Carlson look I've got a group of people back at that station racking their brains trying to figure out how to keep it on the air to help you at the same time and you're not even willing to lift a little finger to help yourself all you want to do is sit on your little pity pot saying woe less poor less uh-huh if you ought to be ashamed of yourself I am you are of course I've done shameful things things I should be ashamed about and I am oh well but you just did just look at you whatever became of that clean face shaved tail kid that showed up on my doorstep 26 years ago looking for a job in radio news well I think your head um arrested for dealing drugs guy you jerk if you do me oh well this uh shavetail kid is brought into this broken-down has been mr. Carlson over the years I've learned a few things and you can't do my job if you're afraid and I'm afraid I don't think I can ever face a microphone again Lester everybody is afraid of something I'm afraid of all sorts of stuff afraid of spiders afraid of Japanese food afraid of bet CC inspectors I'm afraid to fly I'm afraid of flies and I'm even afraid of what might be on a coffee table years look West you work for one of this country's most about cowards oh I know you do oh sure oh well but the point I'm trying to make here less is that I still get up in the morning and get on with my life why why yes why I guess because I'm a afraid of something more than any other thing failure oh oh and I made my peace with failure years ago the one thing that scares me more than all of the all the spiders and sushi in the world is my mother and you know mr. Carlson I I've always thought that was very strange don't you feel that way about your mother well of course not mother Nats - well she's she's like a mother to me you know I've always felt sorry for you and your relationship with your mother mr. Carlson the way that woman terrorizes you is disgraceful mr. Carlson you should stand up and be a man Lester Nessman stand up and be a man mother I want you to listen to me and listen good I want you to clean up this fish and farm take a shower and a shave and get back to work plenty pronto unless one is too proud for self-pity remember our plans for your future dear oh yes mother then jumped over I'm jumping mother unchaste er keen all the software's open mother Nessman how about joining me down at Sawyer point some of those great Cincinnati ribs well do they have a big-screen TV I hear there's a good hockey game on [Music] mmm
