Real Rasengan v2.0 (AwesomeR Cosplay Prop)

i was recently strapped to a jet pack up that way yeah i'm looking up looking that way not that way don't go all the way that way go medium that way okay what am i doing for some reason a very nice company called jetpack aviation decided to give me jetpack lessons boris is the guy holding my hands and making sure that i don't take off wiley coyote style and the thrust from the jet engines is so hot they keep a tub of water nearby just in case your boots get set on fire that was so good thank you wow that's that's better so as i was standing there wearing some wet ass socks i couldn't help but think how in the hell did i get here this is the video that started everything for me my very first youtube video it's a real version of rasanga that spinny energy attack from naruto it has been six years and this video is still in my top five most viewed videos every single month here's the thing though it is not a good video hi youtube so about a week ago i uploaded a video oh my god oh you got the long hair it was longer i had to let me let me do what you're doing this is james hobson that's your name right james hobson this is james hopson you might know him from the the the hack james hobson aka the hacksmith has over 12 million subscribers a team of 21 employees and over 1 billion views and right now he's sleeping on the floor of my workshop if anybody's qualified to help me remake a better real ros sangon it's this guy real rasang yeah it's a it's a real it's a banger 11 million views 11 million viewers it's not quite make it real but i it was real i made it real two out of ten oh my god look it's made out of real real wood it's made out of real hot glue yeah it's made out of dude those wires aren't even soldered i think they're just twisted there's nothing wrong with making stuff out of garbage no there's not no there's not but these leds they're soldered to paper clips they're soldered to paper clips and rubber bands are holding the battery i mean i'm impressed that you managed to solder that right there that's lego oh yeah it's lego hot wheels lego these are four three yeah almost at 12 million out of that's almost as many subscribers as i have if if boy if i had a nickel for every subscriber that the hacksmith had that i didn't this is the real the make it real rashengan because it's an it's an angle grinder and so the angle grinder plate spins and then the drill spins and so it's going to make a sphere of devastation just like just like in naruto what do you think it's gonna be really good you made it real thank you yeah you got the chakra you spin it around and then you just you just yeah you know there you go there you go now you got to shout out rosengan when you do it okay oh oh my god oh my god [Music] i smell a burning that works you rust sang on this guy up that's actually i'm i'm i'm honestly a little upset at how well this works actually over these last six years a lot of people have actually made their own versions of the rasangan device based on that first crappy video and it it's it's actually so awesome to me that the idea inspired people to actually go and build something with whatever they had lying around with their own two hands sufficiently advanced youtube channel that guy do an awesome thing thank you okay weebs this is raw sangan 2.0 there's an actual parts list this time so you don't have to build it out of garbage and the entire body is 3d printable is it perfect no is it expensive yeah kind of so think of this as like a first iteration and i'm counting on you guys collectively to build this and find ways of making it better and cheaper now all of these files are available on fangs.com who's also the sponsor of this video so i'm gonna talk about them now thangs is the fastest growing 3d community take my design and improve it down the line and with things collaboration and community features it should be really easy to find those new versions once they do happen almost every model on things is available to be previewed in augmented reality and that way you can like really check out a model before you print it and like pretend it's there in the room with you or whatever and no app is classic rossan gone now i will say i wouldn't try to build this unless you already had some experience with soldering or 3d printing because parts of this do get kind of complicated you can see it's a little more streamlined than the original version it does still have three separate power supplies and three separate switches though i tried to create a version with like a commutator and it was just way too complicated it wasn't gonna work but at least this time it's mostly lipo batteries so it looks a bit cleaner and separate power makes it easier to swap out led arrays to try out different colors and shapes but i've also got this shape here which i think has a little bit more texture it's basically got a ball inside another ball kind of looks like an atom to me and this is based off of boruto's new compressed rasan gone i actually like this one better because it's got like more texture it's like a little bit flashier i think and extra weeaboo points if you notice that the base of the rossangon device this time is a ninja tool from boruto because in the anime anyone with a ninja tool can actually use rosengan and not just ninjas and to prove it i'm going to the worst anime convention in the world ana manga 2021 this year con goers had to wait in line up to four hours in hundred degree heat water was six dollars and the air conditioning and lights broke multiple times so many people kept dying there's literally an emt waiting area here but whatever i'm gonna make the most of it and see what real anime characters would look like if they could use rossangon it's well a lot like a fidget spinner oh my goodness my god there you go keep your hands down dude you're using wrestling this is awesome nice thing power rangers is my favorite anime dude red car rings you're doing russian gun wait you've seen the first version of this yeah you want to try it on oh yeah let's go i'm gonna touch it no don't touch it it's pretty cool you're doing a legit ninjutsu right now i don't i you know i i don't have any right now there you go that's so good of course when i really think about it this whole youtube thing actually started because it was my little brother's birthday that's why i made the rossanne gone in the first place and that birthday is coming up real soon i turned 19 in a couple days so yeah okay so you're gonna turn 19. yeah um all right can you guess what i made for your 19th birthday no i don't know what it could be there's i have no idea check it out it's it's a better rossan god what do you think i think he kind of got it right the first time there wasn't a whole lot of need to to fix it wasn't broken you know you were a lot nicer when you were 13.
