say is just information that I have found on the internet and I'm compiling into one video just before we get into it I just want to give a little bit of a warning that this case does involve graphic murders of very young children so if that's something that you don't want to hear about right now feel free to click out of the video I'm sure I'll see you again at some point with a different case but look after yourself so today's case takes place in Bihar in India in a little village called mashari in 2006. now this Village was very poverty-stricken most of the people that lived there were like manual labor workers they didn't get paid very much at all most of the people there were literally just scraping by they were just earning enough money to survive put food on the table and care for their children and that was it but the thing that kept Spirits high in this Village were the children there were a lot of children that lived there there were big big families that lived in this Village and all the children every single day would go out and play together in the streets most of these children were related so in mashari there were a lot of the same family of course not everyone in the whole village was related but a good percentage of it was this one big family so a lot of these kids that would all player together were cousins they were all aunties uncles that lived nearby it was it was a really big Community like even for the people that weren't in this family in the town everyone felt like family at least even if it wasn't like blood related I just realized I never said the name of the family the family that takes up most of the village is called the Sada family so you can imagine the kind of community I'm talking about imagine all of your neighbors were your cousins and like they were all your age like this Village even though it was very poverty-stricken there were a lot of good vibes you know it was a it was a happy place to be that was until one day the town noticed The Disappearance of one of the children that used to play out in this group a six-year-old girl that was part of the sarda family she would play with all of these kids every single day one day she just disappeared now this is from the point of view of people that aren't in the sarda family I'm sure her family knew what happened to her but everyone else in the town just suddenly she just stopped showing up on the street one day but this was the kind of community where you don't really pry into other people's business so if a child has gone missing you're not going to go up to their parents and ask because you don't really want to bring that up to them I don't know people in this Village just kind of got on with things they understood that the Sada family were probably dealing with some kind of loss and no one ever really brought it up no one asked where she'd gone and around that same time that this six-year-old girl went missing another woman in that Village in the sarda family gave birth this was another addition to the huge family that already lived there it was a little baby girl however a couple of months later that baby also disappeared so now the townspeople are very confused you know this wasn't just one child anymore this was too and this was a newborn baby as well this little girl had been the apple of her mother's eye she worked from home did the mother so that she could care for her newborn baby but suddenly it's gone and there seemed to be no explanation for it either her family said nothing to anyone they didn't explain where she'd gone they never even mentioned her ever again her family went crying I don't know it seemed really strange to the other villagers people began to wonder what was going on in this family I mean two young girls going missing in the space of a few months but again no one asked no one wanted to pry or push or ask any questions they were staying respectful that was a sign of respect then one day in 2007 another little girl goes missing another infant another girl from this Village but this time she wasn't from the Sada family this little girl well I mean she was six months old so she wasn't even a little girl yet she was a baby still a baby her name was kushboo and that day her mother had dropped her off at the local Primary School while she got on with like household chores and stuff I think she was either a single parent or her husband was at work or something and she couldn't take care of her new baby and you know take care of the house at the same time so she dropped kushboo at the local Primary School thinking that she was safe secure cared for and supervised at all times however when her mother returned to the primary school later that day to go and pick her up cushby wasn't there anymore and her mother was worried sick as any mother would be she began frantically running around the town asking everyone she could if they'd seen kushboo if they knew what happened to her none of the staff had noticed her leave or be taken obviously she can't leave by herself but they hadn't noticed anyone come and pick her up and so her mother was running around this Village asking everyone that she possibly could until she ran into a member of the sarda family she explained to this member of the family what had happened that her young daughter had gone missing she can't find her anywhere and this member of the sarda family had a feeling they might know what had happened to kushboo along with kushboo's Mother they phoned the police and informed them that they had a case of a missing baby girl and they wanted to Point Police in the direction of a suspect so when police arrived at moshari Village this member of the had a family took them over to the group of children that always played outside together and this member of the family called for one boy in particular to come over so this boy who was just eight years old came running out of the group and over to the police they asked this boy if he knew what might have happened to this missing baby girl and he said that he did so police sat this kid down for an interview and I think they just went into someone's house or they were still just sat outside on the grass because they didn't expect this to be as serious as it was about to be they expected this kid to just tell them that they'd seen someone run off with kushboo or they'd seen something suspicious in the area but what this child said to the police was entirely unexpected this eight-year-old boy looked to the police in the eyes and said that he knew that this six-month-old baby was dead and the reason he knew that was because he killed folder now at first police didn't believe him entirely they thought that he was just a kid saying some outrageous things and they didn't understand quite where it had come from but they didn't believe him that was until this little boy took the police to the spot where he had tried to hide kushboo's body this was on the edge of the village he dug a very shallow grave and buried her in there the boy told the police that he'd taken kushboo from the primary school that day and no one was around to see him take her and then he carried her out to an open field where no one was he said that he started off by strangling kushboo but he wasn't getting enough of a reaction this wasn't satisfying enough to him I mean she was a baby she can't talk so all she's gonna do is cry and scream but he's not seeing the fear in her face that he you wanted to see he wanted more violence he wanted this to be scarier and more powerful so instead this boy picked up a Stern from the ground and began hitting kushboo over the head with it repeatedly until she was dead now police were horrified at what they'd just heard not only because this is the brutal Savage murder of a baby but because the person telling them all of these details is a child themselves so they took him down to the police station immediately as soon as they realized that this kid was not lying this wasn't his imagination everything that he was saying based on this child's body that they just found everything lined up so they took him down to the station while he waited for another interview and the police at the station said that this child didn't really talk much at all but he did smile a lot every time he looked at one of the officers he just gave them a big smile it was almost as if he didn't fully understand why he was there or what he'd done wrong all he was doing was asking police officers if he could have a biscuit he was swinging his legs in the chair smiling eating his biscuits it was as if he didn't understand the gravity of what he'd just done and what was about to happen to him even when the police asked him why he'd done this that was the first question and the main question that they kept asking him he didn't know he just looked at them and smiled this young boy's name was amajit Sada he was an eight-year-old boy born in 1998 in the begusarai district of Bihar India some sources do call this young boy Ahmad deep Sada although most of the sauces I found referred to him as a majit I don't know if it's something that's kind of gotten lost in communication of this case with it being an Indian case and all of the sauces and things being translated from India and I don't know if it's something that got lost I believe amarjit is correct but I just wanted to kind of put that in there just in case growing up and marjit and his whole family were very poor I believe the only person that worked in his whole family was his father and even then he was on a very low manual labor wedge and this was a big family he had a lot of siblings his mother was planning on having more continuing to have more babies there were a lot of mouths to feed and this wage just simply wasn't enough anymore so when amaji was six years old the family decided to up and move to another place in hopes that the father could find a better job a more well-paying job there so they moved to this new village where this case later took place called mushari his father got a new job again as kind of a manual laborer Farm worker I think and it didn't earn much more in and a little bit more which meant that they could live a little bit more comfortably but they were still relatively struggling to make ends meet even with this newer better paying job I suppose if it's any positive in this situation at least amarjit and his siblings didn't feel different to their peers because this was a very poverty-stricken Village pretty much everyone was on the same kind of wage there weren't many rich people or even middle class people this was all a very working class Village and all the kids kind of had the same life his mother was a stay at her mother she had a lot of kids like I said and I believe she just had another one at the time of this case so she was run off her feet caring for all of these kids but most of the time the kind of older kids would spend most of the hours of the day out in the street playing with all the other kids and their cousins and their siblings like I said this was a huge group of children that would all congregate in the street most of them were related so that was a Majid's life but going back to the timeline going back to the day that he was arrested for kushboo's murder the way that he was found out for this murder if you remember was actually from a member of his own family this person from the sarda family had told kushboo's mother that they thought they knew who had done it and they were the one that contacted the police pointed them in the direction of amarjit so how was it that one of amarjit's own family members knew or at least had a hunch that that he was responsible for this well amaji Sada had a reputation in their Village for being just a badly behaved child he was mean to a lot of the other kids sometimes even violent like he would punch them and kick them if he didn't get his own way he would steal as well he was just generally known to be just not a very nice child at all and this was something that the whole village knew about amarjit but it turned out that his own family knew a much darker secret that amaji Sada held those two girls that we talked about in the beginning of this case that seemingly disappeared from the village they stopped playing outside on the streets I'm sure you guessed it by now but they didn't just disappear Into Thin Air amajit Zada had something to do with it the first girl to go missing was his six-year-old cousin in 2006 which made amaji seven years old at the time so he's even younger at this point and it turned out that he had murdered her in pretty much the exact same way that he'd murdered kushboo he'd taken his cousin out to an isolated area away from the village and he began strangling her and he watched as this terrified expression washed over her face he watched her as she tried to fight back she was losing color in her skin she was really fighting for her life and then just at the last minute he didn't let her die he took his hand away from her neck she started gasping for air she was getting her breath back and then a Margie grabbed a rock that he found on the ground and began hitting her over the head with it and then he killed her so again we're seeing a lot of the same sadistic behaviors in the way that he strangled her put her in pain for a very long time but he wasn't gonna kill her just yet he he wanted to give us some kind of false hope and then he was gonna kill her kind of the way that he did it to kushboo but kushboo of course been just six months old she wasn't fighting back the way that he kind of expected or wanted her to but anyway very quickly after the murder of his six-year-old cousin his family found out very quickly because amaji just confessed to them he told his mother his father the girl's father who was his uncle he was just straight up with them that he'd killed her and his family made the decision together all of them so this involved every single Auntie Uncle cousin in the village they all decided that they were going to keep quiet about this they weren't reporting it to the police they weren't going to tell anyone outside of the family and this was for a couple of reasons of course mainly to protect amaji Sada who was a seven-year-old child when this happened they knew that this if it got out it would ruin his life quite rightly sir so it was to protect amarjit but also I think it was more of a pride thing as well they didn't want other people in the village to know that their seven-year-old child was a murderer it was a lot to bring on their family if they were to go public about this case a lot of people would have a lot of opinions about their family for a lot of different reasons and so they decided to just keep it as a family matter they never reported the six-year-old girl is missing or murdered so I don't think they ever declared her death they just felt that it was their business it was their family it was you know his child and if he didn't want to report this to the police then he didn't have to he had the right to do that and to keep this private his parents did punish amajit for this I don't know exactly what happened but they did punish him for it and he did say that day that he didn't understand the impact of his choices and his actions he didn't understand that hitting her over the head repeatedly with a rock was going to kill her and then he didn't understand the consequences of her dying you know at seven years old do you really understand death this isn't a justification or an excuse I'm just trying to explain kind of what his thought process might have been at that age you don't really understand death you don't really understand loss you don't understand greater consequences outside of just kind of your actions it's like he didn't understand that killing her would affect more people than her it would affect her whole family it would affect everyone so his family sat him down they spoke with him they punished him for this and they moved on from this incident believing that that amaji now understood but then a few months later they were proved wrong when amaji Sada killed again this time it was his own sister his own newborn baby sister like I said his mother had a child just after they moved to mushari Village and at this point this little girl was eight months old this time he said he approached her while she was asleep his mother had put her down for a nap and he went over and picked her up and took her out to an isolated area where he murdered her too again I think it was the exact same sequence of actions he strangled her for a while before eventually bludgeoning her and killing her so this was his second murder in a space of like six months and of course there was no hiding this his family as soon as they noticed the baby was missing they went straight to her Majid and he didn't even try to lie he just confessed that he'd killed his sister as well and once again their child their family member has murdered now a second person claimed his second victim but once again they didn't report it to police they didn't tell anyone this secret never left the family because they said it was a family matter but then months later in 2008 when amaji Sada murdered kushboo this time it couldn't be kept as a family matter because kushboo wasn't his family and her mother wanted answers wanted Justice she wasn't going to just keep this private and protect her daughter's murderer and that was why on that day when she realized kushboo was missing and she was asking everyone that was why that member of the Sada family just knew it had to have been a Margie that was responsible for it because this whole time his family knew that he was a child murderer and that he'd done it more than once and that he didn't have remorse in any capacity he had been punished he'd been educated he'd been you know what more could his parents do to tell him that this was wrong but he clearly didn't see it as wrong and he continued to go about it and on that day in 2008 amaji Sada claimed his third victim kushboo being his third kill meaning that he was now officially a serial killer at the age of eight of course he's been seen by so so many psychologists psychiatrists literally everyone wanted to study this young boy's brain because at eight years old what kind of brain wiring must you have to become a serial killer especially because he was barely influenced by the world at this age he committed his first murder at seven years old and they were all seemingly motivless he didn't do anything to these children and he didn't you know get anything out of this it seemed that he was just doing this just to commit murder but why because he didn't seem to be influenced by anything he didn't have access to a TV or to any form of media for that matter he couldn't read about murders he'd never really heard of anything like this before he'd never heard of serial killers at seven years old it's hard to understand where he even got the idea from to commit his first murder and that's why psychologists were so interested in this young child because it seemed like the desire to kill was just innate inside his brain it was just something that he did because his brain told him to not because he'd seen it anywhere and thought that he wanted to recreate that there was also the question would he have gone on to murder more villagers potentially all the villagers had he not been caught and had they just kept at this within the family as they were planning to one particular psychologist that assessed amarjit went up in court and kind of gave evidence from their assessment and they described amaji Sada as a sadist who derives pleasure from inflicting injuries and this is an eight-year-old boy might I remind you I have never heard this kind of language used to describe someone so young his behavior in all three of these murders has been put down to psychological matters he's been diagnosed with different things by different people but they all agreed that it definitely was psychological it was due to chemicals in his brain making him act like this there weren't outside influences making him do this which explains why it was motivless and why he had like no influence in order to do this because it was just all his brain telling him to do it his main diagnosis was something called conduct disorder and this is something that's diagnosed in children and teenagers I think once you get up to adulthood and you're still having these behaviors and symptoms I suppose then it'll be diagnosed as something else and conduct disorder manifests itself in behaviors that violate the rights of others so imagine Zada had behaviors that quite clearly violated the rights of others so this can be from relative actively minor ish things like breaking other people's property deliberately just bad behavior kind of things like that like you would think you had a badly behaved child but not necessarily a murderer but in severe cases of conduct disorder this can manifest itself in violence towards other people and animals a lot of people a lot of children and teenagers with conduct disorder tend to commit crimes like theft and burglary which amaji Sada did but the main idea is that all of these behaviors along this whole spectrum is that they were all committed they all do these behaviors with the intention to harm someone else so it's not breaking property by accident it's breaking property because you want to upset that person or you know violence and things like that so due to Maji sada's age he wasn't sent to prison because I think legally in India you cannot send anyone under 18 to prison so he was sentenced to this children term until he was 18 years old of course then he's no longer a child he can't be in a children's home and then after that he was going to be let out free into the world and bear in mind he was born in 1998 which would make him about 22-23. so it's safe to assume that he is back out there in the world it's believed that he's changed his name to samajeet and he's just living a new life under this new identity it's scary to think that the world's youngest serial killer who showed no remorse no understanding at any point during this is just kicking about in India somewhere under a new identity so you wouldn't even know him if he ran into him now there is a conspiracy theory that is talked about a lot in relation to this case and I don't tend to mention conspiracy theories all that much in these videos because I think sometimes they can be quite disrespectful especially if it's a solved case you know the answers are the answers just move on stop kind of prying and questioning these people's pain that they've been through but I think this one is quite interesting to talk about for a second and that is that a lot of people believe that amaji Sada never actually killed anyone and he was just framed for this he was used as a scapegoat or at least he didn't kill the first two victims I'm not sure what the theory says about the third one about kushboo because I don't know he did straight up tell the police straight after but this conspiracy theory basically says that maybe the first two murders were the work of an older family member who then put the blame on a majit just to cover up their own crimes and with him being seven years old it means that it would be quite easy to convince him or persuade him to confess to this to his pair parents they could have even persuaded him that he'd even done it you know with him being a seven-year-old boy he will just believe Authority while I'm talking about this please bear in mind that this is just a conspiracy theory this child is a serial killer in the eyes of the law we're not excusing or finding ways to excuse him this is just the theory but this would kind of explain why he was just always smiling and asking for biscuits and why he didn't fully understand the consequences of murdering someone and that's because maybe he didn't do it now one of the main reasons as to why people believe this conspiracy theory is because the bodies were all hidden and a child that commits these murders and doesn't understand what they've done what it means they're not gonna think in their head oh god I've got to hide this body now because what I've done is bad and no one can find out he didn't have that thought process if he didn't think that anything was wrong with what he'd just done then he would just kind of leave the body out would he not if he was willing to openly confess to everyone Mom Dad Uncle police then surely he wouldn't go to Lentz to try to hide what he'd done at the same time there are theories that maybe he was an accomplice to murder so that would explain why he knew the exact sequence of events and things like that maybe it was this older family member that had killed the children and then persuaded a Margie or told a Margie to confess but like I said these are just conspiracy theories and this child amaji Sada in the eyes of the law is a serial killer he murdered three children and that's where this video is going to end I think conspiracy theories like that one come about because a lot of people don't want to believe that an eight-year-old is capable of such Terror especially against other children children killing other children is something that I think a lot of people struggle to wrap their head around because it's not a concept that you ever want to wrap your head around kids are innocent and they're loving and they're sweet and they're so new to the world that you wouldn't think that these thoughts even cross their mind but unfortunately in rare cases like this sometimes it can and I suppose that's one of the scariest things in the world is knowing that even children that are supposed to have only love and pure innocence in their heart are capable of Terror but that is all I have for this
