the pizza yes so guys using a flour zero zero will make the pizza burn at the bottom so this is gonna be the mistake and let's see if uh Giovanni will discover the mistake and then of course I'm not gonna show you how to not make the mistake because the difference to not make this mistake is use rice flour or semolina and use I'm gonna talk to you about when we are making the pizza so by Roberto okay so yeah is gonna be burned the bottom to make sure they don't listen and also you don't have the PO with no hole the other thing is guys we're going to put the pizza directly with the wood board because it doesn't have a hole so it's gonna hold the flour bye Alaska okay this is something that you don't do don't do that okay so make the pizza the original pizza from Roberto's sister that's what they're famous for regular cream then ham roshito yeah and then fresh buffalo mozzarella and of course the potato the secret is in the potato make this potato our secret now go beautiful so always guys use a peel with the holes this way the flour falls down and you don't have this error that we're going to find right now so let's go ahead we're gonna put the pizza with this right look at the flame now it's nice gonna catch on fire you can see all the smoke here that's because the flower is getting burned under the pizza but the goalie of today is a Giovanni is going to discover this era we'll see okay now you'll see wow look at this see the white all the flour under there is that good for your pizza that's a most common error that everybody do more and more people up look the bottom and then it goes lower and that goes under the pizza very simple to resolve use semolina or rice flour this way it falls down and use the peel with the holes and the flour goes down and you resolve this issue the problem trying to make the real uh error here but it's hard for now guys even if the pizza looks perfect I mean take a look of this pizza we still have the old flour burn on the
