Tier 0 Dragon Waifu | Jinhsi Changes The Meta! (Feat. YuanWu)

hey R my here and welcome to another weing waves video now Pride one has just updated their tier list and we'll go over some of the changes but take a look at who's at the very top of the tier zero DPS category that's right our girl jingi and this comes at no surprise if you saw my CM bro guide you'll be absolutely familiar with her insane damage output look at this 2000 I mean 245,000 damage on this resonance skill because this is pushing Max uh in condens stack at 50 so this is 2,227 plus 400 it for a grand total of 2600% damage I mean it's crazy if you think about it and this is the Mega whale okay we've got a screenshot from a mega will during the exact same thing Max stack and doing almost a million almost a million damage unbelievable character unbelievable character so let's take a look at their ji's build as well as some of the changes in this tier list um but let's actually talk about about the changes because I think these are really really easy to cover um so let's start with that of course jingi at tier zero no doubt about that um but who has been changed in terms of the ranking now yanu has been moved up from tier two or maybe even tier three all the way up to tier one and this is due to the fact that he is a really really good support that you can run with jingi and all he has to do is plot down that rock and that's it that is essentially it plot Down The Rock and you don't even have to use him at all okay it's really really awesome and you basically are running a two person team with Yu as the third that does not need any onfield time a quick swap plot The Rock and get out that's all he's going to do so you can just focus on your two other characters and it's mainly for the energy game uh or to be more specific the incandescent game so that's really good and of course our Rover spectral Rover not to be confused with our tier 0.5 Havoc Rover our Spectre Rover has now been moved down to tier 2 and okay now now the star of the show our Jan she let's take a look at the guide as well as the review from the global side because again I Do cover the CN side and we went over why she is so powerful in that video so from the global end so jingi pros and cons essentially while she is in Airborne she can avoid many types of attacks and she is really really good in the sense that her animation is super super impressive in terms of mechanics I cover it in the other video so if you're not sure what I'm talking about do go check it out the paries the timing and all of that and the non- interrupting combos makes her amazing okay and many of Jeni's uh dashing component will result in bosses and monsters missing you without needed to dodge and of course she can also also be incredibly easy to use and simple to play for amount uh for the amount of damage he does and some of the highest burst and sustained damage in game now this is talking about their multi MERS because we went over right the E4 as we like to call it the fourth version the dragon laser is on a 2667 multiplier at Max stack couple that with your um Dragon your resonance Liberation that's another 1, uh 400 600 something you're doing over 4,000% from just these two alone not to mention if you have resonance uh skill buff from your internal kits as well as your Echo and your weapon so this this is crazy and she has an outro and intro free outro and intro via the Unison era that passive skill so she basically has them all and looking at her downside okay they're saying that her best damage combos require her to perform an intro so I'll go over their rotation from the global end is basically taking advantage of When You intro in with uh jingi you get to skip four basic attacks and you go instantly in into the midair uh combo mode okay so that's the enhanced State and the other downside is that in the Incarnation State uh an air boyi is more prone to taking damage than others and also prefers to be played with coordinated attacks so uh currently somewhat limited but this also means that she has room to grow in the future as new coordinate attackers are released so right now the best in my honest opinion is Yingling uh to go with her so let's take a look at the teammates now they are currently suggesting of course Yu as we talked about it's basically a free swap in Yingling as the second best choice or one of the best choices here cuz she deals insane amounts of DPS and she can actually be on the field versus y Wu you just plot the rock down and get out right and because um there is somewhat of a conflicting typing both being elal you are probably going to be using one of the two now Mort is actually super super strong because of coordinated attack and having at S4 okay S4 he will basically gain additional 7 Seconds of duration for the coordinate attacks bring up to 17 seconds so nearly 100% up time 100% up time for the coordinated attacks for um the uh energy the um incadescent energy game for um jingi which is absolutely insane also S6 20% attack boost is really really good so in my honest opinion if you have S4 or even S6 more do seriously consider that over Yingling if um you don't have Yingling's weapon for example now ver not is the best dedicated supporter again very similar to the CM bro guys as well and they're really just agreeing on the best teams and in terms of rotation because you can get Vera's rotation up really really fast to fill out her forte gauge you will have a free intro with jingi within 5 Seconds 5 to 7 seconds so this is basically the best insta support the dedicated third slot support okay not to be confused with or Mor in the damage slot but the dedicated third slot fa ni so you can see this team number one is what I'm personally running ji yling and Vera and you have the other teams available and looking at the builds and rotations and we'll go over the Echo and what not after but the rotation is slightly different from the cm1 which I've showcased this is going in Via intro so coming via intro which means you skip the first four basic attack and your skill res skill instantly send you into the incantation state um so here you come in with the intro you use your e okay and this is J the dragon Echo and again it's a summon so best in slot Buffs your resonance skill and doesn't interrupt anything you use your ultimate and you use your skill you go into incar uh Incarnation State and then you use your skill which is Cresent Divinity you use four basic attacks and then you use your dragon laser and you outro out because it doesn't matter if this outro you don't have the Forte gauge filled about because the dragon laser gives you every 25 seconds AE intro outro so really really damn good okay so this is basically your rotation now looking at the builds again your best ins slot is the weapon that be the ages of harvest um and comparing to everything else you can see that the five star weapon um the standard five star weapon is very similar to gn's limited one it's because the heavy damage percent is not really helpful to um to change she at all so you're decently well positioned by using the lust ous razor now looking at the S5 broad blade and some of the other choices helos Cleaver about a 15 to 16% damage loss and again those are S5 so at S1 it's looking at a 18 to almost nearly 20% damage loss in comparison but you know what it's fine it's fine um this is comparing to the uh five star Standard Version even more compared to the um uh limited rate up weapon so uh yeah I think person if you have the option to pull for the weapon plus her character do that before you go for the um uh idolon or not don't before you go for the dupe uh the sequence dup because if you take a look at their damage calculation breakdown right this is a 15% buff from S1 to s0 but if you look at the weapon uh if you are going for the weapon over the um lustrous razor it's an 18% if you look at it that way so that's what I would do if I were you now in terms of the echo again we went over this there's only really one choice and it's the best Echo the dragon which is again Lower accurate as well zero on Field Time instant summon of the dragon and buffing that resonance skill damage by 16% for 15 seconds and with a 20 second cool down which means the up time is absolutely insane and she um the uh the dragon also invol uh applies this damage overtime which builds the incandescent of jingi as well so overall it's it's just perfect and of course 4331 is the Builder suggesting either crit rate or crit damage with a 2:1 ratio then spectal attack special attack and attack percentage attack percentage now the only difference for CN here is that they asked um preferably a spectral damage plus attack instead of um the usual spectral plus spectral damage in both three cost uh but these are the breakdown in terms of the echo setup Ellie Ellie and Alli attack and in in terms of the stats you can take a look at here and I'll just show again the sequence all right the sequence calculation which uh you'll see this is at S6 two times the damage of s0 and I guess this is why we have something like this absolutely bunkers in terms of the damage come out and overall I'm very very happy okay I'm personally very very happy if this is where she stands at tier zero because I see a lot of people saying that oh you know what we're going to skip uh let's just go for Chan Le and and I have GN already blah blah blah you know what she is a magistrate that's a okay she is low accurately super super strong and I'm so glad I pull for her and her weapon and now I have to sell a kidney to get Chang Le but Jokes Aside um very happy with how things turned out because I did pull her relatively early while getting a Vera dup in the uh in between um and for those of you that did P Gant like myself don't worry don't worry you still need three teams for a b okay and GN will not be so power crept in the sense that her his internal mechanics in terms of the mob Gathering capabilities and basically you are in a Perma Parry mode while you have your ultimate active so he does really really good damage has Perma parity and also the fact that um is very very simple to use as soon as you use your resonance Liberation you just hold down the left click hold it down it'll do your combo for you it does not get easier than that so I don't think GM will be just straight up power CPT out but rather you know still be a viable option everyone else though yeah Chan Le is coming for you all anyhow thank you guys for watching this video
