let's see what happens and he was on this road earlier driving very fast continue on southbound coming up on i believe this is going to be poker actually rocks we're on the breaks ball airborne through the intersection there into a parked car this is glen oak south but he's out and running as you see him is on foot running sorry he's got a unit right on him we'll see what happens here as he continues on unit uh still chase name behind looks like uh they're gonna cut him off and running into the houses here across the yard over a fence p lapd either right la right behind him there oh it jumps right over code 20 guys code 20. and uh so anyway as we continue on yeah watching uh this takedown as he got him as he went right over the fence he's gonna come up on a red light here lots of traffic it blows his way right through that red light chp is in pursuit behind that about three or four units in trail but staying back quite a ways letting the chp helicopter handle this pursuit but once again it's uh armed suspects wanted for a shooting in azusa uh been going on since about eight o'clock and we're running right now at about 90 miles an hour here on aero highway approaching the 57. lone hill is the street we're coming up on now on the brakes dog in the left turn there weaving his way through traffic and then makes it thought through luckily uh cars are in that slow left-hand turn and he was on the brakes hard coming up so coming up next intersection here as he pushes through he's now blacked out so it's going to be hard for you the people on the behind to see but luckily these cars have the daytime running lights so uh they'll have likes in front but he's going to the right shoulder boom right there crashed left turner that's right the intersection of san dimas drivers out running he's holding his waistband as you can see there running through the parking lot yeah i don't know why but it looks like this guy played a little bit too much of gta right turn david our left turn i'm sorry catherine thank you so we're getting some information updated information on that uh information that we got over the scanner we uh our assignment desk has talked to fullerton police department they cannot confirm the ages of the suspect although look at this u-turn they're going to try to pin him in here right here he's going to go right through those officers and they almost had the vehicle cornered there they went into a dead-end street they tried to box her in but she was able to squeeze right by at a high rate of speed now back down this is a oak grove and a sweeping right-hand turn oh into the cross oh into this other side of the street crashing there may have hit that vehicle but let's see if they jump out and run here they're going to come up at chb coming up hard on the vehicle it looks like that vehicle did collide with that car in that intersection now they're going to pull them out guns drawn here comes the passenger out of the vehicle driver door open and walking towards the officers that is the female driver that's going down on the ground complying with officers this pursuit is over ends in a crash here at oak grove and foothill boulevard all right so this is some new video of the end of that pursuit that we saw police were in tracking mode of the one vehicle which is the suv got into some sort of altercation with this truck driver the truck then begins their own pursuit with this vehicle you see it almost looks like a nascar race with him uh up against uh you see them going back and forth and then this happens check this out the driver ends up over a ledge and flipped over marla right and you see that driver there scrambling to get out and then you'll also see him lose his balance here he eventually falls to the ground and from the ledge there you're seeing okay here here's a live look in fact now live look from sky fox here this is on town avenue north town avenue in pomona where this all came to an end what a bizarre scene obviously they're tending to this driver and seeing how injured he really is this video starts with the pursuit of a black card that seems a little bit damaged but yeah i think he doesn't care he's just taking the next one southbound on bestop [Music] back on chapel hill heading towards children [Music] okay going eastbound just past children's on valley looks like he's got a front flat tire [Music] he just got hit just got hit stand spinning out of control [Music] show me your damn hands no they don't uh ohp is gonna take over this pursuit oh oh wow yeah kevin sorry yeah he's uh westbound we believe there may be two people in the in the truck now jesus incredible video this car rolled all the way over and now is still westbound on i-40 as they're still trying to take this car out there is nobody behind it we've got four patrol cars two more coming up so hopefully they can uh put an end to this right here this is a great time to put an end to it yeah this guy right here is like yeah i don't think they see me anymore so i can just park my car around here and just walk away um i think this helicopter that is shining with the spotlight on me no they can't see me they can see me i'm just running in this parking uh parking garage house whatever they don't see me they don't see me oh okay they saw me so just just go back just go back oh they see don't see me anymore oh just they don't see me they don't see me just running away running away they don't see me oh the light is on oh oh oh they don't see me they don't see me oh no no oh no no they they can see stops cops cops more cops more cops more cops oh oh just go go go go go go go no no no i have to go officer i have to go i have to go uh i i have a i have a date or something bye-bye uh adios well definitely well over an hour so that driver might you know might even be starting to get a little fatigued driving at those high speeds a lot of adrenaline being stressed out uh you know so maybe this is one of the reasons why we're seeing this much slower driving also it does seem like there's some people uh on on on the side of the road down there i talking you know maybe trying to get the driver's attention there's somebody running across the street yeah we're we're going to take a look and see if this person gets in or gets those kids out there we go there we go there we go oh they were they're like teenagers are you kidding me there we go there's some law enforcement go a little wider go a little wider go a little there you go and that's kind of what i was was saying the entire time as soon as that vehicle comes to a stop those cars that are not there will suddenly appear and there they are that vehicle is basically blocked right now uh it looks like some some family members came and got kids these are babies what is this person doing unbelievable uh but now it's it's a little bit different now it's look and this is the thing there we go this guy trying to back still trying to get away from uh from law enforcement uh there we go there that that's a genuine person right there i'm trying to make a run there just uh running along and we're gonna i i'm my money's on the officer that just threw whatever he threw away oh that's that's what i get for putting my money on on the officer there we go uh keeps keeps going keeps going i can tell you that there's more law enforcement in cars close by and uh vinnie's doing a fantastic job keeping an eye on this guy he probably should have taken the stairs but uh you can just keep it keep it just keeping it going there eight miles an hour nine miles an hour making his way into the alleyway and uh we'll see where we'll see see where the law enforcement is here in just a moment yep is up down the stairs he's up on the stairs nope no he's right there he's coming back the other way uh maybe he's gonna go see if that officer is okay that would be really nice if he did something like that well here we go there there we go there we go these officers are going boom there we go took them right there oh and they brought the dog so anyways there we go it's all coming to an end off of denny street out here in the uh in the wilmington area i i still can't tell you uh all we know is that suspect is in custody we did see the small children being taken out of the back of that suv which just it just it it mind-boggling just mind-boggling and uh of course and this guy with this beast was definitely not playing gta as i keep saying you know if this thing hits anything it's gonna be a mess so now back on the brakes right turn taking uh coldwater canyon on to van on and into the parking lot of the del taco around the parking lot of the del taco maybe they can block him in but i highly doubt they'll do that and back out onto cole water canyon uh left turn oh into the curb hits the pole yeah but that's not gonna do much you see him skidding he just popped the tire he saw the tire let go so hopefully he disabled this vehicle and this will bring it uh bring a stop to this now everybody kind of coming to a stop here uh chp lining up yeah he popped that pole pretty good you saw that big pop from the tire so i thought he's gonna try to back his way off that but right now here's the point to where the most dangerous part of the pursuit uh is what's gonna happen here it's all of what the driver does he's gonna open the doors open and to see what hap we're gonna keep a a little bit wide here in case something happens looks like he's exiting uh following directions hands up walking back towards the officers as they normally do well now he's walking forward so we'll see what's going to happen now but yep yeah [Music] [Music] copy got your four o'clock there seven oh uh i would call it burbank now
