hello, everyone! It's really spring now. This is what I bought recently. I enjoy finding recipes in a cook book. Sometimes you can discover treasure like recipe in a cookbook. I'll try to make some veggie broth today. I mainly used a chicken or veggie stock. I know it's very convenient and easy way. But I was curious about how it'd be different from buying it. Radish, onion, green onions, shiitake, bay leaves, carrot, Celery, pieces of kelp, black pepper, a little bit of white wine. Bout it for 1 hour. Let it cool for a moment. While cooling down, I'm going to make lunch. I'm burning a paprika. This will make paprika way sweeter. Honestly I've never tried this before. I'm scared.. I think it's enough. Peel off the skin in cold water. You can see the smooth skin again. Slice it into bite size. This is what I made recently. I literary make a sourdough every single day. I think sourdough is the most challenging baking. You have to care about fermentation, gluten, flour, le vain, temperature. You can't miss any of these. I made greek yogurt bowl, too. I don't think it's a good idea to put too many ingredients in a sandwich. I think this is the case. I should have left out some ingredients. I guess it's cooled down enough. Store the broth in a container for later use. I'll make a mushroom pasta with the veggie broth. This dish goes well with wide noodles. I used mapaldine. Slice the onion, shiitake. And button mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Take it out and drain it. Set aside the pasta, sauté garlics and onion with olive oil. Sauté mushrooms, too. When it gets golden brown, Add the pasta, veggie broth and pasta water. Grind parmigiano reggiano on the top. Melt it with residual heat. Sprinkle the Italian parsley and remaining cheese. Voila! I marinated these beef 1 hour ago. Apply olive oil evenly over the meat. Season it with some herbs, salt and pepper. Heat the pan sufficiently. Put the marinated meat on the pan. I think grilling meat is always difficult. It's easy to overcooked or undercook it. Rest it for 10 min. I will fry the garnish in the remaining oil. Season them with salt and pepper, as well. I should have put more garlics. It looks so delicious! I added butter last, this time. Let's have it. I'm so hungry. I prepared a bottle of merlot wine. I guess it's pretty old. I always spill wine. Always... Wow, It looks cooked well to medium. It's so juicy and savory. What does the pasta taste like? Honestly, I think it's the best vegan past ever. Now I know why chefs make all their own broth. It was perfect dinner. I'm gonna make a pecan pie today. Pecan pie is a dessert I made when I first started baking. When I first made it, I had a lot of trouble with this complicated process. But I soon got used to it. Above all, because it is impossible to buy such generous pecan pie I keep making pecan pies. Tarts are easier to make using a food processor. When it becomes rice size, stop grinding and pour the egg water. Grind until it becomes a lump. Spread the lump evenly. Make it into a lump again and place it on paper foil. Place the square bar and roll it out to a height of 3mm. To place it in a mold properly, you need to cool it down in a fridge. While cooling down, let's make some filling. All you need is muscovado, butter, vanilla extract, honey, salt and rice syrup Stir it slowly over low heat. When it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool down. Otherwise it'll cook the egg. Mix it well. It's time to put the dough into the mold. Lift the dough carefully so as not to tear it. Carefully press it to the edge with your fingertips. Before baking, place paper on top and place a pressure stone on it. After 10 minutes, remove the pressing stone and bake for 10 more minutes. Put plenty of pre-processed pecans on the tart. Pre processed one is way better than regular one. Pour the sauce on top. Bake it at 160 Celsius for 40 minutes this time. It looks so tasty. I'll sprinkle deco snow on top. It won't melt. Actually I made this for giving it to my friend. I'm really glad when people enjoy my dessert. What gifts do you usually give people? It seems like toxic.. If you leave this pie in the fridge for a day, it'll be more delicious. I usually enjoy it with vanilla ice cream. This is so good as much as I expected.
