hey guys check this out it's a little horny toad or a horn toad horned lizard a che i don't know what you want to call it but they're very respected in my culture the navajo culture real cool to see today [Music] [Music] another day of ranching i got the boys with me there's brooks and reed and clancy and i have hayden here got their snacks out already well we're headed out to the ranch the guys are already ahead of us they've got the horses in the trailer and we gotta go pick up the branding oven it's at one of the other corrals so we're gonna go pick that up and meet the guys in crazy creek [Music] so here we are at pinna the boys are gonna check the in the water okay see the clouds thank you hold this let's go check the drinker what drinker there's connor coming off that hill right there looks like he has a few we'll just keep driving to the corrals and meet everybody there well it's nice and cloudy today i think it's only [Music] it's only 80 degrees can be like the perfect day to brand forget about these i don't know if you guys have met connor yet connor's my oldest he's riding six right there he's gotta go to work pretty soon so i'll i'll have to go drive him back [Applause] henson's on jag he's gonna use him to sort these cows [Music] so these guys are going to get to sorting and i'm going to take connor back to work let's go connor let's go all right connor let's go take you to work to easier work this stuff out here is hard work huh at least it's cloudy look it will it's going to be a great day well we're about ready to brand i'm gonna let trigger get some water henson's got jag reeves is here again he's got valentine and we have six i might use him not too sure yet uh i don't know how many calves we have but quite a few today just uh the same thing as the other day we'll do what we can and whatever we don't no big deal [Music] yes okay my legs were getting sweaty inside my boots so i'm gonna tuck in tuck in my pants um [Applause] well i'm gonna try and do some roping on trigger today he's one of our stallions that we've been breeding this year we just happened to have him in the pins and i thought well i'm gonna use trigger today so we're gonna go try and rope some [Music] hold on [Music] oh yeah you're right [Music] [Applause] [Music] come on um [Music] [Applause] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] okay [Music] um [Music] [Music] it's already branded [Music] well the branding went well today i think we got about 50 55 calves um done the boys did good we were out there all afternoon taking advantage of the nice weather it was cloudy most of the time so that was nice the day's not over still got some daylight so we're gonna work on some pins that we've been trying to get up for the past i don't know three years so there's always something to do and this has been a big project that we don't ever really have time for so it'll be nice to knock out just a little bit of that we're gonna go put these um railroad ties in the ground this evening okay overachieve overachieving let's go put these in well here's where we're putting all the railroad type we did um this wall of ties and some of this [Music] the horses are coming in three sorrows right there and two palominos back this way hi guys where you been huh do you go to the river today how are you vixen beautiful blondie this is um czar's sister they share the same sire um frenchman shakem is their sire and there's dibs and ghosts hi guys they're gonna go check it out vixen is so curious that's so funny hi dipty how are you girl easy is way over there saying hi to six well guys that's gonna be it for today it's getting kind of dark and my camera will just get more and more blurry so we'll keep you guys updated on this project and we'll see you next time you
