hello everyone welcome to this YouTube channel myself Roslin and in this video we will see how to send an email with attachments from one drive using power automate flow we are going to cover two different examples first we will see how to send an email from one drive with single attachment secondly we will see how to send an email from one drive with multiple attachments using power automate flow so let's begin with send an email with single attachment from one drive using power automate flow log to power automate using Microsoft credentials click on this create option and choose the automated Cloud flow and the flow will trigger when a new file is created in the one drive okay Enter the flow name and choose the trigger when the file is created and click on this create option the trigger has been added now select the folder from the sh pickle presented in the one drive go back to the one drive under my files there is no folder presented I'm going to create one new folder called attachments so whenever a new file is added to the attach attachments it will send an email to the user with the attached file now go back to the flow from the show picker select the created folder called attachments add new Step select the get file content action to get the content of the file based on the file identifier choose get file content action for one drive and from the dynamic content pass the file identifier now select new Step add the send an email action here to send an email with the single attachment from one drive using power automate flow enter the required fields to subject and body select show advanced option here in the attachment name pass the dynamic content of file name and in the attachment content under get file content we can see the file content option is presented pass the file content as the attachment content now click save and click on this test option choose manually click test here and to trigger this flow we have to add the file to the one drive folder so in my files the attachment I'm going to upload one new file so that the flow will trigger here you can see I have attached attached one PDF file here you can see our flow R successfully and also it sends email to the particular user now we will go and check the Outlook we have received the mail with single attachment from one drive using power automate flow this is how to send an email from one drive with single attachment using power automate flow next we will see how to send on multiple attachments from one drive using power automate flue so in my attachments folder I'm going to upload two more files as a text document Excel document and the PDF document these are the multiple files that are presented in my one drive folder now we will see how to send an email with all these three file attached from the one drive folder using power automate flow now go back to the power automate flow click on this create option here I'm going to choose the instant Cloud flow to trigger the flow manually for the multiple attachments choose the manual trigger click on this create option now initialize the variable to save the multiple attachment files so click on this initialize variable action enter the variable name and choose the variable type as array now select new Step search for list files in folder action for one drive from the show picker select the folder here my case it is attachments so I'm going to select the folder attachments which has three multiple files in it now select new Step search for get file content choose the get file content action and pass the unique identifier from the dynamic content for the previous action it will automatically add apply to each control just because multiple files are presented in the attachment folder now add an action and choose up to array variable from the drop down select the initialized variable called attachments in the value section pass the Json code for the name and content bites so for the name pass the dynamic content of display name and in the place of content by pass the file content value from the get file content action now click on the save option now now select new step to send an email with multiple attachments from one drive using flow search for send email action enter the required fields to subject and body expand this show Advanced options and here switch to input as a entire array click on this option and pass the initialized array variable which has the attachment name and the content for all the files that are presented in the one drive click on this and click save option here now click on this test option choose manually click test and it will ask for sign in permission click continue and choose run flow click done we can see the flow R successfully now we will go back to the Outlook account here you can see in my Outlook account all the three attachments has been added so whenever I open this file I can view the file content that
