there we go beautiful beautiful good oh that's pretty oh man so what do we got here Beauty full fist from bottom in 85 millimeter 460 millimeters stroke 12 to 1 compression stock be 16 ed fat for deceased 3094 what I got for a fuel system all Grande ok 420 fuel pump thousand to see injectors heck yeah so I made 373 on the hill before me yeah you're talking into the road trips right but you got enough in like figuring it out but either I could only thing that sucks is it's a what for red belt five five were in my okay that was a first start on a new engine whoo right here on the dyno ha ha now let's blast some power at it yeah [Music] yeah all right so now you just gotta top off all the fluids right yeah and if we get it where the everything's fine with the oil and the coolant and warms up and I'll do these chargers yep they're all in the 2000 rpms check the level okay with this stupid expensive Luud if it's like a hmm when it comes in a little baggie to you guys if it in the bag so if you want to set that yeah get everything running over a year what's running now whoo excited a degree off forget that we were only about a degree off so fix it [Music] you gotta do for the alright I'm gonna hold it a tooth out I'm ready man all right so for the fluid we got to hold it at 2,000 rpms and Harley will check the fluid level so all right you ready are they [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] we could or need a touch we're good right on we're doing a supercharger the engine the antifreeze we're all straight still gotta put a little heat in it working on that then we'll drive for a bit and we'll check everything a lot of cool [Music] brand-new it old engine and all brand-new engine it all I'll Drive it a little bit do some up and down [Music] check them fuel rail bolts dude and stuff like that everything looks solid the only thing I don't really like is the air filter it kind of moves around on it okay so it might just pull that off yeah yep got you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right all right all right so now it's a new engine so I'm gonna go ahead and let it cool all the way off [Music] [Music] let's just pull that filter off since it's bouncing in and out of there pull the filter off and how secure is the wrap around it is it pretty secure the heat but that alone could be I just don't want that to suck you in accidentally hit a flat head fry yeah okay yeah mine all right so intake boot off just so we don't have any issues with sucking stuff in No yeah let's see it it was already burning it the filter was not connected very good and we didn't want to suck that wrap through either all right so we're gonna put the elbow on just so we're not sucking heat directly off the manifold yeah how's it whining or you two that are not that long I went from a filter that wouldn't it was gonna spin and act weirder - right right off the manifold give me an elbow yeah [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] it's fun super hard man seventy-eight I've complained to Dino sauce the tires [Music] so that's 378 and I feel like we need some sauce on the tires me we made eleven nine point nine cup okay so almost 12 pounds of boost its eleven point eight eleven point nine how much boost did we make before all right figure out thirteen okay okay shake shake shake [Music] solid man I feel really good about it all right [Music] [Music] three that CV text moves out it didn't hit the tire they didn't start rolling on the back it looked like it was rolling on the back now we need to check the couplers because the boosts come out how the couplers look good okay that couplers look good so roll long was this VTEC before do they have okay I had a VTEC enough was it this head same head the only change above okay pins and everything we're good though the last yeah okay would you last you six and eight or something the commander's by the five-eight [Music] [Music] I didn't hear feedback you would ever rolled away at that top ended up so on the solenoid we've got all sorts of oil down here like it's coming out of the top of this solenoid maybe it's dripping all the way down alright so Brent have to take off for a family emergency so I'm gonna take over here basically we found a major leak at the v-tex Illinois so we just replaced the whole VTech solenoid and had a scope to so we put the factory still annoyed with factory bolts clean the screen checked all the whole rings and everything so temperature looks good we'll make horribly [Applause] [Music] [Music] I think it blew through it so I got out of it early I felt like I was losing the clutches but up there look at the log but that's what it felt like three it sounded like the clutch was you're going through it there yeah so we'll let it cool off we'll try it again what clutch is in it ACTH yeah get a twin disk and never look back hi so we had a clutch slip issue the pedal the release was very high on the pedal hardly jumped under there adjusted the pedal hopefully we can keep some engagement on top and make a pull all the way through [Music] [Music] three it sound like it didn't push through the clutch at all there either we made 12 point 2 pounds I went to 83 cuz it felt like we weren't going much of anywhere all right six yeah I move be checked down 100 it looks like I can go a little more even yeah so keep playing with that stuff but if you'll all looks really good time looks really good VTech removed the rev limiter so hopefully find out more yeah [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] 378 and we ain't got no more Pelt no more boost I'm like is she kicked she kicked the bill and that was the one I was gonna go to the moon that was that mood to look about who stood over suit 11 since we were 11 six all right there's where to go to about 12 and then nothing new yeah sheesh read it oh no unfortunately we always have to order some rubber bands the tunes there the tunes good I'm going to hit up API yeah oh really you don't have like ten of those in the trailer then that dancer he can apply himself yeah well guys that went really good adjusting the clutch moving VTEC around it all worked out only problem we still have is the belt it's a small rib system they've already been talking to road treks about getting a kit that actually allows them to run a wider belt so they're gonna get that done they're gonna bring it back we're gonna make sure everything's good see how much power we can get out of it it made the boost that they wanted and they were happy with it they already put a new belt on it and they've been out ripping it around so glad we could help with that like subscribe we'll see you guys tomorrow
