THE UPDATE IS HERE - Animal Crossing

oh my god it's been so long looks like a nice sunny day out let's have a look i will show you guys what i did so far still work in progress but some of the stuff that i finished i'm really happy with ordinance update happy to announce that special rules called ordinances can now be enacted here on sakurambo ordinances are a great way to help improve the everyday lives of all of our residents quite a lot of responsibility however and anyone enacting one should understand everyone's needs i will be in charge oh great if you're listening i can't wait to see what you'll change if anyone has questions please come and see me okay we should probably see her because i don't really understand what it is oh a new kind of tour available starting today residents can go on a boat tour to uninhabited islands these tours are a little different than the ones they offer at the airport you'll get to board a boat and enjoy the ocean breeze as you make your way to your destination there are lots of uninhabited islands out there and they can only be reached by boat rumor has that there are plenty of diy materials on these islands oh yeah i'm short on wood and even strange things buried in the ground i still i need to travel to other islands to get wood because i'm completely out of regular wood sounds mysterious doesn't it these boat tours are available on a day on any day using miles interested residents should head down to the island pier and speak to the boat captain okay also a visitor at the campsite oh [ __ ] let's see who it is oh we're back in business okay so this ignore this part this is all unfinished i only was like testing the pads a little bit and i haven't really uh see how different this is we are now standing on the bit there was like the swimming pool um what was left of that my house i guess so i've been doing some street stuff you can see like half of my orchard is still there i've moved some of the houses the ones in the middle are gone the playground's completely gone the zen garden is gone i kept the picnic area in the little corner on the right because it was just really cute and the two stores are still on the beach you can see the clothing store and the just regular store and i'm gonna move them to the right of the square but i just haven't moved them yet i've been busy moving all the villagers um you managed to upgrade your museum all the way speak with bladders yeah i heard you get like posters or something so this is all like there's nothing here this is basically all we all i need to do everything here but i want to like put like pads and crops and everything here and then the campsites over here oh yeah we should check who this is something on my lips go away oh hello you look friendly rex air smells good like food i want to bite it cool cat [Music] i've only been here a day but i love this island almost as much as peanut butter chocolate chip cookies nah okay here's the museum i don't know if i should add anything it's beach here this is the entrance for the island so the stores are gonna be here i just haven't moved them yet so this is empty but i put a little corner here with snacks little trash can for your trash for the snacks and then there's one store here that i haven't moved yeah that store is gonna go like here so i was gonna put the villagers like here and then i want like these utility poles and stuff i still need to do all the fencing i've kind of just been putting them in the right position you can see that it's gonna be nice and the part is finished i'm like yeah i like this um like i like this fencing and then the blue flowers behind it okay i was thinking this whole bit could be for beardo put his house like here and then just make a huge front yard maybe i haven't moved any of these houses yet [Music] and yeah i moved this a little bit around because i thought this was so cute so i just like kind of like tucked it away with all the all the bamboo i think that's cute i kind of want to leave this honestly i like it i think i did a good job with that and then the rest is still like i don't all these flowers that i have [ __ ] everywhere i haven't decided oh yeah i kept the i kept the dead man as well because this is so funny lots of trees oh yeah i didn't even check the presents a soft serve lamp oh you're anonymous reader grata what is it bamboo speaker oh i didn't know matter which oh your timing is impeccable as ever perhaps you can help me i was thinking of ways to draw more folks to our museum when i hit upon the idea of adding a cafe i tried to contact brewster an old friend of mine who also happens to be an experienced cafe manager unfortunately it seems he's closed up shop and nobody appears to know where he's gone however in my search i also caught wind of a newly unearthed group of gyroids rooster goes positively cuckoo over gyro to see in much the same way as i do around fossils i'd rager my very wings that brewster has heard about these gyros as well you can see where this is going i would like to take up the search for brewster should you find him tell him i'd like him to come to sakurambo if it helps the gyres i mentioned earlier were all found on islands near where captain leads his tour okay so we need to find him i thought he was just going to be here just remember something i wanted to tell you i decided to have a series of posters yes i heard about those made to celebrate the completion of our collections i felt it would be a good way to show my gratitude to everyone for pitching in to grow this world-class museum an entire wing of this magnificent museum captured in a single image you won't need to imagine it i happen to have some posters for you right here exposes will be available for purchase should that interest you a different color that's good now we need to talk to her hi it's been a while [Music] as i said in the broadcast we can now enact ordinances special rules to change things about the island the others and i decided that as a resident representative you should be in charge this means you can enact or dismiss any ordinance to make life here better what does that mean review island features rules that you can set for your island ordinances may change the times your shops are open oh that was the thing i saw that in the update yeah if you're more like a night person then you can set everything to be open at night weeds are automatically pulled up across your island you can only have one ordinance active at a time you need to pick what's best for your place now okay while you're at town hall customize your house oh yes good idea i wanted to do that i kind of so i kind of want to do like a stardew cosplay so i want to make my house look like a stardew house i don't know if i have enough money on me though oh oh that's so cute [Music] oh so cool this would actually match my interior really well but i really like this okay wait i need to look up i need to look up stardu what's it look like it's honestly kind of close to this it's just like an orange roof um so it's a dark orange or brown yeah dark [Music] oh it's not it's not close to the picture but it's for some reason it makes this but you have my sincerest thanks for bringing us so many insects i'll be mailing out the poster for our latest completed collection soon as each collection is completed i'll have another poster
