anything in the nitrous controls we can set up an onboard data logger but they're not all right at this time the overheating temperature we usually put between 220 and 230 depends on the car the override on the fan always set that third 180 and then maximum speed between 30 and sometimes we'll put it 150 if the car still gets warm rev limiters will set up at 70 300 and will soften up how it comes in secondary table security in a shift light we're not touching it right now the traction control and not touching the TPS so we need to set and read the low throttle and then the high throttle VTech we usually cept the throttle between 40 and 60 percent the speed will set at zero so it activates even if we aren't moving or two-step or other things these ignition comps are usually the one you look at is the intake temperature and you look at around this 140 degrees the -3 that could vary depends on what the engine is doing or what you need it to do idle will set these up with a put everything at a thousand so we up that and then we find where that idle motor is the happiest dear Kampf your compass where we'll put in the ratios of what's in the transmission so that would you dear bass boost or anything else we can get it set up or even want to the timing between certain gears or spots cranking fuel trim with these big injectors we'll need to put some cranking fuel in it so that's where this 20 comes in the Curtin exercises is 750 and these are the dead times according to that so pretty much run through it closed-loop got all that set up whose cut probably good spot for a single cam all right and that's it now we're in the parameters and I will set up tables and timing so we'll get out alive real quick and you can see the talents pretty aggressive for what we're trying to do here so we'll back that down a little bit you can always add some so don't be worried about taking it away and starting on the safer side of things it's always a little bit easier so you copper gasket maker we don't have any stainless ones in stock at this time and the only one we had laying around was the paper style which is also what blue and putting these on usually they lasted I know pull which this lasted Oh Dino cool so we don't reuse these we use the stainless ones that's it if it's the metal corrugated stuff they blow just as fast don't use it this is better than both of those this were stainless that's it done all right I'm putting a little temp in it I'm going to drive it a little bit get temp in the manifold and then retorque those bolts the exhaust sound is gone already founds a million times better there not getting exhaust out of it now I'm just putting heat the manifold and the bolts do what they need to do and then we can tighten them back up again yeah I have to check the bolts so I've got some temp in it we just retards both bolts that hold this down I think we're ready for you to make a pull whenever you are buddy I'm ready all right all right we're make the boost we need to get to [Music] all right so Jamie put a little please controller on there so I got a little boost cut on see if you can't make a little more boost he's got a goal of 180 horsepower so that's what we're shooting for nothing crazy he just wants to drive us around the street I figured it'd be a great opportunity to tune you guys and show you some of the workarounds here so ciarlo fuel map they're high fuel map things are starting to really work out their fuel is looking great we're cruising around 14 6 or about 11:30 on the top [Music] all right there are logger 177 [Music] 192 I get that good first shot okay I get that right first shot perfect I'm gonna put the lock in the fish all those dead five pounds very you'd be able to blast this all day that looks great what do we make 192 whoo no no she's good everything's pretty soft skills you're not like crazy or anything so yeah yeah yeah and I made 300 on it kids the other day I just don't ever recommend it to 30s about where I like to get captain so yep so this will last you forever you know what I mean just cruising at this there's still a boost cut so if it ever goes too high it'll basically pull power from you and you'll go oh man it'll do it itself it won't let you go over nine pounds line burns or comes off the gate or something stick shut you know what I mean so you got some kind of safety to catch you yep so now so it doesn't vibrate around on him there is a set screw right there won't focus on it will set screwed right there put in pretty simple setup basic and effective it's kind of what he was after something soft and simple 7300 breadwinner and it's starting to roll over in power anyway it stands up early enough to where it's a good power band he'll enjoy this a lot upload it save it and we're good to go all we need to check the see that's good and launch control always on graph make sure the speeds working yep we went to 130 miles an hour so now we know the speeds working how did you put these around six plenty six thousand fire a little hot for this setup well maybe look 5300 take this team five thousand that's a little hot on the fuel considering the rods we got putting fuel in there and and that negative time is probably fine I go as high as 35 it's about all I ever go to you otherwise I kind of come down and I move rpms around till I get what I like and then we'll go live I won't test it real quick more cowbell we're only said more cowbell [Music] [Applause] so I get its stock exhaust and it does have a piece of flex yeah yeah that's good well
