I just had to have
that pink scooter. This is the reason I've been
going to all these auctions. Yeah! I took a gamble on this
unit and paid nine grand. I still don't know
what's in these boxes. All right. This looks like some kind of
light display or something. Looks like there's
over 100 boxes here. It could be just an assortment
of so many different things. I've never seen anything
like it in my life. Separate what we have and
start doing our homework. I did some research, and I found
this company called Stage-Tech. They're a professional
lighting company. And I think this is going
to be the best place to get my lighting systems appraised. Cue music. [clapping] That's it. You got it-- OK. Wow, look at that. You got beams and everything. I guess this just works
off of sound, then, right? Yep. Is this one voice-activated? Yeah, I think so. Let me check it out. Yeah! We have about 25 of these and
about 75 of this model here. If I wanted to
sell them quickly, what do you think is a
fair market price to turn 'em and burn 'em, basically? Um-- I'd say you're looking
at about 300, 400 bucks a unit. I appreciate you
guys' time and effort. Absolutely. Look at that. Full of stuff. What is that? What is it? I don't know. [bird chirping sound] JARROD: What the
[bleep] is that? Let me-- let me see. What does he do? BRANDI: Look how happy it is. Looks pretty interesting. It does. I've never seen
anything like this. Maybe we can make
your 300 bucks back. They're definitely something
I've never seen before, so. I think we should have them
appraised at a real place. Deal. Me and Brandi are really
curious about these bird boxes. I'm just hoping this
expert knows his stuff. Hey, I'm Brandi. Hi, Brandi. We spoke on the phone. Yes, we did. - We have the--
- How you doing? I'm Jarrod.
- Jarrod, hi. --music boxes. Do you know what they are? Um, music boxes of some
sort with a bird in them. They're bird boxes. Oh. Here's the mechanism. It's in there. It's the same mechanism
that's in yours. And here's the bird. It's going to go in that one. BRANDI: Oh, hey. What? How cute. What do you think
these are worth? EXPERT: This one,
as it is, would probably be worth around-- $3,000 to $5,000 at auction. Wow. [gasps] JARROD: [laughs] EXPERT: And this one,
which is more modern-- I mean, if I were at the
auction and I saw it, I would pay more than $1,500-- $2,000 for it. OK. So you've done very well. JARROD: This is it. This is the one. This is the reason I've been
going to all these auctions and these random places. I knew it would happen
sooner or later. DARRELL: Wow, look at this. You know, I paid seven
grand for this thing. Yeah, I know. That's a lot of money. But one of the reasons I paid
the seven grand for this, Brandon-- that is travertine title. It's all imported from Spain. That'd sell from anywhere
from $10 to $15 a tile. This tile is in
perfect condition. This stuff is like gold. We have 100 boxes of it. So that's going half the price. That's $7,000. That's my money back
right there in the tile. Yeah. Holy [muted]. That is half-inch oak wood. One, two, three, four,
five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. 4 times 14-- 56 boxes. You probably got another
$10,000 right here in lumber. Yeah! What? It's a whirpool
pool Jacuzzi tub. No way. I'm dead serious. I know that's another three
to four grand right there. Bonus right there. Woo! Wait a minute. Look it over here in the corner. A brand new tile saw-- I guarantee that thing's two
grand to go buy that now. That's crazy. Woo! This locker has a little
bit of everything. It's just crapping cash. Yes!
Woo! That's really good. That's why I was
bidding on this longer. I was so happy to take
this thing away from Dave. I stole this
unit for 900 bucks. No one else saw the
money in all these books. This is going to be a goldmine. This is definitely an entire
book store, and it's all mine. So every step I'm going to
take is going to be about $300. There's three, six, nine, 12. I'm not much of a reader. 18. But damn, I'm starting
to like books. 84, 86. There's $9,000 worth of books
right there in that pile. Oh, my god. They haven't even barely
put a dent in this thing. We have more than half the
unit left to even process. If I get just one
buck for every book, I have 15 grand here easy. I love this business. DARRELL: Oh, man. What's in these big boxes? Holy mackerel. BRANDON: What is that? DARRELL: That's that
laminating paper stuff. BRANDON: That's a
huge roll, dude. 10,000 feet per box. You ought to google that
for me really quick. BRANDON: That roll right
there is worth $204.18 right now on the wholesale market. And there's six
of him right there. Yeah. That's 1,200 bucks. This is awesome. Brand new lighted presentation
boards with telescopic feet, Brandon. There's a lot back here, dude. That's awesome. Easily 250 boxes. There's 250 of these
things in there right now. They retail at a couple
hundred bucks apiece. I know I can get a
fast 50 bucks for 'em. That's 12,500 bucks just in
these easyboards right here. That's not counting
all the desks and all the film and all the tripods. Take it. Take it. Bam, baby. I'm stoked. BRANDI: Finally, a unit
that I'm excited about. Whoa. There tools in there? BRANDI: Yes. Yay! These wrenches right
here are probably, like-- BRANDI: That's money. JARROD: We'll probably sell
'em for, like, 15 bucks apiece. BRANDI: 'Sup, money. Yeah, we're in the profit. I mean, we're
already at 800 bucks. Just from this toolbox
and this stuff inside. What is this stuff? What did you just find? BRANDI: Watch? JARROD: What the--
it's a camera. Look at that. Doo, doo, doo,
doo, doo, doo, doo. Bug detector. You're blowing my
mind right now, man. This is spy
equipment right here. Look at this. This is a motion
detector wireless DVR. This is the camera. Look at this. [gasps] JARROD: Let me see those. Oh my gosh! JARROD: [inaudible]. I can see something in these. You can't see-- let me see it! We doubled our money and
we doubled our pleasure. Let's roll. One locker down, one to go. I got two box trucks, some help. [laughs] Yeah. This should go pretty quick. BRANDI: Retail for this
furniture is, like, $25,000. If we can get half of that,
we've made a huge profit. I'm really curious to find
out more about this spy cam. And I think I just may
have found the place. Jason, how you doing? We got some stuff we want
you to take a look at. JASON: Ah, cool. BRANDI: So if we sold this as a
kit, what would we get for it? I'd say everything
together, with your case and all those accessories, I
would value them at $1,1000. Nice. Yeah, 1,100
bucks, that's good. What was that? I don't know. I'm confused. We might be making a few more
trips back to San Francisco. It pays. - Thanks again, Jason.
- You're welcome. Thanks a lot. Have a good one. I spent $1,000 on this
locker, because I just had to have that pink scooter. Now, this one's going in
my personal collection. Wouldn't you know it. One cent. Plates, more plates. Plates, plates. What do we got here? Not a plate. Oh, wow. Let's get this out in the light. I don't know if it
ever was for mounting it on the wall with
these brackets, why they'd even be there. But I can-- I definitely can
see that it's old. We're going to go to somebody
and find out what it is. Didn't too bad of a day,
now that I look back on it. I put in a lot of work. I got a scooter, and
I ended up with a car. I did a bit of research,
and it turns out this thing is an old tether car. So I'm going to see
Stuart [inaudible],, who really is the guy when
it comes to these cars. [cars zooming] STUART: Show me what
you brought me in today. BARRY: Well, Stuart, this is a-- this is what I got in
that storage locker. Maybe you can shed a little
bit of light on this. STUART: I've never
seen anything like it. BARRY: Well, if a person
like you has never seen another one like it,
that leads me to believe it's worth a few bucks. What do you think this thing
is worth in an as-is condition? In as-is condition,
for the right customer, I'd have to say-- maybe $4,000 to $7,000. Well, it was a good day. I also got a pink scooter
out of the locker. Seven grand-- now, that's huge. DAVE: Back at my shop. My team's been
doing some research on these vending machines. Now I get to find out exactly
how much I'm going to make. TEAM MEMBER: This is
online for about $3,500. DAVE: All right. Got another $3,500 right here. Another $3,500
for this one used. Another $3,500
for this one used. Really? TEAM MEMBER: Yep. These three right here
are brand new in the box. Uh-huh. These are going
to sell for $5,000. $5,000 a piece. So that's $15,000. Yeah, that's about $29,000. Incredible. So let's get this stuff listed
online and make it happen.
