bro I need I need this guy listen listen brother oh God oh God there we go there we go this this should be the kill that should be the kill right there with the AL that should be the kill right there with the AL look at that bro hypo oh that's a clip that's a clip that's a clip that's the kill right there with the hypo if you like what you just saw in the video um and you're probably wondering how the heck did I do that with VSA at level 24 I'm going to show case to you what I did with my VSA uh in order to do that much damage now disclaimer um my build as always is not complete but that's going to change um I finally made a decision last night to just hyper focus on one character because of how obnoxious to grind is to get activators and stuff like that um so I will actually just focus primarily on building my VSA now and uh then my glay and then my bunny cuz my glay is almost done but let's talk about via um so yeah we we'll try to get these videos out here more often than uh and I'll break down everything that we're going through on stream so uh right off rip I want to address two things um I am I do have a level 100 reactor and yes uh I think that's okay because it's it was hard mode difficulty that I was fighting them in my reactor also is not the best of reactors either this reactor that I have I uh I just got randomly um I don't plan on using the thunder cage for long I I'm only using a thunder cage because I don't have two weapons that I will mention in later on in this video that I would recommend if you do decide to go out and go farm it right um so let's break down her modules real quick so for my modules I am using hypothermia uh in this case this is the augmen that you get I think for killing uh I think it's hard mode executioner I think you get hypothermia from um so if you get hypothermia this is great what this ability does is that it changes her ice um her ice shackle to ice needle which is really really really nice because uh so ice shackle pretty much just like slows down enemies and locks them in place for the most part and then uh ice needle this pretty much adds like more dot ticks to the enemy so it does like damage overtime to them and it also does like massive damage when applied uh and this is how we get like big damage numbered um without hypothermia I still did pretty good damage uh my build is actually stronger um without hypothermia uh well sorry it's not actually stronger it it initially it felt stronger because I was building for something entirely different um if you didn't know her I'm building for her four right I want her four to be my boss killer so this is a boss kill kind of build and I just got VSA so I haven't finished her and I'm going to make multiple different builds for VSA just like I'll make multiple different builds for clay um so with hypothermia it actually changes the attribute of her um of her four to from Tech to a singular so when I initially tested it out and I I was initially thinking of a build for I was building off the idea of it being around a tech in like Fusion based abilities and all that stuff so that's why like when I initially did my testing I was like oh okay I'm kind of weak and all that stuff and then I had to like change a bunch of things to get some more desirable numbers and it it performed very very very well but this isn't complete and I have a lot of ideas on what I'm going to do to make it even better um in the future but this is what we're using as of right now during the video that you saw so we're run hypothermia it changes to singular so we're going to run singular specialist to get the singular skill power modifier so that we can U up our four sorry I had a hicups I just got to sip in water and then uh I am using Battle of stamina so this gives me some more skill duration as well as Max HP because uh we don't have any survivability mods on as of right now thankfully though she is sort of already tanky and base for ultimate VSA um and I'm running uh my components which I'll showcase after this video or not after this video but after we get done looking at our module I using chill specialist because chill specialist is going to give me that extra increased damage to my um my chill power obviously which is really nice and this will also work great with two of the weapons that I'm going to suggest to you as some point that I don't have um and then we got skill expansion for more range cuz I wanted like you know the the most annoying thing about her four sometimes I'm not going to lie is the placement of it so like uh when I was testing it or whatever against Colossus and stuff uh although it does massive damage and shreds the boss sometimes they'll just casually just walk out of it right and so my AOE is kind of small so I am trying to upgrade my skill expansion to get a lot of range on it so that way I can keep them long uh inside the blizzard longer um but as of right now this is all I can invest uh and then I got skill concentration on because skill critical hit damage uh for those of you who still keep questioning about whether or not skill critical hit rate and all that stuff is good um for Viesta it's it's still pretty much good she has builds that uh actually makes her skill uh proc crit more often she has a lot of crit builds that she can run um in fact even one of the Frozen sets that she gets uh also increases crit as well for skill critical so you can Farm a lot of crit things for her to make it do massive amount of damage uh just unfortunately I don't have my skill CR maxed out um let me see if I can showcase her stats real quick for you so with what little stats I have it's a 40. 71% and you compare that to my bunny that crits like almost all the time my bunny has like like around a 22 or 30 something it's like 20 23 30 something like that uh it's been a while I looked at my bunny but it she's she's definitely lower than my VSA that's all I'm going to say um but VSA has a lot more modules 100% that uh can help her get her skill critical hit rate up so she's kind of like Frost from Warframe that's kind of nice uh going back looking into the build I am also using emergency measures again to also increase my skill critical hit rate more as well as getting a little boost to my skill critical hit damage uh because it just does a lot of damage um so that's that's essentially we running now I do want to put Nimble fingers on and I do want to put more duration so might actually replace a bunch of these mods and a part of me thinking about getting rid of my Spear and shield um I don't mind playing a little glass Cannon build especially if things are just going to instantly die anyways so uh I am uh I do want to Stack duration on uh which I would normally recommend for this kind of build if you're going to go for the four because the longer this is up the more damage you're obviously going to be doing since it does a lot of damage over time like on continuous damage level three on burst damage level four and then they break down the the damage numbers for that so the ice needle duration damage is normally 5 seconds but with the duration that I have on like just from Battle of stamina I think it is uh it's 5.4 and at level one it does 11.7% of like I think it is of the skill power that we're doing and then level two it's a 15.9 level three 19.9 and then level four is a 23.7 and those numbers are actually very good um doesn't seem like a lot but it's it actually is pretty good I think overall it might increase further I'm not too sure if I keep stacking on more power but we'll we'll have to see I have to look at those numbers again um but yeah so we're going to throw on more duration at some point for it and I want Nimble fingers I'm trying to bring this cool down up because it's a normal 60 seconds so I have to wait a whole minute before I can get another big burst off if I don't instantly kill a boss which kind of kind of sucks so we're trying to bring it down like in this build here uh with what little cooldowns I have I brought it down to at least 50.9 which is nice but again um I'm trying to now build a hypothermia because this thing shreds and I need to also upper damage so let's look at the rest of her kit for the the video uh for my components right now I decided just to throw on the annihilation set and the reason why I'm using Annihilation set for her uh and not her Frozen set is cuz I got to farm some pieces for it I also got to build up some things and get some weapons so the set that you would normally want to run for her would probably um you could use this one too this one's actually not a bad one uh the acrobat auxiliary set this one actually isn't bad this one will give you skill power firearm attack and then if you get a four piece set for it you'll get firearm critical hit rate and then you'll get a fat juicy 21% skill critical hit rate now I'll be honest I don't think that's a flat 21% I think that 21% is also going to be just multiplicative instead of additive so uh I have to actually get this whole set to try that out but I I was really impressed by this it's kind of insane to me how good legendaries are compared to ultimates um but there is a frozen set for VSA that I was thinking about farming and getting at some point that I don't have as of right now uh it is I'm trying to find it really quickly I apologize is this the one right here nope that's for poison that's the one I got to farm from my uh my fra build uh I'm sorry man I'm I'm just looking for it really quickly there is there is a set here we go we're going to go it's the polar Knight set there you go so this one give you some increased chill skill power which is really nice nice 6.2 can't complain and then for each uh frostbite stack inflicted upon enemies your firearm critical hit damage goes up by 1.7% your skill critical hit damage goes up by 6% and you get it for 10 seconds and it stacks for 5 seconds uh at a 30% chance which is really nice so this would be really good with our uh ice needle build that we got going on right now and then when defeating an enemy inflicted with frostbite inflicts additional damage equivalent to 12.2% of the enemy's Max HP on enemies within a 2.5 uh metor radius at a 30% chance so that's pretty good this is this would be good for like mobbing and stuff like that uh also kind of like the Colossus cuz like say like you're fighting um pyromancer or uh some of the mobs that constantly just spawn like you know enemies at their feet this would be really good um for killing them because they're going to be caught inside the AOE anyways and then that just explosion just adds on to the damage that you're about to be doing so that's pretty good um there's another one as well that I also recommend for uh VSA if you are interested in it and I got to find it really quickly there's one that boosts Scout rifle damage okay here he is oh wait this is tactic rifle and assault rifle we don't want that I'm looking for the one in which she gets sniper rifles and Scout rifles here we go frozen heart so this one's also really good too for a VSA uh because this one sniper rifle Scout rifle critical hit rate 5 seconds or 5% sorry not 5 Second 5% skill cool down is minus 4.7% so you can get that ult back faster and some of her skills back a little bit faster and you grant a buff to your allies and that stack of Frozen Heart energy affects itself and a cool down is only one second and at four Frozen Heart energy affects Stacks Frozen Heart energy uh effects converts to Frozen Heart Essence status effect and Frozen Heart Essence gives you firearm weak point damage of 7.7 and skill critical hit rate of another fat juicy 28% and Firearm critical hit rate at 7.9% for 10 seconds so again going back to VSA can get a lot of crit um on her skills this one is really good and I would recommend this set as well so you can play around with this now if you do get this set for the Scout rifle bonuses uh I am going to recommend that you get her weapon out of the two weapons that I plan on farming I plan on farming the Blue Beetle and clar voyance and the reason why I want to farm these two weapons is because so this unique ability on Blue Beetle this will when using a fusion skill Grant self the unique ability Arcane energy with a set chance when using a singular skill grants self the unique ability purification with a set chance now like I said hypothermia changes her four from a tech to a singular right so this will actually works so you're actually going to get both of these Buffs because all of her other abilities like all three of her other abilities are all Fusion based abilities so you're always going to have this unique ability of Arcane energy uh being essentially um activated once you start getting that percentage up because it's a 50% trigger rate so with that 50% trigger rate you just pop two of abilities and you guarantee yourself it assuming that the 50% is actually 50% and works in this game right Jokes Aside uh so you do that and you'll you'll initially get this buff which is pretty nice and this will give you skill critical hit rate of another 10% on her weapon or not on her weapon but on her skills in general uh and then purification with the four ability uh has a 50% trigger rate as well and this will also remove debuffs um and apply a duration of like one second now this is this one's is kind of good it's it's all right uh I like it um that's Blue Beetle so if you do decide you want to run Scout rifles and all that stuff and you want Ultimate Weapon for it it's also give you more skill critical hit rate and all that stuff I would recommend this one for sure uh and then clear voyance is the other weapon that I plan on farming now this one I think is also good for VSA because hear me out um I know some people may not like beam rifles but hear me out with this one uh hitting an enemy with a stage two beam inflicts void Gaze on a Target and hitting an enemy with the stage three beam inflicts appalled calling on the target this effect is considered to be the same effect as frostbite in some modes um and then if you look at what void gaze does the duration is only two seconds yes I'm sure if you far multiple copies of you can get that percentage up or seconds up whatever but then the chill resistance of the affected enemy is reduced by 20% so that would make our skills do way more damage so if I'm building Viesta to do massive damage with her skills I would recommend uh Clairvoyance uh and then the appalled calling uh duration for that is also 2 seconds but the chill resistance is also reduced by another 20% and their action speed is decreased by another 70% now this I do not know if chill resistance and void gaze or sorry if AAL colen and void gaze are going to stack and make this like a minus 40% right assumed you go instantly from uh level two to level three or whatever I don't know if that's going to stack or if it's only going to stay at 20% but either way 20% is still good cuz that's more damage overall that we're going to be doing off of our abilities um while our ability is active so the way I can imagine in my head is I would just pop my four or I'll probably hit it with like my uh I probably hit him with the ice needle with like maybe my a my one ability so while that's applied and he's taking damage from that I would beam him throw down my four get some more damage off in the rotation and my four is going to shred for the remaining bit of the duration while he's also taking hit from the beam so that should probably be an instant like an instant melt you know that's that's my vision so these will be the two weapons I would recommend for um for VSA if you can't get those two ultimate weapons cuz they are kind of annoying you could go with the again the acrobat set that I pointed out earlier for the skill critical and Firearm stuff like that and then just run whatever purple reactor you wanted I am running a a frozen singular reactor because again I am trying to get uh my my singular damage up so that's it for the build for Viesta as of right now this isn't a full concrete build uh everything is subject to change at some point as I start leveling up uh I'm going to be hyper focused so if you want to follow
