[Music] hello welcome to modiol days i'm captain nick street and i'm here to show you around this 2012 modiot built by lucy she's 85 meters long she weighs 2732 gross tons and she has a beam of 13.8 meters come on let me show you around the first area i'm going to show you on board moderates is the upper deck aft an extremely large area with beautiful lounge area seating towards the aft and moving forward to a generous size 12-seater table for eating dinner and lunches and moving into the upper that salon is a beautiful mother-of-pearl bar top which is fantastic for pre-dinner cocktails or after dinner before relaxing in a lovely lounge area to either finish off your cocktails or even watch a bit of tv just to finish off the evening before you retire to bed this is the upper deck guest lobby where we have a silver ballast trade leading from the top of the vessel down to the bottom of the vessel off to the forward of the vessel we follow the marble floor from the lobby it takes us past the guest day head for the formal dining area and into the former diary area where we have a 12 persons table which was fantastic for humid weather where we're in areas such as like the indian ocean in the mold eyes the seychelles forward again we go into the piano room and here in the piano room is a fantastic viewing platform for looking forward of the vessel where we can relax play board games and listen to the piano here is the upper deck forward it's an amazing space a 30 metric cube swimming pool with a counter current jet which also is a helipad for a touch and go helicopter with this space we also use it as also a lounge area with a moroccan tent where you can sit relax drink tea have breakfast and enjoy your perfect surroundings [Music] now we're going to move up to the owner's private deck [Music] into the private suite here we have private office which is fantastic for doing conference calls and also allows you out onto a private deck oh and a little secret day head it's a very nice day head beautifully finished with golden wood and now we're moving into the private lobby for the owner where we have double opening doors a beautiful handmade wooden floor with lots and lots of detail and now we're heading into the his and hers private wardrobe where you can get ready for your evening's entertainment and now this is the owner's bathroom where we have a jacuzzi bath twin sinks private shower and private toilet now we're going to move into the master bedroom and the master bedroom is very spacious beautiful silk carpet extremely large super king size bed now the wonderful thing about this master bedroom is that it faces aft which gives you an amazing chance to see beautiful sunrises with double opening doors leading onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or even a glass of champagne after leaving the master suite we're going to head up to the tea room and up to the upper decks okay this is the tea room it's located on the top decks this is a beautiful area for relaxing in the afternoons or even we can have discos up here and here is the top deck forward it's situated in front of the t ring which has a generous size custom mosaic jacuzzi and a beautiful sun bed and a seating area all facing forward for you to enjoy the views and to the after the tea room we have the uh top deck aft which is an area generally used for chilling out relaxing and maybe having a nice little sleep in the afternoon preparing for the evening's entertainment and then from here we move up to the crow's nest and here we have the crow's nest it's the highest point on the vessels for guests it's a lovely viewing area with a lovely large day bed and a fantastic area for looking at the scenery such as the norwegian fjords or when we're just cruising along now we're on the main deck guest lobby moving forward to the four stage rooms but first we will take a quick visit into the beauty salon you can do your hair your nails and you can also have a massage the beauty salon also has its own bathroom with shower that's finished with a mother of pearl okay moving on forward we have a very nice hallway leading on to the four state rooms on the starboard side we have a stateroom finished with gold trim it all this state room also has a bath and shower separate shower [Music] and but this statement has its own design with probably more of a masculine feel to it this steak bloom has a shower this is the starboard forward guest stateroom which is more of a vip due to the size it also has a tv that is lowered in the ceiling [Music] ensuite shower marble flooring and silver finishes okay moving forward to our last guest state room which is the port forward here we have a lovely finished stateroom that also comes with silver finishes beautiful granite tops with an on-street shower bathroom okay that was our four statements now i'm going to show you on the main deck our amazing cinema okay here we have the cinema dolby surround where you can watch the latest movies apple tv relaxing on these large couches enjoying the latest movies we are back in the main deck guest lobby and from here i'm going to take you down to the relaxation area the beach club sauna and the herman okay we're going to take you now into the relaxation area the beach club in here we have a two and a half meter plunge pool set at eight degrees and right over the other side we have a very luxurious jacuzzi surrounded by sandstone on the floor of the beach club area is all handcrafted mosaic tiles further into the area we have a day head and then further down we have an ice bucket shower which is set at four degrees and then further in we have a turkish amman [Music] and then on the way out from the oman we have a very large sauna here is another fantastic addition to the beach club a swim platform that can be used for sunbathing relaxing or even having breakfast here we're now back at the main deck guest lobby and now i'm going to show you a different room located in the main descript the gym a fully equipped techno gym that allows you to look after while you're working out [Music] leading onto the main deck aft which has a beautiful mosaic bar embedded in granite one special thing about this area is is fully enclosed by glass to keep you sheltered from the wind by possibly sunbathing and looking around [Music] here we have the swim platform have a range of toys the latest cbobs seating area hydraulic bathing platform for getting in and out of the water more comfortably and now we go through into the lazarette here we have our tender garage where we have two tenders in at present a nine meter zodiac rip military spec we have three 2019 yamaha jet skis nine meter hinkley tender paddle boards kayaks and all the sports toys you could wish for here we are in the galley the galley is an industrial standard housing many uh much equipment such as pastry makeup area pizza ovens large granite work surfaces for three chefs to work off plus a hot pass for the food to leave for the guests that's exceptional standard the galley is located on the main deck next to the crew mess but also it's close to a guest entrance so the guests can also come in come into the galley and make their own cuisine this is the crew mess it can hold up to 30 crew members for for meal times it also has cctv for security also an engine room monitoring system one thing about this crew mess is actually on the main deck which uh looks after the crew being able for them to be able to see some daylight [Music] here we are on the tank deck the lowest part of the boat and here we have a walk-in fish freezers for the chef's food [Music] here we have the crew lounge which is separate from the crew mess here we have the wine store and further down here we have the dry store that was a storage area forward now we're going to move off towards a bit more management side of the vessel here we have the crew office and then moving towards the heart of the vessel we're going to pass the laundry and then moving on we're going to go into the engine room itself [Music] this is the heart of moderates she's powered by two mtu 4000 engines she has three mtu generators two of which are 350 kilowatt one is four hundred and fifty kilowatt million ace carries two hundred and eight thousand liters of fuel she's able to do a maximum speed of 18 knots and she has a range of 6 000 knots with an economical speed she's able to produce 43 000 liters of fresh water a day and she's able to hold 42 000 liters of fresh water this is all controlled by the engineers control room just here this is the captain's office opposite the captain's cabin forward of them both is the bridge which is finished in a light leather and also has state-of-the-art systems on a board a raytheon full active bridge that control of the mtu engines downstairs and also has a dp positioning system which some sometimes help reduce the amount of times
