So I modded Princess Peach... [cursed Mario images] (Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury)

[Music] princess peach is an interesting character and what's especially interesting is how different parts of her character model are stored in different files so if we swap some of these files with other files we can have some very interesting and very funny combinations have you ever wondered what princess peach would look like if her arms were checkpoint flags well here we go maybe if we die we just respawn wherever we died now because we carry both checkpoint flags it's like we're playing a mario maker game but you have to go and put down the items yourself so princess peach has to actually go and place the checkpoint flags where she wants them to be placed does anything about this picture here look wrong is there anything wrong with this picture princess peach is going around and collecting checkpoint flags let's go complete a level with our checkpoint flag arms ah she covers up her face with them but she's waving around the bowser flags princess peach is really on team bowser what would it look like if princess peach had some of mario's files oh cool princess beach is wearing a mario cap all right this is looking so normal from behind wait what is that under her dress there what oh oh those are mario's feet okay okay mario's feet are there we could see some red arms from behind you could see the red cap like this i didn't know there was a thing like that in the cap all right now just turn around princess peach show us your front [Music] oh okay you can see part of mario's hair there you can see a bit of the sideburns there a little bit of mario's belly sticking out over here but other oh you can also see the mario ears the mario ears look very funny on her this is pretty great oh and you can see when you walk like this the mario legs stick out through the dress slightly i really like the ears i think the ears might be one of my favorite things about it okay here's princess peach but she is partially the boomerang luigi power-up that looks kind of cool it kind of looks like it could be a normal power-up for peach except she still keeps her dress on yeah she unfortunately can't throw any boomerangs right now because this is still regular peach she just had her model swapped with boomerang luigi but she can't actually throw boomerangs and if you turn peach's body into the actual boomerang itself [Music] this is what happened you don't even get to see the rest of princess peach you just are the boomerang you see the spinning motion you see the you see the spinning waves they don't see the boomerang actually spinning unless you keep rotating the joystick we are now a boomerang this is how boomerangs work look the boomerang can break these boxes boomerangs can also do wall jumps i want to see what happens if the boomerang completes a level oui the boomerang's flying it's so weird controlling a boomerang let's see what happens when the boomerang completes a level oh just slides down the pole it doesn't even have a celebration it just stands there i thought it was going to spin or something all right here's princess peach but some of her files are replaced with a magikoopa okay she's got the magic wand let's take a closer look at this [Music] can't tell what's the front or what's the back and what's going on here it's like she's wearing a blue robe over her head is that normally where the magikoopa's head pops out or its arm wait what's that little red thing down there is that the magikoopa's foot is that the magikoopa's foot that's coming out of the front of princess peach's dress not sure why she has her hair over her face like this but wow this is pretty terrifying this looks like it could be an enemy in the game imagine if you had to fight against a bunch of enemies like this looks like something out of final fantasy in the world map it looks just as strange if you give peach the tanooki suit power-up for rosalina it looks almost exactly the same but you can see her hair sticking out of the back and from the front you can see that she has both rosalinas and peach's hair which is pretty interesting okay here's what happens if we replace princess peach's face with a boo but we leave the rest of her normal oh wait a minute okay her face just doesn't appear uh i was expecting there to be a boo around here so as you can see princess peach's face and her eyes are kept in separate files so if you remove her face then her eyes are still there unless you also remove her eyes but otherwise princess peach is normal oh but the strangest thing about this is in the shadow look at the shadow you can see that her face is a boo in the shadow you can see that it has the shadow of a boo that is so strange okay and if we replace princess peach not just her head but if we replace princess peach with a boo then something similar happens we can see the shadow of her hair but we don't see the boo but in the world map it looks like we could see the shadow of a boom moving around even though princess peach is invisible all right here's princess peach but some of her files have been replaced with bowser jr oh apparently we are now just bowser jr so for the people who have been asking can you add bowser jr to super mario 3d world here we go bowser jr has been added to super mario 3d world t-posing bowser jr mind you this would be such a horrible click-bait thumbnail if you just put bowser jr in a video like this and you're like look you can play as bowser jr you can see the bowser jr is going to be very happy to finish this level let's watch him wow look how happy he is he doesn't even spin he just stays there just like the boomerang look at the little grin on his face all right here's princess peach but some files have been replaced with spike whoa shrek what is going on with shrek here oh my goodness shrek aka the brother of mario oh my goodness i don't even know where what these limbs are like what limb belongs to what oh my goodness they are in such strange positions oh there's the face there we go now we can see the face oh it all makes sense now and i like how it's shelled it's normally on its back it's on its head it's like it's wearing a helmet it's like you got to be safe that'll be safe that's why when you bunk into these walls you don't take damage it's because of it's because of that helmet right there that it's wearing [Music] those arms the way its arms are sticking out yeah these goombas are scared when they see me of course they would be scared i'd be terrified if i saw something like this all right let's take a look at our celebration after we complete this level [Music] [Applause] oh man the blinking eyes oh man that's really something in a past video we saw goomba shadow the fiji and it is now time for goomba princess peach oh my goodness oh my goodness the goomba swallowed princess peach where is the goomba's other leg why does the goomba only have one leg it's on its side and that's not very surprising to me but where's the rest of princess oh those are those are actually two legs they're just overlapping you can see when it walks that it's two legs are going up and down it's like a pac-man mouth that is opening and closing let's see if i'll be able to convince these other goombas that i'm really a goomba i'm really a goomba are you chasing me look i swear i swear i'm a normal goomba why are you chasing me i'm just a regular goomba look i go through the pipe just like any other goomba does a normal goomba i swear look i blink just like any other goomba from time to time i blink i can jump higher than some other goombas but i open and close my mouth and i blink just like any other normal goomba sure i walk on my side but just destroy these crates as a spinning goomba all right there we go we have completed the level i like how the goomba slides down the ball [Music] wow the kid was so happy they completed the level okay so some files of princess peach have been replaced with the gigabell now let's see what we look like and of course we are just the gigabytes we are now the gigabell what happens if you get the gigabell power up in super mario 3d world you become the gigabell let's see what this looks like on the world map i'm curious to see what this looks like on the world map [Music] [Laughter] you're just the gigabyte on the world map what if we go into a pipe let's go into a pipe to the next world you're just swallowing up the toad head on into this pipe i don't understand how we're going through the pipe like that but yes this is how pipes work this is how pipe transportation works four gigabytes i wonder if that hurts it's like you have the pipe right inside your forehead okay already on the title screen you guys can see that something is up something is up here you guys are gonna see what this looks like once we load up the game and get into an actual level here's what happens if you replace princess peach with enter cat mario step a so this is the first part of world 1-1 yeah here's our princess peach princess peach is a replica of this level is that the shadow over there why is the shadow like that yeah that's the shadow over there i don't know why the shadow is like that this is so strange playing the level as the level and what happens if you finish the level as the level amazing course clear amazing the bottle just covers up the entire screen and here's princess peach replaced with prince bully love the little legs like that yeah the way that these legs work definitely makes sense this is this is how you walk your legs go like this and you move at a 90-degree angle to that this is in fact how walking works you might be wondering what would princess beach look like if her hands were goombas and here we go oh my goodness it's like princess peach the goomba slayer she just carries goombas around with her these goombas are obedient to her maybe now the other goombas will be afraid they'll be like oh my goodness you're literally carrying around goombas but this goomba still didn't learn its lesson princess peach is the collector of goombas if you're interested in more videos showing what is possible in games
