guy's coming through your neighborhood a very tight turn here as he continues to squeeze his way through these very narrow streets with cars often on both sides sometimes on there's another pit fly off of the ethical vehicle and it appears the tactical vehicle is executing a PIT maneuver they've put him into the wall that came off it this vehicle is tight at 30 and 360 Don what's happening right now they'll make a felony stop they'll try and get him to get out of the car unless the tactical team removes him from the car okay so now you see officers out guns drawn pointed right at the other LAPD vehicle that did the pit they got this guy fortunately we do see his hands up we're going to zoom in because we do see his hands up right now LAPD officers are basically going to bring this to a peaceful landing this is woodward just north of foothill attack he's just turned west off of woodward here just one block north of Foothill Boulevard so this is Tujunga this driver the driver of this vehicle seemingly driving at a very slow rate of speed at this time a PIT maneuver being performed by the CHP and now they have actually just spun him and we're going to try and get some position here is actually going backwards now on this street and so are they going to attempt something further so you just thought you just saw the CHP Pitts the guy and CHP incidentally took over the pursuit just a short while ago from the Ali County Sheriff's Department near you continued to drive backwards they're going to try and continue to pit him and that is what they are doing here are they going to be able to immobilize the car it certainly looks so at this point so we will stay right here and hopefully they will be able to take this guy into custody there is several officers here CHP officers who are now with guns drawn ordering this person out of the car he has yet to comply and so with the windows rolled up I believe it's hard to make out exactly what what he's a
