I mean, I know the game is recent, so I'm not gonna say that they should have sat on this until Summer, but 2020's in one month. Should they have held on to this one until after Jingle Grumps? Could have been fun to sort of ring (get it? Because Sonic?) in the new year with a game that actually has "2020" in the title, but ehh it's not a big deal. There's a lot to like in this game! The character select screen was fun. I like how Yoshi and Sonic both had character-specific jumps to start the climbing mini-game. But why is it that Player 2 gets, like, a character icon instead of a flag? And are the flags assigned randomly, or what?

Also, this is really wonderful.
