Utopia IV Tour with Loren Ridinger

[Music] [Applause] [Music] hi everybody welcome to utopia for this is our new member of our family we have had an amazing experience with a course utopia 3 and it was time for us to really live out our dreams and so of course we built this 63 meter 207 foot you all see Navi amazing yacht with the top speed of 33 knots which is remarkable it's like an airplane on water we have a special Beach below which which also extends the boat to about 233 foot so it's really remarkable and it's so versatile but the most important thing is it's really a family boat a market America boat or shop.com boat this boat was built with love by the Rasta Navy and and Enrico Gavi and you know we've all spent a tremendous amount of time putting this thing together from the heart and now it's time to share it with you so right now we're gonna start out here on our back deck this is fantastic for the family because the kids can hang out here while they go swimming in the pool which is amazing and everybody can sit here together so everything was really thought through when putting to this boat together for the family and of course for our utopia cruises with our market America family so it's remarkable now I'm gonna take you into the main salon and you can see that this boat is really magnificent it's much wider than utopia we just get a whole nother level of living and enjoyment out of the boat but you can see here it is here's the main salon and it's very functionable with the family bar fantastic areas this is my favorite room on the boat something soothing about the colors of all the monochromatic scheme mixed with the greyish taupe and the beautiful grey stone of course we have incredible TV behind the mirror which is amazing but it's just really an open room and the lighting is what makes this boat so incredibly special if you look everywhere you'll see all the lighting which is just remarkable coming through the top of the boat which is just it's special it really lights up this place and the other cool feature about utopia 4 is that it's a walk around meaning there's a left and a right where you can access the ocean at any point anytime you want to simply by pushing this button [Music] welcome to utopia fours dining room saving 12 which is phenomenal and it's amazing because we've never had anything like that in utopia cerebral we could actually have a formal dinner party so this is really special for all of us and you can see all the custom beautifully built wood blinds I've never seen a method before but somehow or another we got it done and that keeps up the Sun so this is just a phenomenal room with all the beautiful lighting all around it it's just really special so here's the incredible thing from the dining room you can easily access the galley or the kitchen the galley is what we call it on the on a yacht but the kitchen is you simply push this button and it will take you in to the kitchen area which is kind of like a little spaceship [Music] this is the lobbyist you can see our incredible sculptures and then this beautiful sculpture on the staircase which has all the children's names hidden in the sculpture along with shop comm and market America so it's a really custom special piece and all the kids who come on here and find their name as well as our family and of course shop comm is written at the bottom and market America so it's just a really custom my special piece that we really worked on trying to find something special we can put in here to highlight the staircase Jr's favorite room our bedroom the master cabin of course his favorite feature is this incredible deck terrace off of the master bedroom which of course you again simply push a button and the terrace opens so you have some privacy if you want to enjoy the outdoors while you're cruising and sailing in the comfort of your own room which is really phenomenal and of course this is our lounge and so if you want to watch TV there's an incredible TV above that drop down from below from above and you can watch TV at any point while we're cruising over here is Jr's office so we're always working we have a digital office wherever we go so this is his incredible office stacked with all of his favorite books and different things and then of course I'll take you into the main bedroom this is our master bedroom which is really phenomenal and you can see it has an incredible jacuzzi tub which is phenomenal we're really enjoying it it's so spacious and yet still so cozy because all of the colors are so neutral and very warm and friendly so you can see we have his and her bath on the right and the left and of course the jacuzzi is the center of the room along with the platform bed beautiful windows inside and out of course and all which feature of the terrace [Music] [Music] [Music] so we are currently on you took before spreads deck which is amazing because there's plenty of seating for at least 50 people out here and then of course we kind of have incredible dinner parties serving at least 12 a great part so this is kind of our entertainment space this is where we love to hang out where we spend most of our time playing family game hosting events and hosting seminars so this is gonna be remarkable and I'm gonna take you inside now so you can see my favorite room upstairs which is the sky lounge so welcome to the sky lounge this is the family hangout room everybody loves to come up here and this is where we can kind of kick back there's plenty of seating for everybody all of the tables have pools under them that can pull out for additional seating course Tara likes to work in the corner and then the cool feature about this room is that the TV if you look over there and you see that the beautiful windows to see after the ocean we can just hit this button and all of a sudden this amazing TV come sliding out of the wall and I keep wondering where it's coming from but it's there and it's massive so this becomes like the movie theater at night you can kind of see everything and it's really remarkable of course we have my favorite little powder room on the boat this is just adorable now of course this is the place for kids to hang out this is where I hang out as well because for those of us who need to unwind a night my way to online is to work on Legos this is the playroom of the boat which you can see it's just filled with amazing toys and I love it and of course all the Legos you see here I have built them for the children before they arrive welcome to the bridge this is where it all happens out at sea very high-tech high-touch I have no idea how any of it works and I have no desire to but this is where it all happens in the state of the art it's really remarkable [Music] welcome to utopia for sundeck and I love all the Tiffany blue colors up here somebody can sit up here and watch the boat as it sails across the South of France we're sitting in the back and lunch by the Sun we can barbecue with the family and friends it's just a remarkable spot kind of a get away from it all [Music] you
