Palworld - Possibly The Best Base Location In The Game?

well hello there you wonderful humans and welcome back to pow World hope everybody's having a fantastic day we're back on our community server and uh we got a couple of different things to do today I want to be able to get to level 30 to start catching up to luxara as well as working on our new base location I have moved uh two of our bases so right now we have our main breeding base which is over here um which has basically the the main base built on it uh all of our all basically the majority of our things will be here I think uh ooh look at all the uh the pal speres we got but hope everybody's weekend is going well thank you so much for coming to hang out today uh and thank you all for the amazing support on all the content that we have been making uh the past 10 days or so time is flying by got super lucky and hashed a beacon out of an egg I thought when I was level 18 nice very good I want to oh Lord have mercy okay Syndicate thugs we're going to leave them to just duke it out over there oh okay I guess everything is password protected now um hope you have another wonderful day in pal world thank you thank you thank you so we got some pal spheres we're going to need some materials and things like that to start building out the base a little bit I want to experiment with the the placement of the pal boxes as well I've got some ideas for that and before we get really started I'll be right back okay okay okay had to uh fix something real quick and we should be good to go barbs how are you doing wait on Xbox if you don't have your chest password protected then your items start just going away gradually do you mean somebody's stealing your stuff or like they're just despawning gradually that's very odd that would be very very odd and obviously I'm doing well doing well okay so I think we're going to I need to repair my armor real quick which I don't know if we have a repair bench in here anywhere uh unfortunately there is uh degradation poor leara spent so much time on this base yesterday uh but since some of it was outside of the circle it does just degrade which I think is super annoying um I wish that wasn't the case it's really frustrating that that uh that that happened have I gotten any sleep last night was the first night that I've gotten let's say more than 4 hours of sleep I got actually 8 and 1 half hours of sleep last night I feel quite good actually I feel pretty not terrible which is nice cuz I have been feeling particularly terrible uh but I don't feel super terrible [Music] today let's see here Island Hopper Coast Fort ruins uh so the new base location I was trying to think of what I wanted to grab while it's night time we've got pow balls I've got arrows we've got our bow while it's night time cuz I don't want to work on the base while it's night because I think that's just going to be a little bit too difficult we're going to go over here where you on the map I'm planning to change my base I think I picked the wrong spot to the base it's in the top left corner I have multiple bases but the one right here is near the top Islands one of the starting zones awesome video with the base locations by the way thank you thank you very much I'm going to do a top five base video I think I I've done two different base videos now and um and I think I want to go I was avoiding doing like the top stuff cuz I know a lot of people are going to be competing for spots but I think I'm going to end up doing it anyways I just wanted to like showcase all the different ones but there are some that are definitely better I'll probably have that out maybe uh well actually I know it's coming out tomorrow already I I've got so many videos I've working on about four or five videos at a time every day so I've got lots of other videos coming out Kayla thank you for the 34 months and Jamie thank you for the Super Chat by the way what's this glowy white light right here what is that why is that tree banch just glowing like that very odd so that's a 7% capture rate right now I was really hoping to avoid having to uh to hit them oh man this freaking bug there we go there's a bug where like you're if you throw a ball sometimes while you're while you're using the bow um you'll get stuck only being able to throw the ball until you throw another one with the Q button so if that ever happens to you that's that's how you fix it is there a way to block spawns not boss spawns you can block spawns by putting a pal box down that's about it shayen thank you for the three month once how are you I was really hoping there would be more rubies out here there we go this's one right over there I think I still need to catch some more goomas too to get 10 of each goomas what get in the ball you're level three power nothing worse than getting hit by a pal that's in a pal sphere all right we do need more goomas we should be able to get us to level 28 you have mamus spawning basically on top of your PO box are they boss mest or are they uh mamor seem to just kind of do what they want I think the developers just really like mamar rest so they kind of just get to to live their best life no matter what I've noticed that as well with any base that I have that has ever been near mamas spawn oh depresso got that bug again you break out get in the get in the ball what you doing buddy you want some of this AB love the streams he has 10 to 12 more weeks off work after surgery and loves getting to see the streams live for a change oh hell yeah hope his recovery is going well I wish you both the very best why am I catching more depresso I think I have 10 of them already shoot whoops the game audio sounds strange I think it's because there is no game audio [Music] um doesn't sound strange there is no audio is what you're trying to [Music] say which you could have said feeling depresso drinking espresso that's literally what he does sorry about that sometimes I switch stuff up for when I'm recording videos if uh if things are like I'll I'll basically switch it out of my ears so I can listen to something else my LIF Monk Is Still stronger than gisb bolt both LIF Monk and fox barks have the potential to be strong like the strongest Pals in the game like not by sheer attack power but their pal skill is so unbelievably op um it's honestly just ridiculous like that pal skill alone will do more damage than pretty much every other creature in the game if you breed them right and set them up right God dang I don't this God dang bug it only happens on uh on dedicated servers for some reason too well okay and there's no way to cancel I know you're probably just hit the cancel button I can read I got eyeballs I can see too I'm looking at the same screen all of you are that doesn't work you have to actually throw another ball for some reason super strange love your Moss head Panda it's super fun speaking of op Fireball my ragnok is insane well it's the strongest skill in the game of course you're one-shotting stuff oh my God double in-game audio what you hear echo on combat audio there's no way oh you know what I think I figured out what it is interesting oh man I really need to make oh shoot we're about to starve to death we're in Barry Town too I need to go collect a whole buttload of berries won't you take me to Barry Town Barry Town oh God dang it baby there we go so there's not going to be any barries over there lift Monk I got this game for my wife yet I'm the one who's playing it nice it's cuz it's addictive it's super good like I'm just absolutely in love with the [Music] game would totally be playing it non-stop if I could basically that's what I've been doing for the last 10 days just absolutely nonstop you know what I haven't seen since launching This Server skill fruit on skill fruit trees never going to get them again excuse me yeah oh okay that's all the I guess we got all the rubies that we needed nice almost level 28 I think did we get all the goomas I don't remember there's the berries welcome to Berry Town land of the berries feel like you used to get more berries from Berry trees feel like getting two per is like really really low I rare are lucky Pals they're pretty rare they're way more common than shinies in Pokemon though like I caught four just before the stream started uh from farming up rubies I actually caught two lucky rubies Ruby and Pen King makes kits soon it does in indeed it's actually one of the things I'm doing right now I want my my Kiton baby I tried un shrouded put around 10 hours into it now I'm back playing Power the addiction cannot be understated yeah I was really excited for unshrouded but um I mean I was really really really excited for it but this just has too much to offer like I I've done everything in shrouded has to offer like in every other game I've ever played for survival games you know um that being said if you're not into the creature collecting aspect which I I love that aspect is what makes me love this game so much um then enshrouded strictly would be probably the better Survival Game I know they have better building um better combat and things like that so enshrouded is strictly the better Survival game but this is more than a survival game and it's more than a creature collecting game it's two of my favorite genres in one which is why I'm favoring it over in shrouded um but if there's any of you out there that are looking for a strictly great Survival game and don't really care about the creature collecting I highly recommend checking out and shrouded I did have Early Access I was able to play it before it released I haven't streamed it or anything like that and haven't released any videos on it um but I was playing it before I got access to PO world it's very good what I think fire Parks taste like probably like a fox at assume probably be a little gamey [Music] y we've already got rubies oh you know what it's daytime let's go work on the uh the new base actually I want to hit Level 28 before I go work on the new base cuz I do think it's going to be the best base location uh in the game it's really two it's really two bases in one and that's what I want to make I want to link two bases together in the same spot uh we got access to a lot of iron and a lot of coal what two genres describe this I've literally just said it Survival game and creature collecting no Pals seem to be spawning I thought maybe the server was crashing seems to be there's a memory leak um which I'm hoping they figure out how to patch soon [Music] I do need more gumas oh and Vixie how I not cut 10 vix yet to font bore boys Daydreams and KNX okay plenty of things to be able to uh to get to level 28 quick oh raay I'm glad you've been enjoying it that's awesome what other survival games are worth playing right now um I would definitely check out enshrouded if you like the survival game genre uh my top three would be that you should try right now would be power world and shrouded and Arc if you've never played Arc if you like Po world there's a solid chance you're really going to like [Music] Arc all right so this is the location that I want to to kind of work on right now so we've got we've got a really nice coal spawn right here so we've got 1 2 3 4 five six six nodes of coal and then we've got I believe 3 six 7 eight nodes of iron over there and it's a lot better place to build than the current meta so but what I want to do is move this around a little bit so we can um kind of link them together and be able to share resources between the [Music] two can you catch a Syndicate Crusher you can uh you can catch anything in the game I think what I need to do is just strictly move it I don't think I have a lot of leeway I want to move it to the left I think is all I can really do y going to have to bear with me while we do some test testing on this I can't move it back much but I can move it to the left what the hell we need Stone what swear as soon as you get jet ragon you pretty much win yeah I don't like that though I don't see myself ever really using it much I wish the pal boxes could be a little closer together or even overlap with each other oh wait are you telling me right now that pal boxes can't overlap that was literally my goal right now to see if they did I've never tried I've played 200 hours of power worldo and I haven't tried to uh to put two PO boxes that close together no they can't all right well butter my butt and call me a biscuit there goes that idea you have to have a bit of a gap between each well ain't that awfully dooky I do need to at least link these two paths together so I can get to them easy oh shoot yeah nobody cares about the current coal meta not everybody's going to be able to get that one base there needs to be more I don't know which base is currently being raided uh let's see here I just want to set this up to be a little bit better cuz I know I know pal if I spawn Pals here they're going to get stuck trying to go down there so I need to improve where I have this I guess what I can do is ignore I don't want to ignore that that though I don't want to go farther down the hill okay so the only spot that I'm struggling to build with is here so if I do this and then we want a wall okay so the wall can't go into the thing we need we need a way to turn off Collision I don't know why we have decided in every game that there should be Collision you can build into walls in real life you know into Cliffs and stuff like that it's a thing you can do but for some reason in survival games we decided collectively that that's not a thing we're ever going to be allowed to do all right so I have an idea I've did this before I was hoping it would be a little bit easier but this is how I've been kind of dealing with this problem and trying to span large gaps um I want to put it here we want it lower so here the question is can the stone wall snap I want more support than just one stone wall and we're going to go like this see that's there we go that'll work I feel I feel safe about that it's oh really bro Stone roofs are a lot more picky than foundations when it comes to Collision like just that tiny little corner is hitting the is hitting that all right I guess I have to make it higher than I want this and basically yall just have to bear with me I'm trying to do something specific and the game doesn't really like when you try and do that I don't want to use stairs because Pals get stuck on stairs I was trying to avoid using stairs foundations are a lot easier to do this all with and if I could just span this Gap I'm not going to open the map every 5 Seconds to show everybody where this is I will do it I already did it once and I will do it again in a little bit but I'm not going to do it every 5 seconds I'm sorry think if we do this see it's just just shy yeah and shrouded has way way way better building mechanics and shrouded as a survival game is the better Survival game as far as all that goes see this does exactly what I want it to do it's a little bit higher here than what I wanted I know you all keep saying roofs but the roofs don't work the way that you think they work or they don't work the way that I want them to work uh Grace wish there was a modern red brick to build with that would be super nice Grace thank you for coming to Bean the location I'm building at is just east of the sealed real of the Guardian uh the current meta spot is here everybody on their mother has that if you're trying to plan a server it's probably going to be taken already this is just a little bit F farther east there's a coal spot and a metal spot this is going to be my my main base area so just spanning this Gap is the only problem that I'm having with this location I'll have to build it this way but it's how I want to build it now the reason so I can span the gap like this I can get it about this is as high as that'll go which I can only make it two wide I go here here all right let's see if that'll work the problem see that's the problem cuz you can't freaking clip the the roofs into things you can clip for some strange reason the foundations into things but you can't clip the roofs into things which is really really dumb I don't understand why it's a thing like [Applause] that all right I haven't looked on the other side yet let me look at the other side using multiple stairs along that Ridge seems to prevent any Pals from getting stuck I have um I've had a lot of bad luck with the with the pals getting stuck on stairs every time I use stairs they seem to always get get stuck on it or under it and i' I've seen it happen so many times that I'm really really wanting to avoid stairs um as much as humanly possible there is a setting for the server you can turn off Foundation clipping can you share that because I have been looking and I have not seen that setting anywhere let's try and do it here the problem is the foundations are the only ones that uh that really work for this it took grounded 3 years before they felt good enough to release the game where did that come from that's an awfully random message thank you for the Super Chat I find my smallest Palace having less trouble yeah it's the big Pals that really have a problem but since this is a mining base we're going to end up using big Pals I think I'm just going to have to settle for a one width bridge and a stair on each side I think we can make it work oh oh oh maybe we try right here see no freaking hate this snapping I don't have it yet seen others I've seen show that option interesting that's sounds like an arc option I've never seen it for this game what the reason I'm spending so much time on this because I've seen a lot of issues with the pathing when it comes to any kind of structure and I really want to avoid any future problems all right we're just going to have to go with the uh the version that I think is going to have problems and we'll just see if it ends up having problems I've also clipped through stairs it's the only thing that I've actually fallen through stairs make me nervous is what I'm trying to say so if I go like this push it as forward as possible maybe I can get it too wide if I get lucky nope [Applause] yeah we're going to try the stairs just just suck it up and try the freaking stairs it's going to make me upset this needs to be about here sorry uh my point my point was that PO is going to have a lot of bugs to work out before it's good enough to build like you want to I mean it's not really it's not really that it's just a setting that they should have in the game no clip no clip is is pretty pretty oh my God see like like that tiny piece of rock shouldn't prevent me from building it's just a setting most I saw I know why it's not default by now I feel like most developers know that we want to be able to build more freely yeah that'll work slightly lower right about here I know I'm going to have problems with this I know it already though I don't want to build it like this but we'll at least test it not connected to a structure there we go ah shoot um then we can do two stairs I want this too wide oops I wish what we could do is we could snap at least being able to snap foundations onto onto like the edge of walls for foundational support would be really nice not enough support just like that I think if we go like this okay this is fine we had enough height I think I know what we can do hey Sky how's it going what it do what it do so we had this one right here we need to put it about here oh my God you [Applause] suck and we'll snap you first cuz you're going to be the picky one God dang it overlaps with other objects in the air what other object there is none the blast for me the question is can I put a roof ah nice okay I won't be able to put one here but I can put one there all right I feel a little bit more comfortable about that the thing I'm worried about is a RAID coming in and somehow breaking one foundational piece and having it all fall apart like I hate that I have to leave the gaps like that but there's for some reason foundations are a little bit more of a pain than uh or have more freedom than than roofs and walls which is weird all right now the bummer part is ooh so close I wish we had half walls God that would make me so [Music] happy I would be the happiest little clam possible if I had half walls I have a feeling a roof would be more buggy than stairs I feel like pals are supposed to go on stairs they're probably not supposed to go on roofs something tells me in the coding that roofs are Bad News Bears okay yeah that's not going to work so that's going to be a little precarious the problem is I know pals are going to have a penchant for walking off the edge and getting stuck under these stairs which is why I don't like using them I'm going to have stuff stuck under here all the time it's why I really was trying to spend more time not doing what I'm doing now right we're definitely going to seal this in at least we know we have one location that they're going to St get stuck in rather than two definitely don't want two so they're going to get stuck in here which is going to suck so we have two we don't need three locations where they're going to get stuck they're going to be improving the pathing and AI anyways so it's only a concern for right now I'm going to do that maybe that'll get things to not get stuck stairs can clip [Music] so maybe that's a little bit of extra prevention I don't know it's definitely not we can dream though we can have a dream and now all that work just to see if this is going to work where can I put this oh shoot elizabe God here goes my base I hate that things respawn instantly oh man is my deer already almost dead oh my God oh God I forgot we're playing on hard mode I was literally the worst set of Palace that could have spawned right there so ill prepared for that with a bunch of chickens on me all right uh I had van worm on me I didn't realize that that would helped a lot I thought I left van wi backup base any pile that has self-destructed painful did I just teleport to the same base that was that was a big brain move right there that was super helpful how do I upgrade Huggy fire you use the pal condenser so we are playing on hard mode which means we do less damage and Pals do more damage especially to the human body did they despawn oh shoot they did but worse things arrived God dang in retrospect I'm feeling like I shouldn't have uh shouldn't have tried to do this right [Music] now you can't get P boxes to be on foundations they can be it's just a little bit of a pain funny enough I had a chicken was self-destruct and wondered why he was always incapacitated at my base when I was raided oh no that's pretty great I don't have any Pals high enough to uh take those guys out right [Music] now oh shoot man my stuff is in the bag just found a Cognito is a tiny teleporting Beast the Gunner guys don't even see what killed them ooh that's pretty nice okay that'll work I shouldn't have gotten so picky with my placement I love that the bridge I work so hard for is great for the free pal freaking Alliance to use on me that's cool let's take our time on it shouldn't be too bad especially we can keep them grouped up there for Spirit fire oh shoot out of [Music] [Music] stamina oh one clipped through the wall that's cool oh oh oh I love that it's hitting us and instead of the uh the pal God that sucks huh he shot me through a freaking Mountain what the hell it's a load of malarkey right there that dude woke up and chose violence Aimbot exactly wall Hax can I it'll um reset its skills it'll like learn it'll equip its own skills it's a little bit of a pain okay so we owe dark red wolves we definitely owe dark all right so next we need to do a little bit of this that was a nightmare good Lord shoot need Stone again you hate the fan girls he okay let's finish this off there's a solid chance what I'm about to do is going to be the buggy part um but let's try this first before I even bother doing that can you move please sir please sir could you could you move meat cuz I'm always hungry you're a scholar and a gentle person thank you very much all right of course the P box is not going to want to be placed going make it bigger but we can't make it bigger because of the foundational limits I think the building in this game is honestly the only thing that I have an actual gripe about if we go out here then we can't have stairs but I can trick some foundations into it that looks good enough for government work okay so that is giving me the area error for being too close to another base dang even though it's our base that sucks so I think I did have it at pretty much the best the best possible spot for it I was really hoping that I could get it closer to the other one I just want to give them the best possible chance of getting through here too close to another base wow I really did have it literally as close as I could before wow okay all right that that answers that question for us we still have a problem though which we got to solve and that problem is making sure our Palace can get down to there without getting stuck which is not that big of a problem honestly um the problem I was trying to do was definitely the worst of the problems all right so let's do it right about here yeah really hope they don't freaking run off the edge that would really suck not connected to a structure for I think I can get a little bit closer up here can I get this last little corner [Applause] boo your game crashed for the 10th time today good Lord that's pretty terrible the building in this game really does make me upset the only thing in this game that makes me upset especially when it's getting dark out so the problem is you can't bring I can't put stairs all the way down there which is my preferred way that I would do this because it doesn't have foundational support I wish you could snap these lower so my only option really which I hate I'm going to do this and then I'm going to try and snap one down here let to do this that's fine it's fine perfectly fine we're going to live with it all right doesn't hit any or spots that won't despawn sure wanted to punch a baby in the face that's how I feel right now not placed on the ground it's placed on the ground dirty little game scoochie scoochie scooch scooch scooch scooch I don't like it but it's about as good as it's going to get but now it's going to despawn that freaking Rock ore or the coal rather God dang it unless I can get it I want it back here you know what that's going to work that'll work I don't think they'll get stuck I think they'll register that that's a path we're going to find out real quick I'll tell you what we're going to find out out real quick if they get stuck they probably will but I have a dream that they won't even though I know they will oh that's close oh God it's so cred okay I can't do it if I actually if I fix this it'll look better and it'll function better that might despawn the rock anyway that's when I was worried about it's a little crooked if I can get it turned away basically I just wanted to get it turned away from the rock more and I think I'll have a better chance of it not despawning I just don't want that rock to despawn it's a little bit little bit better all right I think I'm good with this I don't think it's going to despawn now and you know what we need to place this PO Box before things respawn as they are literally right now that's literally as close as you can build a base together h both trying to make sure that this rock is within it so close beautiful that metal note I don't particularly care about too much all right let's get wait kativa cannot mine those we need Anubis go smack some stuff Bud actually I want to see if he's going to just do it automatically will he register that there are stairs oh you're going to sit down I guess you need to sleep okay that's [Music] fine Anubis I do want to hatch more Anubis today cuz we need them for grinding I think I have everything to make some cake we got two cakes which means we can make two Anubis more Anubis more better [Music] this game is nothing like fortnite it's an insult to compare this to fortnite in any way it's a survival game so it's like a survival game fortnite how dare you insult a game there's a mod on the Nexus dedicated servers was released today to allow clipping oh yeah it's a mod boo I just want it as a feature nud run all right it's almost morning time let's target some Pals that we need to we need bors Day Dreams we can get a lot of these all in the same spot Swift Runner or Artisan uh James you should breed an Anubis with uh work slave and serus uh forget about Swift and Runner the dude's already nuto speed fast is it possible to breed humans too no unfortunately it is not all right let's make more cake at least get more cake queued up oh shoot we need honey oh yeah I put this up yesterday just to just to let the pals know what's up you know is Artisan not good well I mean in addition to Artisan ardin is the single best skill but then you can get work slave and Sirius for another 50% where's lar to give us a base T her she took the day off today um although the base did explode because of the uh the base degradation settings unfortunately just a bit of a lot big big bummer oh whole bunch of Cognito what are they doing over here she deserve a break oh 100% 100% both of us shouldn't suffer all the time you know perfect very good all right I should breed up more uh FIS as well now to breed feris what was I doing was I using Anubis for that yeah we were so both of our Anubis are breeding once we get another Anubis we're going to make more feris they're going to be our our kindling Pals uh for a bit until we can get a better version and I want to get to level 30 so let's go tame some stuff real quick actually do I have that fast I do not have that fast travel I don't have any of these fast travel points unlocked God dang Bamboozled what's needed to make valaris check out my videos I have all the information you could possibly need in all of my videos specifically yesterday's video about uh the best Pals you can get early the most overpowered Pals you can get early definitely worth a watch blah blah blah blah blah blah blah what it do how are you today also ladies and gentlemen we got almost, 1600 people watching and less than 300 likes can you fondle a little bit slap it around show it some love it takes a second and it helps a ton YouTube's in their tick talk era so the more engagement better the person I don't like talking about it but unfortunately I have [Music] to uh Pals keep falling off a cliff I've tried to block it they just do that unfortunately the um the pal path finding in AI is already slated to be improved it's one of the first things they're going to be doing unfortunately we just have to deal with it for now the problem happens when you fast travel to and from base uh the pals respawn when that happens and they they try and respawn in the area that they were but they kind of fall out of the sky and more often than not they'll get stuck in certain spots they can fall to their death a lot of bad things can happen but the best thing is like once anytime you fast travel back to your base just go ahead and like respawn your your Palace back into base and that'll help a lot that's the only work around really right now A floopy [Music] Flopper got to get level 28 get in the ball you will literally die if you do not get in the ball really God dang really hope they improve the dedicated server soon too this is rough level [Music] 28 you're going to end up like your friend if you don't get in that ball give it one last chance RM how are you what it do what it do kind of wish I had brought the uh the deer cuz the deer should have been respawned by now all we got 28 do we need more L I think so we need I'm going to get rid of ignis breath we'll use air cannon air cannon and ignis blast should be enough why is it Sunday already that's a mighty fine question might be the best question of the day honestly time doth fly by when you're having fun unfortunately it's always when you're having the most fun goomas I think the server crashed oh there we go I just had a ball stuck in my hand oh shoot oo that was close no come here gooey boy I think I needed was that one more and I just murdered it diesel yes porting into bases breaks your PES at the moment not every time but a lot every single person is dealing with problems with it why would you ever want to replace Legend with any sort of specific damage attack passive Legend is just one of the best skills to have on your at all that's why it's one of the that's why you can't get it as a passive skill until the end of the game you get uh 20% attack 20% defense and 15% movement speed nothing better than that [Music] is the bow better than the don't I don't know okay so what we need need is I want to make a storage box probably down here I definitely don't want our Pals going up the stairs uh at all if possible so we are going to build a spot for them to store everything away from the cliff and I'm going to use Flyers as my Transporters here too so they really shouldn't ever fall off the cliff but we know the game's a little bit wonky so we're going to do our best to make sure that doesn't happen got need more Stone how much of the map have I unlocked on this account not a lot on my other one oh pretty much all of it you built defensive walls around the area so they would stop falling off did that actually work I feel like no matter what you do they just end up doing their own thing regardless of what you want [Applause] okay I don't think I don't want to despawn that just going to go with the small storage area nothing too crazy whoops yeah nothing too bad and honestly we just need one storage box here and I need wood I think actually what I'm going to do is to try and speed up collection is I think I'm just going to have this box right here that'll be where I have things for forges I'll have the forges over there this is where we're going to spawn everything in we can have a little base up here if we so desire uh there's actually a lot of room to do a couple different things here we could probably Farm up other things in this area none of these are going to snap in there so I think our best bet oops God I hate the building in this I hate it so much not enough support God dang It Bobby all right I guess I'll have to take the long way around then we are going to test this real quick I want to see it's going to be a mess did you know you're able to build massively High simply by building two yeah yeah if you wanted to build a tower of death you could 100% build a tower of death all right I don't know how this is going to work y had a feeling that wasn't going to work all right so if we could just snap the foundations to the ceilings it would it would improve our ability to be able to build so much so much instead what we're going to do is we're just going to do this we're not going to use long as it's touching the blue circle it'll be good if it's outside of the blue circle it'll be bad [Music] what makes this new base location so great to build that we've got eight metal nodes right there and six coal nodes right over there so you can build two so you don't have to really teleport you don't really have to do much to go back to different bases you can literally have two bases right next to each other with a lot of land um that one has a little bit better building spots than this one but um it's kind of nice I I thought it would be nice to have the bases so close together like this make it feel like a big old mansion home you know right so what I wanted to test oh God no I I need more Stone again God dang it I just wish you could have the bases overlap that'd be super nice kind of wish they had some fishing in the game I'd like to go fishing you know just relax catch some fish I think those are freaking coming up to my base right now it's a big bummer right there actually do not want to discard leather right now James we're playing on a server with a ton of different people on it you can't expect every single person on a server to be able to build at the same long time like a jolt hog doesn't walk away from the charging thing and all of your electricity dies no it holds a charge please for the love of God pocket pair if you are watching this I know you're probably not but if you do make the fridges do the same thing or the cooler or something like that just make the fridge do the same thing it's going to stay cold for a second as you can see I have a gripe with the fridges they make me so freaking mad such a waste when you're wasting a pal trying to keep the fridge is cool uh a fridge should run off electricity right something [Music] how is this out there like but the The Meta base is the one on the on the on the top of the thing near the near the stuff with the coal and the iron all in one spot well only one person can have that so I've had to move on cuz one of our members in the community were like that spot's mine and they took it they took it so fast I'm pretty sure they got there without even a bird I'm pretty sure whoever took that spot whoever you are in this community I Know What You Did you logged in as close as you could to that and you sprinted there and you climbed that freaking Mountain by hand with no freaking bird and you took that spot I know exactly what you did and you know what that's off to you you deserve it but now the other 100 people that are playing get to suffer respect the priorities yeah no I respect it I respect the grind 100% you guys on our own server yeah this uh we're playing on a community server oh my God Mama boys why you so grumpy get in the ball uh yes we are playing on a community server anybody who is a super super Bean or above can play on the server with all of us it's running a bit like dooo right now but that's because the game is super unoptimized for dedicated servers it will be getting better over time but I promise you with as many people we have on this is the best running server you're going to find right now cuz it's running off of a $4,000 computer and it's its only job is to run the server so if you are a member and you haven't joined already feel free to enjoy the lag with us the rubber banding it could be worse what the ball is that the no Ocarina that is where the current base I honestly feel like the the base that we're building is the second best base in the game like that one is definitely the best let me rephrase that the location that I'm building at is the best place to actually build a base a base that's going to get you everything that you need and actually be able to live there um the location that uh that is the current meta um you can really only have it as a mining base it really can't do much more than that if you want it to be efficient you know what you die this is a cute little base over here I like it how many Daydreams did we need to catch oh no more depresso we need taant now are going to be over here during the day daytime what a day for a Daydream boop boop pretty sure we got all the penguin boys which one is best please if you I've got a video on um here get your giant nasty cat butthole out of my face I've got a video on the channel That I released yesterday with the some of the best ow some of the best base locations in the game I highly recommend checking that out um I could go over all of them now but I go over a lot of that stuff and the best Pals you can get for said bases uh to start off uh if you're playing on a multiplayer server uh one of those should be available if not if you want the best coal and iron farm in the game it is right here next to the vet uh thing like on top of this mountain it's the best coal and iron farm in the game which I think is going to be patched um cuz you can see if you go around the map you can see how they planned to put all of the spots together and I think that one kind of fell through QA um I don't think it's supposed to be like that I think it's going to be patched eventually I don't think anytime soon but I do think it'll be patched eventually why are you catching 10 of each pal because it is the fastest way in the game to level up why you asking what I'm doing okay Nightwing there we go I like that Nightwing sleeps at night you think it wouldn't right you know I've never caught a Nightwing until maybe right now just never bothered this will be my first Nightwing ever captured in the 200 hours that I've played I popular game in the world at the moment cuz it's bad I got cat hair in my mouth so I can't move that's very good if you like survival games if you don't like survival games then you might not enjoy it very much we are playing on hard mod it's why I'm taking so much damage from these things even though I'm double their level I do Effigies work with multiplayer figs are are local so so chests are public effes are local and by local I mean um somebody else can pick one up right next to you and it'll still show up as available for you so figs are uh you can 100% still collect them along with everybody else on the server yeah uh local personal yeah personal loot a better word for [Music] it tried building that Plateau base with the or and coal and could not for the life of me get the stair to work when trying to build the foundations oh boy you have to build the foundations first and then the stairs and you can raise and lower the foundations by moving your camera around it's the best way to do it honestly right tonts that's what I was looking for they're daytime spawn oh yeah for some reason ton is too thick yeah sorry I'm so used to having the auto eat bags I need to craft I need to craft them this stream too for those of you wondering we did restart uh 2 days ago uh we restarted on our community server it is a hard mode server hard mode being the pals the enemy Pals deal more damage they also take less damage and there are double of them which I think is a pretty good increase I um it's actually pretty difficult bosses every time you fight a boss or a legendary or anything end game you're going to have to fight two of them instead of one except for the tower bosses they will still only be one uh but everything else is going to spawn doubly doubly good guess I could get some tomat for early uh early game or farming I think I needed two of those whoops normal XP for it yeah y so normal XP um but I have uh so I feel like you should be rewarded for playing I I hate most hard modes in games because usually what they do is they just give things more health so it's more of a grind to kill stuff and then you get the same amount of loot from it for your time which is super annoying um and then and then increase timers so things just take longer I don't think waiting is hard I think waiting is super boring so we don't have increased XP on the server but we do have increased drops um so the the drop rates are at two times for both grabing uh for both like we're going to get oh God so much cat hair in my mouse I'm sorry I can't move my move my camera there we go like if we kill this chicken we'll get two eggs instead of one so the difficulty you're rewarded for the difficulty essentially which I like egg timers are also a maximum of 2 hours so the mass of eggs will take two hours um the fastest eggs will hatch I think is 30 minutes like I I don't like time getting things I don't think time getting is hard I think it's just super boring so I think it's a really good balance of difficulty and uh satisfaction wish there was an option to turn off weight so I don't have to regret increasing my stamina um yeah you can carry like if you ever need to do anything weight required uh that requires weight just put some king pacas or Bron cherries or anything like that in your uh in your party um oh this cave is am I in the wrong spot yeah no that cave is closed I was in the wrong spot okay we haven't done a cave yet in the game I figure how much weight do I have yeah it's our first cave in this play through haven't done one yet should be fine have I no idea how I keep missing them I think maybe I just have a brain tumor maybe I never had a problem with it before you locked Lear in the basement no she's taking the day off today a well-deserved uh day off she has been staying up with me until 5 or 6:00 a.m. every single day and uh helping me grind out stuff and and doing a ton of work and um a well well-deserved break today what editing software I switched to D Vinci resolve and there's a lot of things I like about Da Vinci resolve one of which being free um there's a lot of problems with it as well like I don't know why I keep missing uh somehow I swear to God I think I'm cutting things and they're staying in the video I will watch a video two to three times and not see any problems and then when I upload it I TR like then I export it and I upload and look I'm not going to export it again if there's an error in there at that point I've already watched it two to three times it's going to stay in there I'm not going to re-upload a video unless it's like a very bad but you know what it's not like my editing mistakes are that bad sometimes I repeat things once or twice but the information is solid and I think that's what's important we haven't caught a Mau yet either yeah no I I do do all the research all the Ed all the recording all the editing all myself um granted I have had Lexar helping me Farm up certain things um now and again also she's been great at finding like she she's way she way she very good at grinding to the end of the game so it's been a super big help uh finding a lot of the things that I haven't gotten to yet you you guys are going to get a couple videos probably in the next day or two of some high level farming for like infinite uh like Giga balls and or gigos speres and things like that uh really great money farms and things all those of which leara discovered for us person I always prefer Sony Vegas I've never used Sony Vegas what but yeah the other day I was like you know what I'm sick of seeing these comments of people complaining about me repeat like it's a video I spent 3 days to record and there was one editing mistake and half the comments were complaining about the editing mistake and I was like okay I'm going to make the perfect video I'm going to make sure there's no editing mistakes at this in this video at all and there was one I don't know how I missed it I watched that video five times I even added like little zoom in and things like that I was feeling really good about it and then and I upload it I wake up cuz I always I'm always asleep when the videoos released now cuz that's you know I I schedule it for 9:00 a.m. and then I I'm usually going to bed at like 6:00 and then I wake up at like 10: or 11: usually was it when you repeated yourself like three times yeah I uh I don't know I've gained a bit of like a a stutter not not even a stutter like a uh when I'm recording videos I used to be able to like just hit record and I could talk through whatever I wanted to talk about instantly and then when I started streaming more I find it incredibly difficult to record videos now like I can when I'm streaming I can I'm I guess I'm not even as fluent as I used to be when streaming now either um um but I used to be able to just hit record and I would be able to do say everything in one take I I can't do that anymore I don't know what's going on um but I I more often than not each clip that I do is like two or three takes to get it out properly which is really really frustrating actually it's really really annoying you really want us to know that info yeah it's honestly been since I had Co like I caught Co like three times and I had like that bad brain fog and then I started streaming all the time instead of recording videos and I don't know I just have like this like wall when I try and talk now it's really really frustrating definitely a brain Ser it could be I don't know probably also worried about getting right oh for sure yeah no it's the self-conscious thing at this point now too for sure holy guacamole Batman oh oh God this is why hard mode is hard okay if you've wondered why hard mode is hard just wait until we get into the end game when things are Level 50 and they one shot you and you have to fight this many of them me and Lexar have actually the majority of the time been forcing ourselves to play on hard mode which is a lot of the reason why we why I've made the fox Parks video of like being like the most powerful pal is because it it straight carries you when there's a lot of stuff take a day off and rest oh I don't need to I'm sure Lexar would appreciate me taking a day off but I can't uh unfortunately when uh when new games come out if you take a day off then you fall out of the algorithm's favor and it's no bueno so you got to get while the getting's good cuz it doesn't last like I've done this for for 5 six years now and uh when things pop off if you stop then uh then everything stops and just got to keep going but I'm glad I can finally stream for a couple days there I couldn't stream uh but I'm I'm happy to uh finally be back and actually get to interact with Community but grind to record two videos one day and then don't do it the next day nah because there might be something because there might be an idea so I have usually four to five videos like half recorded at any point in time uh but the problem like the the way the way YouTube works is like you'll notice a trend and um then a video that I maybe had planned to release in 5 days um maybe I noticed that people are starting to release uh content around that or or I see that in the algorithm people are searching for it more like so I've had that the video that I released today have had parts of that recorded for about a week and I saw that everybody's starting to release legendary videos now so I was like okay I got to release mine or I'm not going to get views on it um so then I finished that last night and released it today even though I didn't plan on releasing it until Tuesday uh so there it's kind of like just trying to figure out when you should release things and sometimes uh you basically can't stop there's there's a reason creators have burnout and uh when you start if you want to be favored by the algorithm you can't stop that's just kind of way it is but you know it's the best job in the freaking world I have absolutely no right to complain I get to play video games for a living I get to hang out with our amazing freaking Community every day it's honestly they could not I have no right to complain you stop you drop exactly there's supposed to be bosses here I'm kind of waiting for them to spawn what's the best stat it's honestly whatever the stats are going to be dependent on your gam playay style my top three quite frankly the only stats I think you should invest in is Health stamina and weights if you get an Anubis you don't need work speed work speed is a wasted stat I did pump one point or two how many points did I I don't know how many points anyways long story short stamina health and weight and that's going to be dependent on your gameplay like how you play the [Music] game best starting spawn uh it's by far the the plateau of Beginnings there is a plethora of variety at that spawn that's why Fox Sparks is the bomb Sparks KS thank you for the 40 months first stream I've been able to make it back in a couple of months because of work and tag has a BBL oh yeah I got that Brazilian butt lift for sure ooh I should probably loot those absolutely here for it also your content never misses tag I'll be a being for life oh thank you um Diamond hit I do know how to get some of the other clothing I have parts of that recorded I should probably release it soon I think I'll do two videos tomorrow I'll do the clothing one tomorrow ooh where' it go work speed that raises it by 25 points nice which I believe is a 10% increase yeah 10% increase so at level 50 that'll be a 40% or 40 40 points or 40 40 points yeah am I still obsessed with this game I absolutely love it any Ultra spear Farm idea um yes I feel it's more efficient to farm gigos speres um I've Got a Hold on let me look I've got a gigos spere and hypersphere farm courtesy of Lexar the ultra spheres on the other hand I don't the ultra sphere and legendary spheres quite frankly aren't really formable in any kind of efficient manner the best way to get them quite honestly is just by crafting and if you set up a good base then that's all you really need um I can I can tell you about a gigos spere farm that's going to be part of it's in tomorrow's video uh shoot I don't have the map unlocked but I think leara farmed up like 900 gigas spear in like two hours the other [Music] day do you chafe a lot with those thunder thighs oh you have no idea um how many hours do I have in the game now sorry steam wouldn't open Library I have as of before I started the game when I woke up which was 7 hours ago 210 hours so I have 217 hours of game play right now that tells you how much I've slept in 10 days I've been playing for 10 days and I have 2117 hours of gameplay you can do the math I do want to make that Giga Shield you pretty much never left the game yeah I'd say about 10 hours of that n i' say about 15 hours of that has been while I've been sleeping maybe less to be quite honest I was sleeping so I was going to bed between 4: and 5 every day and then waking up at 10: so it's getting about sometimes even later I was going to bed about 600 waking up at 10: so about 4 hours of sleep at night on average so I'd say every day for the last 10 days I haven't left the game open every day either I've only left it open about three times when I was farming up metal for a video all right let's go hatch our eggs they should be ready did I go get some sleep I I got 9 hours of sleep today I actually feel really good I went to bed at 5: went no I went to bed at 4: 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 1 I woke up at 1 that's 9 hours yeah I can do math an Anubis with Glutton and unstable that's that's great that is decidedly not what we wanted do I power nap sometimes but I have not been I used to do better with power napping when I was younger now I'm getting old and grumpy actually not really grumpy I'm just old now when I take a nap it takes me a little bit longer to to get moving around than it used to how much hours AFK farming none I don't AFK Farm cuz basically so that's why I usually do like why I have four to five videos going at a time cuz if I'm waiting for one thing to finish for like say I need more more pal pile spheres for something then I'm going to go do something else I'm going to start recording the intro or or breeding part of a video so if I'm breeding something that I'm recording capturing stuff or you know trying try always keep busy oh we got us oh look at all them pal baby all right so we've got one box down there so in theory theoretically dude bro should do dude bro things we got Pig boys that aren't going to do stuff we got meows we got two Anubis we want to see if they will go down and automatically Harvest yes that's exactly what we wanted to see okay where are you Naruto running to calm down no bad Anubis Bad Touch the rock it touches the rock or it gets the hose again where the fry fracket freck are you going you're going to touch that rock rather than the one you were stomping all over for like 5 Seconds where are you going now Anubis is the definition of ADHD yeah go eat you're hungry you were just born okay now you slapping the rock yeah who's a good Anubis get me all the goodies can I zoom out on the base please um so this is my honestly this is my favorite base location in the game uh we know the meta one's going to always be taken no matter what there's a couple different places like this on the map uh but this one I really like the views are good uh I kind of like the little Pond we get so there are six nodes of coal here with one uh or node right there which we all have access to from this base location but then right there I have my second base so I recommend if you really want to get a really good start um you can spawn I think here or here and you can just kind of make your way up here oh shoot where are they raiding from and then your first base can go to the iron one and then literally I mean within like an hour too you can build your second base and then make that coal and then you have two bases here with places for you to build everything and uh and it can be really well set up for the rest of the game easily so honestly it's it's one of my favorite spots I need to tame one of these mandas we're going to do that real quick I need it for one of the palace that we need I need to actually yes we need a Mand because we need to get some uh some lilene we're going to breed some lilene today oh God it's level 28 we're about to get closa surus rexed freaking 2% here could you really stop can you stop licking my hands please dude one of needs to die and we're going to kill we're going to kill the 28 actually yeah and we'll catch the 25 that'll be a little bit easier what is it with the mail cats and licking I feel like it's ass salt deficiency honestly um I don't know I'm fat and sweaty so maybe that's what it is it's right here uh just east of the realm of the Guardian fast travel point I don't have any green balls do I nope moand oh that's going to hurt Yep this game is actually hella satisfying it's so good I mean it's what I love about Indie developers like honestly Publishers trip most AAA Studios because so this there's a major problem this this goes through all sectors in the world like regardless if you're a gaming studio or not um many people come up with great ideas and they create great things but eventually um you're going to be beholden to shareholders and then the customer becomes shareholders rather than um than the customer and that's happening with the gaming industry more than ever right now where all big Studios all all the studios that we grew up loving that made amazing games since we were children are now owned by major corporations and uh and they have a responsibility to shareholders unfortunately shareholders don't care what you're actually making they just care about how much money you're making them and it's caused a a slow and now very much accelerating decline in the quality of games that we're getting and it's why that I support Indie developers so much more than I support AAA Studios um for the most part nowadays it's not out of like a purposeful effort it's just triaa or Indie developers they're passionate and that's not to say the people working for triaa Studios aren't passionate but you know they're being told what to do when you have a team of two or three people they're truly creating their dream their whole goal is to create the thing that they have dreamed of and they're not being controlled by by shareholder stress they're they're not being controlled by a CEO or upper management that has probably never even played video games it's a bunch of people that fell in love with something and they decided to make something out of passion and that's it and that's why like if if if you're if you're out there and you have only played AAA games you should really pick up some some indie games like you'd be surprised The Innovation the ideas the creativity that comes out of it yeah not all indie games are great but a lot of them especially nowadays are doing a lot of things that most Studios and triaa game like developers are scared to do and that's why power world is so successful they took risks they built their dream regardless of what anybody wanted like the the creator of this game tried for years to get a publisher to invest in them so they could make the game so they could make the game faster so they could afford to even eat and not a single publisher would take it because there was no Market evidence that it would succeed and you know what if a publisher had picked this up it wouldn't be nearly as good as it is [Music] now cuz they wouldn't have been allowed to take risks they wouldn't have been allowed to make the game they wanted to make [Music] all right we need to do a couple different things our Anubis are definitely doing a good job there is a slight problem even though they have level three transporting they are not transporting to the box I don't think that's an Anubis problem I think that's just a uh I think they're prioritizing breaking everything rather than picking it up we can solve that problem real quick with uh this bad boy though that's not where that goes I don't have any beds here oh my God how did y'all let me play for 2 hours and 30 minutes and not make a single bed where should the beds go that's a big problem do we have food are we doing good on food at least did someone tell you before probably I probably just didn't read it you know streamer problems I know my community is smart you're all a bunch of big brained humans I need wood God I hate that bug do you think all of our progress is going to Lost after full gamer [Music] release so do I think so no if they go the same path as arkc you never had to restart when you played Arc I don't think you ever had to restart when you played rust uh there are developers where they change the code so drastically like they change platforms like maybe they switch from uh epic games to to a different platform for building the game then yeah you probably end up having to switch I know coral island development process you had to restart a bunch if they Chang the uh the core game code which I don't think they're going to do because it's it's pretty solid already um then we shouldn't have to worry about any kind of restarts and the the way that their development uh road map is looking leads me to believe that there will not be any ra uh any restarts cuz they're adding raids they're adding PVP um that's not indicative of of uh having to start over but there's also part of me that's like when it fully releases to 1.0 I hope everybody has to restart over I think I'm starving I know I'm always Starving in this game um I don't feel like people would appreciate a full release with all of the content if you get to instantly start from end game right off the bat especially new players trying to get into the game at that point point and then having to play PvP with people with max level that have been playing for an entire year or two would be the most toxic environment ever so while I personally hate the thought of losing progress when 1.0 comes out I hope to God everybody has to restart or it's going to be a really toxic experience [Music] yeah do other survival games have more Base building decorating stuff do you think that's something they'll add uh yeah this is uh this is you know what what's interesting is this game has more decorating options than most survival games which is interesting but they have the least amount of building options as most survival games so they will add more structures and they'll add more decorations plus modding KO at some point will take off and uh that'll add a lot as well okay so it seems like things are running good here I do need to make more beds but I really don't want to you know what it's fine I was debating whether or not to I mean they've been they've been fine for a while without beds you know it's here dude you know when we move I'm going to make a bed specifically on my desk for you and I know you're not going to use it cuz you like to be all up in my grill all the time but I'm going to hope that you use it that's all the wood I got I can I know I can right click to build multiple okay I know I know it I'm not stupid I've gotten in a habit of of doing it with left click because there's lag on the server and more often than that when I right click it makes me go back in anyways and I'd rather not just get frustrated at it I know it's frustrating for you all to watch but it's just easier for me for we get stone later there is a pinned comment with the positioning of the exact location on the map don't train your cat you get to deal with that well the thing is tier uh tier likes to play fetch and I made the mistake of training this cat how to play fetch but the problem is everything that this cat can put in its mouth becomes something to play fetch so little did I know that teaching a cat to play fetch meant everything was a fetching thing but the problem is he loves doing it so much it makes him so un believably happy that if you don't play fetch with him and he brings you something usually hair tie or a piece of paper or something throwable uh then he will terrorize you until you throw it for him and it's super adorable it's honestly the coolest thing ever for a cat to do but my God he just loves he he's a mush I rescued him out of a garbage can um he was with uh two other cats as little babies somebody just tossed them in a garbage can uh so he's my little Trash baby and I I bottle fed him so he's like super duper like imprinted on me U basically everywhere I go he goes he wants to be on my chest all the time from when I bottle fed him and uh he's he's a really really really really good cat I I make fun of him all the time when we're streaming and stuff but he is honestly like the perfect cat he just loves attention a little too much and he's got claws does my cat help me mindstone I wish have I seen the power cinematic trailer wait is that new is there a new trailer out right now oh I just got power world I don't see anything freaking why my God what the heck is going on I hate Twitter and I hate twitch it's the announced trailer oh like the old the old time trailer I don't think I ever did but no we're getting so many things to this game this is I mean this is Early Access and for an early access game this is already far better than most games come to Early Access I think we're going to be just fine um I need to go get cake we need to breed up more Anubis our base is going well we need to get a couple of Anubis here and a couple of Anubis over at the coal base and I'll be pretty happy with our progress as far as that goes just starting bre breeding and realized how annoyingly long the cake takes it's a nightmare when you level up so the the Cake's not so bad let me like you need to upgrade from the pot I forget what level it is there is another I think it's level 36 41 is the electric kitchen this makes cooking go so fast um but also level four level four um kindling will change your life now what you might not realize is you can upgrade Pal's ability to do kindling or anything in the game uh so take pen king is dead why are you dead um so this kindling right here if I if I condensed a bunch of of Van Wims into one van Wim I would get level two kindling at level five so you get these these Stars up here you use the P condenser enhances to four stars you'll upgrade all of their work suit abilities um so say you have a level three kindling which would be there there there's a lot of different things that have level three kindling you turn it to level four level four kindling will change your freaking life as far as the um the Cake cooking process goes we got aggressive Runner and ooh work slave nice uh so you can take like a uh I would say like a ragna hawk or a suzaku or um I mean honestly if you get the rep Tyro and then get a whole bunch of those and then upgrade that to level four then you have a level four Miner and a level four kindling all in one and quite frankly in my opinion that's like the best of the best would you be able to get a level five kindling yes yes you can if you take a yman Gund and uh level that up to level five then you get level four Kling actually I just saw a tweet from cinnamon toast Ken with yorman Gund at level four I want to see if it upgraded uh I just when I look through Twitter I saw it shoot where it go um yeah yep so even at level yeah at level five here I'll show you right now um as proof so if you take yman Gund and you level it up to level four stars right here you have level five kindling on here which is ridiculous you'll you'll make cakes in seconds even at level four you can make like 40 cakes in a couple minutes level five is insane it's absolutely Ely ridiculous so how are you so knowledgeable about the game even though it's been out for 10 days I am like a sponge when something comes out that I enjoy I learn every single thing possible there is to know about that game or anything in general it's um same way I I learned as photography um I became one of the top astrophotographers in the world in like a year cuz I fell absolutely in love with it and uh when I fall down a rabbit hole I fall really really hard and I learn every single thing possible about it um okay everything is running good here now we need to get a couple of uh dude Bros out of here on the top yeah this is what I used to do here I'll show you uh do I have any photos on this computer I do astrophotography Prince which which what's this one what's my Instagram page I actually deleted my Instagram I don't have an Instagram anymore uh oh God that's two gigs to open do I have lower quality resolution ones elephants Trum oh my God go sorry trying to find my jpegs for all this stuff e that's a poopy version um yeah so this is uh this a lot of what I used to do uh this is the California nebula so I have telescopes that I photograph space with um this is one that I did this was one of my I think this was the fourth image I ever took of the California nebula took me like a month to to take um this one's trying to load there we go uh this is of I can't remember what the name of this one is all of a sudden oh this one is this is actually one image I took in the desert of uh it's a reflection nebula super hard to photograph there's a lot of stars out there uh that was one this poopy ones yeah this is the elephant trunk nebula photograph that this was over the course of about a month it's a really pretty portion of space it's a star forming region 10,000 Lighty years away uh different versions of it uh this is actually a really cool place of space too it's this this is the core of the heart nebula very hard to photograph uh in sharp detail takes a long time to pull out detail this was taken over the course of four months this is uh so this is the zoomed in version with a bigger telescope this is the zoomed out version so there's uh the fish head nebula up there on the top right this is the core of the heart nebula there's another nebula this basically a big active region of space uh this is the horse head nebula I took a couple different versions of this one um there like a looks like a little horse right there uh this is uh I started getting into photographing galaxies so this one is how far away is this one I think this one is 43 million Lighty years away so we're looking at it no I think this one shoot I can't remember the name of it anyways there's a bunch of galaxies in here you can see one two I think there's 120 different galaxies actually in this image there's one up here there's another one right there um basically every point of light you see this is a cluster of galaxies right here um there's these two are actually colliding this one took a really long time I'm not good at photographing galaxies they're kind of difficult to photograph especially when they're this far away and there's another one down here um another one down here there's a whole bunch pretty much every point of light so there's a type of there's a during the year you go through different seasons to be able to photograph this is during Galaxy season so aside from these big Points of Light all of these big points of light with the spikes those are stars within our own like kind of at the outskirts of our own Galaxy every other small point of light in this image is outside of our own Galaxy and is more often more likely than not actually a Galaxy an entire galaxy not a star this is a galaxy somewhere very very far away you can see how it's red shifted so this this this orange color that's not the color of the of the system it means it's so far away it's moving away from us at a speed that kind of shifts the color uh so this is a whole cluster of galaxies right here you can't really see it cuz they're behind the star but um every single point of light in this image except for the ones with the spikes is a Galaxy um yeah so there's a whole bunch that I took over the course of a couple years uh this is a nearby Galaxy it's a spiral galaxy kind of like our own um I don't have a lot of my good images on here this is the wizard head nebula if it'll load this is one 7,000 light years away looks like a freaking wizard got a little eyeball right here a little nose little Top Hat got a hand right here um I don't know what that is actually I do know that's a pillar of hydrogen but am I not doing astrophotography at the moment no I I kind of stopped um yeah a lot of my good stuff isn't actually on here I don't know where it is I have a folder called meh oh yeah that's the Orion Nebula why is this under meh this is uh one of the most detailed images by an astrophotographer of uh of the Orion Nebula I'm not bragging I think might have ever been taken this took me two years to photograph like to get all the detail out of here this is with three different telescopes of varying focal lengths to be able to pull that much detail out it was I think my editing on it was me which is why it's in here I have a whole bunch of different versions of it uh what else we got I don't have a lot of my other stuff [Music] Pac-Man what's this one so the files are no that's not that's not freaking stairs saw that coming a mile away it's one of the Anubis they get stuck they narudo runs so fast they get stuck all the time what's a good Kindler panel for level 20 um best one for level 20 is feris you can't actually tame it until like you're high level 30s 40s but if you follow my video that I released yesterday on the best Pals you can get early then you can get it at like level 19 the second you can start breeding uh so definitely recommend checking out that video if you haven't already uh actually lots of really good stuff in that video that you should probably check out oh thank you ra I bought a telescope to do just that tag but I was able to see was the the moon oh yeah uh we'll talk about that in a second hold on I I got to go to the bathroom I'll be right back for the astral talk should happen more often which one is the turkey again I need a good flying Mount before so so feris you can get super early it looks like a turkey it butt looks like a turkey and it's also the second fastest flying mount in the game um it's also a great Kindler it's level three and level three transporting it's probably one of my favorites as far as that goes uh could you confirm this image took a month you mean you had to take many long exposures over that period and uh add them together yeah so let me see if I can actually show you uh real quick how that works you you you make me go down the nerd hole so um let's go to 2022 these are all the images that I took in 2022 this the last time I photographed so the way astrophotography works is cdk this is with a 24in telescope so this is this is actually a giant Mosaic that we were doing so this is 12 panels so it's 12 different sections of the sky with a single telescope and then inside of this you have uh you have uh blue so we're photographing the blue spectrum of light green hydrogen luminance which is all spectrums in one uh oxygen uh this is red and this is sulfur red and sulfur are pretty similar in Spectrum uh but then inside of this we have all of these images here uh all the oxygen images all the green images uh but let me put that into more of like what I do for a specific Target so M51 luminance lights so these are all the images that I took for lights and every single one of these kind of uh gets stacked into one image essentially we're literally photographing points of light that have traveled for this particular one billions of light years so you're literally photographing an electron that has traveled through an element in space from that location in space to eventually unfortunately land on our camera um so you have to do very long exposures and a lot of them to be able to stack them into one image one image I don't know finished maybe is what this one's titled loading loading baby it's a big file lots of data though uh yeah it's 1.2 gigs it's going to take a second you know what let me I'll just open it in Photoshop so this is ha RGB what's this one look like tag uh where was your favorite place to take these shots I would travel out to the desert pretty often um in Texas so I would go to the Big Ben it's the darkest location in the United States uh the Big Ben Texas in in Texas it's near the uh the Mexican [Music] border um zero light pollution there sorry I can't open any of these but essentially yeah um when you take these images you're doing 5 to 20 minute exposures uh and then you take hundreds of those exposures you combine them into one image one image that enhances the amount of uh of light available and reduces the noise in the image uh so it's it's a long process it's a very very you have to be very very patient it's a long process and did I ever catch that mosa remember that M I did oh oh we about to make some babies right now I completely [Music] forgot where does relaxasaurus spawn your mom's house you mean this big boy right there I actually don't know you can breed for one I've got a video on that uh on the channel I released it yesterday highly recommend checking it out ooh Mand is male what is our patalia female yes time to get your groove on baby I'm going to make some sweet sweet babies what level you can start an iron farm uh as soon as you can I mean literally right away uh honestly you should start farming up iron as soon as possible the sooner you start the better your life's going to be uh I would recommend the second you your first base should honestly be an iron Farm you might not be able to use it for a couple levels but you're going to you're going to be much better off if you do attack with the sword and spear from the ancient I've not so Boogie Lexar is the only one that's ever used that sword and spear I have not used it actually my lilen is almost done hatching and my GIS bolt yeah so right now we're making a lilen which is the best planter in the game also just really really it's also the best uh grass type pal in the game you can get a len by making by breeding a battalia with a MOS which is exactly what we're doing right now and um it's the best planter and best grass type pal in the game we got one minute on that how did I get into astrophotography I um I'm a bit of a nerd so my nights when I'm going to bed the way I relax is I watch uh very nerdy things like uh astrophysics um all sort basically I watch a bunch of really nerdy stuff to go to bed and one day I happened upon um uh somebody who's actually a friend of mine now Trevor Jones on on YouTube let me share his channel real quick um highly recommend checking out his stuff if you're looking for a new hobby to fall in love with uh watch Trevor Jones content he's amazing content creator uh Trevor Jones oh wait that's that's not his name on uh it's uh Astro backyard on YouTube uh I highly recommend if you want to if you if you want to find a new hobby to fall in love with check out this channel if you don't still check it out uh pretty fascinating but I I ended up coming across uh one of his videos while I was up super late and I I realized I was actually this is when I was playing Animal Crossing a lot and our streams were doing really really well and uh I woke up the next day I was like man that's super cool you can actually photograph when you're doing astrophotography you're literally photographing the past and I've always been fascinated with space um absolutely love it and I realized that we could photograph like the depths of our galaxy and and our universe from our backyard and I thought that was the coolest freaking thing ever so I woke up the the next day during our one of our live streams I did a poll like should I follow should I I think what was it should I sell my car to do Astro photography cuz this a if you want to do it well let me rephrase that if you want to do it at an exceedingly high level and photograph like as far into space as possible it's expensive it doesn't have to be expensive though but when I when I fall in love with something I go really hard and my motto in life is if you're going to do something typically you want to spend money the right way the first time and I did a lot of research into it that night cuz I couldn't sleep um and I I realized what I needed to spend to do what I wanted to do and I wanted to spend it one time rather than like two or three times uh but anyways basically I was threatened to do it or everybody would unsubscribe uh so that day I purchased a bunch of telescopes and uh and I started my journey and I learned I basically got a degree in astrophysics and uh in like a year I I went super hard into it I spent every day for two years basically living that as quick as possible it it was great fell in love with it still love it I just don't like staying up that late anymore chat is a very bad influence all right uh we got our egg which we're going to put at the area I don't have enough cake I have one cake which I would rather get a lilene before another dude bro so we're going to put this cake in here um but yeah I I definitely recommend checking out Astro backyard if you want to if you want to go down some nerdy stuff and learn about space and astrophotography and how you can actually take a camera that you own and maybe do some own some of your own like space photography with that like definitely recommend checking out the channel plus he's a wonderful human so you can't go wrong all right we need to bring ragnok back here ragn Hawk we left at our uh new [Music] base [Music] what the heck I swear sometimes I feel like I'm having a [Music] stroke tag when he doesn't so let me rephrase that if I'm going to stay up until 4:00 a.m. I want to be making money rather than staying up and dealing with telescope issues it's it's a lot of work uh to to do astrophotography and I've I spent 2 years for photographing everything we could see in space and uh in a couple years they'll probably get back into it again but right now I've I still have data that I have photographed from the last two years that I haven't even gotten to edit yet so once I get through my catalog of data that I've collected over the past couple years um then I'll start doing it again but until then I'm just taking a break you know and burnout is a thing even if you're doing something you truly love is suzaku or Beacon faster I have a video on all this so the top three non- legendaries are Beacon ragn Hawk and fis fis um for Sprint speed suzaku has a faster run speed which means I see how I'm not burning stamina right now um suzaku has a faster version of this but a significant ific anly slower Sprint speed but the fact is when you're flying anyways you're burning stamina what so if you don't use the Sprint when you're flying then suzaku would be better if you do Sprint like a normal human then uh Beacon ragn ragn Hawk and um literally everything else will be better all right start getting our metal going [Music] all right uh my goal tonight was to get level 30 while I wanted to start setting up this base and testing it shoot our other Anubis is stuck again see this is why I don't like stairs ladies and gentlemen if you make stairs this happens no matter what you do something gets stuck we've got Penguins [Music] everywhere stupid Penguins I swear to God you fallen those stairs again I'm going to beat you like a redheaded step penguin come on you can do it get to the food get to the food you know what you're going to want to carry all this stuff anyways let me put food you know what this is my fault I shouldn't make fun of the Penguins for this this is my fault what I should have done is put a feed bin here so that way anything that wants to be over here can stay over here and never have to cross the bridge but they did it anyways God dang It Bobby using roofs to stairs you won't have that problem I don't think I believe you I feel like you got that info from somebody who never really tested everything and I feel like I feel like I'm being lied to it's my gut feeling on that because at the end of the day clipping works the same way no matter what you're using and when things are teleporting and being invisible it doesn't matter if it's stairs or a roof if or I could be 100% wrong and it wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong a lot and I don't mind being wrong I love learning new stuff and no stucks at least the so let me let me rephrase this so the main reason stuff is getting stuck is because we're on a dedicated server with 18 people playing and the game isn't updating as fast as the clients are running so that creates a discrepancy between the data the server is receiving and the client that you're playing on so if you are going teleporting to your base you're sending data to the server saying that you know these things should be in this location but if the server is lagging then what's going to happen is you're going to have Pals falling through the world you're going to have Pals falling out of the sky uh it's going to create an issue with the um the exchange of data essentially and uh things bug out when that happens and it's not really going to be fixed until a lot of that other stuff is fixed I never had any of those problems when I was playing solo I only have those those problems on a dedicated server like right now you'll notice we hit this and it's going to teleport back it's dead uh we're going to hit this and it's going to teleport back and that's essentially what's happening to your pals when you when you go to a uh when you teleport to and from your base you can get flaris from Anubis and vanir yes yes you can that is the earliest that you can get it I think I need to catch some of these mhm o that kind of makes multiplayer unplayable I mean while we're playing does it make it easy no it's frustrating but you know what it's an early access game and quite frankly this game with all of the problems that it does have on multiplayer servers is still more fun than every other game ly out in my opinion as far as like just my enjoyment at the moment so at the end of the day like these problems while they're annoying to deal with the game in general is extremely uh it fulfills all of my needs so I can ignore the problems do I think the problems need to be fixed absolutely but considering this is a small development team it's their first game that they're making and it's so good I'm going to give them a pass and if it doesn't get fixed in a couple months or a year then it's going to be a very big problem uh but for right now I think the uh the development team has shown that they are competent that they know what needs to be fixed first they're openly communicating with the community they've released a road map that is directly assessing the feedback from the community on what needs to be fixed first they're prioritizing the right things and I think they deserve all of our support as much as possible so I could complain about all this stuff and I could you know [Music] add to the drama but I think the the development team's doing a really good [Applause] job yeah let's be serious Alpha is still running better than some games which come out finished absolutely I mean this game has less problems in it than a lot of AAA Studios that I've played in the last couple years oh shoot I'm about to die Welcome to Hard Mode ladies and gentlemen where three dinsom clap your [Music] [Music] cheeks would extra server resources not solve this no it's a it's strictly a uh it's a code problem at the moment so let me let me rephrase this so yeah if you are so Jeep portal is has always been my go-to server provider Unfortunately they don't have I think they're being so inundated with uh server requests and things like that that um their servers are really laggy at the moment I had to transfer so I currently am running this server that we're playing on right now on a $4,000 computer with $124 GB of RAM um 32 cores solid state drive literally the best you could possibly run this on and at the end of the day it's just a uh it's just a problem with coding for dedicated servers I mean dedicated servers weren't meant to be a thing right now they just weren't uh and when you log into the game you try and log onto a dedicated server they they give you a warning they tell you flat out your experience is not going to be good but you know what it's still better than a lot of other things that I've played you can see right now we have 18 people on we're at sitting at uh 14% FPS 128 ping right now and this computer is literally 5 ft from me has nothing to do with uh this server providers they they literally can't do anything it just needs to be optimized and it's going to take it's going to take a while to be honest and that is what it is but this server is running exponentially better than every other server available this server has unlimited access to resources to be able to run there is a memory leak so I do have to restart it probably every 24 hours cuz there is a memory leak um which I think a lot of the dedicated servers are struggling with right now um and I just don't think it's really well optimized for uh multicore CPU it's just it's just just it's got some issues but I think they'll figure it out and my server's 24 cores with gigabit fiber and my brother was still saying it lags some still yeah the the biggest requirement isn't necessarily the CPU uh usage it's the ram so as a memory leak in the ram like right now I'm using I think 16 gigs of RAM uh but it'll go up over time but essentially what happens is for some strange reason there's no optimization of the the way data is like communicated on the server um so it just it just kind of poops itself a little bit they didn't think this game was going to be as popular as it is yeah the the last thing that this studio made had like at Peak like 10,000 people playing at Peak right now it has 2.2 million it's ridiculous or 2.1 million I think was the the peak and it's it's hitting higher every day uh Power worlds steam charts and that's just on Steam that's just steam let alone Xbox where it's freaking free like right now at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday 939 th000 people playing at uh 1400 UTC it peaked at 2,101 players only on Steam only steam this game is so successful they had to have meetings with epic games to resolve issues with the way epic games software actually runs and handles data so not only is it an issue with power worlds like uh dedicated server stuff but it's also an issue with epic games Epic Games has never experienced this many people trying to connect through their launcher ever it's absolutely insane and every day they're getting a higher Peak and a higher low which is insane for 10 days for 10 days straight world has gotten a higher high and a higher low every day which means people absolutely freaking love this game and you know why it's an Underdog Story it it really is it's it's it's a group of four people started this game and they got denied at every single turn uh to get funding to even make this game nobody would support [Music] them because there was no Market proven game that could be a survival game like the only the only successful creature collecting game has been Pokémon there has never been one single other example of a game with creature collecting succeeding and even survival games for the most part don't succeed power world was able to achieve at a high level something that no other genre has able like at a high level has both has sold more copies than Pokemon like the last three Pokémon games and has sold more copies of a survival game than has ever done ever before in history all done by a group of four people that they did expand over time [Music] um it's it's more successful by Arc by far you want to see the difference of Ark all right so we can do this we can do uh Ark survival steam charts steam charts Arc pave the road well they didn't do it very very well alltime Peak for Arc is 247,000 players uh currently 177,000 playing and you want to know how bad it's gotten for Arc ascended which is why I've stopped playing it uh oops uh Arc ascended steam charts uh so alltime Peak was 98,000 for their new game 16,000 people playing right now which isn't isn't too bad and then you have po World 2.1 million Peak yesterday it's going to be higher than that tomorrow and almost 1 million people playing right now on a Sunday at 8:30 p.m. from a small Studio of four people who have never made video games before the per their animator was a was a college student working in a grocery store who's never made video games their entire life who got hired out of a grocery store to do the animation for this video game denied at every corner by everybody they ever went to and became the most successful game in the world because they never gave up pretty crazy so people out there can give them [ __ ] for you know copying other games copying Pokemon or copying Arc but at the end of the day every AAA studio is copying everybody else no AAA Studio out there no company out there takes risks unless somebody else succeeds first and they will copy that and they will they will turn their own thing Nintendo does it all the time nobody gives them [ __ ] for it a studio of four people takes some risks create something amazing and everybody tries to hound them for it it's absolutely ridiculous they made craftopia different same company different team of people though I mean look at the souls games that's kind of funny like like people play the souls games and every time a new one comes out it's like oh it's a it's a new Souls like this is going to be great a new a new thing that is similar in respects to Pokemon and everybody loses their [ __ ] it's pathetic Nintendo grinds all to save for profit stuff oh my God Nintendo is probably I have been venting about this for years Nintendo is one of the worst companies on Earth in my opinion they don't do any innov anything Innovative all they've done for the last three years is release the same game over and over the same remake the same game they don't take any risks they don't do anything they can't with get with the times they have the worst possible internet service available like they just they're living in the stone ages and they don't take any risks and I really hope this game shows them that there is a market for what people actually want and their games start getting a little bit better cuz they have great IPS and their IPs could be so much better if they took just a little bit of [Music] risk really wish I stopped killing these things cuz I need them oh yeah toies did you know that many of you out there know that uh Nintendo before they started making cutesy video games uh prostitute rings and was part of the yuza so anybody I I just can't understand the people that have undying loyalty to a company let alone a company with very dark past like it just doesn't make sense like you shouldn't have loyalty to a company you should have loyalty to what's good and if somebody else starts making something better then you should support that cuz at the end of the day competition breeds Innovation so at any point in time you should be supporting what is what is innovating and what is doing better because that's the only way over time that anything's going to get better and if you have undying loyalty for some strange reason to a corporation that doesn't give an like a flying [ __ ] about you all you're doing is just slowly killing the thing that you love I need more caity brand loyalty is just so stupid and bad for Innovation exactly corporate loyalty is an American way though no it's way worse in other countries it's way worse I it's it's it's bad everywhere though regardless of where you're from it has nothing to do with American culture or anything it's just it's just the way things are we we are very much sheep in in a lot of different ways we're very easily swayed and very uneducated in many different ways too I don't know why we are beholden to all of these random loyalties that we feel like we're supposed to support just doesn't make any sense like with me like like I do this for a living and you know what if I keep doing the same garbage thing over and over and over if I keep editing my videos bad eventually people are going to stop watching like I have to change eventually like I'm beholden to what you guys like and if you guys stop watching then I'm going to know I'm screwing up and it's the same thing with any other company and I'm going to get better because of that I think I needed one more tont but I think I might also be wrong I'm like 90% sure I'm wrong actually pal deck even balers gate and pal world are changing the open world RPG gaming industry hopefully for the better you know the funny thing is if giant corporations are getting but hurt about small game studios having success then you know something's wrong and if you're supporting the giant Corporation over the small game Studio that has having a ton of success there's something wrong with your thought process on that because literally what they're doing is they're seeing that more work creates a better product and they don't want to pay for that and they're trying to convince everybody else that they shouldn't pay for that but you know what they should they can all companies nowadays are trying to minimize effort and maximize profit profit and every time you support that you're doing harm to the thing that you actually care about all right we got to go to a new area to start catching new things I think I've caught everything that I need to over here it's sad because Pokemon is much my childhood I mean me too me too but it doesn't mean you can't love two things you can love Pokemon and you can hope for the future of Pokemon you can love something else too really at the end of the day of of what it is is you love that style of thing you don't have to just love Pokemon and it's not like they're being very innovated with the Pokemon Styles nowadays or anything like that you can love more than one thing you love a genre you love creature collecting you love like that cozy feel there's nothing wrong with that wor part of the power world versus Pokemon stuff is the actual Nuance takes getting drowned out by the extremes on both sides oh for sure I mean the world is a [ __ ] show right now and unfortunately the way most people take out their frustration is through the internet right now so you get very extreme takes and very angry people that are looking for something to feel very very passionate about all venting their frustration on the internet and you know what at the end of the day like you shouldn't hate anybody like people are just frustrated no matter what it is and it's not like the video game is just what's bringing it out at that point in time and then you have your trolls that honestly in my opinion the first thing that I recommend doing in power world is set up a farm sphere or set up a f arm for palis speres cuz you're going to need them specifically when you need cement an elemental damage increase over an attack increase so always go for attack over Elemental if you can if it's better all right I don't think it's going to do 12,000 damage but we're about to find out
