(SOLD) Beautiful stone French cottage with garden

there's a video for lbvmo this is lbvmo1644 so just walking along the entrance now you can see you get a little bit of a view of the garden it's just absolutely beautiful water position so right down here we'll go in and do the house first and then we'll have a little wander around the grounds so just to give you a little shot here beautiful position at this lovely lovely stone cottage so we'll have a little wander in okay so we'll start this side so as you can see this has all been renovated by the current owners lovely exposed beams clean ceilings got a lovely log burner it's got tv internet everything here ready to go fibre optic is installed just shut this door so electrics have all been updated just swinging around this side now to give you so you've got a couple electric heaters um just in here is electric box and stuff room for table and chairs and couple of sofas um there will be a few bits left with the sail but um most of the big stuff will be going um back with them there you go lovely arch door a couple of nice windows to the front okay so you've got to step down now which was the old barn and this comes down you see the steps there that's it into a lovely bright kitchen so again here you'll have things like the oven um cooker hobs uh will be included the white goods go in you can see this lovely stone wall now stable door here so you can have that half open or fully opened and again nice clean white finish on the ceilings exposed beams here just lovely quaint cottage this one it's really really nice there's absolutely nothing you need to do this to move it apart from just move straight in um and bring a few appliances with you really just in hidden behind there is the water tank i'll show you that one there you go cause he's all hidden in cleverly stored away okay so i'll try and give you a nice shot now of this there we go you can see the stone creeps in little places okay so we're gonna go up the stairs if i can try and show you the landing space it's good height up to this bit here and then you've got on the left hand side as you'll see is what comes into the first of the bedrooms now ceiling's very low here so um you do have to duck to get into the bedroom but once you're in i'm stood up look and that's above my head height so it's easily a couple of meters high this is obviously a makeshift bedroom with two singles in if they're at the same length you could obviously have a double and it just gives you access to walk in and then you've got a window lovely view of the side okay so you can see the stairs now where we've just come from a little bit of land in space some nice fellows here and just to the back of this tree here on the other side is the uh is the bike shaman which goes from um car hey all the way to breast i think or sunbria it's a couple hundred kilometers and you can just jump on it from the back of the garden which is fantastic okay so my unfortunately i might get myself in the shop because the mirror right in the front so this is the bathroom so you've got wc electric heater fellats window there's the wash basin sorry about getting yourself in there and then you've got a nice normal sized bath shower attachment and this is actually quite high ceiling up here so plenty of room in this one once you get in um the door height is okay as well most of the beams up here seem to be just over my head height so i'm about 1.79 so they're just over one eighth so it's accessible i suppose you could move them up if you really wanted to but it is upstairs it's just sleeping so as you come through this bit now i'm okay again under this beam these beams here this one here that i'm looking at that's me i'm just underneath that so 1.8 something it's probably just about that you'll be duck under this and you're in bed so it just shows you've got relics either side cleverly put a tv up here look and you see there's room for a big wardrobe they've got chester drawers and all sorts up here so there's room into these eaves for um drawers sets and all sorts of things then you've got a bit of storage down the end for hangers again there and what i'm going to try and do is just open this now give you a little shot of the garden so you'll see that it goes right up to the tree there which got my swing on it as a weld down here [Music] okay so just coming back through we're back on the landing bathroom to the right little bedroom to the left just waiting for the camera to catch up thank you and then we're back down the stairs and then down here we've got living room and then into kitchen [Music] okay i'm gonna have a little wander outside now just to show you around the garden okay so just coming down now we've got the steps up here got these lovely uh slate steps here and this path goes all the way along here what i'm going to do is i'm just going to walk up to the top corner all the grass you see is cut which is included that's the plot there's a little barn up here for storage and then you've got access through a gate here as well and then there's a sherman down there which is communal so here's the barn i deal with the storage really no electrics or anything new just a storage bun and then coming down here you've got the other side of this they've got a caravan so you can just see the hedge line there and this side is very self-explanatory all these trees along here is the boundary i'm just going to stop here so absolutely beautiful day couldn't ask for a better day really again this is a tree-lined boundary under the back here so this little plot's covered and you've got polytunnel a little bit of fruit and then this fabulous tree swing a couple of flower beds here lovely little seating area i'm just going to quickly walk around the back if you've got a little territory bit here you could park in all turning around really a few fruit trees and orchard around here is the back of the house as you can see so this bit was the old little barn that they converted um they've done all of it from scratch it was a bit of a ruin i'm just going to show you through here you can just see now that is the cycle path so that's how close it is to the property so if you're a keen cycler walker absolutely perfect back down the track there you see the sign where we started around to the front you've got a well over here in the corner and there's the front here so just finish off back up here so you can another quick look around everything that's cut background here and we'll finish off just here so that's a video for lbvimo and that is
