[Music] I'm sorry I'm aghast welcome to Asia at home and today I'm going to show you drunken mothers you've been asking me for creating this recipe for I don't know how long long enough long enough I know you guys been waiting waiting on this recipe so let's get started so first we are gonna marinate our protein so for this recipe you just need 8 ounce of any protein that you prefer you can have a tofu if you wanna make this vegetarian you can have a beef pork shrimp whatever you want chicken oh yeah go ahead and do so so eight ounce of a whatever protein one time or two times like myself just mix it together one teaspoon of fish sauce fish sauce or oyster sauce the sources we are using that is not mysterion go ahead and you know use more soy sauce that we do or vegetarian fish sauce or vegetarian oyster sauce those words a little white pepper you can use black pepper too and then a pinch and 1 clove of garlic I'm just going to cry what do you call great them right mix them together and we're just gonna marinate them not too long just so while we are preparing other ingredients side and let's mix up the sauce sauce very important for a drunken others it needs to be savory in this village sweet a lot of those packet of flavor getting in so the first thing we're gonna start is oyster sauce so you will need two tablespoons of oyster sauce you know a lot of you guys ask me where I got my ace acute you know measuring cups and measuring spoons I got a sacramental Anthropologie we need a tablespoon of fish sauce again if you wanna make this vegetarian version go ahead and news vegetarian oyster sauce and vegetarian fish sauce or more soy sauce 1 tablespoon of soy sauce I like to use high light soy sauce when I'm making actually Thai food and high-pitch sauce instead of a Vietnamese fish sauce because high pitched sauce is a little more funkier and more saltier and type it a title like soy sauce it just I don't know it just really delicious I like using it and for nice dark color we're gonna use 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce if you do not have dark soy sauce you can definitely just skip this part it's just really for the color and then 2 tablespoon of a palm sugar and a little bit a lot of you guys asked me like this I'm young how your palm sugar is just like a nice and soft because when I buy palm sugar jar like this I suck them in water so I just pour water and just let it steep for like a week or two weeks so I always have this like this so they are a lot softer so I can scoop it out if you don't have a palm sugar go ahead and use a maybe shrub or honey that will work too I need a pinch of white pepper again they sew it together everything is mixed side and now I'm going to chop eight to ten cloves of garlic yes a lot of garlic is a key point for drunkenness you have to have a lot of garlic for drunken others if you're not making opener the delicious so you have a lot of garlic did I mention you need a lot of help it's okay stop I just smashed a large cloves of garlic and I'm gonna smash all Thai chilies so Thai chilies totally up to you you can use only one or none if you don't want to make this spicy or you can use 1015 if you are I mean if you wanted to kill yourself I mean water kiss somebody after you've mastered that you can do that do it don't do that it's not nice so you said I'll be using motor and pestered just going to smash down like this so the chili oils will come out without you know I have to dirty out another tool in the kitchen so this is this worked with me just chop it away now I'm going to slice one shallot set aside with the culligan chilli - because they are going into the pan all the same time now I'm going to slice one just regular large red chilli to add on later so this one is really not super spicy but it will give a little little more volume and the color to the dish so this is optional if you cannot find a red chilli Gordon you too ready bell pepper that will works too and they are for the vegetables so you can have any leafy green vegetables like you choi bok choy or like you know like a zucchini or any others but I have some Chinese broccoli left so this is what I'm gonna use you will need the four to six also vegetables the how much vegetable you like in your in our drunken others time for the basil so traditionally in Thai they use the holy basil again the same thing as the Thai Bajor fried rice recipe I just shared right here but if you don't have it use regular basil or Thai basil it works just fine you will need a handful of Thai basil or any more if you love basil Jacob and I will love basil in our food so we always add a little extra now cuz we always a fight for that little basil bite at the end all right this type ager is good to go now let's talk about the new ders so for drunken losers I love using fresh rice and neuters sheet then cut it into little more wider pieces it is still delicious but if you cannot find them like this you can find the grade one actually in a Vietnamese brand they have this rice sheet that's right one like this like a little about your like a smaller than your palm size about half of your palm size of the Rice's like this you can find this cannot find none over this go ahead and use regular rice noodles you can find at the regular grocery store and soak them in like hot water for a few minutes and then stir-fry okay because my recipe is based on using fresheners so if you're using dried one prepare that by soaking in the hot water for a few minutes so this is one and half pounds of neuters we need one pound of it alright guys support mothers this is a black on black noodle t-shirts it's one of my favorite I'm wearing medium size but this one I haven't washed it yet but it will definitely shrink or like all the t-shirts do yellow one that I was wearing on this ramen neutral notice what was that the pork rib noodle soup there was a small size and this is medium sizes so you cannot get it the idea of it so you feel like a little you know room in your t-shirts you definitely want to go to a little like one-up size than what you normally wear I'm going to cut them like a really large pieces you can even like a rip it up with your fingertips -
