lots of people talking about this Academia Extravaganza thing earlier oh no Daddy no no big event that seems hey everybody how's it going welcome back to another episode today we're going to cover the story the very big I think event Quest at the moment I feel like there's a bit of a ginshin slump everyone I talk to and even I look at other content creators and they say they're not that much in dickensian at the moment it might just be because star Royal came out you know and that's obviously taken a lot of the hype away but I can't lie when I say that I haven't felt this way about genshin since release I've always loved playing it and wanted to log in every day but at the moment I'm struggling a little bit so hopefully this event can bring some Joy back into US make us feel like you know we're excited to play the game again anyway let's get started with today's video I think it's a festival of some sort let's start heading there anyway I oh man I really went here to have a cool intro and I ruined it instantly we enter the academia's main hall to ask around for news with this cool blade on my back actually looks really cool in the mean hey a moment if you would yeah are you two the famous traveler and pymon by anything how you pronounce this but yeah that's me we and who are you my name is wikos member of the Academia Extravaganza planning committee have you two heard of this Festival Extravaganza planning committee only just now yeah that's exactly why we're here is that so looks like our advertising is working well there's posters all over the place which is actually kind of cool since you're both interested would you mind if I gave you a brief explanation of the event yeah please um so the Academia Extravaganza is a Grand Event run by the Academia with a long and storied history yeah to be precise it can be divided into the wisdom Gala and the inter darshan Championship okay the gala is held annually during this time all six darshans will set up booths throughout the city and host guests to showcase the most fascinating aspects of their school interesting increase their influence that's kind of cool actually on the other hand the championship is held once every four years each darshan representative to VI for the position of grand champion whether they do also knowledge this year the gala is being held alongside the championship so the mood in the city is as they say at an unprecedented Fever Pitch yeah you're most welcome answering questions regarding the Academia Extravaganza is my job and I actually do have something I would like to ask the two of you the commission you say I like how earlier when he said yeah it's pretty neat or whatever I was like you know what isn't neat that ugly badge you're wearing but he's kind of hiding it now he's ashamed need our help with something commissions well let me Begin by saying that this year's Academia Extravaganza is of utmost importance to us because it's the first one since our archon is back lesser Lord kusanali and the sages came up with a plan for the Academia to recruit talented people from the desert starting next year that's exciting as such we've invited a great number of desert dwellers to take part in this Festival yeah so they can hopefully experience the academia's atmosphere ahead of time that's cool I've heard that the two of you are famous across both the rainforest and deserts yeah you're right your participation into darshan Championship yeah more people will definitely come to appreciate the festival no of course of course didn't you just say only darshan Representatives can take part though exactly or do you mean you want us to join a darshan but then we would have to deal with the exams and essays and stuff like that what she says no need to worry the championship participants have already been selected okay I mean to invite the two of you as guest commentators commentators your job will be to observe and record every part of the competition uh well when I commentate anything on stream I always get called a jinxer the commentator curse is real there's no pressure just follow each match and enjoy the festival aside from that Academia I see so I suspect he might have been their only option that's rude kind of weird he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would participate in competitions like this one I don't think he wants to I think he forced him to I'm a bit puzzled too no have our six contests the championship will soon begin we have one Arc per person six arcs in this who will Triumph this time around I don't restrictions though for example sages cannot participate fair enough any given person can only participate in one instance of the championship and so on okay that's right also there are two methods by which the darshan representatives are chosen one is self-nomination and the other is to be recommended by over half of one's darshan interesting yeah you had been a case of cases oh that's a confident quote I heard that quite a few of your Juniors petitioned for your candidacy cute sometimes I wish I could clap a few of them over the head and tell them to spend that time on studying instead can you refuse well you can but after some consideration I realize this could be a good opportunity for me sure next month we're having a public lecture on ecology at gandarvaville if I participate in this event I might be able to utilize its popularity to promote the lecture okay you know what fair enough smart I'm not that concerned about becoming the champion unlike someone here so you've volunteered it's so nice in order to make them both small and Nimble I consulted with Madame farazon cool not long ago all those mechanical butterflies and release them into the city because it looks neat need you even ask young people these days really do need to get out more have you never played that game where you play strips of paper on a bamboo pole and wave it across a field of flowers to attract a
