PDF Fix "The author of this form has specified the fields which you can fill."

hey guys it's eddie the magic book eddie the magic monk diddy the magic book teddy the magic look hey guys it's eddie the magic monk uh today we're going to talk about adobe acrobat reader or adobe acrobat whichever one you're using to fill out forms and if you have some sort of pdf form and you're just trying to fill it out maybe the creator of the form didn't save it as an electronic form so none of the boxes are clickable or whatever none of the forms are form fields you can fill in you can actually use the fill and sign feature in adobe acrobat reader to fill out a form but you click on that and then you click on fill and sign and then it says the author of this form has specified the fields which you can fill click on any field to start feeling the form but then you try to click and it won't let you so now you can't use the fill inside so here is how you solve this problem okay all you have to do is you're going to go file print and you're going to choose microsoft print to pdf or however way you print to a pdf file and this basically gets rid of anything that they've set up previously and just turns it into a normal pdf with nothing in it okay so then you're going to click print and then you're going to choose where you want to save that so i'm just going to save it on my desktop or wherever it is just call it new form okay so it's now on my desktop okay so now it has printed to a new file but it doesn't open it up automatically so you're going to have to go to your desktop and open it up or in my case i'm just going to click on open new form on my desktop and now i can simply use the fill in sign feature okay fill and sign and you can see everything is visible again so i can use ticks i can tick around the page i can put my i can type things in whatever you want all right so you can fill out forms again all right thanks for watching guys see you next [Music] thanks time watching guys see you next time
