Starfield Best Ship Modules For each Class

hello there and welcome to another Starfield video in today's video we're going to be looking at the best ship modules in every class so yeah now we're going off of like statistically the best I know with some of the modules you know you could argue but these are the best of a Class B Class and C-Class so yeah so we'll start off with uh in my opinion the most popular or the the kind of the first one you want to go for is the reactors so in the a class I have it over here the a class the best reactor you can get is this one here the fomac dc22 reactor from Deep core it's an a class it's got 33 power 2.25 repair rate reactor health of 45 730 hole and a crew capacity of one it cost 33,300 for me but if you don't have any perks it cost around 48,000 it's a mass of 45 it requires star shift is Design 4 and it requires you to be level 43 to unlock it so if you're not level 43 or you don't have Starship Design 4 you won't be able to unlock it now you can usually find it it could be in a variety of different places but I usually tend to find this on new Atlantis so yeah that's the tier uh a or Class A so next we have the class B reactor this is the best class B reactor in the game it's a bit of a jump off the air so this is a 104 DS mag inertial reactor from dogstar it's b-class 39 power generation it's got a repair rate of 3.54 71 reactor Health 11, 1125 Hull and it gives plus two crew capacity the price of this without perks is 67,800 it's a mass of 71 it requires piloting rank of rank three Starship design of rank four and it requires you to be level 60 to unlock it so it's it's a pretty endgame one when it comes to the bclass now we're going to really quickly jump oh actually before I jump to the second third one uh this can also commonly be found anywhere really you just have to look around I usually find it in new Atlantis so we're going to really quickly jump to a different place to show you the cclass all right so here we are this is the best C-Class reactor and overall the best reactor in the game so this is the pinch 8z reactor from Xiang it's a C-Class reactor provides 40 power 6.44 repair rate 129 reactor Health a hole of 1350 gives plus three to crew capacity it cost 85,000 uh 200 if you don't have the perks it's a mass of 129 it requires you to have four piloting skill and four Starship design skill and it requires you to be level 60 so yet again this one and the b class you kind of have to be quite high level to get it now this one was a bit more trickier to find as I couldn't find it new Atlantis I had to come to the Shroud Eckland uh stary yard in Naran so that's where you could go to get this but obviously you could kind of find it anywhere it's just kind of Ry so now we're going to move on to the next important one in my opinion is Shields all right so here we are with the shields thankfully I found all three of them in the one area but as always is you can kind of find the Manu where you just have to bit RNG so this is the best a class Shield you can get in the game it is the deflector sg60 Shield generator it's from sexon Shield systems a class max power of nine Max Shield health 860 it has a regenerate of 10% a hole of five it gives crew capacity of .5 uh without perks it will cost you 23,000 credits it is 48 Mass it requires Starship Design 4 and it also requires you to be level 56 so it's it's kind of like a lot of these there's going to be kind of a theme where these are very kind of further out so for the b class we have the 28t defender Shield generator this is from dogstar it's as I said B Class it requires 12 power 1500 Max Shield health 7% regenerate h of five5 crew capacity it costs 40,600 without perks it's a mass of 90 Starship Design 4 perk required and you have to be level 24 which is kind of interesting with this one because really quick I'm just going to without kind of going off into a tangent so this is this is it here now there's a load of these ones so it starts at 11 and it goes all all the way to 44 now something you'll notice here weirdly is this is better than this even though it's half I don't know if Bethesda meant to make a mistake or not but yeah just be be kind of Lucky whether they made a mistake cuz it's compared to some of the other ones it only requires you to have level 24 anyway we're going to jump to the C-Class one now so there's not much of a difference in the um shielding but anyway so the the best gclass cclass is the Assurance SG 1,800 Shield generator from Sexton system so C-Class it max power of 12 it gives 1,600 Shield health 5% regenerate five hole .5 crew capacity it costs 47,4 with the perks and it has a mass of 16 160 requires you to have Starship Design 4 and you have to be level 27 which again this is kind of a weird one because if you look at these at the bottom here there's a couple of them like always so you have the the 1,000 the 18800 then you've did 2,000 and 3,000 now weirdly this one is the best one but it unlocks sooner so I don't know again if Bethesda made a mistake with this one but yeah so you only need to be 27 to get the best shield in the game anyway next we're going to go and talk about uh grab drives all right so here we are again in the grab Drive thankfully this uh Place Naran also had the grab drive so we have to jump so for a class the best grab drive you can get is the Helios 400 grab drive by Deep core it's an AC class nine power gives 27 grab jump thrust grab Drive health of 84 a hole of five it cost 12,600 without perks it has a mass of 42 uh you need Starship design one to unlock it and then you also need to be level 21 now something kind of interesting with these grab drives is technically on paper this is this isn't the best because there's another one that you unlock one level later that uh has a little bit more Health but it's heavier so I'm going to be basing it off of the lightest one is the better because when you're trying to make a ship you want it to be lighter obviously statistically they both have the exact same uh jump drive capabilities and power the only difference like I said is the other one is a little bit heavier and it's a little bit healthier but for all intensive purpose this is the better one and then for the BCL class we have the rd3000 beta grab drive from reine speed class like I said requires 10 power gives 36 grab jump thrust 180 uh Health it gives a ho of five uh without um perks it cost 31,000 credits has a mass of 90 requires Starship design to and it also requires you to be level 33 this one is is pretty straightforward there's no like real like this is the best it's not like the with the other one I mean they're all the best technically but you know what I mean like there's no one that kind of trails behind and then for the C-Class we have this Apollo GV 300 grav drive from Deep core it's a C-Class requires 11 power it has a grab jump thrust of 50 which is astronomical considering the the largest or the longest distance you can get in the game jump drive is 30 this thing you this thing is meant for really big ships basically it has 288 gra Drive Health it's got a hole of five without perks it costs 10 15,500 credit credits and it requires you to have Starship Design 4 and be level 52 so yeah it's unlike some of the other ones this is a very end game kind of upgrade but then you know with the amount of grab jump thrust it gives you it's pretty phenomenal so next we're going to go and we're going to look at the um the engines all right so here we are with the engines now this is a bit of there's a bit of caveat to this because we're going we're going to be going off of purely the largest amount of engine thrust primarily so there is certain engines you can unlock like for instance with this um white dwarf uh engine the 3000 and when I put the wrong engine here one sec I'll just just to explain for anyone that might say in the comments so we have the this one here the white dwarf uh 3030 which is on paper it is the best engine for a class excuse me it requires three max power it gives 2,930 uh engine thrust 3210 maneuvering thrust 92 Health h of five crew capacity of .25 it costs 21,000 without perks it weighs 93 it requires Starship design three and it requires you to be level 36 so this is is the best in terms of like thrust and then thrust to power this one is not as good you can see the stats there but if you're looking for being able to achieve one AG top speed this is the one you need but it's not inherently the best this is the best a class if you're trying to get the most bang for your book so just to kind of get that out of the way for clarification because I know some people in the comments probably will say like oh you know this is better and also the thing with engines is they're kind of situational because you want to go mainly for looks but if you are looking on pure stats this is what the point of the video is so for the bclass the best engine we can get is the SAE 5560 engine from Slaton Aerospace this requires you to um or sorry this is a b-class three power 24,300 engine thrust 5,550 maneuvering thrust 114 engine Health five hole plus point 25 crew capacity it costs 30,400 um without any perks it weighs 135 it requires Starship design four and it also requires you to be level 51 now I have heard some things about uh this engine specifically slight spoilers to the main quest not going to try to be as least spoilery as possible but I I believe in order to get this engine there's a certain Quest you do it's part of the main quest with um Walter and you have to choose a specific a kind of the the the best outcome I believe to unlock this engine as well as doing the other things I'm not 100% sure let me know in the comments if you know what I'm talking about and if you know if it's in your game and stuff but yeah just just to let you know it might not be the case you know you might have to do that but I've just heard some things and you know and then for the cclass the best engine we have here here is the Supernova 220 so 2200 engine from Radine it's C-Class requires three power gives 2,770 engine thrust it gives 7650 maneuvering thrust 148 engine Health five hole .25 crew capacity it costs 42,000 without perks it has a mass of 333 requires Starship Design 4 and it requires you to be level 57 so this is a a pretty end game like a lot of the cclass they're kind of our generally endg game all right so that was all of the uh modules now I didn't cover weapons because weapons are kind of a bit more situational and they're not as straightforward so if you'd like me to also cover weapons I can do that in a separate video just let me know in the comments and as always all of these um modules I have called CED the in this video you can generally you can find them in the main areas like for instance uh new Atlantis uh cidonia some of the stary Yards but you might have to once you hit that level even when you do hit the level and requirements you might have to kind of uh jump around a little bit do the technique of going to Mercury and waiting 24 hours to reset the inventory but anyway uh
