as I can in a 24-hour period. I'm really looking forward to this. I've got some amazing flights booked, I've got some fantastic airlines
I've not flown with before so let's go flyin'! (engine purrs)
(upbeat music) So I am heading down to London
Heathrow Airport tonight on this beautiful summer evening. It's actually the summer solstice tonight on the 21st of June which means that it's the longest day of
the year here in the UK and the sun isn't gonna be setting tonight until around about 10 o'clock at night which is about the time I
get down to Heathrow tonight. So it's a bit toward evening. It's currently half past eight and we've got a gorgeous
summer evening now. So I am on my way down to Heathrow. Tomorrow morning, I'm flying
over to Boston, Massachusetts with British Airways on
board the Airbus A380. And now I have very kindly been sent by a company called Zendure,
their latest battery pack. They basically make
battery packs for airlines such as Titan Airways and British Airways and they give them to their
pilots on their flight decks to power their iPads for
their electronic flight packs. Really cool use for
this little gadget here and they very kindly sent me
one to try on this trip today so I'm gonna be using
this as my battery pack to keep all of my GoPros
and things charged throughout the entire trip. I'm gonna be seeing how much
battery this gets through over the next couple of days. It does come with a really
nice little display there, I don't know whether you can see it, and it tells you how much
of the battery is left. It also has a few USB ports and
a USB-C, which is quite nice and it's 26,800 milli-Amp-hour, which is more than my Anker battery, so really interested in
seeing how this copes on the next couple days. It's honestly completely
flight-safe as well because they give it to
the flight deck crews so I'm looking forward
to actually trying this on these next few flights. (upbeat music) Okay, this is absolutely ridiculous. This hotel here, the Travelodge at
Heathrow Airport Terminal, I've never stayed here
before, I just booked it today because it was a last minute cheap deal. Look at this really tight car park. There isn't a single space. I have absolutely no idea
where I'm gonna park tonight, but you'd think that a
hotel would generally have, oh, so I'm trying to negotiate
this really tight bend. You would think that a hotel at this sort of size at
Heathrow Airport would have a decent car park. This place is just horrendous! And my car isn't that big and I'm struggling to get it around here. Look, I left-hand turned here, I'm gonna reverse to get through. This is ridiculous. Big negative marks for Travelodge, in my opinion. (rapid beeping) And it's a pay and display as well, which is even more,
just takes a nick of it when you pay so much
money for a hotel room and then you have to pay
again to park your car. It's daft, look at this! Look at this ridiculously tight... (rapid beeping) I'm thinkin' I might
have to just go and park out on the road. (relaxing music) Okay, so it is now Friday morning at about a half past seven in the morning and it's a beautiful day
out there for flying. And the planes are just coming over, are taking off from
Heathrow on the 27 runways. It looks like we're gonna
have some great views today after we take off, hopefully. And my first flight today is to Boston on the British Airways Airbus A380 and it's one I'm really looking forward to because I've flown on British
Airways no end in the past and all on short haul. I've never flown long haul
with British Airways at all. So this is my first long haul BA flight, I'm looking forward to it, also on the wonderful Airbus A380 as well. So let's head over to Terminal Five now and get ready for today's flight! (airplane zooms loudly) Okay, so I'm heading
on now across to where I've left my car outside. So let's if I can manage to get out. (relaxing music) (car doors close) Okay! No ticket. All good! (relaxing music) Okay, so all parked up
and thankfully no ticket from the place I've had my car overnight so I'm here now at just north of Heathrow. Parked my car and just
walking down the free bus into Terminal Five. (relaxing music) - [Pilot] Good morning to
you, ladies and gentlemen! It's my pleasure to welcome you all aboard this British Airways flight
to Boston, Massachusetts. There will be a short video highlighting the safety procedures for
this Boeing A380 aircraft. (relaxing music) Okay, so we are now about
two hours into this flight, heading over the Atlantic Ocean. Some fantastic scenery
we've seen so far as well, across Wales and Ireland, too. Wonderful flight, this is A380
is a lovely plane to fly in on any airline but BA's crew
really do go the extra mile. They're fantastic so I'm
really looking forward to the rest of this flight. I'm chilling out, enjoying a glass of wine and a bit of dinner. It's a relatively short flight
for the A380 this morning. It's only about six and a half hours long. Six hours, 50 today, the captain said that when he spoke to us. So a very short flight. Boston is about as close to the UK as you can get in the States
so a very short flight. Over six hours, 50 minutes. Not long to go at all
compared to my recent videos to Australia, so it's
a very nice short hop by all things compared. (relaxing music) So I am here now at Logan
International Airport here in Boston, Massachusetts. It is the biggest airport here at Boston, the only airport here at Boston, actually. Absolutely fantastic
flight over here with BA on board the Airbus A380. The aircraft is just such a
fantastic aircraft to ride in, so comfortable, it's really, really nice. And it was only a short flight but it just felt like it had
gone by in no time at all so thumbs up to BA on that flight. Will it be a thumbs up for
my next airline on this trip? So I'm now heading down to
Washington DC with JetBlue, a new airline for inflight Video, a new airline for me as well. I've never flown on any
of the low cost airlines here in the States. JetBlue will be my first so
heading over to Terminal C, I believe, somewhere here at Logan Airport to catch my JetBlue Embraer 190 down to Washington DC! (relaxing music) Okay, so I am now here at
the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Washington DC. It's one stop down from
Reagan Airport on the Metro, which is quite handy, you
just hop on at the airport and hop off here and yeah, it's all quite close to Washington DC. Seems to be quite a small, little city so I'm planning to go
and have a wander around. Now, I've just been informed
that my flight in the morning at six o'clock from Reagan
International Airport leaves at six o'clock, which means I've got to be at the airport for half past four, ouch. And it's currently half
past six in the evening, but actually, thinking about it, it's not that bad because
I'm still in UK time so actually, it's at half
past nine in the morning, which is a lot more reasonable. Although, that does mean it's
now half past 11 at night and I have to go and have
a wander around town yet. The weather here isn't as great
as I was expecting it to be, to be honest, but it's not too bad. We had a really fun, gusty
approach at landing in to Reagan on board the
JetBlue Embraer 190. Fantastic little airline,
JetBlue, awesome service. It was a low cost
airline, we got free wifi, entertainment throughout, live
TV that you can get at home and as well as that, there
was snacks and drinks, all free of charge as well. Fantastic service. Just a shame that the flight
was a little bit bumpy and cloudy for the majority of it so I didn't really get to see
a great deal out of the window and so we're on very short
final here at Washington DC. Now, Washington DC, of course, the capital of these here

with JetBlue down here to Washington DC and that was recording for another two hours in total. And the battery so far, look at that. I don't know whether you can
see the percentage indicator on there, but it's at
73% so it's used 20... My math isn't good at
this time of the morning. 27% to do pretty much
10 hours of recording, which I think, is pretty good so far. So let's carry on using it. I'm not charging it on this trip. My plan is to use this
for the rest of the trip. Let's see how much of it we
can get recorded with it. Good morning, how much to DCA? - [Driver] To Reagan, then I'd say $7. - Okay, yeah, can I get to the airport, please?

video that did so well, is why, why do I do this? Why do I put myself through this to create these videos? Aren't they just a waste of time and I just wanted to cover a
couple of why's of really, why do I create these full flight videos? Why do I create these crazy travel vlogs? I do them one at a time. The full flight videos I do them because I just wanna give something back, I guess. I just have this passion
for bringing the experience of a flight to people who
are otherwise unable to fly. Bringing people the joy
of what it's like to see the world from 37,000 feet
at the click of a button. When I was a kid, we
didn't have the internet. It was 20, 30 years ago, we
didn't have the internet. I was mad on planes even back then and I would have given
anything to have been able to sit down and watch a video
of a flight in real time and see the world from so high up, look at the cloud formations,
look at the landscapes below. And of course, there wasn't any
way of doing that back then. We had these videos,
it's just plane videos that's still going today. But they didn't cover
the full flights at all and I just wanted that sort of thing and I know that that's
what people want as well. There's people out there who
would love to be able to fly but can't just like I was. They can't either can't afford
to or through medical reasons or something like that. And to be able to bring the thrill and the experience of flight to people who otherwise wouldn't be able to do it, you guys, as well, you're
aviation mad just like I am. And I just want to be able
to bring this experience of flying to you. I'm in a position now,
fortunately, where I can do this. And I can bring this. We have the internet. We have the means to be
able to book these flights. We have the internet to be able to show these flights to people
and I just wanna do as much as I can to bring this
experience to other people. And that's why I film
the full flight videos. Why do I take these trips like I do with these crazy, crazy three-day trips where I do like I have done this weekend? Six or seven flights in a couple of days? And the reason being that I have a huge, huge channel obviously, I bet you're watching this one now, and I have a release schedule
where I basically release a full flight video every couple of weeks. And I don't wanna be flying
every couple of weeks. I can't do that. I have a family, I have wife,
I've got some two lovely kids and also the fact that
I don't really enjoy being away from home for
many nights at a time to be able to do this. I'm away enough with work without having to be away for inflight
Videos well all the time. So the way that I can
get all these videos done is to take two or three days and just fly. Flight, flight, flight,
flight, film, film, film, film. And at the end of this trip, I will have six new full flight videos which will keep the channel
going for another three months, in terms of how many flights
I've filmed on this trip, releasing one every other week. And it's much better for
me to just do it on one hit and spend two nights away from home, do all of this traveling and
get all of the flights filmed and then I can go back home, and sit and edit them over
the coming weeks and months and put them all together for you, hopefully into a video that you will enjoy on inflight Video. So the reason I do all
these trips like this is basically to reduce the amount of time I'm away from home! I just wanna be there
with my wife and the kids and it's at times like
this I get to the end of my (sighs) second day of filmin' in a row. I've just two 22-hour days back to back. And I've got another really long day to come in and begin tomorrow,
I'm absolutely wiped out. But I know that these videos that I've just filmed for you guys are gonna keep the channel going, a fat bit longer, gotta keep
these videos comin' to you guys for the next few months and
that is what motivates me and inspires me to be able to carry on creating these videos. I guess the upshot of
this, I don't really know. I just wanted to bring you kind of an idea of what it's actually like. I know I put on a funny face and I try to make light of all of this. You know, it can be fun. But I get to this sort of time, usually two days into the trip, just before I'm about to come home and I just wanna get home and that's exactly how
I'm feeling right now. It's now 10 o'clock at
night here in New York, which means that in London,
it is two, three o'clock in the morning in London. My flight leaves here at
eight o'clock in the morning. I've got a shuttle to
the airport at half five and I'm catching the
daylight flier over to London so I get back home at
eight o'clock tomorrow. This time tomorrow, in 24 hour's time, I will be in my own bed
and not in some stinky, crappy hotel room here in New York. Right. I've done enough moaning for one night. I'm sorry that you've had to sit there and listen to me moan
for the last few minutes about everything and not
actually really moaning because it's a very (mumbles) opportunity and to be able to bring
these videos to you guys is what truly, truly, truly
motivates me, it really does. You guys mean the world to me and just being able to bring this experience of flight to you is worth these long days
for me, it really, really is because my aim, ultimately, is to bring it to the point where you
just click on a button and watch a full flight video from an entire worldwide
network of flights. That's it, pretty much. Ooh, and I forgot to tell you, actually, just one other thing. The Zendure battery situation. So this thing now, I've
refused to charge this while I've been away. I wanna give you guys a true reflection of how this battery's actually doin'. And would you look at this. So this, bear in mind,
this battery has now filmed the full length flights
of London to Boston, Boston to Washington DC, DC
across to Chicago this mornin', Chicago to St. Louis, St.
Louis to New York La Guardia. In total, 16 hours of footage so far, this has been powering my
GoPro for 16 hours, in total. Would you look at that, can you see that? I can see it quite clearly but it looks like it's blurred out. We're down to 52% of the battery. This thing has recorded
16 hours of footage on less than half of its capacity. I was a bit worried about whether or not I'd have enough battery
power left in this to last for my eight-hour flight
tomorrow back to London but the fact that I've done 16 hours on half the battery already? I'm actually really
impressed with this thing. And to be honest, it's
really cold as well. Compared to my other one,
which is a little bit unwieldy, this one is really nice. Other than it's quite a chunky battery, it sits perfectly between
the armrests and the window on the aircraft or it sits
in the seat pocket thing quite clearly quite easily as well. It's a great little battery pack and the fact that I've only gone through half of the battery already, I'm quite impressed with this so far. I'll give you a full lowdown
tomorrow when I get back home on how it's performed on
the last flight tomorrow back to London. Right, I'm going to bed. I've been trying to sleep
for the last half hour. The room stinks. I don't know whether you can hear that but the person in the next
room is playing Judge Judy at 50 decibels. I'm itchin'. This is (beeps) horrible. Okay, so it is now just gone off 4:30 in the morning here at the wonderful JFK Inn. (sighs) I've barely slept. (TV drones on faintly) That TV has been blaring
in the room next door since I got here last night. I've had Judge Judy,
we've had action movies, we've had guns goin' off in
the TV (chuckles) all night. I just need sleep, I'm so cold because the only way to reduce the smell of this room slightly has been to have that aircon unit on as cold as possible to bring
it some fresh air from outside but it still stinks. So I have got the shuttle
bus over to JFK Airport in less than an hour and let me tell you, I'm so looking forward to
getting out of this place. I thought Travelodge
was terrible. (chuckles) And the compact Travelodge
basically, all is forgiven. I'm gonna go and grab my things together and go sit outside where it is hopefully not gonna smell as much and
wait for my shuttle bus. (upbeat R&B music) ♪ I'm getting day drunk,

at London Heathrow Airport on what is a beautiful
evening by UK standards. It's actually a lot nicer here than it was when we left New York earlier on today. I've just been and grabbed my dinner and I'm heading back to the car now. That was a great flight over on the British Airways
747 and I can't believe that in 30 years of
flying on British Airways, I've never actually flown
on one of their 747s and that was the first time for that, (chuckles) so it was
quite a nice experience although the cabin is
getting little bit tight, let's just say but the
in-flight entertainment system was state of the art. It's much better than even the A380 that we had on the way out! So I'm just trying to work out, I think it's just over 48
hours since I left here in London to hit the USA
and now I'm back here again after another crazy trip around
the eastern states of the US and it was great fun,
I quite enjoyed that. Got some really nice video footage of all the flights I've
taken for you guys! Hopefully some awesome full flight videos to come out of this as well. I've tried out, of course, some fantastic airlines on the way. Southwest Airlines, amazing. JetBlue, amazing. United, good as always. British Airways, well,
what can I say, fantastic. And as always, they are my preferred airlines when I'm flying out of the UK normally. I love BA. Aside from being my home country's airline and there is just
something really symbolic about coming in to land
over the city of London on a beautiful day with those
dark blue Rolls Royce engines just glinting in the
sun just out the window. It's, yeah! Just really strikes a chord with me. It just feels great to be home, really. And that experience was there
throughout the whole flight. It's just amazing. I'm really pleased that I'm back home now and I can go and get some sleep. Brought my dinner, I need
to go and grab this to eat, and then on my way back to, back to the east midlands now, which is gonna take me around
another couple of hours and then I'll be home so, yay! So an update on the
battery situation as well, just for one last time
before I get in the car here. The Zendure A8PD battery that I've taken with me on this trip, I have landed today after filming yet another full length flight on BA. It was an eight-hour one this time and I still have 30% of
battery power remaining so that is pretty awesome. And to be honest, I'm gonna
be taking this with me on all of my trips now so thanks so much to Zendure for that. The link to this battery is
in the description below. If you go ahead and check that out, that is awesome, it's
such a great battery. And if you wanna be filming
