache let's go see the scar we're gonna go check it out now like a little bullet on his leg poor guy you'll always be reminded of that and everyone would know his tragic story yeah so yeah this is just one of the spots that you can see but we've already seen quite a few of the spots that are on this trail and you've seen them in the video so yeah you can't see them on this trail but we're not gonna venture any further because we've already seen them so we're gonna go for a last last spot already already but the last spot is Mariama say my dad because basically the rice V rice field and based on pictures that we've already seen it's super super pretty I haven't seen the pictures yet so it's a surprise to me all right then back down the Mount I don't want to go down I might want it to roll down on my flight down somehow it's like rivers I was like let's take it like a slide it's a good idea about really dangerous [Music] [Music] made it to the last spot whoo-hoo we actually cycled yeah yeah Oh Mike yeah it was a good journey I think we did a good job but that's gonna be in another video so stay tuned for that right now we're at Maruyama San Maeda which is the rice field so it's actually one of the top 100 most beautiful rice fields in Japan it's a really one rice field this 1340 rice fields in this area so like is that consider one I think so unfortunately right now it's not really the peak of its beauty actually this midoriyama Sen mida is actually really famous for the view when there's a sunset oh yeah like the reflection on the water so in a spring time going into summer it's very green and lush and a relative maybe late a fall kind of yeah yeah usually I do think that this kind of style of rice field is very common in Japan I don't see it super and usually it's just flat so I think this is quite special how it's got the the tiered effect all right well that's it that's our final stop so it's been really fun over here the views were honestly so nice like every pot that we drove by was like picture was yawning seriously Mountain every different tree yeah I took so many pictures and if you're coming to Japan and you really want something that is just super countryside and natural and really local then definitely try out this area super nice so once again it's like five hours from Tokyo but it's really not that fire doesn't feel that far and don't worry they're always bikes buses taxis and driving if you can drive so transportation here is like completely set you're good yeah I thank you guys so much for watching let us know in the comments down below which site that we went to that you think is the best mm-hmm thank you so much biggie Natasha you're very cool okay and we'll see you in the next video and bye you hate me or something no you look like you're at home it's super dark is that okay [Music]
