My watch collection (PART 2)

hi here we are again with watches and start again very good tea so I've been to the bank again because there's been many of you that have requested to see more watches we're gonna show you a few more shows it was in the box do it alright here we go what's in the box this week I some goodies where would you like to start Adam any specific place well the last time you asked me that I told you and then you went no but don't do that one I know I completely ignored you'd in there was very rude sorry so this time I'll listen to you okay what would your legislators' do top left to top left this one alright here we go so we shall start this is a stainless steel Cartier Santos which has pave diamonds I believe is about ten carats of pave diamonds all around it it's ninety percent stainless steel this is this is yellow gold I don't know why that's yellow gold but it is on a blue alligator strap and I'm going to talk about alligator straps for a second because last time I shared a watch that had an alligator strap and I said you can't get it wet and there were a few comments that said well alligators swim and why can't you get it wet well the reason you can't get it wet is because they process them and they color the you don't see too many bright blue alligators or white alligators so they process it and when they do that it takes away the waterproofing from the actual skin and it would ruin if you wet it so not a good idea to do but there yet so there it is that's a Cartier Santos XL chrono anything else you want to know about it did the Diamonds come in watch standard or did you have those these are aftermarket set where do you get that done because I didn't realize that the ones that you showed us last time you would have that done I thought I presume that it came from the manufacturer like that so some do come from the manufacturer and some don't there's a couple in here are manufacturer diamonds and then there's a couple art I showed that so different jewelers do this I don't actually have them set i order them from a jeweler that sells this brand of watch and then they have it done so I don't know where it's done but uh and how does I accept the diamonds because there was some people in the comments saying they would be worried that you know a diamond might fall off or write put on afterwards now these are these are done very very well very carefully I've never had a diamond fall out you can bash them around a little bit never had one fall out they're pretty solid and how do they do it I don't know I mean I really don't know that would make a good video we need to find out how they do it yeah and give a filmer so that's a chrono then we're gonna move on to this one here and this is in fact the same watch in a non chrono version on a white rubber strap it only has diamonds on the top not on the side of the case and not not on the back this is just a straight rubber strap so this one you could in fact swim in if you wanted to probably not the best watch to swim in but it's a fun watch it's a very summery watching and so pretty chrono versus non chrono that they're the smaller dials that sit within the face correct yeah there's tickle and sub dials and the purpose of them is to act as a stopwatch really III I've never used one for any purpose it's just a fun thing yeah on the unnatural watch continue going this way yeah okay so this is an interesting watch this is a so if I can say this right hey de corazon cannot and this is a 18 karat yellow gold watch with diamonds this is all factory diamonds this came this way it has a twin time zone so the bottom hands could be set to a second time zone I have it the same but there's a little tiny button somewhere there it is I don't know if you can see that and that is the button that makes the hour jump on the bottom subbed out the minutes move together with the top one when you move it and a big date the band on this is stingray which again is a fish but not waterproof once it's been modified to fit a watch or to wear in any way shape or form so this is a de ragazza though and it's automatic and if you can see that the back it's very nicely done you see it mm-hmm pretty watch don't wear it very often why you may ask because they live in the bank and it's such a hassle to go and get them when I'm done with this video straight back to the back put them back in the bank and next time I see them they'll probably be for another video and so in with your watch collection do you obviously you buy them to wear but do you see watches as an investment or are they not really you know well they're not appreciate that much is it more certain watches are a great investment other watches not so much for example the next one this one here this is a great investment this watch is very very difficult to get it's a Richard Mille and also coronagraph skeleton a beautiful beautiful watch and the thing with this watch is you can't buy them because Richard Mille are very very clever about their marketing and how they bring these watches into the country you can't find this watch so consequently these are worth substantially more than the MSRP the retail price which is already outrageous and people are paying it so great great investment verizon tell you this particular watch I wouldn't say most watches are a good investment in fact I'd say they're probably very bad investments but they look nice and you enjoy them right this is a Rolex presidential last week we had or last week last time we did part one I showed you a couple of Rolex presidential this one is different this has a pave dial with Ruby our markers the diamond bezel other than that it's just the regular president which is a lovely watch and these are quite a classic Rolex this is the relic so everybody can sit oh that's the flexibility it isn't but it is a very nice one and it's a very popular one and again these are a watch that if you buy when you're not going to lose very much money on it they do hold their value they don't go up though this is a stainless steel ap oedema pj it has a double fold out clasp which operates you click it down once and then you click this and fold it over so it's secure no stingray or eel or any other animal on those animals were harmed in the making of that walk you know so you can actually swim in it not this is a great watch I should wear this more often I don't wear it very often that's it it's a very good-looking watch and it's it's you know it's practical it's very very practical which I can't really say for most of my watches that's not gonna fall off there we go so we'll put this one away staying with the theme of AP this is a 40 millimeter AP which is smaller one but still very very beautiful this is all factory diamonds it's white gold the cases is white gold the buckle is white gold with diamonds and it's a rubber band so you can again swim in this I don't think it's advisable to necessarily swim in a diamond watch but it's very pretty and it's good jeans box you know here we go again another AP yep this is another offshore 40 millimeter this one is rose gold with diamonds set in a vertical bezel with the white surround it with a rubber band no diamonds on the clasp on this one and again this is all factory pretty watch right yeah I like that one pretty what - so now that comes the greatest watch of all the watches that I have right I'm kidding however I love this one let me talk about this a little bit this is a Stellman and I'm sure you're saying a Whatman it's a Stellman I bought this watch about 25 years ago and when I bought it it was considered one of the most complicated watches that's made it's actually Japanese it's quartz and it's incredibly inexpensive Stillman's not a Japanese name is it no it's no I don't know what let's see if it says Made in Japan on the back of Cantigny yeah Lego made in USA that's the strap they lied it says genuine alligator made in the USA but the watch is I think it's Japanese okay if you can zoom in on it I don't know if you can zoom in on it each one of these sub does actually has two hands so there's multiple things so it's a minute repeater which means it chimes on the hour the minutes and the hour it has a coronagraph it has it perpetual calendar which tells you the day the month and the year and leap years it has a moon phase which tells you with you night or day and it has a second time zone so all of that stuff and I believe this watch was about I don't normally talk about money but I can talk about this woman because it wasn't expensive I think this is about $2,000 which is still a lot of money but it's not even in the same league as there are straps in here that cost more than that well yeah I know it's crazy right but this is an amazing watch minutes quartz I would show you how it all works at the battery spot that's how long this is I want it but it's pretty much right yeah that's very nice very traditional yeah I can see you wearing something like really no doesn't say what about the j-shot trustee g-shock yeah guys michael still hasn't given me one of his watches but i'm working on it i actually I really want this one this is what we're gonna get to that was the one over like we're gonna get to that one let's get the next 8p so this is a Royal Oak not offshore non cronograph and this is steel and rose gold the dial is rose gold with baguette our markers and the center links will rose gold with diamonds as is the bezel and and the crown very beautiful very beautiful watch and this is aftermarket diamond so this was a regular steel gold watch and then there's about 20 carats of diamonds that's applied to this pretty mmm pretty that is without being crazy well it's a bit crazy so what comes next isn't my my watch she will come to that last shall I do this one gone then okay because what you really like love that watch so this watch here is a another Cartier Santos excel is actually the same watch as this but the difference being this one is 18 karat solid gold and on a bracelet all diamonds an incredibly heavy have a field test are you ready really Wow that's ridiculous re however you would you say that is a little over a pound I was gonna say yeah little over a pound maybe if this is heavier than the AP break yeah another one that you lost weight that he helped you this one is slightly heavier than that beautiful watch but kind of old-fashioned looking do you have a think is a little bit old-fashioned yeah yes I I know what you mean that's saying double clasp let's see I struggle with these things as you can there we go what do you think no it's a bit Vegas isn't it that that's a very fancy watch yeah that watch would either be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars or $20.00 yeah first think where this is you can't move your arms so damn heavy anyway ladies incredible back and then you know it is will go in contrast the g-shot replacement to the G show replacement now this watch is super light I mean it weighs nothing it is carbon fiber and this is the AAP offshore Serbian in carbon fiber but this is a very expensive watch but it doesn't look very expensive I mean very expensive can we talk about money just for one we can also just make people google it well we're gonna find it anyway right it's true so what's that worth this is just under three hundred thousand well which is crazy incredible right three hundred thousand and it feels like nothing feel it don't drop it wait through it no weight at all it's it's carbon fiber and I'm not sure if you can see that or not look at the back of it it's quite astonishing and I know you know hate me because the stickers on it I know that's all right I can take that off when you give it to me Yeah right yeah that is fun and it has the chrono pushes which are the sub dials mhm you know I don't exactly know how oh there's the other one so there's two sometimes it is very small this is a little bit of open work and this is this to be on so that's it that's this box I think we're done with it right that's a nice nothing else to show you so how many play Richard movies do you have Richard Mille we shoot meal I have five Richard mails I think I said I've seen you are a few of those yeah it's probably my favorite brand I really really enjoyed the ground the technology behind the mechanism is different to any other watch and the components that they use they're amazing together with their marketing which makes them a desirable notch I just love it I think it looks great very beautiful you're looking at big and chunky and you know I mean you put these two watches together this one costs a little bit more than this one but they're similar which would you rather have I take this one every day if I could only have one I'm still you goes like this still ready for that which is good I'm glad we're not gonna walk you out that's why you have different colors and different shapes sizes yeah and I shall put that back in the box so maybe we'll do another watch video and they're not too distant future because I think if I dig deep enough and the vault may find a couple more to show you and this one here this is another oh yeah yeah this is a montoya and its carbon fiber around the edges which is pretty cool and carbon fiber and these are pedals on the pushers so it's it's pretty fun and yeah and this is titanium sort of a like watching like way yeah right cool so another thing to let you know about is my very best friend Peter from Peter Marco the jeweler with that very white big teeth he and I are gonna do a giveaway and I know I've mentioned this before but I was Twitter Peter a couple of days ago and we decided we'll do something really really cool
