blocked it or whatever but I mean could you um unblock it the other thing that would be do you have a phone that um how do I say this a phone that works you know I actually I just took you off speakerphone and now it sounds perfect yeah you were talking about something kind of virus so that you have on the computer that's what you're talking about yes yeah there was a weirdest pop-up thing and it said that you guys were blocking my computer do you know what that's all about I mean why would you do that it's not as a man we are the technical support if we have any such a virus and is such strange thing on the computer we are the technical service provider who provides solution to that so before we proceed further let me tell you we provide services on a different kind of wife is you play online games or it could be to a pornography file this could be tardy possible reasons that you get a virus attack and if it that's a reason then this is critical because this virus actually compromised the financial details like your passwords your email things your banking things so it actually compromised with the password things so the first thing which we have to do right now before we proceed further I have to connect your computer to my secured server so that I can diagnose because once you connect it to a secure server those connections will be disabled time really so we can
