Stanley Parable but I ruin the narrator's life

hey the friends how's it going my name is Kevin and today we're playing the Stanley parable it's been requested a hell of a lot and I've just not gotten around to it even though I kept meaning to play it but we're finally here today oh this is like when you affect an open OBS and you can just see mirrors going through your monitor I like it this is the story of a man named Stanley wrong name the channel is literally called - call me Kevin for that exact reason because I'm very forgettable but that's fine I forgive you and then one day something very peculiar happened it's me isn't it I'm often described as something peculiar something was very clearly wrong yeah he's definitely talking about me here he got up from his desk and stepped out of his office I'd rather not I make my own story I don't need no narrator telling me what to do I've kind of ran out of things to do here and time is moving very very slowly all right let's let's go out wait I think I've locked myself in here Oh No I've broken the game already I'm only a minute in let's just begin the game again I guess it's because you're not supposed to go back in there but I was actually in there so I couldn't get out oh I would hate to have this person's job just sat here sharpening pencils all day at least they were light I guess Stanley went around touching every little thing in the office but it didn't make a single difference yeah sorry I just really like to touch things Stanley clicked on literally every single door in the office I'm an explorer thing wanna piss off this narrator a pretty damn bad I think God that didn't lock him caused it by accident he entered the door on his left no yeah I must be pissing off this narrator we could have looked like a fool it had really been worth the detour he's narrating what I do not telling me what to do he's like this is definitely a different player yeah I'm just sprinting through the exact things he told me to do in number two eight four five how did the narrator know what the fecund code was sheer luck what the hell is going on in this office how big is it I'm getting some Jim Pickens vibes off this you know Stanley walks straight ahead through the large door that read mind control facility and did say I do what he tells me to do I'm a man of my word imagine playing VR in here this would be awesome plenty of space you know just trying to distract myself from the fact that I am probably gonna die now now the monitors jump - okay that's whirring does this look good do you like this are you enjoying this view no they refuse to believe it this is very dramatic and all but there's something missing it there's not enough burning babies here to really enjoy this route commanded from this you can your typing noises when I click and I'm walking did I bring my keyboard with me is it like a stress thing like a comfort blanket a comfort keyboard for he would dismantle the controls once and for all the controls seemed pretty simple anyway literally numbered one two three four come when at last he found the source oh I probably should have listened before I hit that button yes oh okay good I did a good he had defeated the machine I said no what I say defeated like it was pretty straightforward literally was just a massive button just saying off mysteries did this strange it doesn't really matter does it I'm free honestly the Minecraft world looked better as peaceful as this looks minecraft is just the pinnacle of real world exploration Stanley felt the cool breeze upon his skin stop trying to guilt me into going outside I just want to play video games and Stanley was happy yeah that won't last happiness is fleeting sorry just really had to put it down around that extremely happy ending yeah I guess I can take happiness in the fact that I left every other employee behind alright let's try a healthy mix of doing what he wants and then pissing him off we'll do 50/50 we'll do what he once and it will do a bad one Stanley walked upstairs to his boss's office rather go downstairs this area seems to be looping why couldn't he see his feet when he looked down good point look at this it's just the care again I keep walking around and I keep running through the same parking lot these rooms were starting to look pretty familiar yes exactly my point he imagined himself flying and began to gently float above the ground wait what the hell then he imagined himself soaring through space on a magical star field and it to appear oh my god I think I found the answer to all this gives problems he's on LSD thinking about how it's describing my thoughts he thought okay yeah he's definitely on some kind of drug he's thinking too much how many laps have I done will you stop talking getting tired your voice as great as it is this voice was a part of him now he's trying to sleep over me let me continue pushing the buttons please God he's easily pleased isn't he he just wants to go back to his job where he pushes buttons not even for any particular reason the computers just like press a and he presses a that's what keeps him happy maybe I've ruined his life by setting him free earlier okay that didn't ignored even the most basic safety protocol I didn't ignore it I just chose not to do it I'm going to stop the game for a moment so we can educate you properly on safe decision-making in the real world oh really I love that my game is being stopped for a safety briefing I'm supposed to be having a second crap I didn't listen to any of that I just got the last line and I'm kind of worried I me in fact they're not giving me any choices anymore they've either locked doors or they're blocking me off from doing what I want they're forcing me down this linear path all you need to do is behave exactly as Stanley would that means choosing responsibly and always putting the story first okay I'm quite sure you'll be up to the task yep I got it you can believe in me no destroying the game filing cabinets Jesus Christ so I think he said the one on the left is right did he say the one on the right is left meaning that left is rice and the right is on the Left which is rice so okay take the right door no you must be given me bad instructions I'll try the other door look it says everything is okay on that wall so projectors don't lie everything is okay god it's getting a lot worse out here I feel like I've disinfected a lot of games actually I have to shut the game down I have to I have to I made him basically kill himself Christ why is he here it was the only thing in the world that was mine and you've run it into the ground I have that effect on things yeah I shouldn't be trusted with anything really didn't I impress upon you how important it was to be like Stanley he actually knows how to do what I tell him to he will get you something yes-man then that's not me if anything I mean no man if you just gone through the door on the Left you would have seen it look you can help on and on about it but at the end of the day your game is ruined I don't care oh we're back here brilliant we can fix everything no he's blocked the stairs they can't go dude oh my god his one I can't remember it you could have gone through the door on the right you could be in school again and finally taken me out of control like this guy will just never do what we need him to do oh no I think I'm having an out-of-body experience the end yeah I think I've been banished they literally just gave up on me that was great I literally feel like I ruined that narrator's life I was so I have decided that, at the credits when he reads the patreon people, it irks me when he mispronounces 'Appalachia Val'. He says it like app-ah-laa-chee-ah and I'm used to it being pronounced like app-pa-laa-cha. I know that it's picky of me, but, you know, Bore: Ragnarock.
