The Try Guys Shave Their Legs For The First Time

we're nearing our toes today the try guys are going to dip our toes once again into the ever curious pool of the lady experience today we are shaving our legs and we're gonna vlog the regrowth process i have not told maggie that we were doing this surprise [Music] [Applause] i'm not really looking forward to this i've heard that it it's really itchy grows back bad do i look like the statue of liberty though right a little bit i am a very hairy individual as a man you don't have to manscape it's this thing that you do but you don't really have to this is obviously something that women are taught to and expected to do for all of their lives i don't know what that's like i shave my face as once a week maybe look at this guys this is crazy there's no hair here no this is just i don't grow a lot of hair eugene is not here with us in person but he is here with us in spirit go nick yes my goodness it'll look better on you i'd say you're the least hairy uh-huh then me ned you've got me beat there's a good density right here you've got a lot of upper knee hair your i feel like i've seen ariel shave her legs she's just like boop boop boop boop done i assume that it's a huge pain in the ass because it's a lot of real estate i mean even shaving my face every three to four days i hate shaving cream shaving cream that can't be fun i don't blame zach for that yeah no reason it should be that strong oh wow women's beauty products are different all right so we want to get our legs wet all wet oh i like the lather it feels very smooth yeah saving cream's fine becky did give me some tips today she said careful around the knee and also you're just never gonna get it oh god keith looks everywhere that's your sunscreen i don't need another burn i got burned last summer i was peeling till july are you nervous about anything am i nervou is there something that i should be nervous about oh how does it feel like feels like nothing really i don't want to cut myself one thing i'm worried about shaving my legs is i'll just reveal all of these leg scars that i just didn't even know that i had all right here i go go now go ariel when i said i was doing this she laughed and then said good luck didn't really come off your hair clogged up the works halfway through beautiful things i'm concerned about how do you shave this part of your body yes queens i missed like three hairs down in the center how did i miss that i've missed a lot of hairs i feel i'm a natural [Music] it makes me want to cry you read the instructions what do we do you just do it and no it can't there were seven instructions it was not do it and there you go the first step is chat with a dermatologist place the wax strip on your body firmly rub it in the direction of your hair growth to really secure it use one hand to pull your skin taut quickly pull in the opposite direction i am so scared it ends the instructions by saying you've got this i'll go first let's do this baby ah yes ned oh my god three two one should i not do it oh gosh that window though it looks good here it is oh my god can we do a spicy taste test please can we do spicy challenge instead [Music] yeah oh i kind of like that i confident right now but i'm more nervous ripping it off you than i am off me i'm not ready i'm looking at my eyes just look at my eyes okay that wasn't so bad i really built it up a lot worse than it was it definitely still stings but that was not as bad as i thought it would be i look this looks good this is smooth it does feel really nice [Music] oh my god i don't know how this wasn't gonna tell you what athena is not ready for zach the whole like razors for men and razors for women it's so silly female razors are more expensive really the pink tacks this is news to me um female members of her staff have just informed me that women's razors are more expensive than men's razors they call it pink tacks i didn't know that uh that's dub man oh guys we got the first blood someone call up rambo first blood oh no oh a lot of first blood oh no i think every man should have to do this because i i get it this is a nightmare i cut myself again are you guys telling me you have no blood on you okay one two three four five six what is going on i don't know how do i do my knee do i bend it or do i keep it straight [Music] well i'm keeping it at a 90 degree angle and i'm being very careful uh reminds me the last time i had my knee shaved was pre-surgery oh yeah wow look at all those scars i'm not as afraid of the knee because i have a pretty intense adam's apple that i have to navigate every time i shave so i'm pretty used to going over rough rough bony areas god there's so much cream on the back of my leg here that i haven't even approached i can see the temptation to just nail your entire thigh though this is nair for men i know i was like wait a minute i thought this was a video about the lady experience this is man there why don't we all narrow our toes so it's a thick even covering do not rub in it's not i'm just trying to put it on [Music] [Music] [Applause] compare the toes well why wouldn't you do this all over your body because it smells awful it does smell awful i'm glad that we put this only on our toe i might [ __ ] tap out is that can i lose it's not a contest it's an experience yeah it's life i've caused myself more pain from shaving than i did waxing that's crazy how are you cutting yourself so much don't know shaving that let's lighten the mood with a shaving [Music] egyptians fat often shave their eyebrows when a family cat dies i'll do that when alfred dies when he dies i will shave my eyebrows oh no i have it all on my crotch oh no looks like you need to get a new pair of underwear where could you do that nick don't look at me how am i supposed to get under here this is a lot of effort how long did we do this for a couple hours you're telling me that just the shaving has been more than an hour yeah you're not in your head like absolutely yeah has it been two hours it's been two hours no you're out of your [ __ ] hasn't there's no way that that's true this is an event i understand now like yeah no wonder becky hates this i get it this is a nightmare can you imagine if you shaved your legs and then you got stood up on a date oh can you rinse this for me so i don't have to get out of this position i'm just gonna put that down okay here we go i've missed so many places did i get it it's so hard to not miss a spot there's hair everywhere i've been doing this for years now all right this i'm going to start waxing yes bro hours really well like an hour an hour and a half it's not too different than your normal it really isn't i did just rinse in the shower and it felt really different when i was washing my legs you know that since you just took a shower you have to go moisturize your lat i know i'm going to oh i'm going to why is only one leg shave [Music] why ariel said that the best part about having shaved legs was climbing into fresh sheets hello [Music] oh my god oh that's nice oh i'm just moving my legs like this i didn't know our sheets were so soft is this [ __ ] silk what do you think bowie okay i'm pretty grateful that i only shaved one leg so i can compare and i can confirm that that the shaved leg is way itchier it's all sharp and prickly now there was one little tiny leg hair that was blowing the wind and driving me nuts hot dogs relax how long does it take for my hair to go back um it's gonna be a while and it's gonna be like poking it's a lot more maintenance on my legs than i'm used to so i think ultimately i'd prefer not to shave my legs i'm also noticing that the areas that i waxed are growing back a little slower so uh whoops it's starting to get a little itchy i wish it would go in faster at this point i'm like i kind of either should shave it or it should be all the way grown back because it like can you even see it not gonna lie uh not feeling great right now it is prickly it's itchy it it doesn't look good i'm in this like weird in-between stage where it's grown back and it's all prickly and it's super itchy but it doesn't look good and so i'm like do i need to shave again just so that it looks natural and this is it's endless i feel like i now i have to do it again i mean i can't imagine if there was societal pressure for me to just always be shaving also if i really had to shave my legs every three days i would go nuts because that first couple days when it goes back and it's prickly that's the worst women did not ask to have their legs shaved they didn't come up with this it's just something that is expected and we have reinforced it through generations and now it's this never-ending burden imagine having to shave 20 faces that's what legs are oh my god look i liked a lot about this i i thought my legs were super soft i like feeling shaved legs they're fun if people want to shave their legs go for it but let's also not force something to be normalized right i mean look at these games you know it's all working for me would i shave my legs again maybe all right thanks for watching the video see you next time are these leg hairs are they
