One of my favourites would be from that one Ultimate Battle where Jamie made salt bae'd chicken, and Mike was joking saying that when Jamie says he ran the recipe by James, Jamie actually meant literally running past James and saying "I'm gonna use salt and butter!"

Oh and when they did the 20 minute (or was it 15) challenge and the guys asked Mike why his dish would win and Mike just straight up answers "Honestly mate, I don't think it will."

So many great Mike moments!! I've always found him the most relatable in the kitchen as a "normal" 😆
