The intro music was something straight out of an early 90s SNES JRPG. Probably a small windy town on a mountain. The people are simple but proud and (somehow) haven’t heard of your impressive adventures.

This music plays on loop while you wander around talking to the townsfolk, getting text dialogue accompanied by rapid monotone trilling notes to signify the scrolling text.

Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire, Final Fantasy, Lufia etc. Ah, nostalgia.
