tonight on behalf of our father reverend steve mensa the bishop of the charismatic evangelistic ministry and on my own behalf welcome each and every one of us to the restoration service whether you are in this auditorium or whether you are connecting through the medium of internet we know god has connected us god has brought us together to do that which he alone can do hallelujah amen and today happens to be a communion service also so after we go through the time of world prayer we also break bread with the law and believe god for the manifestation of great miracle signs and wonders amen amen hallelujah tonight we are dealing with a topic fear not hallelujah fear not fear not you know fear is something we all deal with everybody one point or the other we deal with some kind of fear uh fear of tomorrow fear of the unknown fear of failure fear of death one point of the others everybody has some kind of fear we deal with and overcome but some people fear has become a constant companion every day of their life they fear even if god speaks to them audibly fear overshadows the voice of god hallelujah so tonight we want to believe god to receive from god and to pray and deal with the spirit of fear because for what god wants to do by the end of this year that defense december 2021 and for what we are believing god for the enemy cannot stop it the enemy cannot deny us but what can happen is that the fear the spirit of fear can prevent us from rising up and taking what god has ordained for us hallelujah so i want to deal with the spirit of fear hallelujah because fear can you fear can make you doubt god fear can even make you feel like you are not even born to win on this earth hallelujah but when you read second timothy chapter 1 to verse 7 the bible said that god has not given us the spirit of fear no so fear doesn't come from god to fear the unknown to fear failure some even some people even fear to marry yes because somebody has been transferring the spirit of fear into the into them because the person married and it failed so he said marriage is not good so to them they will marry some people fear to give birth while some are praying and believing god to give back some are also married but they are afraid why because the spirit of fear is holding them down because somebody suffered maternal mortality somebody went to give birth and they did not come back so they have purpose in their heart they won't give birth it is not of god so second timothy chapter 1 the verse 7 says for god had not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind power because we have grace enough to overcome hallelujah god has given us what it takes to overcome the spirit of fear and god has given you grace enough to face your fears and to overcome it so i've come to realize that to be to overcome the spirit of fear you must do so when you are afraid to overcome the spirit of fear afraid you understand when fear is trying to hold you down that is when you must rise and make a move hallelujah if you don't do that you will never win so if you are afraid to hold microphone here and sing whilst you are afraid sing look when you sing and you finish singing the spirit of fear will leave you so you must act when the spirit of fear is destroyed is strongest in your life hallelujah if not so look people will stand and share testimony and you only say god told me to do this why didn't you do it because fear held you down so the bible talks about joshua in joshua chapter one the verse nine when moses was taken away and the word of god was sure that the people of god the children of israel all they needed to do was to cross jordan and enter into the promised land but fear held joshua and joshua sat down he said i'm not making any move even the one who had god and saw god and had fellowship with god face to face if he is dead me who am i so the spirit of god held him down but the bible said that and god came to him said have not i commanded thee be strong and of a good courage be not afraid neither be doubt dismayed for the lord thy god is with thee whatsoever thou goeth i am with you if you think there is stronger people who will face you and destroy i am stronger than all of them and that is the understanding we must have if you have this understanding you can easily deal with the spirit of fear because god is stronger than anything that you may think can face you and destroy you because some of us our fear is fear of men we fear men more than we fear god some people fear their bosses so what they have been assigned to do they can do it but the appearance of their boss make them to panic and they begin to make mistakes look don't fear and face your fears afraid demonstrate courage in the midst of the fear and you will see the manifestation of god's works hallelujah and that is what we want to deal with tonight because some of you is not that you haven't heard the voice of god some of you is not that opportunities have not presented themselves to you some of you it's not that doors have not been opened to you but you fear to enter you fear to maximize the opportunities that have been presented to you some people fear to work some people fear exams so the exams they must take to prepare them for the opportunity ahead they decide they won't write and if you don't write you don't get prepared because preparation and opportunity equals breakthrough any opportunity you are not prepared for god will not bring it your way god prepares you and presents you with the opportunity and then when you take advantage you break through so god will not take an accountant to become a medical doctor he will not take an accountant and put him in the consulting room to prescribe drugs no but if you are an accountant god will bring you opportunities where you will demonstrate what you are gifted with what you've been impacted with and then the great reward will be given want to deal with the spirit of fear fear is what has made a lot of people abandon their dreams and visions thrown away their giftings and talents and they are wondering what they were made for everybody was made for something and everybody has been given a certain grace for them to be blessed here on earth hallelujah let's read isaiah chapter 41 from the verse 10 to the verse 14 isaiah 41 the verse 10 to the verse 14 hallelujah isaiah 41 the verse 10 to the verse 14 fear thou not for i am with thee be not dismayed for i am thy god i will strengthen the year i will help thee yeah i will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness this scripture let let's stay in the western small please this scripture is enough for everybody for your life and for your life's destiny he said fear thou not for i am with thee so wherever you go and whatever you are made to do the lord is with you this is an assurance every christian must put in his pocket that you are never alone look i've experienced things that i get to a place and there is confusion and you hear whisperings you have promptings how to behave how to act and you perform them and you see every problem is solved people have gone into interviews and they've been asked questions and answers have dropped in their spirit and after they have spoken and they are clear they themselves marvel where the answer comes from because the lord is with you their lord is with you be not dismayed don't panic never think that the lord has set you up for your destruction many of us that is what we think when opportunity presents themselves to is i'm going to embarrass myself who told you so they decide not to take advantage fear is what is holding you back for i am thy god i am the look the one that is able to give life is able to give everything that pertains to life and godliness sometimes we believe people who cannot give life to themselves let alone to give life to somebody somebody promises you today and tomorrow they are dead and gone but sometimes they are promised rather we believe in it and we wake up the next morning and we are running towards them and the one that can keep them alive and the one that can take them off we tend not to believe him he said i am thy god and the god there means that he that created you and he decorated the earth and everything therein i am thy god he doesn't need to speak more he that is able to give he that is able to take he is the one that is speaking to you so he said fear not i will not bring you to a place to destroy you or to embarrass you to disgrace you or to to destroy your confidence no i will strengthen thee yeah i will help thee yes i will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness my goodness this scripture let it be in your pocket every day every day assure yourself that the god that you are working with all this is at your at your disposal he is there to perform all this in your life and don't be afraid of anything and the amazing thing is that people fear certain things because somebody told them and that is worse people have transfer transferred their spirit of fear into their spirit they have not experienced that thing but somebody said if you do this you know breakthrough you will fail as all those who have done this they have failed people have failed the medical school but people have also passed people fear mass but some people to love math you understand what i'm saying so god if god has graced you for what he has said before you all you have to do is to arise in his name and match forward and that is all i've come to tell you tonight great things have god prepared for us and great things will he bring us into when you are confronted with them arrive in his name and much forward because he has gone ahead he has finished before he began let's go on let's let's finish the scripture verse 11. fear not that when jacob meaning that look you have no might of yours before me you are like a web that can be crushed today so every man you see whether great in society or small in society we are all like women we can all be christ the next moment meaning that we have no strength of our own somebody can mistakenly be walking and they step on you and you are crushed but if god says that he is the one that will make you to grow to become that which he has ordained you to be that he knows how to protect you how to direct you how to hide you from danger hallelujah how to hide you from danger how to keep you in the hollow of his spam i just want you to have this assurance because many of us we move out and we forget about god we are inspired when the word is fresh in our spirit but the moment we step out we forget about god let's read the verse 14 the first the verse 14 of isaiah chapter 41 and he men of israel i will help thee sayed the lord and the redeemer the holy one of israel this assurance is not even to just a pep a people or a person it is to a nation so if god can take care of a nation is he you an individual he cannot take care of let's read isaiah 35 the verse 4 isaiah 35 the verse 4 if we are unable to deal with all the scriptures i'll give them to you you go and read because look i want you to break the spirit of fear first face your fears if there is something you've been afraid of of doing of walking into tomorrow morning when you wake up bath and be your best and walk to go and confront your fears hallelujah isaiah 3 5-4 say to them that of say to them that are of a fearful heart be strong fear not behold your god will come with vengeance even god with the recompense he will come and save you wherever you are going god woke up look if the going gets tough you will see the tough going because the tougher person who is your god will be by you say to them that of a fearful heart many of us are of a fearful heart some people fear has become their companion do away with them be strong fear not behold your god will come with vengeance anything that is stronger than you or anything that has purpose to to prevent you from entering into your manifestation god is the one that will deal with them leave them to god and as for you you receive your due reward and he will save you from any hand that has purpose to that's why last time i was saying that we should be careful some of the things we say one time i heard somebody say oh leave that guy i would deal with that guy by the time i finish with him he will know that he is nobody please be careful please be careful i had somebody say it i just prayed for the person because look everybody and the grace they carry by the time you see people as they are standing you don't know what is behind them the power of god that is backing them by the time you are dealing with them god will finish you be careful know every man according to the spirit of god and know how to treat every man if they make a mistake rebuke them and correct them but never make statements like you would deal with them you can't deal with anybody god deals with all of us hallelujah hallelujah isaiah 43 the verse one isaiah 43 the verse one isaiah 43 the verse one but now that saith the lord that created thee oh jacob and he that formed thee oh israel fear not for i have redeemed thee i have called thee by name down at mine anybody that is doing something or you are occupying a certain position or you are functioning in a certain office we are all called so the people who think they are called the one doing the sound is called the one doing video is called everybody and what god has called them to do there are people who are called to sell at the market look even if they decide to sell rubbish people will buy if you don't know go and ask zoom lion you pay zoom lion to carry your rubbish and people pay zoom lion to collect your rubbish you pay to be collected and people pay him again to take from him so he receives double pay for what you think is useless meanwhile god said he created us so there is no useless person and there is nobody who is made to fail here on earth there is nobody who god has created and has no plan for god has not created you and is now that god is thinking what to do with your life he finished your life before he brought you here on earth all you have to do is to walk in your destiny and believe him that he who created your destiny has the power enough to get you to the point where your race will end and you receive the crown of glory many of us begin things with all the zeal and with all of him and along the lines some winds blow some storms raise and we begin to doubt god we begin to think whether we made a mistake if you were led by god you haven't made a mistake if you pray to god and god led you into that you haven't made a mistake he's still at work because the rise and the fall of the sea wave it is only to get to its destination which is the show so you see the sea rising you see the sea falling the ups and the downs is an experience that will bring you to where god has ordained for you to be don't be afraid don't be afraid sometimes that is how life is you get up sometimes you fall sometimes you you you want to give up it is normal but never give up when you feel like giving up that is when you must march forward so face your fears when afraid and overcome that spirit of fear many of us have great opportunities contracts are coming and we know where to go to get the resources to execute that contract but fear is holding us down many of us have transferred our blessings opportunities present themselves and we we tell we can't do it it is not for us somebody else should take it every opportunity that is ordained of god that comes to you god has given to you the strength and the grace to execute it there is no vision without provision because every vision is in a provision so the pro is there and the vision is added and the pro is what god has made available for the vision to be realized hallelujah hallelujah let's read isaiah 44 the verse 2 and 3 isaiah 44 the verse 2 and 3 the next five minutes will enter into prayer and deal with the spirit of fear isaiah 44 the verse two and three that saith the lord that made thee and formed thee from the womb which will help thee fear not oh jacob my servant endowed gesture whom i have chosen then the verse 3 says for i will pour water upon him that is tasty and flood upon dry ground i will pour my spirit upon thy seed and my blessing upon thy offspring is that he will pour his water upon him that is tasty he will not just give water to him that is tested to drink meaning that he will give you more than enough if only you will believe in him whatever you desire whatever need that is in your life god will give you more than enough he will cause you to live in overflow so he is not just giving a cup of water to him that is tasty but he will pour his water you would drink an overflow hallelujah and floods upon the dry ground look the dry ground sometimes when it rains on a very dry ground when you come out you don't even see water the ground is the greatest absorber of water the ground the earth that does it doesn't get tired of receiving water but it says that dry ground the ground that does not even have water in it i will put water on it and it will flood because i have more than enough of what you are believing god for so the bible said that he will give exceedingly abundantly above what we can ever think or imagine or ask what do you want god to do what are you believing god for he will give you more than enough because even the dry ground will flood he will give that dry ground the desert will receive enough water and it will give out water hallelujah i will pour my spirit upon thy seed and my blessing upon thy of spring meaning that i will bless you and it shall be a generational blessing sometimes the little we are believing god for that we think god should do for us alone and we are praying for we me myself and i you know that on holy trinity we are thinking about ourselves alone he says that i will give it to you to your children and your children's children because your seed is your children and your offspring is those that follows hallelujah the blessing and what i'm about to do if only you will overcome fear and you will rise up and match forward that blessing will be a generational blessing because i have gone beyond you that is what god is telling jacob i have gone beyond you for you i have finished you what you eat what you wear where you will stay the car you will drive i have finished with you i have finished with your children i am now on your children's children meanwhile we we are afraid we are afraid of tomorrow as we are sitting here some people are afraid of tomorrow as to what they will eat as to what tomorrow holds for them some people are afraid of the unknown this interview i'm attending what is in need for me some people are afraid of failure what if it doesn't work what about what if it works you forgotten about that one somebody went to the embassy with a lot of documents you know i happen to have the opportunity to talk to a counselor in the embassy and he says do you know with the counselors in the embassy we work according to what you the people give us so you see first when you are going to get a visa all you have to get is your passport and your ticket to show that you are you will be able to travel and they give you a visa then people started adding their land property their land documents people started adding bank statements people started adding their investment certificate so when two people come and they add the documents they act they begin to ask address for for it you understand what i'm saying somebody has carried all the things the documents they can think of in this world gone to the embassy and they are bounced so when you said you are going and they ask you of all these documents and you say you don't have then they told you don't worry yourself don't go but look i know people who went to the embassy without invitation letter which is the primary requirement and they got a visa i know a woman who worked in there who walked into the embassy and told the counselor i want to surprise my daughter abroad i want to just visit them and the consular told i will also surprise you and she was giving five years miracles are happening every day what are you afraid of somebody sought for admission abroad they didn't get so they are telling you uh last two weeks or last three weeks i was standing here with minister albert and we're talking to one of our sisters who by the grace of god has gotten admission to do a master's at the university of ghana and were just sharing the testimony then she made a mistake and told me that but somebody has stole the hair she should not do her master's now because she will be overqualified for employment i gave her a ceremony there and then you what do you mean by our qualified even the professor emeritus is not overqualified you masters you have you see that is somebody's fear and they have transferred it to hey i'm telling you if you allow yourself people will transfer their fears to you and hold you down i said do it quickly this is the right time to do it do your masters now now you are waiting for employment do it the opportunity has presented itself please don't let people transfer their fears to you and don't let fear hold you down because god is up to something hallelujah no don't be afraid you are growing and so what look what has taken somebody 10 years to do god can do it in one year he that lives outside time and works within time look everything is in his hands your destiny is not somebody's destiny let's go on we have communion we have communion we have communion prevent you from completely trusting in god so you trust in god half there are things you think you you think god can do but there are certain things you tell yourself this one i must help myself it's a lie trust in god completely all the days of your life acknowledge god in everything you do or everything you want to do and he is the only one that can direct your path because he will teach you how to navigate your life hallelujah he will teach you where to put your feet and where not to put your feet i remember when we went to the university when when we we were going when we got the admissions we were showing then i showed my admission letter to somebody that i have been giving combined major mathematics and physics the person is like i actually is there and you know there was a professor called a champo and he was known the hogan that that man is no nonsense the mass he will make it difficult for you say hey is there are you guys sure you can do math i said that's what they've given us we would go and do our best and unfortunately for us when we went the orientation he's the one that appeared first the first statement he made this is a university this is not secondary school here we don't teach we lecture so we'll come and lecture you the rest is up to you so if you think you cannot do the math please go to registry and go and change your course hey you you have come to the invested the first statement to hear and he was the head of department that was his first statement look we needed to show faith do you know that that was the first and the last that our badge that man spoke to us so those who rise to go and change their course they never met this man again because level 100 he didn't teach us by the time we get we got to level 200 that he was supposed to teach all reverent ministers and we sell through but before then people have gone to change their courses because fear was put in them fear was put in them trust in god and not that what god has given you no man can deny you of it if god planted you there he has already made provision for you trust in him completely look don't fear man many of us fear men some people fear they are in-laws some some people even fear their husbands oh i know people who fear they are fathers but look the people you must be free with is your parents you must be closer to your parents than anybody i'm telling you things you cannot tell your father and your mother don't tell outsider i'm telling you but people fear they are fathers i know people when they want to request things from there that is mommy they write it on paper sleep it under their father's door then they go they answer the father to take and write the response if it's about money they take the request and slip in the money and put it on the table then they will come and take it please trust in god whatever god have said before you he has given you what it takes for you to maximize it and to go through it there is nothing god has brought us into to destroy us no he's not that wicked he said if you men know how to give good things to your children that when they ask you for fish you will not give them snakes and when they ask you for bread you will not give them stone how much more me who created you and set you on the earth here because the ethicist and everything that there is there is nothing you are believing god for that he is now going to create it he has already created it about two weeks or a month ago i was speaking to a geologist and he was telling me that also for ghana is blessed too you know they have discovered gold in the north that is more than what they discovered in obwasi and so all the mining companies now are channeling their resources to the north meanwhile the north was one area nobody wanted to associate with so the people in the north are all coming to the south now the people of the south are going to climb up to go and take their wealth please there is no place that god created to disgrace and to destroy the people if dubai a desert place only had desert and hard water now people travel there to go and pay hard money to look at water and to drive on the desert the place they called wasted land people go and pay money to sit in lancaster and drive on desert and come back they pay hard currency i'm telling you so wherever god has planted you he has provided enough for you all my fears we are going to seek god through prayer and all we are saying is our father deliver us from our fears any kind of fear some people fear a plane some people fear to sit in place how will you travel and become an international person some people fear lift the fear lifts so how do you become an owner of a high scraper some people fear spiders some people fear cockroaches so how do you become the greatest farmer because then there are snakes in the bush you see grass cutters you must overcome any kind of fear so i said i sought the lord and he delivered me from all my fears then
