differently to men and it is based on gender alright does that mean that the page gap is a myth of course that of course that still happens and I'm telling you those companies can get sued for sexual discrimination and they can be sought subject to significant amount of damages under law I am NOT to pay the plaintiffs attorneys fees and so alright these laws have been in place a long time I've defended lawsuits against companies where they've been alleged that have happened so let's say that I have a company I have 25% woman in my workplace I have I have 50% white man in my workplace and I have 20 25 % black men in my workplace am I am i doing the wrong thing by not hiring more woman or black men the answer is yes why why because hiring practices in 2018 should not be about competence they should always be about filling diversity percentages in your company you have to be serious I specifically make sure that I fill all the diversity quarters otherwise my company is not valid under the 2018 diversity bill nice okay Wow so like recently I was lacking a percentage of 2% Indian men in my workplace and a 1% of Afghan woman in my workplace I have been something about this or I'm gonna get cold up so what I did was I went on the street I found the homeless Indian man with no shoes I brought him into the workplace I hate for his suit and I gave him a [ __ ] fat paycheck he's now earning 100 K a year all right now do I go to sleep at night thinking I did the right thing absolutely what's your opinion that's absolutely the way don't either it's the way that workplace
