Michael: Okay guys, so I was just on my computer doing some work. Michael: The boys came and told me that I had to grab the camera because they found something very interesting. Michael: That was not there before. Get a good load of this. Michael: It says treasure hunt. ♫ ♫ (THE BEACH HOUSE THEME ‘WE GOT IT’ BY O/B/A) ♫ ♫ Michael: This is very strange thing, I don't know who put this here, but it was not here last night when I went to bed Michael: I wonder if Mom knows anything about it Michael: Where did she go? Let's go find her fast. Should we just pull it down first? Corbin: How do we get it? Michael: I mean, I'm a pretty tall guy but... Michael: Hey that came off really easy. Michael: Stuck on the other side. Michael: Becca come here check this out. So the boys notice this hanging. Michael: I didn't even see it when I walked down this morning, but the boys saw this thing. It says Michael: It says treasure hunt on it. Becca: Take a look. Becca: There's a cool design on it Michael: Is there space for everybody to see? Are you gonna watch Mama? Okay Corbin: Can I read it? Becca: "Hidden money in plain sight. We have a clue within the light." Michael: Well, there's a light bulb right up here that wasn't there before Michael: There's this light bulb Michael: That's also just right up there. I've never seen that sitting there but hidden money in plain sight, right? Michael: Is that what it says? Hidden money? Michael: Within the light. Is this the light Michael: Got a couple of beds here. You've been doing some room rearranging Michael: Charlie did you find the clue? Charlie: Yeah right there! Michael: Why don't you try opening it Michael: I don't know if that's anything Becca: No there is a clue in there! Becca: Okay, first thing we've learned with shattering things we need a baggie and a cardboard box Michael: It helps contain the explosion of stuff. Becca: How would this unless it's like.. Michael: How did a clue get inside of a light bulb? Michael: I think it just spins Becca: Well I've never twisted a light bulb before. Michael: What do you think about Charlie? Michael: Is that good? Charlie: I love you Dad. Michael: I love you too Charlie. Becca: Hidden money in plain sight we have a clue within the light. Corbin: I got two. Michael: Okay, that is perfect. Becca: Ready? I'm gonna throw it down in here. Michael: Okay, everybody step back. Michael: Step back a little bit. Michael: Right, that's a good idea. Becca: Okay. Everybody watch out. Michael: Stand back. Michael: Can you break it? Michael: That's the dance he makes while waiting for Mom. Hurry up and break this thing. James: All the way down there and we drop that James: Into this it'll shatter. Or we just have to stomp on it outside. Becca: Charlie's dance was worth the wait wasn't it? Michael: That's an indestructible light bulb. What brand is that again? Michael: Usually it just shatters with the greatest of ease. Becca: No, I think it is plastic Becca: So, even if we try to shatter it, it probably wouldn't shatter. James: I think we should do that. Michael: Well, lets just put it back in the plastic bag and stomp on it. Michael: Sure it's plastic? Becca: What if it broke whatever is inside? Becca: What if there's something special inside? James: We have an idea. And it is hammering it. Michael: Everyone back away. Back back back back! Becca: There was a way to get it off. Becca: Nope. Oh wait. Yes. Becca: Okay yes, So I did. it did work. Becca: It's just a dollar bill. Becca: But this might be important so we better keep it. Corbin: Downstairs Corbin: Fireplace. A lighter "BIC" It's all a ruse, it's false. A trick. James: We where upstairs so I think it meant that fireplace Becca: Downstairs fireplace. A lighter "BIC" It's all a ruse, it's false. A trick. Becca: So, Bic is a brand of lighter. So let's go see if we can find a lighter by a fireplace Michael: Okay, guys, this is really really awesome. It's been a long time since I feel like we've done a Michael: Really cool like Michael: Awesome treasure hunt Michael: Especially cause it's like I have no idea where this treasure hunt even came from. So we got a fireplace right here Michael: Becca did you know about this? Michael: Do you know anything about where these clues came from? Because I did not. Becca: I did think there was...it was mysterious Becca: It might be downstairs downstairs. Michael: Let's go look Michael: There's these little holes but I don't see anything down there Michael: Okay, guys, let's go downstairs and check Michael: So do you think that maybe, if there's a lighter it's fake? Michael: Is there a lighter down here? Corbin: Found it! And it's called Bic. Michael: Is that right by the fireplace? Becca: Okay. Hold these things Michael: The bottom just popped off the lighte. Becca: So this plug was made so that this could look completely ike it belongs here for this fireplace, but it doesn't because there's a plug in the bottom. Michael: Okay, so what's inside of it? James: We don't want to break it Becca: I'll burn it out. Michael: Another dollar Michael: Interesting Michael: Does that make any sense to you? Becca: Dr. Pepper can Becca: Unscrew, I think it's it's like a play on words, it can unscrew but it's also a can that unscrews Michael: Well, we don't have any Dr. Pepper in our house Michael: You think you know where it is? Michael: It's right here. Michael: Does it unscrew? It feel like it's got weight Michael: It's not a sloshing sound if there's some weight to it. Michael: Is it unscrewing? Michael: Dang that's a lot of dollars Michael: No, wait, I wonder if it's important to keep track of which dollar came first Michael: Should we like put them in order? Just in case like, what if one dollar.. Michael: What if it matters which was found first and which ones found second? Michael: That was first? Michael: Okay, let's set it somewhere and make sure everybody doesn't touch it. Okay, let's put it right here Michael: Number two, put number two next to it Michael: Okay, and then I got another bundle of dollars, that'll be all number three Michael: One two three four five. Michael: Yeah, it does feel like an actual can. Becca: It's the weight of an actual can but it's because it's got like stuff in there to make it heavy. Michael: So there's a note right? Michael: Okay, I'm gonna read this note Michael: Sneaky sneaky Michael: Okay, "brush your hair. Don't take a nap." Michael: "Another clue just pop the cap." Michael: "Brush your hair. Don't take a nap! Another clue just pop the cap." Corbin: You might be able to pop it off. Michael: Pop a cap. Do you have a brush with a cap or any thing like that? Becca: I don't know. Let's go find out. Michael: Okay, go go go. Go go go find it. Go find it go find it go find it Michael: Okay, brush your hair don't take a nap, I don't know any thing about hair brushes that's your expertise area Becca: I think I really do want to take a nap. Michael: You can't it says don't take a nap Michael: That's not a new brush or anything strange is it? Becca: This is like my brush that I already have,. Michael: Well, there's other places to look for brushes. What if it's in this bathroom Michael: In one of these drawers. Michael: Do these brushes look different? Becca: This is our brush, our brush, our brush. Becca: Okay this has to be it. Becca: Little traces of glue right here. Michael: Glue? Like superglue maybe? Do not take a nap something cap. Michael: The clues over here on the bench. Becca: Brush your hair don't take a nap another clue just pop the cap. Michael: Pop the cap. Michael: Do you want to put the dollars in the next row right here. Becca: There's money on every one of them. Becca: "The laundry room a book that's big in a cupboard. Do you dig?" Michael: The laundry room a book that's big. Michael: Do you know of any big books in the laundry room? Michael: Oh there's more tools over here. James: Let's take this out. Maybe there might be something in here. Michael: This is a big screw. It's not a bolt though. Becca: Empty? James: Yeah Michael: Now what if it's in a cupboard that we don't suspect? Because most of the cupboards appears a little bit like a Michael: I have a feeling this might take a while. So we'll update you guys as soon as we find something ♫ ♫ MUSIC PLAYING ♫ ♫ Becca's Mom: A bolt that's big in a cupboard Michael: The kids have been looking in all the download cupboards. Time to clean up this big mess that you guys made Michael: I'm gonna look at some of the higher cupboards and see if I can find stuff cause we have been looking for a long time. Michael: Still not finding anything yet. Michael: Here, I'm gonna bring this down maybe you can look through this Becca while I keep looking in another cupboard Becca: This has to be it. That's like ridiculously big. James: Unscrew it. Michael: Maybe that is it. That is a bolt Michael: Charlie's doing another dance while he waits for you to open the next clue.. Corbin: You remember in Mr. E when he did that puzzle thing? Becca: It's empty. Okay, let's put it back together so that it's not ruined. Michael: Okay, now you guys have to clean up this huge mess you made digging thru the cupboard. Michael: Okay, you gonna open it up? Becca: "Shaving cream that's thick and rich. The bottom unscrews without a hitch." Becca: I asked you this morning. I just cleaned our room and then I said "Why is the shaving cream out?" Becca: Do you remember me saying that? Michael: I was like, that's not my shaving cream. So I put it in the garbage can. Becca: Did you? Michael: Yeah. It was empty. James: I took out the garbage today. Becca: That's gonna be your job to find that. Michael: We'll have to do some more digging maybe. Michael: The garbage man didn't actually come today did he? Michael: Oh goodness gracious Michael: Hang on. I'm gonna go check in my bathroom just to see if maybe the bathroom garbage upstairs didn't get hauled out yet Michael: But I did throw it away Michael: Because I was like, it's not mine, I don't know anything about it. Michael: So the can is right there. When I put it in the trash can right here. Michael: Here's the trash bag. Michael: It's still in the garbage bag, in our bathroom. Michael: It never got hauled out. Michael: Well, I didn't even realize until just now that that's not a brand that I normally buy either. Michael: I thought you just got dollar store stuff? Michael: So, okay. What I noticed that was the most strange about this can Becca when I saw it in the bathroom was that's not a brand Michael: That I normally buy usually I just get the dollar store kind Michael: So I don't know where that came from and then it was empty too. I was like that's weird because I never even used it. Becca: I wanna try and see if it works. Put out your hand. He was like... Becca: Nope Michael: Definitely not real. Michael: Are we sure it's the bottom that unscrews? Is that what the clue said? Becca: So, this...if something cut pops out like... Michael: A snake? Becca: DNA from a dinosaur. Michael: Probably Michael: That's awesome Becca: Oh there's a lot more in here. Michael: Wads just keep coming. Michael: That all of it? Becca: But this would get thrown away so fast. Becca: "Speed stick deodorant all day fresh squeeze the bottom pole refresh." Michael: Speed stick deodorant Michael: all day fresh Michael: Squeeze the bottom hole refresh Michael: Do we have any speed stick deodorant, or do you have any or know of anybody? Becca: Let's start checking the bathrooms. Becca: Now I know my face is probably Michael: So we're looking for deodorant right? Michael: Where do we look for deodorant? Corbin: I know where some is Michael: How awesome is that? I think we're probably the only family in the world. that would be mid treasure hunt we pause to take a nap Michael: Well, she did. She needed one. That's what you do when you're pregnant, right? Michael: Okay anybody? Michael: Know where to look for deodorant? Is there? Michael: Or do we go back to my bathroom again? Michael: Speed stick! Michael: Is this yours? Michael: You want to pop the top? James: It's just regular Michael: Something about the bottom that pops off. Michael: Okay, James found...well, I found the deodorant but James pop the bottom off there's dollar bills Michael: And there's a clue inside. You want to do the honors dear? Becca: It's getting too late Michael: Okay, we got a lot of dollar bills here. Michael: All piling up Michael: I'm trying to keep them organized, but I don't know if that matters. I honestly have no idea James: Maybe this might be near the end Becca: Okay, here's a special key and I never seen a key like this James: It has two bumps like that. Becca: It's like it looks funny. Michael: That does look really funny. Okay, what's the clue? Becca: "In a wall that's safe and sound." Becca: "Ding-dong twist the screw that's near the ground." Michael: It says ding-dong. Do you think it means the doorbell? Michael: Where's the doorbell? Michael: It's right here. Michael: Oh there's a picture?! I didn't see a picture. Becca: "In a wall that's safe and sound, ding-dong. Twist the screw that's near the ground. Michael: Oh. Well then I'm gonna put this back Michael: Crazy stuff we might Michael: Wait, hang on Michael: Okay guys, now listen Becca be important this important thing to say Michael: What do we need to tell our children before we put this key in there? Becca: Don't ever do this. Michael: Why? Becca: If you stick anything in there, it will zap you. Michael: it will do more than zap you. It would probably kill you. James: What is plugging and messing with a chord and it shocked. Becca: That's right. Michael: So don't do this. Michael: Okay? Michael: Only an adult can...only Mom can do this because it's part of the treasure hunt. Becca: And it looks like it has to be unscrewed to go to this. Michael: Oh, I see what you're saying James: It says to go that way around. Michael: It's not even real. Michael: There's a key. There's a lot of cash, but then there's also some random dollar bills Michael: Okay, what's this next clue babe? Becca: "Pure water perfect taste. In a bottle money laced." Michael: Pure water perfect taste. Michael: In a bottle money laced. Michael: I don't see anything inside of that Michael: In above all money laced. Michael: So I'm gonna keep looking in... Michael: It does say pure water. Michael: Pure water. Perfect taste Michael: Is this it? Michael: I think there's something in there Michael: I think there might be something in there Michael: Booby trap Becca: Most water bottles, like right here. You can kind of squeeze it. Right here, you can squeeze it right here. It's solid as a rock. Michael: No way! Michael: Holy cow Becca: This is now the final clue. Becca: The time is also after two. First thing in the morning I woke up and I thought "That's really strange. There's a clock on the wall." Becca: What if it starts ticking down and there's like a bomb in it? Michael: Well let's go look at the clock. Michael: Come on Charlie. You gotta come too buddy. Michael: Look at all that money. Michael: Final clue guys. This is it. This is the final clue.
