ah you may be wondering why i'm icing my balls and have a cane well it's all because of morbius and that's when my story begins my story begins here a month ago i watched morbius in the cinemas and thought nothing of it so i cried myself to sleep and woke up the next morning it was then i realized i had an addiction to morbius [Music] my friends found me on some weird street one night saying things like results are more risk oh i said morbid what that night they dragged me to rehab where i spent three weeks i'm addicted to white dogs i'm addicted to porn i'm addicted to helping people i'm addicted to morbius they're their son it was then i realized i had a true calling in life i needed to help stop the addiction of morbius did i realize that my heightened sense of ability sound and speed had made me an athlete like no other i mean look at these moves i was like the michael jordan of basketball was also able to use my echolocation so anyone who said the word morbius i could stop in their path i don't want to hear any more of this that morbius i don't want to hear any more bf all right hold on it's morbing time fetch i had no idea if you said that in the movie i've recovered more or less what did you hello hello stevenson stevenson no one's home it felt like i was getting nowhere but one day things changed hey do you do you sell any pirated dvds or like that stuff who's watched definitely one of the movies made that is about the best thing i'm gonna say about this movie it stars jared leto who was an oscar winner for the movie dallas buyers club and i wish dallas sold his club this movie was that a good joke no but i've been watching morbius for the past week do you think anything i do is gonna be good at this stage i'm in a cane just because of the movie it also stars matt smith who's doctor who or as i like to call him doctor who because i don't watch that stuff so i don't really know unfortunately it doesn't actually feature the line it's morbid time which is kind of my favorite i thought at some point jared leto was gonna be like more me up scotty if he just said any of those the movie would be like infinitely better also if he was like a gay vampire and tried to suck more than just blood that would also be funny i guess i think that would be a good plot uh i'm not really sure what i was looking for going in towards that movie but i know that it had gotten bad reviews before i saw it i also saw the poster to this movie and realized that's where the budget went obviously as with all marvel movies people were had high expectations and they should have went into the cinema high without expectations because that's what really this movie was if you watch spiderman homecoming and maybe watch guardians of the galaxy and avengers and any other great movies you would have been solely disappointed that this exists jared leto holds the absolute distinction of being a good actor who has acted as some of the worst movies in both dc and marvel he also plays the joker and honestly plays it really badly [Applause] he plays one of the worst dc characters and now one of the worst marvel characters i'm not sure what that gets you but i'm pretty sure there's gotta be an award for a person who's won an oscar and still makes two movie franchises that cannot fail suck by the way he's also a singer from 30 seconds to mars which is where this movie should have went in that amount of time so the budget of the movie was about 85 million and made back 163 million is it a flop not really but when you consider that budgets don't consider advertising budgets it probably didn't make its money back so this movie also holds the distinction of being one of the few movies to be re-released in cinemas with sony re-releasing this movie after seeing the memes to a thousand theaters and it made back three hundred thousand dollars that is approximately two hundred and ninety dollars per cinema which is less than what many indie movies make so is this movie an indie movie is it a blockbuster nope it's a cockbuster because i i had i had to do something this movie was so bad it started creating morbius memes and the hashtag morbius sweep i genuinely thought this movie grossed over 10 million billion dollars at the box office didn't realize that's not a number there's apparently a future sequel because i watched the end credit scenes and i wish that i didn't other than that this movie has been called cost by review critics which i've never heard i've just never heard someone review a movie and be like that's cost and um i decided to watch it because i need people to understand that you are not gonna get a mobius addiction like me i have succumbed my mobius addiction i'm in i'm a recovering morb addict i'm morbing it up and um i [ __ ] and when jared leto knows us some bull something's up because this man started a cult and thought that was okay which is a video for another time but that is all i'm gonna say i just want you to know i'm going to i'm releasing the morbs okay so if you haven't watched it here we go don't expect this plot to make sense it doesn't so the movie starts off with a big m and what is the m backwards that's right or backwards m but what is it upside down well it should be set to w for wumbo that's right a w and this movie only takes w's there's no else the only l in this movie is the one i smoked before i watched it mormon time baby sorry i'm a little high by the way i decided and to take the liberty off uh whenever i felt the movie should end i just put the end credits in so if you just see some end credits that's when i thought the movie should end so yeah so that would be the first time i would end the movie after the main credits because that that would save people a lot of time pain and effort to watch this uh yeah so we find ourselves in costa rica why no reason i just want you to know right now this doesn't contribute to the actual plot of the movie morbius real name michael is transported down to costa rica to find some bats morbius is also a man who is suffering from some sort of disability it doesn't really say what i think his disability is that he's a stupid idiot i don't know if that's really a disability but i think that's i think that's what he's suffering from anyway morbius makes his first entrance on his crutches just like so and we see jared leto in his full beautiful prime 50 year old fantastic actor amazing here one thing that i will say is that he is such a method actor he probably is a vampire because i don't know how he looks this good for his age great looking guy you need a doctor i am a doctor there we go here's the first zinger in the movie you need a doctor how'd you get this far into the helicopter ride see him on crutches not ask the question then see him trying to walk and be like do you need a doctor bro and he replies with i am a doctor because morbius he's the lead doctor in fake blood he's a fake blood ologist and he does fake blood stuff and that is crucial to the plot somehow anyway we're back on costa rica on in the helicopter just trying to morbid up he's going towards a cave because he likes bats that is all i can tell you because that's the start of the movie vampire bats weigh almost nothing but they can down a creature nearly 10 times their size by the way i want to introduce you to my favorite bat pal betty the bat apparently morbius is very enthralled with the idea of bats and he also pays a man who said that he's leaving in cash i don't know what kind of morb i don't know what kind of morb decides to pay people in cash is he a drug dealer why does morb have so much money damn he's really rich he's a more millionaire a more blinder shut up bruv why is his hand so dirty what did he do why is his hand all he did was get off a plane and walk in crutches look at my hands bro why are your hands so dirty did you fly the plane and then like scale down a rope in some bro morb you need to have a shower once in a while buddy anyway i'm assuming the opening scene is to show that morbius is the established main protagonist of the movie he is the shiro or the anti-hero whatever you will and he has a fascination with bats unlike the batman who doesn't actually have any fascination with bats whatsoever kind of weird but morbius is like the the real batman sort of because he's literally turning into a bat vampire we need another i guess we just need this many superheroes in life has marvel ever stopped to think we've had enough superheroes or are they just like more beerus like more bs hence the movie thank you i'll be here all week and all lifetime anyway we take you to greece 25 years earlier where morbius was a young depressed lad i guess michael this is lucien lucien michael michael knows more about this place than i do why does everybody in greece have english accent i don't know bro what are you asking me this question for why is morbius in greece i thought this man was in new york his whole goddamn life this is what kind of superhero is greek i mean there's definitely greek heroes but i wish morbius was like hello partner yes i have accent from greater european region not really specific i'm going to take you down partner you're going to have bad day buddy i i wish morbius sounded like that that would have been nice i wish he sounded like a count like i am more obvious he doesn't sound like anything he just sounds like a guy he meets his friend milo whose real name is lucian lucian lucian vinggon brett my name is beard welcome to lucious for some reason he calls him milo and then he says the guy before you was called milo and the guy before that was called milo which i'm assuming the director wanted to show how unfazed morbius is with the fact people come and go out of this institution it's done in such a poor way that it sounds like morbius is just a giant d-bag not being able to remember his friend's actual name and they do become friends later in the movie so i would assume that you'd call your friend by their actual name but i guess morbius doesn't care because he's a giant dick the person who was here before was milo no he was also the new milo before him was the other new milo can you imagine actually doing that to your friend hey my name's jeff all right randy i do okay well i said my name was jeff not randy yeah well the person before you that i knew was called randy okay well mother i'm not well randy i don't care do i and if you don't shut the f up i'm gonna i'm gonna stick my bat on you i'm gonna throw my bat on you randy she's dead there's something missing from our dna the only way to stay alive is an oil change three times a day hold on we're not gonna just skip past the fact he said there's an oil change that needs to happen in a human i'm not sure what morbio means over there but uh apparently they don't they're missing something in their dna love that plot development good work why why use a plot development when you don't need one in a movie just throw that out the window this movie is 70 cgi 20 bat screaming uh 10 flying around like a jackass and 5 copying from the matrix and the rest is dedicated to jared leto's face i guess i don't think about it [Music] i'll give you 10 bucks if you could tell me which kid actually said look at the freaks it sounded like an old man in his 60s from greece who said that my god was that all the kids together they just combined to make one old man if they combine their ages it makes one old man who says look at that freaks what a weird adr that was anyway lucian proceeds to almost die because he wants to get out the movie and morbius is like not that easy man not that easy this dude looks angry he's like oh damn it i tried i don't want to be in this movie morbius he said why are you inviting me to greece like this he just seems like mildly perturbed that he almost died but okay lucian is having uh just a just a mild day it took a team of scientists to build that machine and you fixed it with the ballpoint pen there's a school for gifted children in new york anyway uh the doctor tells morbio that he can actually go to new york because that's where he belongs in new york not in greece and uh because he fixed that one thing and if he didn't fix it the doctor would have no inclination the doctor would be like you're a dumb idiot who deserves to stay here and change your oil three times a day so thank god volusion for existing otherwise moore would be on the streets doing nothing anyway uh lucian gets beaten up by those kids who said look at the freaks i'm gonna call the guy look at the freaks please they're just really happy to find a piece of paper i've never seen kids more excited to find a piece of paper not knowing where it came from but the guy's like can i please have my paper back and he's also english in greece which is just lovely uh so they beat him up but not before lucian actually gets a shot at the other guy and smacks him in the face and i'm pretty sure that counts as like assault because he does it first just saying um he gets beaten up and that has no bearing on the movie lucian never brings it up again it never plays a part in his life and he's not even the main character so that is apparently the director's attempt at saying lucian will be evil because he doesn't trust people because they beat him up one time i'm assuming i have no idea why they even kept that scene in it doesn't really make sense in the context of the movie and the next scene is morbius growing up and graduating so we don't even really get to see him as a kid in greece why was this necessary to the plot it was not but morbius needs more than just two pictures of jared leto flying so they needed to create a plot they morbed it up his development of artificial blood has saved more lives than penicillin morbius the step forward [Applause] so yeah morbius is uh finally graduated he's the leader in blood transfusion or whatever blood ology he's a blood ologist you know personally i think the movie should have ended there but it doesn't and we're back to morbius being a doctor he is a horrible doctor mind you this man does not do what he is told and also self proclaims himself to have issues the king the queen the loyal king all of the queen and the entire scientific community who does that i have issues the queen there you are uh yes you got a minute we are then introduced to morbius's love interest and also doctor partner louisa martina god damn it i was like what the [ __ ] is her name honestly if you don't have a name like morbius if you do have a name like morbius how am i supposed to remember anybody else's name in the movie maurice is the first name the last name is just an exclamation mark last name exclamation mark first name warriors like a spring ankle i have issues so when you say it together it's morbius like that's the only way to do it anyway that is his love interest and also work partner which i think is a high conflict of interest but that is the least of his problems in this movie she is now saying you're in trouble because she's actually found his secret lab doctors is in trouble i have issues it should have ended i can't accept a price for the [ __ ] tie your shoelaces are you gonna slip on those legs that you can't use bro i don't just because you can't tie them you should at least tuck them in bro please can you get martina to do it for you i'm sure she wouldn't mind makes me feel better about your investment it would help if you stuck around long enough to catch him oscar winner jared leto ladies and gentlemen action jared cut i think what was that are you okay yeah i was acting okay well this movie's gonna be in the trash can [Music] what am i actually doing here remixing human dna with fat dna right thank you for telling me because i had no idea what we were actually doing here apparently they are mixing bat dna with human dna thanks to milo who is now a rich man how is he rich nobody knows because that's not important to the plot this is like a nicolas cage movie bad dna not the bad dna only things that are relevant need to make it into the script i wish nicholas cage was more obvious can you imagine him being like it's morbid time but anyway yes they are actually mixing bat dna with human dna and the last time that happened we were unlocked down for yours so this is not a good thing morbius this is very bad also are you trying to be the batman why martina then discovers his lab of illegal bats that i'm assuming he brought in from the start of the movie i'm assuming that's the only connection the bats have otherwise he just brought them in at some random interval how did he get them into a public hospital you might be asking don't ask questions you asking questions about this movie is going to give you answers you don't want to know about this movie nothing nothing nothing that is uh it's a fist tank nope nope nope no that's a bat cave that's a bat man thing it's not a fish tank because there's no fishes in it nothing not dude nor do jared that's not even close buddy but i guess he's he's using the bats to try and create his own blood fusion that makes humans better because as we all know when someone's sick you give them bad stuff and they become better what is our fascination with bats i have no idea i just don't get it so you can successfully splice vampire genes into your dna it would allow your body to produce those same anticoagulants ah yes sciencey stuff you can produce anticoagulants if you just use the relevation of the simulation synergy did you understand any of that is that a very solid theory i love christopher nolan's movies the movie interstellar christopher nolan and his brother really researched all that science stuff they really did all the research to make it as scientifically real as possible meanwhile we got anticoagulant put your vampire blood put your vampire ding-dong into a bat's face and then you know you wipe it around then you do the hokey pokey and you turn into a vampire geraldo the fusion of different species is a legacy we already carry in our bodies no this bestiality my friend don't not do that i have issues i should have died years ago naughty naughty naughty jared as usual morbius you keep doing the things that you shouldn't do i don't know why this man is a doctor and i don't know why they're letting him have a batcave and a secret layer in a hospital of all places can he maybe have a secret layer somewhere where it's less discoverable anyway a lady comes in because the patient that he was talking to earlier is now gone under some sort of cardiac arrest or something i just want to go on record and say if you pause it there's a shot where she's literally looking or standing next to the bats it doesn't care she walks in she's like morbius hey does your patient's dying what you like batman what is this she doesn't care how do people walk into jared leto's secret layer by the way does anybody explain that this person pretty much said that this is a secret layer and that nobody should be getting in there and literally everyone breaks into a secret layer why even have the bats today if everyone's gonna see it and then they're gonna revoke your license jared the scene ends with the goal actually not really recovering we don't know if she recovers or not i had to cut a lot of this movie to show you the good bits there's none but what i was trying to say is that there is a scene where a rat that he performs a bat blood test on actually gets up after it was dying so presumably the goal wakes up but he also injected her with bad blood which is not only dangerous but illegal so i don't know if i should like morbius or hate him more be asleep guys we should get a morris broom and call it a morbius sweep that's the only way they're going to win the awards girl get over here so me a handy captain what am i i just uh yes so that was a scene that should have been funny it should have had humor except i have more questions and answers as to why the bouncer is talking to people in a different language because they're still not in greece as i believe they are in new york um so i don't know why he's talking in another language secondly morbius understands the language because he's so smart thirdly would morbius not come here more often than zero times to see his friend is this the first time they're meeting after all that time that's lame anyway morbius goes to meet his good friend michael who is now grown up and he is matt smith who has a matt smith looking face nice face matt terrible says the man wearing what is that uh a quilt oh sorry i didn't get the memo to dress for a funeral i have some good news let's go for a walk [Applause] let's go for a walk he says to people who can't walk that's like being blind and being like hey look at this bro or deaf person being like wow that's this is a good joke morb good that's some morbiosis right there that's that's beautiful i can feel it a cure they then go to a park and morbius discusses with milo a cure that he's creating but he tells milo that it might actually be more legal than he thinks and it needs to be done on international waters the only place where you can't be charged by the way uh tell me if you see this in the movie a bromance [Applause] but a sensual one like they should be lovers i would i would give them so much money if this movie turned out to be just two vampires who fell in love with each other and couldn't tell each other about it that would be a fantastic movie and it has to be done in international waters you're always expensive you were always expensive [Laughter] i know he's he's his sugar daddy but even uh that was just a bromance line we don't have much time left this could be our last chance so what do you say we go up come on it's pride month come on come on happy pride month everyone come on i think it would be a good movie just two vampires who fell in love for burden love [Music] the next scene takes place in international waters thank you for telling me movie if i didn't know i would have no idea thanks guys the moment of truth not really sure what the mercenaries are doing there they're just a bunch of people playing cards and in the movie they provide no other value than to be wrecked by morbius once he morphs it up and as usual morbes is doing sciency stuff because on the screen it has lots of things moving and that's how you know it's sciencey stuff you always know it's computer sciencey stuff when things are moving on the screen just imagine me like science thanks for the sciency stuff now i know morbius is a science man not only did they say he's the leader in blood cells they also said he graduated at 19 he's also dying so he couldn't save himself he's not that good a doctor but he's curing dna now as usual unlike a show like breaking bad which goes through lengths to show you how to really do something this is more obvious why waste your time on details that don't matter when you're gonna see this man morbid up please it's morbid time i read it cosmo they still make cosmo i don't know good acting by jared leto as usual now i want to explain that jared leto is a fantastic actor when you give him the right role this man really goes for it he's a method actor in fact you can look this up i'll look it up for you he said that he was going to stay in a wheelchair while filming this movie because he wanted to method act as someone who had a disability when i read it i thought the movie was so bad that he was refined to a wheelchair after he saw the screening i didn't know that it was actually his like on purpose but he also has been known to method act in other ways like giving cast members dead rats and used condoms on the set of s squad he's a method actor and let me tell you he puts the methane method because this man really goes for it so when you give him a role that is this bad he really performs badly his performance in this movie is not funny not charismatic it's just a really tough one to watch and it's so weird because he is a fantastic actor so i don't get it i just don't get it unlike ryan reynolds who was born to play deadpool or robert downey jr who literally is iron man jared leto just comes off as someone trying to portray someone really sad or sick which he does best in a movie like requiem for a dream not morbius this better not be my last one jared leto then begins making sounds that the screenwriter presumably told him like and it comes off sounding like a porno let's just call spade a spade in fact if i actually take away the visual aspect tell me this is not what you'd be listening to can you show this in front of your parents come on this movie is a lot of genres all the bad ones so after getting injected in the spine with some bat dna mixed with human dna giletto then does a performance and turns into morbius while he's doing that a muck from the top sees and notices there's something going on and comes to check out the lab he just checks out the lab and acts like a d-bag because i guess they wrote him as a d-bag he has no character development this person matters zero to the plot but they just needed him to go down to check on the doctor because plot convenience i'm really just not sure what this person's motive was he just comes there to be a dick and then gets scared when something happens like i know they wrote it in just so that he could be made an example of but you got to be a little more smart or clever when you're doing writing like this is this is just plot for plot like it has no actual bearing on the movie otherwise and i just think it's so lazy and a movie like morbius which is people have called it the citizen kane of movies i mean it should it should have a better standard than this turns out morbius has escaped and turned into a bloodsucking vampire bat but everyone's on international waters so the best thing to do when something scary is shoot at it everybody down to the lab now if you replay it he says everyone down to the lab now everybody down to the lab now but he doesn't have a walkie-talkie so he's just saying it everyone down to the lab now who's he saying it to nobody's even close which is hilarious because for whatever reason they hear him and they reply on a walkie-talkie the guy's like i'll be right down buddy i love how morbius takes every shortcut possible in movie making every way you can go wrong mobius does it with like speed it's just beautiful so anyway they morbid up and uh morbius turns into a blood sucking vampire who's going out of control as many movies do i'm not saying this movie steals from other movies but it definitely does the movie should have ended whoa is that the matrix did we get bullet time right there whoa oh keanu reeves making an appearance in this movie of course [Applause] [Music] so yeah we have a little bullet time sequence and yes most of this movie is saved by the cgi as with most movies nowadays oh is this like alien isn't this like the movie alien oh a fob had a movie but hey that's just like you remember alien no one can hear you screaming out of space well morbius nobody wants to hear you scream in international orders so very briefly this turns into a horror movie where mobius just attacks people one by one because he seemingly watched alien or something and wants to attack his prey for some reason i'm not sure why bat dna would make you a rabid person but movie wants the movie so get out of here get out of here person i don't know i've never met has one life get out of here save your family save your kid timmy and your wife melinda tell her i said hello and how about your dad who's suffering from scoliosis is he okay okay so yes morbius uh wrecks everyone that's that's what he does that's that's the theme he then wakes up and realizes he is not a frail fragile man anymore and he doesn't need cane he's actually ripped he's jacked because as we all know back dna to a human makes you jacked it tells you rabid but you get checked so if you want a pump at the gym all you got to do is inject some bat dna into that ass cheek of yours and you will get pumped up morbius then sees what he's done the next day and is like i gotta erase that that is not something i want to have on my conscience and he calls in a mayday in international waters i'm not really sure what the coordinates are and proceeds to jump off the ship into presumably freezing cold waters now i don't know much about bat dna but i'm willing to wager it doesn't get you that far as a swimmer if you're swimming in ice cold waters for presumably days i don't think bat dna is gonna save you but somehow this man jumped into the water not only survived but is in perfect physical condition we have the room please i'm sorry i'm just so entertained by this movie it's so entertaining we are now introduced to tyrese gibson from fast and furious this man can't just ruin one movie he has to be in every bad movie possible um and al madrigal who plays the douchebag you ever see lost boys so these are detectives who need to detectivize to find out that morbius is on the loose and they are now brought in to be detectives i don't have much else to go on guys the characters i don't know anything about al madrigal's character and tyrese i know that he says that he was in the war that's it that's that's all i know about these two people they matter so little are nearly drained of their blood so what hunts at night drinks human blood are we in reality or what are we in because if i was really a detective and i said those words i wouldn't start going vampire i'd be like oh my god there's a weird person on the loose who trans sucks people blood but this movie will have you believe that okay we're going to be morbius and every vampire is just the thing that happens nobody bats an eye for some reason pun intended milo gets a wind of this news and is like oh my god my boy was on international waters maybe he did something meanwhile morbius breaks back into the lab that he was in before i'm sorry before he breaks into his lair he has time to visit his partner martina who is also his love interest um he just wants to see if she's okay and she's doing a okay because she's she's just i'm pretty sure she just got pushed lab one privacy screens privacy screen bro there better be some good privacy screens because last time you said privacy streams that goal came in and also martina came in and now you broke in so privacy screens for who for who bro morb then starts slipping up and he realizes oh my gosh i'm not invincible i'm morbius there's a difference he does the janky leg which is crazy i don't know how they did the special effect it looks wickedly wild janky leg janky leg and then he realizes oh should i drink real blood no no no i'll drink artificial blood and start sucking on it like ribeno as a result of my procedure i have an overpowering urge to consume blood do bats drink human blood i thought that was leeches despite horror movie depictions vampire bats rarely bite humans to feed on their blood they do bite other animals though so i guess that's where it comes from you learn something every day morbius then starts doing his weird thing where he like documents things and he starts jumping off stuff like shaquille o'neal at the nba finals i feel a kinship with these creatures they they would tear anyone else apart but they welcome me he then goes into the bat chamber where they fly across him and he's like whoa they accept me i'm pretty sure that they just know you're holding them captive and they don't want to do anything to mess that up but okay he now feels a kinship towards them which is never explained in the movie besides him saying there is a kinship again this is the writing of a two-year-old i have issues artificial blood keeps me stable for six hours soon i'll face a choice drink the red or die so basically morbius says that his artificial blood lasts about six hours before he turns into sad frail morbius and that he craves real blood and real blood somehow he knows will cure this or make it last longer and as i've learned in my life as long as you make things last longer she'll appreciate it morbius do it for yourself baby nicole michael oh my god how is everyone breaking in what was happening to your privacy screens milo just broke in like easy he just walked in through the doors where's your privacy screens morb what are you doing michael is behind a wall and he is like i am i don't really know what's going on i'm sort of like frail and dying and i need blood and this is easily one of the other funniest parts of the movie unintentionally he writes down blood i'm coming i'm coming i'm coming you're strong milo realizes that morbius is not just drinking blood for fun he's actually doing it to become something and he sees that morbius gets stronger and says the words you're strong you're strong me what mitt you're strong now why is so strong about you me oh you're so strong mate that's like alec matt smith we will make mistakes don't worry about it then they sound like again they sound like a romantic couple arguing just listen to this and tell me this is not an argument between two people who had or having a romantic argument just just listen to it i've never made one like this before michael enough just give it to me give it to me scared by morbius and morbius is left to cry alone jokes he doesn't cry he's morbius sorry for the graphic nature of some of these photos you're a doctor so you know what people look like on the inside weird thing to say not all doctors know that you crazy what the hell is wrong with you some people are podiatrists they knew what people look like on the inside they'd go to jail you kidding me bro these puncture wounds right there those look like fang marks to you el madrigal is so detestable in this movie such a douchebag i i like him but he's a douchebag of this one they just made him the most unlikable detective character that i've seen in a long time so basically he's pressing martina for information regarding what happened during the we'll call it sea incident and she refuses to talk because she doesn't snitch also i don't think she remembers because she was knocked out appreciate your time doctor so that scene just ends there's really nothing else to talk about there she just says she doesn't remember and they leave and the scene's over because morbius is filled with scenes that you don't need to see ah my other favorite scene love this one all right now you tell me i know some people who watch this channel might be or have at least seen a goddamn hospital you you ever seen a hospital that has one floor with a thousand rooms and only one light switch have you well you're about to this poor lady is a victim of the flickering light syndrome that happens in our hospitals all across the globe that feature ghosts or vampires or other demons and she has to run to the light switch because once the lights are on she can finally see everything she runs to light and hits the light switch and it turns on a thousand lights you know just the idea of a hospital having one floor with seven million rooms is it's hilarious to me imagine if someone is like he's dying what room is he in 7634 well he's not going to make it what do you mean well i'm not going to get there i'm in room 3. it's just amazing that morbius hospital only has one room and also morbius is allowed to have bats in his special room love this hospital love it also i think she dies yep that's me you're probably wondering how i ended up in this situation so it turns out morbius is a [ __ ] it's crazy i know how can morbius do this ah i can't believe you've done this he was the character that we all loved he would never hurt anyone besides evil people and then jump off into the water but she's a good nurse she's nursed so many people and although we don't know her name or anything about her we know that she works there and didn't deserve that fate so morbius is now the bad guy morbius wakes up and is like ah crap i killed her and then puts on a hoodie and is like i gotta get out of here because like the good person he is whenever morbius does something wrong he leaves that's what he does he doesn't actually ever own up to his mistakes last time he wrecked some people he left he jumped off a ship literally into the ocean to freeze to death this time he's going to put on a black hoodie and try and get out the establishment of course nobody's questioning why morbes doesn't have a cane even though everybody in the hospital seems to know him you look even better than before that that orange juice is really working out for you bro because that doesn't look suspicious at all huh imagine wearing a hoodie in a place where someone recently got wrecked and putting the hoodie all the way up and taking a backpack with you and walking suspiciously out of a place when you used to have a cane and couldn't walk anyway mobius tries to escape but is confronted by the two detectives and the way that they are confronting him is the funniest i've seen just look at the scene morbius agent stroud now i don't know if you noticed that it actually took me two times before i started laughing uncontrollably at the fact that if you rewind and you look at this footage again there is only one entrance and exit that's why they have that system that allows people to get in and get out it's like a subway you can go straight there's a door that revolves no other doors where are these other two people coming from as you can tell they're walking in every time and they're like morbius we need to talk to you morbs do you know what that implies that they were waiting there this whole time like oh he's coming some morbius we need to talk to ah that's a kid one more time come here come here maurius you're black now oh that's a shadow is that me oh man morbius that's a woman so they just waited there the whole time walking towards people every single time someone came towards them in hopes that it would be morbius so they could get that one single we need to talk to you dr morbius and it probably just it hit him amazing what an amazing scene by the director these two idiots were standing turning their backs not doing detective walk even though someone died in the hospital love that first i want to say thank you because your artificial blood actually shaved my arm in afghanistan they dubbed tyrese saying arm instead of ass that that's very weird not sure why they decided to last minute censor themselves in a movie like this it's morbius does it need censoring does anybody care okay well you don't look anything like you do on the news you've been looking for a cure for your condition your whole life right how does tyrese know that a little bit weird you've been looking for a cure your whole life doc you've been trying out cat food from 3 p.m to 5 p.m going i know everything about you doc i was in afghanistan where you had my arm yeah i know about it because i'm tyrese from fast and the furious morbid time second gear cane crazy experiments maybe on a boat but i'd do just about anything to save a life even take some you know what they say you got to take lives to make lives it's morbid time i don't actually know when it works it's involuntary the last time i morphed it was on the toilet oh you know 125 horizon labs body drain blood initiate locks okay so they find the detectives finally discover there is a body over there which is pretty bad because again it implies that the detectives weren't there for the body they were just hanging out they were just there hey do you want to catch uh do you want to go to the hospital today sure sounds like fun and then someone actually notified them by the way there is a body oh okay well we better get to work so they finally discover there is someone up there and think that morbius has something to do with it and take him in for questioning although maurice does not want to go okay so morbius does some jiu-jitsu because again once you drink bat blood or have it injected not only are you superhuman but you also know asian martial arts morbius then jumps up a hundred stories instead of just exiting out the front door which he probably could have done if he could jump that high but whatever he's morbing he's got that more brain and the cop decides to shoot at him but tyrese is like no no no you're gonna hurt morby don't do it tomorrows morbis then drops his backpack of blood now i i want you to know that this man jumped up a hundred flaws without batting an eye pun not intended no problem but he decided when he was on the rooftop ah this is this is weighing me down the blood is the thing weighing me down and just drops it anywhere and decides i'm gonna take the plunge of my life i'm not really sure why i can't understand why the plot does things when it wants to like morbius is like fully invincible for most of the movie and little things like wearing a bag full of blood is like i can't do it i can't do it i need to throw it away he then gets dragged by the wind and then does the matrix move can anybody explain the scene to me please in the comments please can someone explain what the hell is going on in the scene because i think what's happening is the wind is taking him by storm but have you ever seen winds that capable of making a man almost plunged to his death i just haven't seen it before i'm not really sure what the hell is going on but anyway he succumbs to the wind and he gets up and he sees tyrese pointing a gad at him tyrese doesn't seem to be affected by the wind i'm not sure if it's just black people just don't get affected by wind or white people do tremendously i'm not sure which one it is this might be a statement more than it's capable of in a movie like this but just wow at this rate artificial blood will stop working in a matter of days [Music] i thought it was hours last time bro i thought the artificial blood lasted hours but apparently last days now convenience uh geraldo also has a paper and pen because in most detention centers they allow you to have a pen in case you want to stab people with it they're just like spicing things up holy water really what do you mean really tyrese what do you mean real have you not seen this man do inhumane things like jump out of a hundred story building he also did supernatural moves to the guy the last time we saw al madrigal he was face first on the ground because this guy pummeled him in some jiu-jitsu moves are you kidding me the holy water is the most warranted thing in this goddamn movie bruh eight dead mercs on a boat really doesn't ruffle our feathers pretty sure they were guilty of something and happy to have him off the water that's not how the defect detectivizing walks bro so the detective apparently says you know they might be guilty of something real good cop walk not really sure bat your lawyer's here lawyer huh i don't remember you ever finished in law school so the next scene starts off with milo coming to the rescue to save morbius by pretending that he's morbius is loyal and morbius is like i don't know why i did it man i never knew i had the power to even kill anybody and um his lawyer i guess or slash friend is like no no no you couldn't have done it i know you you would never do something like that unless you're a werewolf we need to get you out of here if i'm in here then nobody else dies michael here's something to keep you going god oh this hey that's really good so milo drops a blood pack at the bottom and is like here bro here you just take that just nobody will see that and then he says guard as if the guard wouldn't see a blood pack there but that's amazing love good work guys as usual let's just pretend stuff doesn't happen because that's the easiest way to get past this movie i pretend it doesn't exist until people remind me great work guys and then milo leaves the detention center the only problem is milo leaves the cane morbius discovers that and realizes milo has been drinking the blood too making him a vampire as well and probably leading him to believe that milo is the one who actually wrecked that nose he then gets so angry he throws the cane with all his power and because he's not morbius the cane doesn't do [ __ ] doesn't even break this is jared leto at normal strength [Music] [Applause] [Music] he then turns into a vampire person again and i zoomed in on it this is some this is some of the worst cgi i've seen from a big budget movie i gotta say that's some ps2 images right there he then jumps out of buildings sort of like spider-man or venom so this movie has borrowed from five or six movies now if you wanted to see all those movies but didn't have time just watch morbius it morbs all these movies into one have you ever wanted to watch the godfather but didn't have time morbius anyway while morbius is jumping and breaking out of prison turns out milo is causing havoc because he's just an evil person why is milo evil by the way maybe it's because of the kids who beat him up that one time that's his backstory kids beat him up once you took the serum even after i warned you oh whoa whoa what am i gonna do lay down and die thank you for the death wish geraldo then finds milo or doctor who whatever you want to call him at this point i don't care and is like what is wrong with you and i was like what is wrong with you jared i like being not handicapped and with a cane and uh jared's like but then you kill people and milo's like i don't give a schnitzel this is a good movie guys this is really i'm so glad that this movie came out when it did and i'm so glad that i paid all that money to watch it in the cinema because hey listen the amount of money i paid for the ticket hell it just pales in comparison to the amount of money i'm gonna have to pay in therapy to get this movie out of my head so you tell me who won i know you let's have some fun come that's how it should have ended they then have the cgi fight scenes cgi can honestly corrupt a good story and morbius is one of the greatest stories i've ever heard it's about a vampire who sucks blood if that's not one of the most original stories i've ever heard in my life then my name isn't really 16 leo on my birth some havoc on some policemen that mean nothing to the movie but are supposed to cause some sort of reaction in the audience where they're like oh he's so evil he's hurting innocent people he goes and he wrecks the people and then jared leto is like ah what the heck and they start fighting each other by the subway so bad blood not only makes you super powerful can do things in slow motion also know jujitsu and other forms of various martial arts as well as makes you a horrible dancer what a side effect guys what a side effect i don't know if i can do it anymore so anyway charletto decides that he could use echolocation to turn into a bat and then he flies in front of a train avoiding milo because milo doesn't want to chase him i only just imagine the train conductor's face being like oh i got another one of these god damn everybody from new york tries to fly on the subway just just because they don't want to pay meanwhile on the street milo watches martina from afar and honestly i don't blame him because she keeps a window open and is in a very very auspicious location where people can be pretty voyeuristic off herself are you a stranger how do you feel incredible i mean i went from dying my entire life to feeling more alive but you also killed like eight people okay well i'm just saying artificial blood keeps me stable i just have to drink it more often four hours 22 minutes down from six it's losing its effectiveness so i'm assuming this is in the comic and probably a good plot i think it's a very interesting detail and uh probably a good one if they actually explored it more is that morbius actually cannot survive on artificial blood alone and the time gets more frequent in which he needs to drink it because it loses its potency until he needs to drink real blood and i think that's a cool concept of ice i thought they were going to use it throughout the plot it doesn't really make an appearance but i think that's part of the comic and it would have been a fun thing to explore if it was actually more urgent anyway while um jared leto is telling martina the story people at the back are trying to pass some counterfeit money and morbes overhears this and uses his morbin stein brain to figure out a plot device as to how to get his new laboratory set up sorry this one's not good check it again morbs then steal some blood or blood packs or something left by emts who decided to not take the blood is anybody in new york competent at anything in this movie or is just everyone gonna be fired from their job they got doctors who can have bats in their own facility they got emts who just leave the most important part of their job on a doorstep for anyone people doing counterfeit money or just openly doing it what a place seriously seriously guys seriously does nobody have a door in new york is is every secret layer just accessible to anyone at any given time this person is doing counterfeit money morbius heals the keys jingling and follows someone to his lair and he walks in and nobody bats an eye pun not intended are you kidding me just do everybody just walks into each other's secret lair at wool is it even a secret lair at this point it's just a humble abode that enemies can walk into is this the part where the mysterious guy with the hoodie comes in and kicks everybody's asses another part who the hell are you oh my god i'd whoever wrote that line needs to go to hell jesus christ christopher cross christ man that is terrible that is terrible is this the part of the movie where the guy transforms into a blood sucking vampire and then has a girlfriend who he has to like save at the end of the day and then fights his best friend and eventually the power of the wool or maybe bat saves his life happens all the time self-aware movie huh are you borrowing from deadpool now what is this movie not borrowing from please tell me a sequence in which this movie hasn't borrowed from is this movie had any original scenes or is this just someone who watched twilight and was like yes twilight slash blade and we got this you can keep all the money all your little toys just leave the science and stuff and a bag of spicy cheetos you need sciency stuff to do counterfeit money operations do you all right okay morbs all right you know it's gone too far at this point what sciency stuff does has to do with the counterfeit money huh he also said you can take all the other equipment so he just does not care about saving anyone's life morbius is an actual d-bag he's actually killed more people in this movie than saved he's the only superhero or anti-hero i don't even know what he is at this point to have more death counts than living counts he's a horrible human being i don't know why i'm siding with morbs a pretty little stinky pinky is that supposed to be a joke i am venom because at this point you're stealing from every movie i just i i would believe it at this point honestly he actually goes so fast to break a bad guy's hand uh which is kind of grotesque in its own way i'm not sure why he'd i guess he can control it now even though the first time he couldn't so he breaks the guy's hand and then says it'll heal up in six to eight weeks just take ibuprofen you should be fine just like a any doctor six to eight weeks little ibuprofen that is not at all how the hand's gonna heal he also broke his hand in like five to ten places i don't know how that's gonna walk but hey it's morbius he doesn't know he's just morbing with his heart [Music] he then does sciency stuff because that needs to happen we need to know that he does sciency stuff meanwhile milo is dancing to a song called have sex [Music] and this goes on for some time and they decided to add both of those clips back to back because they needed time so this movie could hit the 90-minute mark that is just beautiful guys thank you do i know you me yeah yeah and i think so we've met sure man milo then goes out to a club because he's feeling good about himself after have sex have sex uh he meets a girl or well she meets him and hits on him and he's like i probably remember you and he's like nah probably not brava and uh then he buys her a drink to which her boyfriend gets mad drinks has spoken for bro i'm gonna do you a favor let me walk out here actually dude you should probably do yourself a favor and walk out of there because your girlfriend seems to want to be hitting on other men and also still took the drink even though you showed disinterest in her and this person so you better watch your girl instead of wrecking the guy milo just decides to be the bigger person and leaves and then the girlfriend pushes him off and says jerk even though she was the one who hit on him and also was drinking with him so that's lovely milo then leaves for the night and martina breaks into the hospital to get the stuff that morbius needs and of course there's no door why would there be a door it's just a just three lines of tape so the people who did security were like nobody's getting do this guys one two three we'll we'll we'll get it in the morning we'll leave all the evidence there hopefully nobody steals it that would be catastrophic martine turns out not only did she break into the place he did too does anybody in this place have any like idea what to do is this movie just full of incompetent idiots just bumbling around new york can you imagine spider-man who couldn't swing off webs he just had to walk everywhere he's like i'm lazy bro i can't i'm not even gonna refill these webs this is i'm done this is this is the essential this is the movie the cops don't care the villains just villain things the bad guys are not that bad the good guys are not that good martina just doesn't know what the hell she's doing oh god it's so where's vin diesel when you need him we'll have to do that dinner another time martin you dirty son of a [ __ ] people took eight hours to put those three things up there uh anyway i guess milo and martina took and milo asked where the hell jared leto slash morbioli is remember morbioli morbioli give me the formula and morbioli is nowhere to be seen martina as usual doesn't snitch and milo leaves a little bit frustrated but has a plan he's going to stalk them they built a layer in the place in which morbius kicked those guys out and now martina is trying to feed her cat [Music] the next thing that happens is she cuts a finger and even though jared leto is like i'm just a cool person he smells blood and is like i'm gonna bite ya martine our friends not food hey michael i'm sorry apparently they started kissing while i wasn't looking because this movie needs to progress the plot along and although they were just walking with each other a while ago now they're working on each other and hopefully next to each other in bed for the next few years they kiss each other because that's what most patients do and that's what most people who walk together do so if you are ever you know worried about your goal or boy being at work with someone getting too chummy you're right they've been kissing sorry i just ruined a lot of things i'm sorry [Music] milo then creepily looks from across the new york state bridge and presumably says who you morbid now baby um he sees them kissing and he's like i know exactly where you are and i also know what you like martina he seems like a jealous boyfriend do the average male body has 12 pints of blood in them i mean how much do you think the doctor can drink when's the last time you had 36 beers when's the last time you had any beers i'll go grab the footage i don't want you to have to move or anything what is wrong with this dude why is he so like uptight i just don't get what his character was supposed to be did they write it down they were like okay al you're gonna be like an annoying human being and i was like ah any day bro i don't get it i wouldn't want you to have to go do anything like what about their relationship suggest that they don't like each other or have any playful banter that's not the doctor that's what these bloodsuckers do they multiply so i guess they figured out that the doctor is not the only one sucking blood and there's someone else on the loose are they going to help find him probably not the prime suspect renowned scientist orbeez remains at large murders suggest the killer so anyway that guy from the start of the movie who i don't really remember his name uh is looking on trying to figure out what's happening and he's like morbius what have you done but then he also sees that the other person milo the two students that he used to take care of in greece all that time ago are both possibly wrecking people and he's like i need to get to the bottom of this to be a copycat how do you go the whole movie without saying the words copy bat are you serious you had one chance this whole movie you had one chance to say copy bat and you must you soiled it i am reborn do you disapprove what's the matter nicholas it's daddy cross i'm sorry uh i must i must have missed some context while i was banging my head against the concrete wall when the movie was playing but i did not know nicholas was the father of uh milo because he said is daddy cross is daddy cross mate so nicholas comes to see milo and milo instantly confesses that he is indeed a killer and a rampant vampire person and like i said says the words is daddy cross implying that that's his father which is weird you know what's even weirder if he isn't his father and milo just said the words is daddy cross implying that these two have been following let that one sink in please someone tell me in the comments what what that is is is it his father or are they not father and which one is creepy or go if anyone has a claim to be my favorite it's you i've devoted my life to you liar dude you pitied me before you were pulsed by me now devoting your life to him but not being your dad weird is is he daddy or is he dead or what is he i still i'm very weirded out by that line i'm just going to ignore it and move on anyway they have a fight and um nicolas is like yes i am repulsed by the things that you do to which milo then says and kills him they wrote that in the script they wrote in the script they were like matt smith and we'll cgi it and matt was like are you sure this seems like a stupid uh movie are you sure and they're like matt we'll pay you way so much money and he was like i'll do anything you want brother and so that's what happened anyway nicholas apparently is wrecked because he got super punched out of this world back to morbius and martina morbius is making a formula that will actually put an end to himself yes that's right morbius will not drink human blood because he just doesn't believe in that and he would rather die than drink human blood so he makes the serum that will put him to sleep for the rest of his days and he gives it to martina and is like you take this and you give it to me tomorrow i'll be forced to consume human blood and i can't do that i won't do that i need you to go now it's not safe here okay [Music] i need you to go now it's not safe here okay i thought uh while i was watching this it took me a few tries but i did realize that the way that he put his hand on martina is reminiscent of the way he put his hand onto milo earlier and i compared the scenes and it's the same there's a love triangle going on in morbius and i think it needs to be explored orbeez on his way out gets a call from nicholas who says i need help he runs over to the house because he knows exactly where nicholas is and he realizes that nicholas has no time left and is going to pass away morbius then realizes he has to get revenge but before he does milo has taken his girl captive put out for him i want him to hear you no [Music] this basically sets up for the climax of the film and the climax much like a really really poor performing sexual star does not last it's one of the worst climaxes i've seen in a movie it goes so fast it's so abrupt it doesn't explain anything and it just skips to the credits as fast as it could it's almost like morbius the movie wanted to finish by itself it's like i don't even want to watch this the movie wanted to end prematurely so what happens is he's like call out for him and then he sort of kills martina and morbius goes and sees that martina is dead and then kisses her but then she bites his lip drawing blood from him and then he bites her and i think because she got a taste of his blood and then he bit her she turns into a vampire [Music] but not yet we're not supposed to know this she you think she's dead so morbis gets a taste of some real blood and bites his girlfriend uh which is the only correct way to give someone a hickey it's to puncture them um and then he goes and fights milo who's still in a suit even though he's transformed many times this dude managed to wear a suit all that time they then drew cgi fight scenes for the next five to ten minutes and at this point in the cinema i was just crying over the fact that i had lost the money i spent watching this movie morbius then realizes he cannot defeat his friend so he needs to call his bats at the start of the movie for help because he's not capable of doing anything himself because he's a codependent so he calls the bats and they come thousands of bats polluting the scene you can't really even see what's going on nothing really is happening and i think morbius drives a stake through his friend's hot i think uh this leads milo to start talking like a like i don't know rabbit from water hold down or whatever you can't kill me stop killing me cook you cook you [Music] really did this they really did this huh unbelievable morbius is uh then transformed back to jared leto and then this guy transforms back into doctor who he then leaves the place because every time he kills someone or does something bad instead of confessing or owning up to something he always leaves because he's a [ __ ] and he escapes with the bats his girlfriend martina wakes up and she's now a vampire because that's how that works he can also fly now apparently which he couldn't do before they fly now they fly now the first time you couldn't actually even fly a second time you had to use the subway's wind the third time he actually went upwards and outwards i guess the bats are helping him fly because that's what they do i don't know how it works either but he flies and the end credits sequence is something with michael keaton and other people not really relevant to morbius because morbius deserves its own movie and nobody else should be in it and that is the movie do the detectives play any part in it do they help at all no and no does the girlfriend die or have any actual significance to the plot no does milo really have a good backstory no does nicholas even exist do you even remember who nicholas is probably not this movie is one of the greatest disaster pieces i've ever seen in cinema when i watched the movie and it was done i literally sat past the credits bewildered at the fact that sony managed to put this movie out a month later i was bewildered at the fact that they had the audacity to re-release it thinking people actually liked this movie because they memed it which just goes to show how much boomer-ism happens in sony that they think oh yeah people are memeing this movie we definitely should re-release it so people watch it not the best idea because as i said it made three hundred thousand dollars in a thousand theaters which is not only less than a recoup but a massive failure this movie is not good and it shows that audiences even though they like cgi movies and even though we've become a bit more brain dead as an audience i think that's fair to say i still think that an audience deserves a great movie regardless and great movies can be made with cgi avengers infinity war great most of the iron man's great cgi can be used to make movies amazing but they cannot tell a story and that is what morbius lacks heart and soul i don't know what else to say other than this movie has really just gave me the heebie-jeebies and um i hope that they make a sequel because i would love to see how they how they do that this movie is like fantastic for the first time
