little patio area there and we'll just have a little walk down the garden as you can see up the road there well a little countryside track just have a little look here i've got a brand new frost bin fitted uh probably about eight months ago i think it was so as they say you know you spend your money in the ground or on the roof as you can see the foss is brand new and the roof is as good as gold uh surrounding countryside then we'll just pop our heads up here as you can see nice velox window there adding lots of lighting over the bed at the moment you've got a double bed in there and then you've got that vent there which lets out all the warmth from the log burner below very nice size and your exposed rafters there good sized bedroom uh nice wooden flooring keep your little feet warm and now we'll head back downstairs again nice property simple easy to maintain come here get away from things in the kitchen now we've got a nice little tiled floor there lots of light coming in from those big doors out there onto the uh the garden and the patio but you've got another window there above the sink and we'll just have a another quick gander into the the bathroom in the bathroom sink toilet view and also full-size bath there we go nice relaxing bath there sit in the bath look outside watch the deer nice deer uh just currently as you see tile floor again and then inside there you have your water bottle which uh heat your water for your bath we'll just have another little table there have your meals and etc sink cooker kitchen really and then what we'll do is nice exposed stain wall there we'll just head up now to the final bedroom i'll just show you this quick thing here the stairs are quite steep so i have spoken to a professional builder and he tells me that for about two to three thousand euros you could easily put a better staircase in than that maybe not better but a lot more safer this is currently ladder kind of thing so i just thought i'd show you that now we'll just head up into the second bedroom if i get up here without falling down i'll be happy there we go made it as you can see another another good sized bedroom double bed there carpeted i'm standing up okay if i went a bit to my right i'd probably bump my head and of course that being the wall with the log burner against that wall there will get quite warm with the log burner no signs of damp no signs of roof leakage a very nice property i think what we'll do now we'll just finish off with a view out the window overlooking the garden beautiful setting for a beautiful little house the property
