all right April 27 2011 this is a intro to a video of a repo we did yesterday which was the 26th as a clean pickup of a 2009 Jeep Wrangler up in a Richy neighborhood and the people went really good returning the vehicle today however didn't go so well I got it dropped off over at the bank and went inside to drop off the key and the customer was there which he wasn't at the repo his wife was and the dude basically followed me out of the banks or the trash talking and I just ignored him at first but he kept following me and I was walking back across street over to my truck and I had my dog with me I was walking her dude just pull him up in another vehicle and actually tried to hit me with his truck and stuff and just took it beyond the point of trash-talking which is part of my job paying people to trash talk all the time and you just got to learn to just deal with it it's not you know I don't take it personal and I know that the guy's a douche bag that doesn't you know really understand what's going on in life you know my angle and I don't understand what's going on in his life a big disconnect there but you know I'm not gonna fistfight with the guy over the whole thing but he's now claiming that we broke the backup camera out of his Jeep which the video that you're about to see will show that the video camera is hanging down underneath the bumper as we back up to it for the first time so in the video you're about to watch you'll see that his cabin was already hanging down his wife busted it out or something previously cooked us getting there I'm not worried about that but we had that the horn police show up to talk to him about you know his threats and stuff that it was a waste of an hour but you got a document stuff like that cause people aren't right when they will actually take the time to jump in their vehicle and chase you down and try to hit you with their car it's that's beyond normal I asked the guy who just came back from the war or something I mean it just he wasn't right and I thought this medication or something but so yeah watch the repo this is it and then also cut in some segments showing what happened with the police after after the fact which was earlier today what the officer said and stuff so alright it is April 26 2011 we're out here on a repossession for a oh nine Jeep Wrangler just go by the address when we did through the vehicle there's a garage down on the side because we were pulling up around the corner we saw a black Jeep coming up the driveway where it is right there in the driveway to make sure that it doesn't pull into that garage he's just sitting there right now so we're going to get the arm ready plate of the car that within the driveway coming back to someone else think he still might be out there so enough I've been going on the door right now she's going in the door and he's following her so we're gonna let them to get up in their house beautiful go by we're going to do this repo quick stuff you ready girl I was looking Jeep that is confirmed our plate no contact Oh figure wheels are turnin spine to cure those looking Jeep like contact with this guy was all perfect timing come prepared checking this address black evenings my truck was dirty oh wait my truck is dirty hold up hearing Richie build a huge big dog [ __ ] in the nerd hidden camera right here kind of expected on a house we do you should contact the finance company tomorrow and then they explained and we came out because the vehicle which they won't be surprised about because they send us the order and then they'll explain to you they'll probably ask you or ask him to come in I just look at on the assignment they don't have any kind of a cosign they have just him on the loan so it's probably just no want talk to him no you're the driver of it and then I fell explain to him what he needs like I don't collect money we're just a company to loosen tables to them dope what happens the payment that's my birthday is there any way that you could just baby get it yeah everything that we do is video an audio recording so those I can't leave the vehicle here I did want to give you a chance that's why I knocked on the doors in case there's anything you need to grab right now like a cell phone charge or anything that you might need immediately we'll just grab a key from you and then you guys can contact them so what picked up yesterday and after I had it unloaded I went inside drop off the key and the customer was there and he came out following me outside of the bank and started talking trash and I just ignored him at first and I talked to him too a little bit after a few seconds to see what his problem was and he just wanted to just spruce you profanities at me and sighs like whatever and my dog was with me I had on her leash and I ended her from the pole and I kept on when I walked in the bank and I was walking cross she came back over to my tow truck and this dude jumps in his though white Dakota which is right here in front of us and comes falling on the parking lot tries hit me twice with the vehicle gets right up on me I don't want revenues and she's like he's gonna freakin hit me or my dog and I had one foot there wasn't a whole lot I could do so I just got away from him and he finding her back to the bank after talking too much a trash talking and I put the dog back of the truck and came back over here and he was just out of the bank and got into the Jeep and he came over here and pulled in this parking lot but I've got a Orin police officer on his way over here I want to talk to this guy about his problem find out what the deal is why the trip until bad I told him I said dude you got repo'd get over it he's like get a real job fat [ __ ] am i fat anyway I get back to the gym if I'm a fat [ __ ] tell you what here that I don't motivate you but we're just staying chill right here here comes an armed cop right now he's right then are holding these cameras and the black Jeep you'd realize there's a camera right here did you when you try to hit me if your vehicle twice yeah you forgot you forgot dumbass this is a camera right here and I'm video not recording everything that's being said okay stop Ellen stop constant from okay what's going on I attend to drop off a refill that we Lisa desk yesterday from this booth that black deep right there walked over here today to drop off the key walking out the bank he follows me out you [ __ ] want you get a real [ __ ] job you fat [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] I ignored him I have a government pension with me on her knees I'm walking down the senior walking back to my truck he comes pulling up and just like pause right here and pulls up behind me was wah wah and I like jumped out of the way and pulled my dog back I'm like what are you doing because I want you get a real job you must know that's the repo this is what he came to the bank in I guess he probably knows that mr. to his name and I might give there's a camera right here I'm recording what you're doing he's like you fat [ __ ] what you get a real job doesn't you turn in the street and take off I walk back to my truck I said oh my dog in the truck and I come back around to the bank and get a license plate of the vehicle his vehicle and it's not there I see the black teeth he comes walking out starts pulling his camera out filming me and stuff like I'm doing something wrong and I was on the phone with your dispatch at that point I never ran the DMV on this roof I don't know I know that kid I brought it here it was a repo from yesterday and I brought it to this location and he came to this location and it's light deep and he has now both of these vehicle here and he's been driving across the street to the parking lot over here I don't every trash talks when he comes near the vehicle like that and almost hit me and my dog that's told you for this there's nothing it's not all their people trash [ __ ] me all the time that's my job but when he gets too difficult over physically threatens me I got to report it right there right and put them up at power box right there and that's the end of that English I was walking down the street doing my own thing I was done and he came over himself and approached me in that vehicle and twice tried to hit me and I've got it on video I can stop beating right now I can go back to the beginning and we can yeah I mean let me pull it up all right so he pulled the video file off the glasses and show it to the officers has got it booted back up here again they're taking my statement in there talking to him right now about what he did and let them know that is kinda messed up you know one thing he pissed the filming trash-talk them and you know trash-talking part I like he will try stopping all the time I don't care you're on a trash talk and get it out of your system you jump in your vehicle you come after me I'm gonna hit my frickin dog while I'm walking down a public street guess what gloves are off gloves were off huh yeah no I sure I'd love to frickin grab the guy and yank him out of the cattle destruct meet the holy living [ __ ] out of them but I'm a business owner I can't do that anymore you do that when I was 19 do a couple nights and kill chickens so much yeah from old school today I got Insurance bonds clients you know I had to call their corporate office explain to him he's in there freaking rantin and Ravin lying to the bank telling them that I'm freaking doing good sat in the other it's like you know you got to protect ourselves and he's not gonna get ready to [ __ ] reason with all the cops is because I got port this guy came at me with a vehicle try hitting me twice almost lay my dog over I'm gonna yanked on your collar man you done right up underneath the front of that truck huh so yeah it's just man I'm yes right now yeah tell you what give me frickin just just oh oh oh my god I can flip this out [ __ ] [ __ ] slapped up [ __ ] out of that oh come at me and my dog sucks I even know where he lives I can't do anything about it with a little million dollar mansion up in the hills he's gotta come down and act like a little [ __ ] baby you graduate from high school pug yeah you graduate from high school so this sweet-talking sweet-talking them guess what still [ __ ] this [ __ ] [ __ ] you your story spew your story crap like I'm dealing with right now it's so much time I mean yeah this is one that I had to freaking I could just walk away and left it alone but you know also did something happens especially can being in their trash talking means to the frickin plants company you know it's a client of mine and this guy's the one that got repo'd and of course they're going to freaking listen to their customers compliance and it's just too much into stuff sometimes what is this one this one's a Twitter forerunner 95 green 4runner although 942 so I think the said that officer did is I think he pointing to Walgreens to CFB to get access to their footage in the rear back here and what happened happened pretty much right for their window there and might have even caught what happened it wasn't a vehicle in their drive-through but smart cop I was thinking it's a good cop to see that and think of that a smart think in the video footage off the back hip it was right in front of that window I talked to them and I talked to Austin other witnesses saw the thing they did they said you were both arguing pretty good oh yes pretty mutual said they didn't think that they just tried to hit you they didn't they didn't perceive that they see them revit twice no other oven okay he was close to you but he they didn't feel like he was distinctly trying to get you okay he was and my big hockey fight but not yanked that dog back she tagged on up underneath the front bumper I don't know if you guys care as much about a dog to go first in bed well I told the lease it would have pulled me to keep you know lost control and kept on the gas and dragged me to you know I was in danger and I were again I wouldn't BS you guys I don't waste it you guys got a lot of good important stuff to be doing this guy is off his fricking rocker that's [ __ ] the cool falling down in a vehicle like that I was waiting to pull some up again or so I thought this guy's just dumb enough people I returned from Iraq or something he's a little off and he get popped right here that's how I stopped the whole time and then we did that rebbe reb I'm like damn based on the witnesses are telling me based on my tell when I got here you're both guilty of disorderly conduct okay okay we are getting back with a message is walking away the reverse camera is broken off now the one in the rear camera his backup camera that's a civil complaint of his own but that was that was like that when I backed up to it I can show that on the footage of the repo perfect so you want to see that's why we record that stuff though he could Jimmy all he wants for everyone be safe out there yeah it's a good that's for much better than that
