our anger scripture today it should be an act three from verse one to seven i'm just gonna elaborate on that now peter and john went up together to the temple at the door at the hour of prayer the ninth hour let's go and the second main lamb from his mother mother's womb was carried womb they laid daily at the gate at the temple which is called beautiful to ask to ask arms from those who enter the the temple whom seeing peter and john about to go into the temple asked for arms and fixing his eyes on him with john peter and say look at us so he gave them his attention expecting to receive something from them then peter said silver and gold i do not have but what i do have i give i give you in the name of jesus christ of nazareth rise up and walk can you please go back to verse one you see let me just elaborate what you just read quickly you know we all have dreams we all have expectations we all have ambition we all have you know that thing which we've been dreaming about and then for for some reason it's fair like it's never going to happen it's fair like no it's just going to in in the atmosphere just gonna disappear with time and what was meant to be impossible god is able to make it possible the impossibility in you there is it's that's it it's all about uh you are thinking about the possible but in god's vocabulary you want the impossible so that you can make it possible for you so where we are heading we are heading towards something which is big and great be good big things because perhaps you are just expecting little things you are expecting something which will be like the coin which will be given to you which god must can do for you just uh bread and butter but what god has in store for you and i is greater and bigger that's why we're talking about big god big things the god who exceed our expectations i just want us to you know go through these words go through what which you just read now you know and and start breaking it down for the people of god also to understand and see how can we each and every one of us can be able to plug in to what god has in store for us going ahead and heading towards you know the 28th and the entire weekend in the dome what is it that god has in store for us because god has installed way far better and bigger things more than we can think of or hopeful minister kennedy thank you pastor jeffy uh expressing how big god is he is the great i am he is the eternal self-existing god you know he is the unchanging god you know and all those uh expressions of how uh god is and how big god is truly truly a testimony to the word that we've just read amen wow pastor ben i'll go back a bit yes these were disciples of christ i mean so they they came across this man yeah they had the holy spirit in them yes they had power yes uh both matthew 10 verse 1 and the local 9 9 verse 1 says he gave them power jesus called his 12th and gave them power so jonathan and peter these are the two of the disciples that now come together to the to this month and they heard within them the power of god to heal to take care of such problems so when you go to paris you're going to meet a man of god in africa in whom god has invested not only his weight but his speed to the extent that miracles can happen the theophany of god people can see and whatever breakthrough you want when you come to paris expect because you do not focus on the man by the god of the man similar to these two disciples it's what jesus had put in them he gave them power to cast out what they was to use the sick and all that power that's what you should go to paris and expect to see manifested wow beautiful beautiful i'll i love that i know when we go back to to verse one of our main scripture and the bible said now peter and john went up together to the temple at the ninth hour of prayer they were not just going there for a party they were not just going there for fun they were not just going there for tourism which is good well and good if you can also tour but you are going there for a mission for a purpose that which god has called that which god has like it's it's a convocation you know they were going there not just to to go and see people see building but they were going there for a prayer it's and what's what was the hour listen to this at the ninth hour you see at the ninth hour right now is towards the end of the year yes yes it's only three months remaining probably two and a few days uh uh two months and few days i mean three weeks or so remaining of the year so perhaps you had you know goal settings you had uh what do you call you you you you had your own uh when we do the year when the year starts resolution resolutions and whatnot but you realize that coffee they've hit lockdown we had you know what he called wave one wave two and uh you know we had the delta we had this one we had all that like uh you know my resolution is out so i just need to start thinking of the next year's resolution right now because it's almost over but it was at that particular hour toward the evening toward the end at the ninth hour to what you know the time where this man was not even expecting anything because he was used to seeing people going inside the temple and coming out going inside and coming out for him it was there and this man was born crippled he was like 40 years old so he grew up he became an adult a childhood and and and what not in that condition so perhaps you might think that your condition is unchangeable but please just know that there is a big god who does big things do not remain behind because this god the god of this house is able to do it for you and is able to do it for me let trust this god let's come expecting let's come trusting this god and he will do it for you and he'll do it for me as well and he is able to do it and he's willing and able to do it he said at the ninth hour as they were going in mr kennedy i know at times it feels like it's not gonna happen it's already late what is it that can you be able to to tell somebody who might feel or think that look i don't think i'm gonna be able to to get there i don't think i'm gonna be able to achieve that dream to achieve that which god has set for me thank you pastor pastor if you go back to the scripture yes it said a certain man lame from his mother mother's womb was carried and and they laid him at the gate of the temple which they said beautiful this man uh we read from scripture is now a man and the scripture tells us that he was born lame yes from birth he was lame but he has persevered he has not given up he's had people carrying him and only the only thing they could offer is take him to the gate exactly but taking him to the gate as well is valuable they positioned him before the man of god so what this encourages me is encouraging all those that have carried all burdens that have had afflictions you know that have been challenged from way back to position yourself in paris carry yourself find someone to carry you position yourself man before the man of god amen amen pastor ben what i find interesting is in the ninth hour exactly jesus gave up the ghost ninth hour that's time for evening come on now come on easy so there is something particular about this night as you said towards the end just like they had to take the bird of jesus down down there the cross was passover was coming and the day was over the this man expected arms money but when you go to a big god is not what necessarily what you expect there's a paradigm shift i mean so sometimes even saying supernatural does not describe it because it's it's the wake of the holy spirit so it's it's something much bigger this man was guarded there not expected to come back walking exactly no wonder when we leave we read later on he actually went into the temple with your john and peter praising god jumping and you know you know he didn't expect something you go to paris saying no i got uh my knee problem and whatever you cannot go and meet the god of africa and come out of the second amendment don't expect that no oh my knee okay if it's just so citizen it's a total renewal a man amen a total in you you come back there you you're a changed person amen amen i love that i love that you know it is it's so so beautiful what you just said that you know the man himself he was expecting coins because he was used to coins and he was not expecting anything out of this world so sometimes it doesn't require your faith it require where you are and the god of that person will do it for you amen hallelujah amen do you get what i mean amen sometimes it doesn't require your faith but your positioning where are you god asks other men if adam adam where are you i'm naked i didn't say which states are you in he said where are you but he answered the other way say i'm naked but your positioning where god is expecting you to be god is expecting you to be at the dome god is expecting you to be there and peter and john say silver and gold we do not have such as we have i'm giving it to you such as that which god has deposited in alfluco he will release it for you and i you am it for your blessing for your family will release it for your generation for for nations because silver and gold i do not have but such as i have rise up and walk and this man was expecting a minute as something which probably could not even vibrate amen probably could not even uh buy sweet because he was used to here i'm sure by that time when he said look at us the attention when peter and john said look at us the attention was like okay let me position my basket so that they can throw in the coins and they change the whole situation all together i just want this you you just need to position yourself you can come there asking yourself that do do i still need that big faith no you must just you know as small as master sin that's what you need but your positioning because you'll be by the gates of the temple and god will meet you there amen and god will meet you at the dome of paris right in there his seventh will speak a word and your life will turn around and your life will be transformed your life will change because that watch which you expecting which is minute which is small but god will do it exceedingly abundantly above all you can think of or hope for which will be like day and night so it will be like two different things all together amen persecution and man of god just you know expanding on the word positioning when you mention positioning it just leads me into thinking what positioning does for the faithful in this case we see the positioning giving him an opportunity to access the man of god wow the positioning aligns him to the man of god amen and the positioning that he is in the way us sons and daughters of earth look how when we position ourselves in paris we will be in line to receive we will be in line to be cured of what our afflictions are that lame thing in us will disappear amen so the positioning gave them access to the man of god and in a similar way in this time if we all gather in paris if we all travel to paris we position ourselves we'll surely have access to the man of god the god will exceed our expectations bust the band why don't we say that i thought it's interesting when it spoke about faith to every man a measure of faith is given but one might be wondering saying look i've got a problem here if i go to paris welcome back you go to a man of god like first africa who's got a gift of faith and in that added on it so personal that matter pride was it's a good of my mum so all of a sudden what you expect is big bigger than you might have imagined when you left home hallelujah amen wow the other question which you need to ask ourselves do do we have any right to expect any good things from god as believers and as a sons yes of god and as a daughter of god do we have any right the question is yes you do have a right to expect things like good things from god to expect that god will do it for us because it's our heritage in god we do have right to expect big things from this big god we have the right to do so you have the right to good health you have the right to that which you are believing god for you have the right to your healing you have the right to your prosperity you have the right to that which god has promised you and that which god has released and has prophesied over your life you have the right to receive it and enjoy it it's our right as believers let's stand on it let's stand on that word less than on that which the lord has released you know man of god i i just remember there's a testimony which i think it was it plays on um it played on on on the late spray last week sometime one of the sister whom testified that she's in canada i'm sure some people remember that she's she actually working in canada a working visa expired yes and she needed some money so that she can renew a document to remain in canada and she was expecting something which was probably to go back to a country where she came from because now things were like and somebody called there and said look i'll sponsor you she's like i'm not expecting you to sponsor me yeah and i'll take you remember the the testimony yes i'll take care of everything and because of such your expectations while we're here but the god of big things met her like did what she was not even expecting and the person sponsored there and she fixed a document and she is now able to remain there and continue their life so it's it's such a beautiful testimony to to see that we're serving a god will exceed our expectation amen sometimes we're expecting god in this level but that which god will do even yourself for for for years to come you'll be like wow wow is this god amen wow is this god this is the god whom we are serving the god of a mind the god of alf lucau the god whom we are expecting big things from he is that our god he is that god pastor ben we we save a very big god and sometimes we limit him because we we we we think in our own dimensions like time space and whenever god lives beyond that he lives beyond time it is beyond space so so positioning is important be positioned in the presence of god david said keep me captive in the presence of god because that's where your joy is that's where your pieces in him will move in him we live in him we have our being without him we're nothing amen so when there is a convocation called by all man of god and by god himself like this make sure you were there because you were sure god does not call a meeting where it doesn't come from amen so when you are there you are in the presence of god expect anything do not do not say this will happen or only my leg will get longer or all these other just be there and let god be god every every man a liar amen amen and man of god to strengthen our faith we also need to understand this word through whom has it come to us through which prophet has it come to us through which altar has it come to us beside the theme being so big be god big things the expectation should be high in us let's let uh let us not be limited by our faith to access what god has for us the big things that god has for us the word has come out from a supreme prophet the word has come out from a supreme altar it's up to our faith to gather ourselves together to get on that plane and go to paris hallelujah amen paris are you hearing paris you you really have nailed something that is so beautiful you say that our faith is is that what which we need as well and and i think i mentioned that last week as well is that you see you cannot go around and say that you have faith if you don't expect anything from it so your expectation to what big god big things event you have to expect something out of it so it has to have something to to land on it has to have something which it's it's it can work with your faith has to work on something or else is not gonna have uh you know uh the root the substance yes you know which which is it's it's important for us to understand that and we have to work knowing and be mindful of of that that which we want god to do we have to expect big things amen because we serve a big god and if we lose our hope we have nothing for our faith to work on we have nothing for our faith to give us substance from so pastor ben i know you are you are babbling towards this you know the dome big god big things you know it's just uh you know exciting you know i can feel the excitement all over the place i can feel the excitement in the atmosphere so it's a talk of town it's a talk of uh you know you know in in in groups and and and what not to whatsapp groups and uh you know in in in meetings and in chambers and whatnot so it's it's a talk of town yeah so what do you have to say faith without works is no faith i mean so in in in this particular case it works is you getting yourself there i mean that's one of the works that's one of the sacrifices one is doing to get yourself there be in the presence of god and to me i've i find it interesting i said the other day that it's like standing at a mountain top in paris it's the dorm but it's like am i with the god of africa we're standing on the mountaintop to declare this god for continental hope amen become so intellectual faith is not intellectual it's not emotional exactly you believe by the heart amen or industrialization faith on science or technology is not true faith biblically i mean faith is based on the word of god unknown the word of god can one bears his faith and it is the substance of things hoped for so with your mind you're hoping for something in the future you're saying god will give me this and whatever but your faith in your heart you say this is done for me one definition is faith is believing god will do it one you believe that god is capable so you've got to believe he's a big god and he's willing to do it for you further than that you got to believe that he is going to do it for you personally now in this season amen faith is in there now wow wow and just to add on to what pastor has said yes um i think we need to push ourselves even to the basic revelation that this word big god big things has been released for us and we need to push ourselves to desire to be partakers to be witnesses to what will manifest in paris we need to push ourselves we need to be there we need to gather from every angle what we can to ensure that we are in paris because big god big things will manifest hallelujah hallelujah you know my hope is in god my hope is in the word of god and as you say faith it's a substance of things hopeful so we need to have that hope which would drive us to have that expectations which would drive us to receive that which god has in store for us you know it's it's it's what it's all about what you say and what you believe and what you expect that's what will happen to you so it it it doesn't matter because before you even get there start you know saying it declaring it with your own mouth expecting it believing it already so that by the time you get there it's just a seal you know it will be just a seal as as you enter that place as you you come you know with with you with your your your faith your hope and and i promise you that god will exceed your expectation the god of big things amen the god who exceed our expectation is the god we serve the god of amide the god of our altar the god of alpha is what we we say and what we build it so that by the time the lord release it for you you'll have enough room to contain it then you will also be able to pass it on to others i believe that this wonderful moment wonderful time which you spend together with you in your space of work at your home and while driving i believe it has been quite impactful quite blessing and i believe that where you are by now your mind is made up
