this is the recipe that got me to like lamb forever pistachio crusted Lamb with goat cheese cream sauce on there roack of lamb remove this silver skin score that fat cap olive oil pepper and salt take this lamb steer it off crispy that's the exact crust you want to see on there crushed up pistachios PE chop it up in a little bits we do the same with the time they got the stems all natural breadcrumbs time Rosemary pistachios cusos grass salt roasted garlic and some freshly grated parm melted down beef tall bind it all together mustard brush that on spreading out our pistachio crust and we're going to roll that lame in there just like that toss it on the smoker at 250 butter red pepper flake grass go Cheese Log roasted garlic and onion heavy creme sauce is all nice and cooked down now look at that pistachio crust that juicy medium rare tender lamb meat oh wow that is how tender it is you either love lamb or you hate it but I don't see many people hating that best part
