Hello! How you doing? I'm great. Thanks for asking. My Californian accent sucks. I'm from Australia. G'day! You know what? My parents are Serbian, I was born in Australia,
living in California, but I'm a citizen of Heaven! I want to share with you from the bottom of
my heart the truth. The truth. What is the truth? You see, my foot is it. That is it. Hello! Is it the truth that my foot’s here? Yes, yes, hear an amen? Amen! I have one foot, true. Do I have two feet? Why not? Is the truth that I have three feet? Is it true that if you believe for 80 years
that I have three feet that I'll have three feet? Does your faith in that context determine
reality? Is it possible just because you see one foot,
doesn't mean I have another one? What if I have two? What if you're wrong? What if you believe only what you see. and
you never believe what you see? Yet you would be wrong if you told me Nick
has one foot. You would be wrong, true? Well, one thing you don't want to get wrong
is knowing who God is and why you are here, who you are and where you going. When you're not here, is that true? I'm going to introduce it. I'm a little foot right here. “Little junior, hello everybody.” Say absolute. When you have an absolute truth, that means
it's going to work for every single person in every situation at any given time. True I want to share with you the truth is
Jesus Christ. I want to share with you how He's changed
my life, and now it's going to change yours forever! My name is Nick Vujicic. I'm 26 years old. I'm pretty short for my age. This is my BMW 7-series. I'm going to send it to bump my ride. You know what I'm saying? I'm going to get this whole wheelchair bouncing
down, ball roll down the window, stick my arm out—
You know I'm saying not at the front window, the back window. You know how they roll through the heads in
the backseat, but they're driving the car? I don't know what's with that. So cool. I was in the car one day. When you see me from the outside of the vehicle,
you have no idea that I have no arms no legs, right? Well, you see it's my gorgeous face, and so
with the traffic lights one night, and this cop comes up next to us and this girl is looking
at me, and I'm like, “ Oh, that's cool!” so I look at her,
and she looks at me, and I grab the seat belt in my mouth to loosen it like this so then
I can freely move. Now knowing that she only sees my head, all
I did was this [Nick turns around 360 degrees.] [Applause]
I spoke, I spoke 300 times last year. Everyone say, “300.” Sparta! Did war 300 times, and took about 120 flights. And every time I get on a flight, I always
hope for a space seat next to me for the extra legroom. You know what I'm saying? So my friends one day put me in the overhead
compartment. It was my idea. I wanted to freak someone out, so I did! They wanted to handcuff me. You want to hear a couple more? I realized that if I want more space on the
plane all I have to do is dress up in a pilot’s uniform and greet the passengers as they get
on the plane. “Hello, sir, how you doing? Great?” “I'm your pilot today. “Oh, wonderful! “Hey, just do what I do. “Just hold on with both hands, okay? “This boy comes up, ‘What happened?’” I went up to him and I go, “Cigarettes!” [Applause]
One more? This one little girl--she must have been watching
movies about aliens or something--she looked at me. She freaked out, man. It was so funny! She’s like, “Ooooooooooooo, Mommy, look,
it's an alien!” A little offended, I went “Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!” She's like, “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!” I'm running after her, so I said, “I'm going
to eat you!” Shall we? Let's get into it. I was born in Australia 26 years ago to Christian
parents who started a church, who preached about God's love, and then their son was born
without limbs. No medical reason why I was born this way,
no warning either. My mum had three ultrasounds done, and God
hid from them the fact that their firstborn son was going to be born without arms and
legs. I have a brother and his sister born after
me both with arms and legs, and I have 29 first cousins who also have limbs and no deficiencies
to any point, physically speaking. I love my family. I grew up in church singing “Jesus loves
me, this I know” and then singing the other song where it says, “Jesus loves the little
children, all the children of the world.” [Music]
And then on Monday morning I went to school, and I said, “God, if you love me like you
love the other children, then why did you give me less? If You're this loving God, why do you let
people die every day of malnutrition, poison water?” They just found a boat--this is real--off
the coast of an island--400 children found on board shipping from China to Brazil for
organ harvesting. Why does God allow sex slavery happen? I went to countries where it's legal to kill
disabled children. I've been to countries where if a baby has
as little as a rash, they bury it alive because they believe, by culture, that it's cursed. If God is a God of miracles, then where is
He? I believe that any person who doesn't believe
in a destiny after this life--if you are an atheist, you are only in the 2% population
of the world. Two percent of 6 billion, the 98% is a lot
bigger than your 2%, so let's establish--and if you don't believe in God, I mean, alright
that's cool--just pretend tonight that you do for a little bit--but check this out. Many religions, many leaders, many people
who said, “I am close to God, and I will show you the way to God, and if you do what
I tell you to do, and if you obey what I wrote in this book or that book or this and that
theory, then everything's fine.” Let's tackle science for now. I want you to believe in evolution the Big
Bang Theory. My theory is God spoke. Banging happened! Alright, now let's move on. Why? Don't tell me if you believe in science and
quantum physics, why should I believe your theory in something that no one was there
for, when you can't explain to me in science quantum physics, first of all, what's love? Second of all, why does a blind man see within
a second of us praying? We got it on camera. Why does a crooked back of four years straighten
up after praying? Why does skin disease fall off incurably,
and why has my spine--I wasn't, I've never said this before--I can't believe it! This is for you! God's done a miracle in my back. I was not born just without arms and legs
and not am I just a PK, suffering, suffering, suffering…I'm joking, but I was born with
a rare disease in my spinal cord that makes my spine hollow, becoming a shell becoming
fluid. Doctors told me at 19, “Nick, you have a
thing called “spherinx.” Everybody say, “spherinx.” “We are so sorry, not only were you born
without arms and legs, but this is an irreversible, incurable disease where your spine will crumble
within years, and we'll have to put rods in your back, and you will not get up off your
back.” So we started praying for my back. At 19 years old I was so depressed about it
didn't want to hear about it, and prayed for it. People prayed for my back. I had about an inch of hollowness at the top
of my spine. My staff don't even know this and then at
the bottom of my spine, I had another about inch or so. Well, the top half is completely closed and
there's only a pinhole at the bottom. The miracle of life! You want to know when the end of days is? When the world believes that they are God
themselves, when they can extend life and do this cloning, and all that sort of thing. Miracles are miracles! Whether you believe it or not, it happens. Does that make sense? Whether you believe I had two feet or not
doesn't change the truth. Does that make sense? So all these religious leaders and theories,
“Well, I don't believe in Jesus because of the Bible. It's just another book.” Well, great! So is everything else written in a book, but
if anybody could write anything, why didn't anybody dare to say that they were the Son
of God, God in the flesh? Why didn't anybody else say, “I am the Way,
the Truth, and the Life”? If someone says, “Follow Me, you can come
to heaven if you follow Me.” Well then, raise yourself from the dead like
Jesus did, and if you claim to be closest to God, then be holy like He is. No one claimed to be holy, not one person,
except Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life,
and these are all the things that I was learning as a child, and I'm like, “No way. No way is this true. It can't be true. Then where is my miracle?” “Ask and you shall receive.” Why are there only miracles around then, you
know, around the world, in Africa and Asia, not here in America, and all these things
in Australia? Where are my arms and legs? “Ask and you shall receive! Faith of a mustard seed can move mountains.” I had faith of an avocado seed, ladies and
gentlemen! And I knew God could do it, but at six years
old, I had a big seed man of faith, when I was six years old and my 27-year-old cousin
died of bowel cancer. I had pleaded for God to not let him go. but he went home. I was questioning, “Why?” Nick, how did you live a life without arms
legs? Because I know the WHY. When God gives you the WHY, He gives you the
HOW. I didn't know the WHY for a long time, and
I felt like God had forgotten me. He left me Jeremiah 29:11 that says He has
a hope, plan, and a future for me, and I didn't believe that. There's the Bible right here. Here's the Bible, right. Ready? Here we go. I'm right over here. There's the path of truth and the opposite
of the truth are the lies. The father of Truth is God the Son…God the
Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. The father of lies is Satan, the devil himself. with his demons. God's got angels and they are warring for
my soul. When I was eight years old, I was hearing
them, these voices in my head. “Nick, you're not good enough. Nick you can't do this. Nick, God's forgotten you. Nick, you'll always be alone. Nick, you'll never have a job. You'll never be independent. God does not have a plan for you. You'll never get married, and even if you
got married, you can't even hold your wife's hand. Even if you had kids, you can't even hold
them! What's the point of being? You won't ever be a good father! Just give up! There is no hope.” Subconsciously when you have pain, we sort
of think, “Well, at least I've got, you know, at least I'm not like Nick Vujicic.” You know, many people say, “Well man, I
can't imagine what you're going through. You know, I've spoken to 350 schools in the
last seven years, and one teacher came up to me and said, “Nick, I'm so thankful that
you spoke to our kids. They think they know what pain is.” I said, “They do! They do! Pain is PAIN. Brokenness is BROKENNESS. Fear is the biggest disability of all and
will paralyze you more than you being in a wheelchair. F-E-A-R: False Evidence Appearing Real. I want to tell you, ladies and gentlemen,
that I actually believe it's harder being in a broken home than having no arms, no legs. I'll tell you what's harder than having no
arms no legs is if you're in a broken home, you go to school, and you keep on getting
rejected, you get teased, and so then you get a boyfriend. You hope that that's going to help you, and
you know that if they, you know, they love you, and that's the way you feel loved, if
you’re with this guy, and this guy doesn't treat you the right way, but it's okay because
if he doesn't love you, then who's going to love you? I need to be taller. I need to be sure. I need to be thinner. I need to have more friends. I need to have more money…money, drugs,
sex, alcohol, gangs. I want to be somebody. I want to be a part of something. I want to fight. I want to stand, and I want to be counted. That's why people go to gangs because they
don't feel a belonging. My parents don't understand, but my friends
do, and I love my friends, and I know my friends would die for me. Really? I'm sorry, but I'll tell you this as well. They're also human beings. They also have fear. You can put on a brave face, but what's the
point of being complete on the outside when you're broken on the inside? Don't try to find your identity in temporary
things. They're going to get you to change you. You're going to be someone who God did not
make you to be. You know, the first time you swore it was
a little bit uncomfortable. That was the conviction of the Holy Spirit. You know what evil is? Every human being is born with evil, and if
you don't believe me, put two three-year-olds in a room and give them one toy. I have lied once, stolen once, cheated once,
lusted once. Many times, I've sinned many times. You only need to lie once before you’re
a...liar. You only need to steal once before you’re
a…stealer. I only need to sin once before I’m a…sinner. That's why Jesus died. He had no sin. He had the authority to forgive sin, and all
the things I've done wrong because He had none, and He paid the price of sin. You want to know why we have sickness and
disease? You want to know why everybody's dying around
us who was born? Because of Adam and Eve. It's black and white in the Bible. Why don’t you pick up that book? And it's all got the answers. Check it out! The best seller in the history of mankind. Open it up and see how Adam and Eve in the
Garden of Eden fell into sin, and every human being was then born with evil, and then was
to die. This earth is not to be enjoyed, ladies and
gentlemen. This is not what God has for you. He has heaven waiting for you, and this is
a temporary preparation for eternity. What matters? What's the bottom line? I'll tell you what's the bottom line, when
I see my Maker face to face on Judgment Day, and whether you believe or not, that's coming,
I'm sorry, the Bible says it is. Don't argue with me. Argue with that, and if you want to argue
with that, you tell me how many things of that still lines up with Israel and Revelation,
and the times of the ages. I'm sorry, there's no book like it! Where was I? Behind. Nothing like it. It was a point. Give me one second. [Nick tapping his toe]
I get excited, my hands fly everywhere, then I lose my place! Hell, alright, great! Judgment Day, that's where I was. Fantastic, thank you, sir, someone's listening. I know you're all out there, you’re all
breathing. You guys alright? So if I step on your toes, I’m only 74 pounds. Alright, it's all good 74 pounds heavy. Whoo! Man, I'm pumped for tonight. Tonight, God is going to reveal to you truth! Truth! Truth! Truth! I'll tell you what the lies are. When you go to school, if you go to school,
and you get part of a gang if you're part of a group, and you're a nobody. if you go to school and you don't swear, well,
then, you ain't cool. If your friends tease someone and you don't
laugh, something's wrong with you! If you don't go out and drink and get drunk,
you're weird! Says who? Says who? You turn on the TV and they say what's beautiful. The world will tell you that you're a failure
if you failed once, and all you're looking for is love. There are some people that have never heard
these words before from their parents. “I'm proud of you” or “I love you.” That's the truth. You are loved! By whom? By God. Created? By whom? By God. For what? For God's purposes. God's identity in you. God's purposes. God's destiny. God's legacy for you. Girls, don't change a thing. Do you know how many people I met who have
eating disorders? Boys and girls, men and women. Thoughts of suicide? I’ve met them all. I’ve met them all. When the world says you're not good enough,
get a second opinion. You want to be a somebody? I don't want to be a good person. I want to be a godly person. I don't want to be a good boyfriend, when
I get, well you know, I don't want to be a good fiancée or a good husband, I want to
be a godly husband! If I want a godly woman, then why shouldn't
I be a godly man first? Why should God give me a godly woman when
I'm sleeping around? You want that? You want your wife to sleep around before
she sees you? Or would you rather for her to save yourself
for you, the father of her children? I've saved my virginity for my wife because
I found God's wine always tastes better than Satan's wine. Black and white, thou shalt not have sex before
marriage. Sin! Don't tell me you're a Christian on Sunday
and then you tease someone on Monday. Don't find your identity in other people. Find your identity in your Creator. “Nick, you're not good enough,” That's
false. “God’s forgotten you!” That's false. False. How do I know it's false? Because I know the truth. Where's the truth written? In the Bible, “I am wonderfully and fearfully
made”? God has not forgotten me! He “has not given me a spirit of fear, but
of power, and of love, and of a sound mind,” and I'm a child of God created for a purpose
and a destiny, leaving a legacy. I was once a sinner, blind and lost, but now
I'm found, and now I see, and I know the truth, and it has set me free, and “who the Son
sets free is free indeed.” It is not too difficult to get through my
life because God knows how much my heart can bear. “His grace is sufficient.” “I can do all things through Christ who
strengthens me.” “All things come together for the good for
those who love Him.” I am NOT just a man without arms and legs. I'm telling you I'm the hands and feet of
God, standing in front of the gates of hell. As an ambassador of the King of kings! [Applause]
You want to talk? You want to talk about human trafficking? Satan is a human trafficker of all, and I
stand in front of the gates of hell and redirect traffic. [Applause]
That is the fight! Don't fight horizontal. [whispering]
Be vertical—on your knees. You want to see change in your school? Or you’re too scared? Be the change because if you ain't the voice
of Jesus Christ in your school, who will be? I can't go to your friends face-to-face. That's why they are your friends are my friends. [quietly walking, continuing whispering]
Do you want to know why I'm a speaker? Because when I was 19 years old, I got up
in front of 300 sophomore students in Australia. I had 7 minutes to talk. Within 3 minutes, half the girls were crying. They were touched, and this one girl in the
middle of the room started weeping. She was so embarrassed because the whole year
level was looking at her. She put up her hand, and she says, “I'm
so sorry! Can I come up there and give you a hug?” In front of everybody she came, and she hugged
me, and she whispered in my ear, “Thank you, thank you, thank you! No one has ever told me that they loved me. No one has ever told me that I’m beautiful
the way that I am. When will you hold yourself up like royalty? What is your faith costing you? I met a pastor in Russia, him and his five
sons and his wife started a church in Mafia territory. You want to know why you know the people in
the gangs? I'll tell you why. The Mafia came to this gentleman and said,
“You don't want to plant a church here.” He said, “Why not?” “Because you'll know later on.” God said it's going to cost you, but stay
here and you will see something amazing! He said, “We ain't going anywhere.” Next week his son got shot by the Mafia. I met this guy. God said stay. Stay. He stayed. They continued the church. Three months later he's walking down the street,
and this total stranger comes up and says, “Would you ever like to meet the person
who killed your son?” He said, “No.” He said, “Are you sure?” He said, “Yeah, I'm sure. I don't ever want to meet him face to face. He said, “But what if he wanted to ask for
forgiveness.” He said, “I've already forgiven him.” He said, “I'm the one who shot your son.” He said, “I want to come to your church.” He came to the church, and God used this ex-Mafia
person to go back to the Mafia in that entire region of that place in Russia, there is ZERO
Mafia because they all came to the church! That one Mafia, ex-Mafia went back to the
Mafia and said, “If you keep on preaching to our Mafia we're going to kill you, too.” He said, “I don't care.” The first harvest of ex-Mafia people came
to the Lord, and those people went out to more Mafia. Half of them got killed. You tell me you're a Christian? You're telling me you're living for something? Are you ready to die for it? because I don't
think you found anything to live for unless you're ready to die for it. You say you have faith? in what? In what? But do you pray more than five minutes a day? Do you? Are you ready to let God move. Well, I'm disabled. When you put a GO or in front of disable and
it spells GOD IS ABLE. [Applause]
Stephanie, can you come up here please. Look at me. I want you see something beautiful. Are you ready? Get my head, please. There we go. You ready? There it is. Everybody say, “3-2-1”
[Nick smiles into the camera.] I am the richest man on earth. I know who my God is, and I've received the
greatest miracle of all. It’s forgiveness. I couldn't even forgive myself for the things
I've done wrong. I couldn't forgive that hurt that people did
to my family. If you believe you're good, you ain't holy. You'll fail yourself, you'll fail your friends,
you’ll fail your family, and you will fail God, like I do every single day, but the difference
is that God never fails, and I put my trust in Him. I fail God every day, and I ask for forgiveness
every day, and His mercies are new every day. [Music]
I am under construction every day. I need Him every day. Two years ago, in Anaheim I met a little boy
with no arms and no legs in the church--just happened to be there. My gosh! His mother came and hugged me and she said,
“Nick when I first hugged you, it felt like I was hugging my son; 24 years later he has
no arms, he has no legs, and he has a foot just like mine. Doctors don't know why he was born that way.” [Music]
When God doesn't give you a miracle, you are a miracle of God. I was in the UCLA hospital visiting a fourteen-year-old
girl. Her friends called her fat, so she stopped
eating for six months. Her stomach shut down. She's in critical condition, skin and bones. She said, “Nick, why should I go on?” I said, “Do you feel like giving up?” She said, “Yeah.” I said, “What if you get up on the recovery
road and you get up on your feet in three years’ time, and in three years’ time
you come back to this hospital, and you encourage another girl who's going through what you
went through, and you tell them, that there is hope, and you tell them that they're not
fat.” I said, “What do you think about that?” She said, “It's amazing!” I said, “What do you mean?” She said, “Saving one soul is infinitely
valuable.” [Music]
You're in a broken home. God can use you more powerfully than me because
I don't know how it feels to be in a broken home. You can encourage somebody else who has no
father, who has no mother. God will see you face-to-face, and He will
ask you, “Do you know Me and who did you bring?” [Music]
Jesus says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock.” [Nick knocks on the table.] When will you get up off your seat and answer
the door? [Music]
First thing I want to do is this: Today there are people associated in actively with people
who are in gangs. Today if you are active in a gang, you want
to know what the Lord told me? That there are people going to be coming down
with their knives, and laying down their knives, and their lives for the Lord, and they will
pick up the sword of the Spirit, and break down the chains. There are angels in this room. Angels and the Holy Spirit is here. Today if you have heard His voice…. You want to be a man? You're going to be a real man. You think you're tough? Go say, “Sorry,” to all the people you've
hurt emotionally, first. That's a man. No, that is a man without pride, and the only
way a man can become without pride is a man with God. I've never done this before in my life. I don't know what to expect. except what God told me. I'm just going to be obedient. Today there is a gentleman who says, “You
know what? I felt like getting out, and I'm a bit scared
of what is going to happen if I get up, but I want to surrender my life and my knife. I don't want to be identified with that anymore. I want what God wants for me.” Right now, I will give you one more word of
encouragement before you do that. God says, black and white in the Bible, written
down word for word. Paul paraphrase it, he says this: “If you
publicly deny Me in your life (meaning Jesus Christ}, God will deny that He knows you,”
but if you publicly confess that your life has changed because the Jesus Christ, by you
surrendering your all for HIm, He will honor that, and He will bless you, and He will change
you. You see, if your hands are full, and you're
holding on to the things that are dear to you…a hand closed is a hand unable to receive. Open your hands and let it go. Forgive. You can't do that on your own. God forgives. God forgives. I don't care what sin you've done. Right now, I'm going to be bold and right
now say, we have two trash cans right, Here's a trash can. There's a trash can. Gentlemen, if you have any sort of weapons,
knives, guns, I don't know whatever you got. Be bold right now, in Jesus name, and say,
“You know, enough is enough.” Maybe your whole gang is here. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just being bold. I’m going out by faith. Here it is. Stand, in the name of Jesus Christ, if you
want to give that up, specifically, because until you do that, you're not given all of
your life yet. Tonight is the night! How many more times does God need to get your
attention? Is there anyone here who needs to give up
their knife tonight? In Jesus name, come forward, and we will receive
you with love! [Music]

God is good! Man. Listen to me, listen to me. If you got a knife, and you're thinking to
come down, you better hurry up because I'm about to impart the Holy Spirit, and you don't
want to miss out. Jesus is the greatest drug that you'll ever
receive. Last and final call. If you are done with the life of gangs, and
you don't want to be identified with that anymore, and you want to become a new man
in Christ, we have a lady up in the front. too. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh. [Music]
[Applause] Alright, look at me in the eyes when you ask
forgiveness of your sins, He forgives, not because you feel forgiven, but Jesus loves
me for that Bible says--the Bible says--that you're forgiven, you're forgiven. You're forgiven, you're forgiven, you're forgiven! You’re forgiven! He has a plan for you, you, you, you, you,
you, you, you, and I tell you, man, my heart stirring up because I tell you, man, because
of your boldness, because of your humility, and the Spirit of God--it's going to reign
in you, man! He's going to give you boldness! You know why I could never be in a gang? Because I can't be that bold. You guys are courageous! Now you're going to be courageous for Jesus
Christ! [Music]
Hey, look at me! Look at me. If you were never taught the love of your
father, and you hated your father because of what he did to your mother, and you couldn't
do anything about it, You had the responsibility of your siblings, you had to be somebody because
they rejected you. God's going to heal your heart. He heard your prayer, and that's why you’re
here. He answered your prayer, and I believe that
tonight your life will never be the same! Father, we thank you for each person here. Pastors, pastors, pastors, can we come and
lay hands on these people? Just three people, three people, let's lay
hands on these people. They're not going to touch you. They are not going to lay hands on you. Don’t even touch them. Just stand behind them. It’s all good--just want to pray for you
guys. Let’s pray. Father, we thank you, Lord, for these people. Come on, guys, pray with me. Come on guys, come on guys, let's pray for
their healing. Lord Jesus, we thank you, Lord, for their
healing. Father, we thank you, Lord, that whatever
happened, oh, God, in their life, oh God, the things that they've done wrong. Oh God, it is so hard to trust once we are
abused. It is so hard to love again when we are rejected. But Father, In the name of Jesus Christ, by
the power of the Holy Spirit, fire come down and release them right now, Father, release
them of any plans of the enemy and brokenness, right now, in Jesus’ name, and we thank
you, Lord, for their boldness and their courage in You, and we ask God for the gift of faith,
in Jesus’ name, to start a revolution here in San Diego. You give them boldness, Father, and love—love,
Father, love for the people of God, that they would help themselves. You help them to forgive themselves of what
they've done, Lord God, and you help them to forgive the people who have hurt them,
