way is perfect to cook the pizza but in the meantime I want to show you us so I have some dough ready this is the most important part the dough that I made two hours ago with the foolish that I made yesterday it's a 70 hydration I can't wait to show you what is gonna happen today okay it's time to go ahead and get ready with all the toppings here like you can see we got some tomato sauce then we
