My Head For Some Friends :: Hermitcraft 7

[Music] ladies and gentlemen welcome back to another episode of a permit crash today we're gonna be working a lot on our wonderful place back there last episode we worked on a little bit of a hiding place to hide away from dock after we exploded his goat head by accident and we're hiding he's not on right now but he's been on quite a bit today the first thing I want to address you guys mentioned that this horse head in the bed that happened to me last episode this is a reference to the movie The Godfather and a horse head in the bed is a bad omen it's a sign that doc is coming for me and coming for my head and that's terrifying that's absolutely terrifying at first I thought oh this is cute horse in the bed now I see that I'm in big big trouble also last episode you guys talked to me about how my hiding spot wasn't very good know that I've got a lot of hiding spots I've got this one I've also got this amazing hiding spot where nobody can find me as well as many other tunnels and caves and hideouts it's smart to have multiple different places it's a lot harder to find you when that's the case okay guys so it looks like doc may have moved two out or at least he's working on some stuff and I think it's important to know thine enemy and just take a peek just take a peek now he's been online for a little while and I was chatting with him and I wasn't getting a response so I think he's afk yeah look at this okay here we go here we go okay let's go uh-huh careful careful careful careful sneaky sneaky sneaky yeah he's in there [Music] no thank you okay I'm 77 uh-oh all I wanted to do was just take a little peek oh he's got that thing rigged oh it's rigged hard oh that's bad okay we're never going back there ever again I just wanted to I just wanted to take one little peek and it's so stupid bells again the bells that he had rigged up on our place oh no no never messing with that ever ever again now that seems like the ultimate level of paranoia to me you know what do you ohh ohh how in the world no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no doc how in the world did he get over here no thank you oh I'm out I'm out he's so paranoid tell you that all I wanted to do is just take a peek at what he's doing oh we got to get out we got to get out use this scape hedge use the escape hatch come on come on come on I said get in and shift no no no no no no no no get down don't make a sound don't make it sound ooh oh that was so close Oh did it work I think he doesn't know huh I think he doesn't know oh my goodness we're escaping the tunnels working oh yes oh thank goodness whew that was a close one oh look at this drive my Dookie tubs genius pays off once again my unbelievable secret Heidi door worked out fantastic and here we are safe and sound at our wonderful hideout house oh yeah so for those of you that were here last episode you saw we made this house and thank you so much the love that you guys gave me for it was awesome it made me feel so good but I told you I was gonna do the interior and I did I have also done a lot of other things but here's a little walkthrough of the inside so boom we've got a nice little entryway this leads out to the back which lets you do that first this is a little back garden area which in 1.14 you can put ladders on leaves that makes that look a lot nicer so if you're on 1.14 you want to make a little garden thing put a ladder there that makes it look nicer here you can't anymore for some reason but a nice little garden in the back and then over here we got a loft look at this loft I was when I was building this I thought I'd just cut the ceiling out or cut the floor out and it looks really nice it's a cool little thing over here is a kitchen and it's you know working on it working on the kitchen give me that toys back thank you and then upstairs we go up and my bedroom is over here but we got a little office space right here here's that opening that I was showing oh I got to put some things right there to prevent that from growing here's my bedroom a judi a beautiful bedroom with a little closet and then here's a walkway to the outside of course we play some games on the on the porch and stuff and look out onto the wonderful valley within upstairs is a wonderful attic as well this is where I'm gonna put like a lot of mass storage stuff up here you always got to have an attic space with some trusses and let a lookout a little lookout area for sniping people and whatnot also in the meantime this is all the stuff that you know it's fun to show off but not so interesting to show on camera but in the meantime I worked on some of the terrain and I've put in like a little bit of a river thing right through here a little creek ooh a prezzie well first before I open this oh that's so fun there was another prezi here this is from etho I baked you a cake unfortunately etho and i Ethos stopped over and i went to record it sorry had to sleep real quick it was getting dark out so anyway doc has hired etho is a hitman to get myself in Corrales I was a little bit nervous II throw a came over forced me to eat this in front of him it looks obviously rigged and a little nice note popped out where is it oh it's somewhere I've got it but it just says have a great day and then he thought gave me - shocker boxes look at this there they are it's at BS have a good day buddy and stay awesome be tough he was very sweet and nice I think he may have had got that recording so if you want to see it you could check it out in his video but he can't I mean he's just too sweet he's not gonna do anything to me ethos - nice so we're safe and sound out here but he so does know our location what is this though this is for my bubbles well there's only one person that calls me bubbles friend's house oh I'm out of breath from happiness but there here's a little area I had did have a stonecutter out here this is firs like where I do you know stonework and whatnot but something that's a big problem is I'm running out of space for all the like floral stuff and planting anything to deal with like planting and flowers and stuff like that I've got a plan of how this is gonna go this road is gonna kind of wrap around and there's gonna be a little bridge right here and it's gonna go up to this elevation and I'm thinking I make a building what I do we like to do out here I'm sure talking a lot so I got to slow down but this is this area is gorgeous and it extends just way out I love this space I'm thinking instead of having one big massive base which is what often gets done and you know having different storage rooms I'm thinking of using this whole area as my base so this whole Plains this is all my spot if this is kind of my main starter house but as we our needs grow like we need a plant shop I'm gonna put one here so this is where I'm gonna store all my plant stuff and then if we end up needing place for ores we'll put that over there and we'll just have different places for all of our storage I think that's gonna work out really really nice and I think it's gonna look really cool but I've got a lot of terraforming and stuff to do so I'm gonna get on that I've got some other really cool things that I want to show you guys it's gonna be a fun fun episode a little bit of learning and teaching but I think it's your guys are gonna love it so anyway we'll get on that and I'll be back with you shortly okay so I'm working on things and it looks like I've got a couple of visitors over here interesting I'm working on this path going over and bang see ya I think that was worth it don't you guys look at this look at our Hall look at what we got not only I mean look okay took nine stacks of gold and carrots I'm actually running low on food I mean Corrales gave us some steak you know 64 steaks but we got then there's this and now all these carrots Plus this now on top of that another shocker box hello I'm good I'm flush with soaker boxes I'm so happy look I only had 16 levels guys I didn't have much so this is well worth it in my opinion and we help out some friends they need my face for a potion of brewing if some so some sort that's amazing I'm so happy to help them but anyway we got to working this out right so just so we talked about it earlier but we were gonna have this it's going to kind of wrap around or this road will the terrain will kind of come up over here but then we'll go over trust me this will be a little bit wider than one block this would be a bridge that goes over and then this land will be up here and I think right there right there is gonna be our spot for our flower place I think it's good to be awesome I'm so excited hopefully nobody else comes over it needs me to take time away from my my precious building so they can cut my head off all right holy smokes we've done a lot of work I have beat ups has been going kinda hard with the terraforming today yikes holy smokes so if you if you remember this whole thing was kind of down a couple of layers and there is the underneath is kind of empty at the moment we're not going to show that because that kind of it's all lit up I got to fill it in but we've raised the terrain up a couple layers the reason I did that is because I want to have like some reason to have some drainage areas like some lower areas where water can kind of drain and then you get to build a bridge it gives reasons for these things you get to build a waterfall so creating this elevation change raising this up here it's just a what sorry broke a little bit there you get this you get this little cliff there's just raising that that terrain up a little bit gives you a lot of things in sorry I got the morning voice the Barry White morning voice because I just woke up but I've been I've been going hard this video is probably gonna end up going later to you then I want it to but here's here's what we're doing you can see I put on the edges I've put some of this green concrete now with Optifine you can turn on better grass and it actually does this but not everybody uses this and not everybody has the ability to use this if you're on the other version of Minecraft on the Pocket Edition or Windows 10 or the bedrock Edition you can't have this but if you use this green this is just green concrete powder it makes this really nice cool transition to where from a distance it looks really really nice and if I talk I so if you saw last episode you saw that I talked about how I want to start using blocks that maybe aren't necessarily the right material but they're the right color so obviously concrete powder wouldn't be in this spot but it's the right color so it works along those same lines I want to do something with this sand right here this is such a small thing but one of what we're gonna do here is a very little thing that's gonna add a lot so for my patreon Zhai just posted something that I've been working on for a little bit I usually have resource pack stuff over there but I made something that I feel like is very very valuable for builders and it's a gradient map it I just took all the blocks in the game and created kind of a gradient to where it goes from light to dark and or from one color to the next and those gradients really help you kind of think outside the box so with that little sand area but I want making a gradient from sand because it's right along the water and sand that is right by the water is darker so I want to kind of do that I want to use this area to kind of create some darkness outside by the water and then as it goes in it's a little lighter something kind of like this so we've got the areas I mean this this block right here is a big stretch it's it's it's kind of a big jump from here to here but it's uh it still gives that impression and when you're up close you know we know this is wood right but we want to think more from a distance so I want to start playing minecraft more from a distance when you just look at it what do you see so if we pillar up a little bit all of a sudden you get this kind of nice area that's got this really cool it just makes the sand look like more natural it looks kind of cool I like that so that's that's a little bit of a thing that you can do with some of these gradients in the game but finally it's time to start this building so let's work out the color palette and we're gonna kind of go in that same kind of gradient fashion so on the base we'll have like a mix like that kind of like we did on the other one that'll be kind of the base foundation and maybe we'll have a little bit of cobblestone in there from time to time but then here's where the gradient on the house will come in so there's a really nice this is light with the andesite and then this is a little bit darker with stone and then right here is just a little bit darker with the light gray and if you wanted to get real crazy in between here light gray wool actually works too but we're just gonna go with these materials this will be at the top this will be kind of middle and this will be near the bottom where it goes light to dark on the top and then for the roof I've spent a lot of time working this out what I wanted to do for the roof but we're gonna go with a mix of the cyan cyan concrete and then the cyan wool I think that's gonna be a really nice mix for the roof and stuff Oh time to shriek and time to start building its progress report time Beto's been going been building and it's a diagonal house we're going diagonal on this one and I think it looks pretty good I fly up so you guys can see I love doing these little progress reports because I think often and I'm a little late because but I like showing like the kind of really bad view of it where it's like halfway built and it's like ruined you know but then later on it kind of all comes together we're just getting some things in place this is something that I'm working on right now and this is one of the cooler part of this thing I think it's gonna be pretty awesome is here's Kelly in here Scoville several several get ready for this watch yes looky looky at my bookie bo yes aha X Ram whoo I'm almost dead what kind of bow is that but anyway here's the inside we'll have the floor kind of on this level here and then out here of course since it's gonna be kind of my flower place this will be a green room to kind of show off some of the flowers and stuff and maybe just maybe I'll be able to put in something that'll be able to grow some flowers or whatnot I think that'll be a nice thing to have in here whether it's in the basement or wherever so it's really coming along but it's a lot of work this is diagonal building you got to use your imagination especially from the ground and to kind of throw things off a little bit I made the entryway kind of straight here where the actual diagonal is like this but then the entry comes out like that just for interest you know but it's coming along I think it's looking pretty nice trust me guys trust me we're gonna make something great out of this she couldn't take a little bit of time well guys I think it's time to do something I think it's time to do something really big for sale hmm okay that's really hard to read that's really hard to read we'll make a better sign soon but it's time you know we really beautified this whole place this whole half house is gorgeous this swimming pool I mean we got some visitors unfortunately but this is gorgeous we did a lot with what we've got here and I think it's time after I've done all that work over there I feel like it's time to put this bad boy up for sale and make a profit we bought it for 50 diamonds we want to make twice that I think twice that would be fantastic a hundred I think we could do it so I'm kind of grabbing everything that's valuable to me and bringing it on over I've got a little bit of a sheep farm so just get the rest of those shears used up I think I'm gonna move everything over to our place I'm excited too Oh what is this hey stop it what me Hey what oh okay okay oh oh he did he find it oh he found it did me oh okay I didn't put my okay can I place this great I think that I'm at the point now to where it's war its war it doesn't have to include anybody else in this I don't have to force anybody to be on my side these myths right here these can handle the job watch out for this flame sword buddy if I see him no more poking around and playing games if I see him I slay I'll keep him off my back that's how we're gonna do it that's how I'm gonna do it but hey guys guess what I finished the house I think it looks glorious doesn't it look cool especially from a distance it looks really nice that's what my goal is with this with this area I want everything to look really nice from a distance somebody challenged me in the comment section I think I read almost every comment on last episode up to this point but somebody's yet challenged and said why don't you make a diagonal house and that's what we got diagonal and I think it worked out really really nice so over here this is gonna be it's definitely not done I'm gonna do a lot more to the landscape and stuff to kind of help make it look more beautiful but I want to kind of take you on the path we talked earlier about how the path is gonna look I want to show you first that little archway bridge that I was talking about there it is so then the road will continue out this way and I think it'll be really nice and we've got a skeleton under here now there it is I see it yeah yeah let's see doc see untouched unscathed PvP master that's what they call me a PvP master but anyway so we've got that then this is kind of around the house you know this wraps around the back side of the house we've got our beautiful little garden there and then we go up here and this is that little walkway bridge that I was talking about and it leads over to our house over there with the greenhouse in the back which is pretty cool I think that's really nice and we got some little custom trees in here and then boom out front I'm gonna have like a little bit of a garden area sitting out here with some stuff we'll store some stuff in there couple of other custom trees there I'm gonna have to sleep it's my duty on this server this is what I do this is something that everybody appreciates before and I have to keep it up the inside not not nothing nothing I'll have that worked out for next episode we'll get the interior done here's the entry to the greenhouse we we'll be beautiful I'm very excited about how that's gonna turn out what am i climbing was I climbing something Oh scaffolding hello stupid right okay but I also have some plans so next episode I'm gonna tackle I've always loved custom trees you know so that's kind of a custom tree it's just kind of small cypress looking this is like a smaller one I want to tackle some massive custom trees I think out in this area we need some really big trees to help with the scale so next episode we're gonna have some reefs it's gonna change this whole place it's gonna make it look unbelievable I think and we're gonna do some more stuff out here that's gonna really help this terrain look cool but we're doing stuff that I've never really done before and I think it's really turning out nice it's obviously first look it looks like a medieval style but you see this sort of style of house right now you go to Germany or certain areas you can see this right now so I don't even know if it's necessarily medieval style that I'm going for I'd like it to be more contemporary in a way but that's you know whatever it doesn't really matter also nice next episode I'm thinking the next thing we're gonna need is a stable for horses because these horses I collected them because I love them so much and they're just sitting here I think we need to build a home for them so we'll work on some beautiful custom trees and a beautiful horsey stable and hopefully no no bother getting bothered by a doc or anybody else who might be coming to get us ladies and gentlemen thank you so much for watching leave a like on
