so some might call me a cuphead Enthusiast a cuphead connoisseur even jokes aside I can't believe the amount of attention the boss TI list got it was the first real video I ever created online and I was so lucky to get so many people interested in the video and I wanted to say thank you all for the support you've given me with that now said I want to say that I wish the video was made better I was creating the video using a bad program while also learning how to edit at the same time so there were quite a lot of quality issues throughout the video and the video itself is a little all over the place I would really like to redeem myself and create an updated version of the tier list that truly reflects each boss's difficulty since the DLC has now been out for more than a year we all now know a lot more than we did before and I've definitely found out about more tips and tricks for most bosses so I believe it's about time we revisit this tier list I still believe I did a good job accurately depicting what bosses are easy and what are hard but of course there are still going to be many people that disagree because they don't know how to Parry well or they don't have access to the DLC or they are simply just not great at the game and you're totally fine to have whatever opinions you have for any boss in the game which is why I'm going to really try to stay as objective as possible when ranking these bosses this time I really want every boss I rank on the list to be evaluated solely based on what and how much happens during the fight I openly admitted in the first video that I had put some bosses in areas mainly because of the general Community opinion and this time I'm going to try to avoid that I want this tier list to be solely based on if the boss actually has a lot going on that can't be prevented or circumvented in another way like I mentioned before there are a lot of tips and tricks for a lot of bosses that greatly reduce the difficulty to achieve an srank so let's lay the rules out right now clearly so there is no confusion the Only Rule is that I will be accounting for everything you can utilize in this game that means all charms all weapons and especially the DLC charms and weapons the last TI list was more or less an experiment on how broken heart rank was and that really trivializes getting sranks but a small issue was that I was essentially excluding different charms that could be used instead to make certain bosses easier which I did openly state in the video so this time I want to avoid that I will still make a disclaimer and say that no matter what people suffer on different bosses for different reasons and simply that I'm ranking each boss where it is based on the mechanics and quirks of each fight and how much you can do personally to overcome each obstacle I'm trying to more or less create a template for the boss difficulty then you can decide where they really are in the tier yourself based on your performance against them with that now all laid out let's also quickly go over what I'm ranking and how as well so this tier list is based on the difficulty to srank each boss in the game so this means getting the time requirement of 2 minutes or below for almost every boss having three or more HP by the end of the fight carrying at least three attacks but some don't count so keep that in mind using at least six Super Cards and of course doing all of this and beating the boss on expert mode it initially sounds like a lot lot but most bosses are really not that hard at all once you become familiar with the changes to expert mode I've played this game so much that I really don't struggle with s ranking most bosses anymore which is why I want to try really hard to look at each boss and each of their mechanics and really try to determine that way how difficult it really is to achieve all the requirements now that's pretty much all I have to say about the tier list before we start ranking each boss but since it seems like a lot of people skipped over some parts of my video last time I am not ranking the king's Gauntlet nor the angel and Damon boss fight because there is no expert mode you can't change the difficulty and also don't get a grade for completing any of these challenges the king's Gauntlet are more like mini games anyways and if you really want me to rank the angel and demon fight then I'll say right now that it's really not that hard and near the bottom of the cheer list you can just use Miss chalice and Chaser and boringly rinse and repeat the same thing and win so now that I've said everything I need to say I believe it's about time we get into this tier list light work baby let's go so by far the easiest boss in this game hands down is oh no no no no no no no no no no no no anyways since it seems many people didn't finish the previous cheer list and catch to the joke I'll say right now instead that mangl Stein is the easiest boss in this game hands down mangl Stein floats in the middle of the screen while occasionally shooting a slow orb out of his mouth while different P chalks bounce around that's it the chalks Jump Around very predictably and it's more than easy to just move a little bit and continue shooting straight up with a weapon like spread which will absolutely melt his HP by the way you don't need any charm or any specific weapon for that matter to easily beat mango Stein and he has by far the least amount to worry about when it comes to game mechanics I would be very surprised if anyone did not think mlin was the easiest boss in this game by default well move on to petta Peta actually does have a good amount going on during her fight to be worried about and wouldn't be this far down if smoke bomb didn't exist or Miss chalice or Divine Relic for that matter with these charms you can simply just Dash through her legs when she's dancing around and her second attack can be dodged the same way this makes her extremely trivial to beat and along with smoke bomb just being a good trer to use during the entire King dice fight not just her I believe petta deserves to be here as one of the easiest bosses to get past similarly this is why chips bigan is also next on the tier list you can very simply Dodge his attack when he's moving over with smoke bomb but since it is random what parts of his body move across the screen sometimes it can be just a tad bit more complex to go against than pure Lett straightforward attacks because of this chip pigan is just slightly ahead on the tier list after chips bedigan goes the Tipsy troop these guys really are not that hard to fight at all and you also don't need any particular charm or weapon to beat the Tipsy troop all of their attacks are straightforward and are heavily telegraphed so dodging each attack isn't hard at all everything about this fight is easily counterable and is made even easier since you take him out one by one meaning meaning for each third of the boss fight you go through you're dealing with a third less coming at you because of all of this I have to rank the Tipsy troop around here for again similar reasons as puretta and chips bigan hopus Pocus will be next this is essentially the same point as chips bigan but just a bit harder h' main attack is to surround you with skulls with a small opening to dodge through however with smoke bomb you can simply just Dash whenever the skulls start closing in on you and easily Dodge the attack however again his second attack you cannot easily DOD Dodge but it's simple just go over to the area of the pink heart and period you can definitely make minor mistakes during this boss but they are very small and easily counterable for those reasons and also because his frequency of attacks is quite High I believe hus Pocus sits here on the tier list next up is Mr Wheezy I personally don't find any reason to go against this boss in particular because the other bosses in his section are much easier to beat comparatively the Fireballs travel around in a somewhat awkward looping pattern that makes it a bit harder to dodge the most attacks although Mr Wheezy isn't particularly hard to beat he also does take a long time to beat for whatever reason and leaves this fight to be more of a war of attrition rather than mopping the floor with the boss there are also the flying cigarettes in the middle that can be a small issue but again using something like smoke bomb completely eliminates this I think with everything I've said Mr Wheezy deserves to be here now we come across fear laap I personally don't mind this boss at all and I personally believe that fear laap is easier than Mr Wheezy however I can very much recognize that there is a lot more happening during fear laap than Mr Wheezy you have to worry about the foreground getting in your way while the bottom of the screen is blocked off by horse riders while also having to be aware of the ghost Raider that will fly upwards once it meets your position along with also having to deal with fear laap himself throwing gifts at you that explode with horseshoes in all directions although once you get good at it dealing with everything is not very hard from an objective point of view there is enough going on that I believe warrants fear laap being here on the tier list we fin finally make it to Pippen do I believe the same aspects of fearls fight apply here as well constantly having to move while there's a spike wall behind you with spikes on the floor to dodge while the right side of the screen is mostly blocked off by pipp and Dot and with the different attacks present this is definitely one of the most complex bosses to go against it also suffers from the same point Mr Wheezy had which is that the other bosses in the section of the king dice fight are just easier to go against so I find there to be less reason to fight PPP and do than most of the other mini bosses because of this I believe PPP andart are one of the hardest mini bosses to go against last but definitely least is Mr Chimes let me start off by saying that there is literally no reason to fight Mr chimes in any way shape or form by that alone it makes sense that he's the highest mini boss on this list but his fight only gives more reason to never fight against him landing on Mr Chimes during the king dice fight essentially makes you lose the S rank because of how much time it can take to beat him and because of that also has you risk losing your HP requirements therefore not only is he the hardest mini boss but he's a mini boss that can actively risk you losing your S rank this spot is an absolute no-brainer we now reach the end of the mini bosses and finally get to the first boss in this game good old goopy and yes goopy is the first boss in this game quite clearly in my opinion the first thing you'll encounter on Isle 1 is the running gun to get you familiar with the controls and directly ahead oh no there's goopy he has the most basic attacks in the game and the beginning of the second phase is clearly supposed to be an introduction to paries and gives you all three paries for a better grade straight up with that now said clearly goopy is the easiest boss in this game no more needs to be said and now we'll move on to the root pack what is there to say [Applause] there's [Applause] KN need I say more well yes because now I need to say that that was the end of this tier so let's move on to the next tier man that was too easy and the first one in this tier is King dice yes I still believe subjectively and objectively that King dice is a very easy boss to srank there are plenty of charms available to make this boss much easier namely smoke bomb smoke bomb makes this basically easy mode if you pick chips bigan as your first boss hopus Pocus as your second and Peta as your third you can Dash through almost all of these attacks and easily make it to the end you'll need to get good at hitting the dice so please get good and by the end you'll hopefully have some extra HP and if not then I'd recommend resetting the fight at the beginning until you get at least one heart on one of the bosses you're going to fight and that's pretty much it wait what's that oh oh ah Captain Briney Beard yes Captain Briney Beard is next on the list his fight is really not that hard at all especially if you're going to srank him because that means you've beaten the game which then also means you should know how to play the game which then also means you should be able to beat Captain browny beard pretty easily he gives you tons of paries for healing from heart ring and for the Parry requirements all of his attacks are heavily telegraphed and easy to react to and you can cheese his last phase ducking around at these spots on the dock will have the Fireballs miss you when traveling across the screen and just dashing back and forth between these two spots allows you to also easily Dodge the barrel you just rinse and repeat with the Homing weapon and that's all she wrote you can also mimic this with chalice by hugging the boat and rolling whenever the boat is about to spit a fireball but I find this to be a little less consistent than just doing the previous method just make sure to bring a homing weapon which you should anyways and that'll be the easiest as strength of this game and now we come across the Phantom Express I would have to say this is one of my my favorite boss fights they're extremely easy yet engaging and fun to interact with you can really optimize how you play this fight which is why it can turn into one of the easiest srings once you know how to if you want to know how to easily sring Phantom Express I would heavily recommend you check out my guide on them you can watch the gameplay right now to see how easy this fight can be first phase gets completely countered by converge second phase gets completely countered by really any longrange weapon but I like using track shot in this case third phase is very easy to rush and beat to move on to the last phase which is the only phase that has a chance to give you some trouble luckily just spamming crackshot and dodging everything else makes this not take too long to beat easy time requirements Parry requirements HP requirements if you're using heart ring especially and plenty of chances to get the most out of your ex's and super Phantom Express is definitely one of the easiest sranks to achieve and Achieve consistently the good old ratman is next another case similar to Phantom Express it's quite easy to cheve the fight and is just overall not very hard to deal with breaking twist up/ spread and roundabout will let you absolutely destroy verer once you know these tricks getting the par requirement is quite easy just let him do his scrap attack and you'll typically get at least two paries per attack cycle literally don't leave this phase until you get three paries and you'll still have plenty of time to estring verer as well his second phase can be cheesed by just ducking around here on the stage the flamethrower will miss you and you can spam twistup shots to continuously deal damage you'll of course have to move if the bottom bottle caps to decide to attack you but even so just play the boss normally for a short time then this phase is really not that difficult since it's just constantly switching place whenever verer moves up and down this spot just allows you to be real lazy and hopefully beat him without moving and the last face is also extremely easy if you spam your ex and keep pressure on him after not much time at all he'll go down everything is very easily achievable and using heart ring only makes this easier for the HP requirement and Sally stage play is quite literally in the same boat as verer only almost everything I said for Verner also applies to Sally get all your parries in the first phase using smoke bomb to easily Dodge the second and third phase and the last phase is a joke with roundabout most of the bosses in this tier are essentially the same as well so be ready to hear this a lot and if you really need more explaining please check out my guides with that now said why don't we move on to Moonshine mob there are many tricks to make this boss fight much easier starting off with how using smoke bomb completely bypasses the second phase for you hugging and dashing on the middle leftmost side of the screen allows you to dodge the red beams and spamming roundabout lets you deal damage to the light bug the third phase with the ante eater is not too much for a problem once you're familiar with the attack it becomes much easier to predict and Dodge consistently and you also have peace of mind knowing that well parrying the tongue counts towards their Parry requirements you don't need to worry about getting any parries until this point because simply parrying the tongue three times which is quite easy to do gives you all the parries you need for the S rank and can give you tons of heart ring value as well if you want to use that instead and then of course there's the snail at the end which can also give you any final pares you need if you missed one other than that everything is laid out pretty easily for you to get your srank not much else to be said next in line is kagne coronation this is the first of many bosses that don't have anything much to cheese against these bosses are more up to your skill so some subjectivity may be present from here on out with that said the first phase is by far the hardest phase out of the three Kagan will constantly spew seeds into the sky to land on the ground and cover the screen in a mess of vines enemies and minions it's simply how often it happens that makes this phase A bit chaotic and if you're not comfortable with the fight you may feel a bit out of tempo while everything is going on but I assure you once you get comfortable with the phase it becomes easier and easier to get past and eventually wao I'm done fighting the rest of the fight is very easy to deal with and luckily for us the last phase can get us all the parries we need for the requirement so you can decide to not Parry the pink seeds in the first phase if you don't want to but I'd recommend against that because you should try to Parry some of the pink seeds so you can prevent more stuff coming out than needed if anything Parry them for the heart ring value which works pretty well as your charm during this fight that's pretty much it once you get comfortable an srank is sure to come and that's pretty much the same for the howling Aces getting comfortable that is the howling Aces can also feel like a change in speed to normal gameplay with the awkward layout of the fight you control a plane that's flying by standing on different sides of the plane it's a completely new mechanic that you have to get comfortable with it can feel very unhandy dealing with everything about the fight including the position of the boss being above the player that's constantly moving so I have to admit the hall Aces can be somewhat Troublesome at first but after you simply beat the fight a few times you'll get your S rank pretty fast if you also follow these other tips the last phase's main Quirk is the screen turning yet another new mechanic that also adds this red and yellow bull attack but luckily the color tells us what position on the screen the Bulls will stop and fly off the screen the red bulls stop on the standing ground of the plane and fly off the screen and the yellow ones land in the space just above your head and fly off the screen simply making small jumps to avoid the Red Bulls makes this attack much more manageable oh and tilt your head for some extra help and the laser attack is simply moving the plane to empty areas and jumping if necessary everything else is easy and the time requirement isn't a big issue for this fight so you are welcome to take your time beating them you also get easy paries during the second phase which also means more heart ring value for the HP requirement I think that's enough said fight him a few times and you'll eventually get your S rank and this last boss is the fighting Duo straight from the edges of the pond The Hooligans with hearts of gold and Pants full of Moxy it's riby and croaks with um that riby and croaks are very easy to beat it seems that a lot of people have trouble with Rian croes and playing them anexpert the speed of the attacks is a bit more frequent but that's it really it's not very difficult to just use roundabouts you're always going to be hitting something and spread to deal massive damage during the first in second phase and to manage the fireflies coming at you which is what may startle some people having to deal with the fireflies while also worrying about ri's energy fist attack can be quite cumbersome I can assure you though using your weapons well to eliminate the fireflies is not terribly difficult after some time this weapon strategy also works even better during the second phase which is also your last chance to get paries for your requirement and speaking of which this attack is pretty easy to deal with whenever riby starts throwing the energy fists during this phase jump over the first fist duck immediately for the second Fist and then start moving again after that the attack doesn't repeat itself like it does during the first phase so it makes this attack abnormally easy to dodge other than that you'll have to deal with the ringed balls that bounce across the stage which is pretty easy to manage with some finesse last phase has some quirks yada yada look if you really have trouble with this fight and need more justification for this placement please go check out my srank guides and the one for ribe and croes all the bosses in this tier are quite easy to srank once you're comfortable with the fight and hey most of the bosses I've made guides on are in this tier it looks like you should check out my boss guide playlist if you want to know how to easily srank these guys and become what I like to call a noer join the noer squad by watching this playlist oh and it seems like that's it for this tier so let's move on to the next tier okay that wasn't too hard it's about time we made it to Grim match deck a funny sentiment a lot of people agree with on this boss is that the expert mode is easier than regular mode the clouds move in the opposite direction of regular Mode's clouds and people actually tend to like that more which I agree with but really easier than expert mode well yes but no wait just just wait a minute look great Matic is a difficult boss when first playing the game but after fighting him with the experience of beating the game he becomes one of the easiest bosses to fight you'll once to use use lobber and roundabout for your weapons and bring a heart ring or any other good charm as well stay in the first phase until you get three paries look at the Fireballs during the second phase to tell which direction they'll jump and just take your time in the third phase and spam as much damage as you can whenever you can with enough effort you'll get your S rank easily enough I decided to put Grimm here because I believe Grim is the epitome of a series of bosses that can really be argued as skill issues many will disagree with me putting Grim here and many others would agree with me that Grim is not a hard boss to srank and that team is most definitely going to stick throughout the rest of this video so please keep that in mind and the rest of the bosses I tried ranking as objectively as I could with that glum Stone the giant is next glum Stone's expert mode can be a bit overwhelming for sure and that's why it's key to get as familiar with everything as possible once you do so you become much more aware of what's happening and start reacting correctly use roundabout to constantly deal damage and Clear the Stage and use something like crackshot to also guarantee damage and make the third phase pretty easy to fight and her ring is definitely the charm I'd use here so many parries throughout the fight to gain so much HP that it would be difficult not to get an srank at some point combine that with crackshot for parry's on demand and you'll most definitely get your srank again strikes that middle ground between overwhelming and manageable with the right utility and gameplay and baress is pretty much the same way all of her mini bosses are a piece of cake except and you can get all your parries on the mint that rolls across the stage in the last phase yes these do apparently count towards the Perry requirement for the srank so no need to mess around with those Jelly Bean Knights Massacre them all heart ring will also help you obain your HP and otherwise please just beat these guys they aren't that hard and the same thing goes to Bey the clown really one of those fights that is much easier once you beat the game spread and roundabout are the old Ado that I like to use so that I'm never missing out on huge damage and charms like smokebomb and heart ring make this fight much less intimidating yeah you may get hit a couple times first starting out but eventually it just starts getting easier and easier until all of a sudden you beat him the roller coaster car's nose can be pared not only for more heart ring value but also for the Parry requirement you have many chances to get the pares you need which is why heart ring and the Parry requirement are quite easy to obtain everything else is mostly based on skill but nothing is terribly difficult to manage with everything I've said I believe this is a fair placement for Bey and the start of some possible controversy rumor honey bottoms is yet another one of those bosses that becomes very easy to estring once you're familiar with all the quirks of the fight abusing weapons like spread and crackshot while using a traumatic heart ring turns yet another boss into easy mode there are many pares throughout the fight so heart ring value and the Parry requirements are easily achievable the only thing you'll need to get used to is the moving screen and platforms once you get used to it the rest of the fight becomes quite trivial with the weapons at your disposal play it right use crack shot when you can and you'll be on the road to srank City okay that was a little cringe but in the same vein we have the man the myth the legend the devil a tricky boss turned into a little [ __ ] after getting yourself comfortable with the fight the first phase is in my opinion the main determining Factor on how difficult this boss may be for you I struggled hard with it for a while years ago but I've gotten so used to it that I can srink the devil and most other bosses within a couple of tries like I said the first phase has a lot of determining factors that can decide if you will or won't struggle with the devil I found his different spells in the RNG along with them to be the largest factor that turns this boss from mildly infuriating to not so difficult the other gameplay mechanics after the first phase are quite easily counterable and invincibility gives you the last phase for free essentially easy parries easy counters easy srank the next boss is Jimmy the great Jimmy is most deserving of being this high up in the tier list because he has the most issues you can't directly impact and heavily relies on the skill and knowledge of the player to srank Jimmy however there are still strats that you can use yourself to make the this fight considerably easier namely his third phase when he's a sarcophagus this phase is really as easy as staying around here at the top and spamming bombs extra credit if you super right as his face starts to make it last even shorter than normal just dodge slightly if a mummy or the bouncing eyeballs get in your way and that's pretty much it his fourth phase definitely requires some finesse but baiting his turbine around into a corner of the screen or just away from you in general allows you to focus most of your attention towards parrying all of these easy pares and dealing damage of course the turbine sort of just stops moving periodically but it does seem like it generally stops right before the cupet shoots and starts moving again after the cupet is done shooting mostly everything else is skill-based but not extremely hard to manage especially when using Divine Relic you really won't have to worry about your HP or time requirement if you're using Divine Relic don't worry about not getting enough paries during the first phase smoke bomb when you need to and you should be able to srank Jimmy after some time and the last boss in this tier is Esther Winchester she has quite a lot of lot of phases and ones that play drastically different from each other but alas there are indeed plenty of tips and tricks that can greatly improve your success all the information can yet again be found in my boss guide playlist if you want more context but the gist of it is all of Esther's phases are not terribly difficult but the all test the players confidence in their movement and spatial abilities during the fight except the first phase you can literally beat the first phase while barely moving assuming you have some luck on your side fly around here and you can react to every attack she throws at you except for the cactus attack which all you have to do for that is move to the bottom half of the screen or fly right at the top of the screen next to Esther if you're unsure of what to do and are just playing mindlessly Everything feels like it's coming so quickly and thus feels overwhelming and luckily this feeling becomes easily curable once you clearly understand what is going on and how you can approach the fight the rest of her phases have a couple gimmicks you can exploit to beat her quite fast that's what my Esther guide goes over which is why I recommend you watch it if you need more context since I can't fit everything into this video Divine Relic proves to be extreme ex L useful for this fight in particular and for most if not all other plane levels it's the main charm that determines the ranking of these plane levels just so you know so you better have it or these rankings might not make as much sense well it seems like that's all there is for this tier so let's move on to the next tier okay that took some time we finally get to Dr Call's robot I think Dr Call's robot is the one boss that defines this tier in the first place as you may see from the tier list most of these bosses really aren't the most difficult to srank which I believe is pretty well categorized and represented by the names of each tier King dice represents the beginning of his tier well because in theory if you can beat each mini boss by themselves easily then you can beat three in a row easily as well and then King dice himself especially with the extra HP offered Grim mashik represents his tier well because he quite literally marks the section between a boss that can be easily beaten for some and not so easy for others so now we make it to Dr call and he represents his tier well because it very accurately describes his boss fight if you're not aware when something tests your metal it tests your ability to cope well with difficulties and face demanding situations and let me tell you Dr Cole definitely tests your ability to cope in face demanding situations many people will constantly cry out and say oh Dr Cole is so easy I srank him first try or whatever bull craap they want to say but in reality you cannot sit there and tell me that this is objectively easy to beat yes once you find your groove and become a knower by checking on my srank guides his first and second phase are almost no sweat at all but his last phase oh hell no this took me trial and error to finally just estr in him once when first starting out after a lot of repetition is when I finally became a knower so what better tier could the robot himself be in than the tier that literally describes his fight and that is the common theme for the other bosses ahead so keep that in mind now this really may come as a surprise because calamaria is next to make this short there is just simply a lot more going on during calam Maria's fight than than most other fights ranked so far it truly is up to the player skill to determine how hard she is and thus why she's in the test your medal tier every other boss before her has something you can do to make them easier but not calamaria the biggest con of her fight in particular is the RNG you may not get any parries during the first phase or you'll get the dreaded puffer fish and ghost pirates combo and don't even get me started on her second phase she freezes you at random intervals and there really isn't any way to counter this yes you can hide in this corner to dodge her Petri beam initially but then you're actively taking a lot longer on this fight than normal and you can most definitely lose the time requirement if you're constantly using the strategy it seems that the best option is to Super at the beginning of this phase Dodge the first beam and then hope for the best the last phase is just as BS as your second phase and you're left having to constantly spam buttons to break out of being petrified so ultimately it's completely dependent on how you fight that determines the ranking for each person so I'm going to slap her into this tier and then you guys can determine for yourself where you think she deserves to be and another boss that may surprise even more people is heldeberg on regular heldeberg isn't hard at all and most people would brush her off but trying to srank her on expert mode is definitely a different case this fight also Sports some RNG when it comes to the pares the parry's do seem to appear at the same points during the fight but this doesn't mean it's any easier to actually get all your paries most of the time a Perry appears there's already something else that's in the way this would happen constantly each time I fought hilberg so I'd say she's one of the few bosses that don't have easy paries and in this case you need to work for your paries as you can tell by now it's definitely one of the hardest aspects of the srank requirement for this fight even though the last phase can give you paries it's again RNG dependent on if you can get the parry and you already have to deal with everything else as is so it's safe to say that the Parry requirements can actually be a struggle her phases as well can be quite tricky if you're Rusty or not familiar with the expert mode variants it definitely leaves a lot of this fight to chance and skill so my verdict is that it really is up to the person playing that determines how long it will take to srank her even if two players have around the same skill level because of this I believe it makes sense to have hildenberg in the test your metal tier so you know everything I said about the paries for helderberg yeah that's basically this fight cranked to 11 for whatever reason the peries are excruciatingly annoying and tedious to get the fight itself isn't terribly difficult at all but man the paries are so Inc consistent you essentially have to wait in the first place to get at least two paries and then hope for the best you can get another one later on you either have to be extremely lucky to get all the parri's no sweat or you have to do the most tedious thing in this game and wait for two to three paries to finally show up during the first phase Mortimer freeze may be one of the first bosses that you literally can't play at a normal pace and guarantee an srank no matter how good you are it's literally up to chance whether or not you can get the Parry requirements even Grim matchick has easier paries that that are more consistent and you'll most likely get at least three chances to get the paries you need for Grim but Mortimer freeze is just different this is the only boss I'm going to be truly subjective about and place him here because of how much of a pain in the ass he is to fully get an srank on definitely my least favorite boss to srank by far well with that being the end of this tier let's move on to the last tier what is this what the [ __ ] and the first one in this tier is oh God it's Wally warbles Wally warbles is deceitfully hard to srank luckily the DLC makes this so much easier but without it by far one of the hardest bosses you will need extra health for this fight unless you're just some freaking God that can get past every phase especially the first one without getting hit you really have to be familiar with these attacks to start effectively countering each of them like I mentioned the first phase is one of the hardest phases of the fight and that's because this egg Attack Just Hits everywhere you have to position yourself very specifically to counter this attack and that's also because you can't just constantly Dodge everything and grind the boss out because the time requirement is most definitely an issue you can run into so not only do you have to worry about beating the boss you also genuinely have to beat this boss reasonably fast luckily the second phase isn't too difficult with some good reactions but for the uninitiated you might struggle a bit here and that's generally the same for the third phase after some time the exells that revolve around Willie are very awkward at first but since I've played an srength Wally quite a lot now I've personally got much better at this phase and I don't struggle with it anymore but that's when you get familiar with it this attack is definitely no pushover if you aren't already comfortable with it and the last phase is a hell Fest of projectiles and gives you some serious claustrophobia because it feels like you're always in danger of taking a hit there aren't any particular tips or tricks for Wally either so this fight is purely up to your skill and determination as a player to beat and srank so I believe Wally warbles has more than enough things is going for it that clearly demonstrates its placement in the highest tier of this list and we finally end this tier list with Chef salt Baker to summarize this fight it's just like the Wally warbles fight but less adaptable the first and second phase are the hardest phases of this fight so luckily once you get past them the rest of those fights is smooth sailing but that's assuming you get past those phases without any trouble and that's exactly the opposite of what those are the first phase is like Wally's last phase but even more chaotic and while you're dealing with everything you have to somehow manage to deal damage to Salt Baker while he's above you and moving you pretty much have to use a homing weapon to deal any amount of consistent damage throughout the fight and you just have to be better to get past this face unscathed without using the DLC crutches once you finally get past the first phase the second phase isn't much easier conceptually it's not very complicated but in practice and with the added difficulty of expert mode this phase is quite difficult you can most definitely get better at this phase in particular but you're definitely going to then need to practice a bit before it becomes easier for you and for the sake of not raning on forever let's just say the rest of the phases are definitely manageable with some practice and determination so to recap salt baker has arguably the most intense first phase in the whole game which then arguably has the most awkward hit boox in the game the least amount of weapons that are effective against most phases of the fight and you pretty much have to bring a charm like heart ring or you greatly risk your HP requirement luckily the time requirement is increased to 3 minutes just for this fight so the time requirement isn't exactly an issue but other than that you're completely on your own for this fight and because of that and all the other hindrances mentioned before I believe it's clear that Chef Sal Beaker is at least one of the hardest bosses to srank and srank consistently wow you made it to the end of the video thank you for watching all the way through and supporting the channel this is my attempt at ranking each boss as objectively as I could and any questions comments or concerns are Are Much appreciated I believe every boss on the tier list fits with what tier they're in and I tried ordering the bosses to the best of my ability some bosses may fit better in a slightly different order but nonetheless the bosses are still ranked pretty well in my opinion and I don't exactly mind what order the bosses are in for each tier I did try my best to order the bosses strictly based on the mechanics of the fight and how long each of those mechanics takes to counter from the player at the end of the day a tier list is always going to be subjective in nature and that doesn't exclude this tier list at all if you disagree with any of the boss's placements or maybe you do agree with how the bosses are ranked then again leave your comments down below and I will surely read them I like to respond to any comments when I can and I also like to get into productive conversations about people's thoughts and opinions of the tier list so that's the tier list of s-ranking each boss in the game I would greatly appreciate it if you liked the video subscribed and shared the video to help out the channel it's your support that keeps me making videos whenever I can and with your support I can maybe even do this for a living to create even more content and be more active on the Channel with that said I'll see you
