HOW TO FILL OUT PDF FORM THAT WAS SENT TO YOU ON IPHONE 2024

hello welcome to simple answers in this video i'll be showing you how to fill out a pdf form that was sent to you on an iphone the first thing you will need to do is open the mail app or wherever you have received the pdf so that could be via message or email once you have found it you're going to tap on the share icon in the bottom right hand corner that would be the curve arrow and you're going to scroll all the way down and you want to tap on print then you're going to select print again in the top right hand corner and from here you want to scroll down a bit and you're going to tap on save to files and that will save it to your file app and right here you can select the folder that you'd like to save it with it doesn't matter then you'll tap on sieve in the top right hand corner and that's it after doing that you're going to close out of the messaging app and you're going to find the files up once you have found the files up you can simply tap on the file the forum beta yet and from here you can tap on the pencil icon in the top right hand corner then you can tap on the plus in the bottom right hand corner and select text and you could pull the text box to wherever you want to add a text the second option that you could do is simply go into app store and from your app store you are going to download office which would be this up right here after downloading office you're going to tap on the file icon in the top right hand corner then you'll select files up and you're going to select the pdf form that you want to edit after selecting the pdf form you'll simply tap on it then you'll tap on the pencil icon right beside the pdf name then you'll tap on the text right where you see the t in the top right hand corner and then you can tap on whichever section you like to edit on the pdf so let's say for example i want to add in an address i can simply clear the current address then i could type in my address and let's say i want to tick one of the boxes in the top left hand corner i could do that then you can also clear text that was currently on the pdf by tapping on the t again then you can simply tap on the text that you would like to remove as you can see right there and tap on delete once you're finished you'll tap on the sticky icon in the top left hand corner then tap on the share icon in the bottom right hand corner and from here you can choose send a copy and there you'll be able to send a copy via email or any messaging app hope you found this video helpful and informative if you did be sure to hit the like button and subscribe and thank you for watching
