all right guys here we go back with another long assassin's creed valhalla video uh you guys are amazing thanks for likes this series it means a lot because i'm doing longer videos than i normally do uh granted it does take a lot more time to make the videos but i think it's worth it i think it's this is a game when i play it i get immersed into it so the supports greatly appreciated so if you with your life just now but i can get you out of this room what do you say i don't know there is much work to be done stop forget about alliances and responsibility for just a few hours we could take a ride to grand the bridge or somewhere nearby for a change of pace that sounds lovely and too far to consider just now but thank you avor maybe another time now what was it you needed all right i'll wait so so you can keep you can be persistent with this okay i want to see the alliance map all right here's my worry i might as well do this quest anyway so just power 90 90 130. i'm i'm nowhere near being able to do these this is a this is kind of where i'm worried about this a little bit because it's like i want to keep going this game but i'm worried because maybe the power doesn't matter i fight this game so long it shouldn't even have a power like these they should they shouldn't be both 90. everything should be to where hey when you complete it you're close to where you're needing to be you know because that is this is kind of what i was afraid of where i want to keep going but i'm what am i i have changed my mind let me see something really quick i should go hold on let me just check my character so i need to be 90 right and i am 63. i literally would have to play half of the game that i've already played i've put like i don't know how many hours into uh i have to do a ton of side stuff just to get like near because my worry is if i do this at power 63 that next was probably gonna be like 150 and i'm gonna be like 80 by then you know and it's gonna keep getting tougher and tougher until the end of the game i just wish there's a fast way to like level up your character let's um let's do this really quick randy take a break let's make for granda bridge shire and get you out of this musty room do you mean now right now of course you said you were tired of all this so why not stretch your legs and fill your lungs i did ask didn't i you're right lead the way a war follow me all right so these videos are gonna be kind of blending together so there might be a i don't know if this is like obviously i'll have to split this up a little bit because i expected to go to the alliance map and keep going but this quest pops up today this trip is for us just you and me is that a problem not at all so long as i get some air and sun i will be fine i spend too much of my day in the longhouse we'll need to cross the river at some point if we want to enter grander bridgeshire if you know a better way i would love to hear it but the valkyrie effigy across the river at some point if we want to enter grand prix shire if you know a better way i would love to hear it is swimming not an option swimming i don't know are you joking a boat or a horse would always do but i'm not opposed to the more traditional methods lucky for you have a horse that can swim that's so funny though it's kind of cool being able to interact with her character because she was you know she's always she said she was kind of burned out essentially she didn't say those exact words but you can kind of tell by how she was talking all right let me i'm gonna start to stop my stuff really quick just to make sure uh i don't lose anything use them record for this long i uh get kind of nervous so give me one sec guys all right guys sorry for the weird cut here we go uh right now we're headed way over here which can't really fast travel there let me see where actually it's taking me all the way oh it's over here i was like where am i going it says i wanted to cross the river and i did but then it feels like i'm going to be going the other way now we'll just go let's take the horse this way it's moving pretty quick we'll follow the river this way and then if i need to cross i will poor stamina still going strong i do want to do a raid and get some more supplies to do the other mission uh back at the camp area that is essentially it might just unlock stuff i don't know we haven't got all the settlement options open yet so it really is lovely here i have not been this far east of the settlement isn't that awful you think safety awful to live one's life in so small a pen hear stories from you and scouts without ever venturing further gods do you smell that the earth and the air it is good to be out here i'll say this the one thing i'm a little bit nervous about going forward in this game is that i'm so under leveled compared to what it's requesting me to be at but it seems that everything's been pretty easy so far what is that this is where the summer army retreated when grinder bridge was lost they seem to have resettled the city in full now right right i know this lands so well by its map but to see it in person brings it to stunning life a roman marvel i will not soon forget this site i didn't think about this so we're just getting out essentially we're just going like an afternoon drive with a horse you know but this mission has to do something right it can't just be we're going there some some kind of drama has to take place and here we are welcome to grand bridge we should make our way to the longhouse oh it's bigger than i imagined rustic woody beautiful and everything seems quite new under so much guidance the summer army built this town up from a small village they wanted a hub for trade near london and a launching point for incursions into wessex well it is impressive some interesting architectural ideas here too i think we're good hey everybody it's been quite a while since i've seen your face around here i know you i think one of soma's loyal men magni is it yeah good memory good to see you again this is ranvi a dear friend and a sturdy fighter well mate randy avo seems to have a preference for befriending lovely women you know i noticed the same thing i expected more people about magni has something happened summer rounded up some warriors and took them west she's hoping to open a new trade route with oxygen of order only now in times of trouble i have discovered that i am not the surrogate leader i should hope to be what sort of trouble oh a pack of surely bandits having camp nearby to the east of the water's edge they attack all merchants who travel here by river or road and world is spreading quickly it's keeping traders at bay they could [ __ ] your town if it carries on too long it's crippled me already the bastard stole my horse yesterday i'm gonna say happy to help so what we can take care of them magni and if we don't find your horse we will steal you a new one well that will ease my mind i have nothing to offer you for this deed but the bandits surely would take from them what you like good consider the matter handled abor come we have a camp to raid you know this actually is nice because if i can do a raid and get some supplies at the same time yo that's like a win-win the bandits are camped on the river he said east of the water's edge you volunteered us for a fight ranvi is that your idea of a pleasant ride through the country it must be i surprised even myself away from your table for a day and already you're lusting for blood a feeling you must know well now i have always wanted to experience the world as you do and now i will unless you have a more interesting day planned for us we will help magni and clear these bandits but do not be rash when free labor we are champions of grand bridge do you know of any other towns that need liberating you don't think we have had enough drama for one day we should return to the settlement or we could have that fighters might that's got to be like the exclusive thing like if you beat this person i'm gonna guess that that's what you get for this you know all right so let's do both of those oh should i the next area i'm hoping this gives me some xp to help me at least get closer to 90 before i begin the next like little bit but we just never know there's a stable back there i could see if i can increase some stuff but i think i'm good right now we should go top speed once we get out of here all right here we go yeah i just feel like they the way they've got it set up right now this game having the level block thing does kind of scare me i did watch a review of this game that said that they've essentially beat everything in the game uh all the quests and everything and then it wanted you to be like 250 is like the final area apparently and like at the rate i'm going i'm like 20 plus hours in and i'm only level like 60 something so i don't know there's gotta be like a farming spot i can find otherwise i'm gonna be here a long time yo look at this giant tree it's the tree from shawshank redemption troll curse corruption lurks here aries curse finding this for the source on the world wait what it's cursed finding destroy i don't know what that's all about i have to come back to that yo having these perks where your horse can swim is insane it honestly makes like a world of difference because you don't have to hop off across the water you can just keep it going stamina is just the only issue right now now when i play this game i just get so lost into it you know see where we're going look there that must be the tower take the bridge take the bridge uh oh right here no there's a lot of stuff right here see something gold over there oh it's below us why not go after all the shiny stuff in the game but all right we actually made it to the right spot here we go just as beautiful as soon as stories tell can you imagine how it looked when it was first built hundreds of winters ago sometimes when looking at a map i imagine little people in their little armies traversing the land and now staring at these ruins i imagine people of old how they lived never knowing what would become of their monuments you have a fertile imagination i want a view from the top shall we lead on maybe i get the actual thing from over here because it does say it's below us right here 30 down here maybe something weird well she knows something's here mind where you put your fingers these stones are old and weathered i love that they put this much detail into the game though like the area seems more interactive now i don't know after you beat the game if it's gonna still feel that way but you climb well for one who falls maps you just but i have raised the frames of longhouses and hammered the ribs of longships my hands are calloused from hard work i do feel like this is uh a game that might look at this be the longest one of the year for sure a stunning view it reminds me of my early years in norway how i used to climb the hills beyond the wood you have an adventurous heart i hardly see it behind the table but now i've watched you scale a tower in first soaking wet i was rowdy in my youth hunting sailing i was a wildling of the open air before i became the staunch and stoic woman married off in service of peace between two clowns a noble and worthy role but not one i had ever imagined for myself you would have made a fine wondering warrior a young speaking free to come and go as she pleased i think so too it may be we would have sailed together over the open seas raiding or traveling or faced each other on the field of battle without your marriage to siegers to secure peace our clans might still be at war true very true thank you for today every bit of it has been a dream man and i'm not keen to wake then don't you can stay here as long as you like yes what was that oh no i am i'm sorry i shouldn't have i got away from myself no need to really well done this one was just kind of chill one it's kind of an intermission between me going to the next area you know i must have returned to the settlement i'm kind of glad i have to go all the way back to actually finish that should i try to get this stuff before i go take it for granted okay take it for granted i'm guessing is your uh your free time is what that's basically talking about all right we got to go back and talk to her anyways so i guess it works out what can we get here guys assassination damage and then also this one guy it's weird because i'm gonna have to respect anyway so i don't know what i want to do yet i may not even change my gear i don't know yet uh head shot damage stealth damage let me go for this one because the stealth recon seems like it'd be really really good 65 let's go i would have two i have two more wait a minute i got two levels or four four levels off that uh let's see stealth damage go ahead and grab this one like i did that backwards automatically highlights enemies and crouched and undetected yo so that's just a passive trade that's not even uh okay interesting uh what i'll wind up doing though gosh should i go for this stuff i can't imagine it's better than what i currently have on because i now that i've seen all the stats and everything my horse is just chilling man i swear playing this game i feel like shadow the colossus i feel like the scalar like there's something big hidden out there that i have not seen there has to be right the like a scale of this game like can you could you imagine if we're sitting there playing and all of a sudden like way out in the distance right there like the little uh tower whatever it is like a giant hand popped up out like a gods and monsters type thing that that would be so sick i think we gotta go under here we go uh let's see oh we're going all the way down welp if i die down here i swear we got to get moving with the chests we got some carbon i'll take it all that's up there so how do i can i get out of here this way i hope so because i'm going this way more some more loot there some more silver i'll take it halfway so yeah this has to be right all right we made it nice um i guess i'll just keep it going from that spot all right i think i might just fast travel back is there not a spot where we can hold on let me see on the map really quick what is this thing considered uh let's look at the legend really quick what is that symbol treasure horde map okay saying it's like right over there but i don't oh it might you know it's probably up top guarantee what's up top over here we'll climb it and then uh i'm gonna probably leave the area and go go all the way back because i feel like we have been getting you know it's funny i wasn't saying sidetracked but the entire game is played like that you know it's not like i'm missing by exploring because it's like when you play the game you just it's more cut scenes and you get to know like the characters and stuff but each individual quest chain has been its own entity it's just like watch dogs 2 where there's like the overall story but there's like all these mini stories per like per episode basically can i go this way it's gotta be all the way up here can you imagine if you had a stamina bar that would be a wrap i would have fallen like 50 different times all right it's got to be up here yeah there's no other way around it oh it's right there okay this almost feels like a synchronization point got it nice all right we got that let's head on back i could get this gear but i'm not going to worry about it right now the thing is i can always come back there if i need to uh or should i just go ahead and grab it it's an underground entrance but problem is i don't want to spend too much time doing that oh i do you know what i did need to do oh man i really need to let me do a raid really quick and then i'll head back over here because i i need to get this thing increased because that's going to help out oh no it's this one the house yep let me go to this raid really quick i can go here and then i can go down should give us enough loots hopefully raids are really easy in this game but i feel like i don't quite need to do them over and over but every now and then i just want to get them out of the way so i get the materials because that's all you're really needed for [Music] the world to the swan listen to that person talking that's kind of creepy uh all right world this is kind of a good like yeah we gotta keep turning around it's down this way okay that's not that one which one would be oh it's over here here we go you know what i low key could just like not take this and just use my horse which i think i'm about to because if i have to cross water it won't really matter will it that was a waste of time all right let's get it done i don't hear the whistle when i do that now there was a giant update before i played this game it was like a few gigs i think so i don't know what exactly was fixed or changed i didn't notice any screen tearing now on ps5 i haven't checked the series x yet i've been kind of jumping back and forth for the series i'm doing on ps5 though but i felt like uh everything else should be fine i'm just gonna run in there and call my troops here call long ship where's the uh distrust area yeah i gotta i mean i guess i could like a raid is supposed to be a raid right here we go i ain't trying to sit here and be stealthy for the next 30 minutes all right let's get this party started oh yeah we gotta get keys that was perfectly tied let's go got him this also helped me out as far as getting materials xp kind of just the best of everything you know come on let's go one hit from that and then you take him out also i can get the secretization point here in a minute too uh this one's right here oh barrel must be over in this other area oh bring your fate all right nice a little bit of help there i'll take it oh it's in here got him yeah it's got to be around this side i think everything's in a building wait is that easy we take them out really quick open this door up so then they can help me get this out all right nice we'll go ahead and loot everything we can rations are full there we go my hope is this thing does not get glitched sometimes this guy glitch on the other raids okay so somebody showed up at least here we go all right we got some assistance now we got raw materials i'll take it everything else should be good we got supplies and raw materials so the whole point i'm trying to get is all this stuff we need a key though he's in there can i just break this door down i can force it open let's go give me a hand over here yeah let's get it it does so much damage let's go you're gonna burn out buddy jesus i haven't had to heal much either i think it's because i got that that gear gear set on hey i probably should have waited already dead you will stay what go ahead and grab everything else i can unlock this door this is the last one and this should end it right hey come here hopefully that should be enough to upgrade everything back at the camp raid completed nice dang a little stuff we're getting i'm gonna tell you raids are insanely beneficial armor rune like we haven't got anything like that in a long time you know you just play the game generically without doing any side stuff you don't get hardly anything i feel like this is uh i'm gonna make sure i got all this stuff uh we do have this which i don't know if this is a big deal king of mercia i think we're done all right now i can head back that was actually nice let me get the synchronization point then we'll roll out shouldn't be too far away yet oh it's actually uh it's not too far away we should be all right i do wait he's gone i might as well use my horse for this not gonna spend too much time on it i just think that for what they made i don't know how long this game took to make versus like odyssey or the other ones in general but i i just feel like as much stuff as in this game there hadn't have been like a a batch of things they've taken from other assassin's creed games hey let's do a quest to your quest there the overall story though has just been really really unique you know cause there's so many story lines all right let's climb this get this synchronization points there's also another item right there i'm not gonna worry about it i'm here for the fast travel purposes only down the road if i ever need it this is me helping the future version of myself playing this game uh can i not go around no okay there we go i was about to say here we go i gotta get something to drink really quick i've been playing for a long time all right we should be good a lot of stuff on the map now we also got the fast travel point unlocked we got two more down there i might go again eventually but the suggested power level for a lot of this stuff now goes 90 to 163 42 20 130. um i don't know man it's gonna be tough either way let's head back we'll upgrade everything we possibly can and then i'll get the alliance map get the next quest started or the next uh yeah the alliance map story lines you know it's almost like they just have hey let's make a bunch of small assassin's creed games in in one you know this game does have the overall theme and like the main story in general but i feel like we're a long way it's like if you take five hours of game play at the beginning and then you take let me heal up you take five five hours of makes sense gameplay and then you squeeze in i don't know 60 to 70 hours of stuff that doesn't quite let me upgrade nice can i upgrade again oh i can i need to get these these rune slots fixed up because if you look i don't have any runes right there i can put in those slots i only got these stacked up and i have two on each one for that reason i don't know if they're like the only other items i have or what it shouldn't be though all right let's go over here i think her area was back this way i think is this one wait is it oh no it's back up here we go wow she's her stuff is so far back here what in the world i forgot how much further he had to go all right here we go we can upgrade this now building costs we have that 800 that's a lot here we go unlocks visions quest whatever that is this will do thank you ever anything to help you feel at home i am most at home helping others may we return to the subject of your visions we could if you think it worth something i need one more ingredient to finish an elixir for you look around the pond there you will find what i require once brewed this elixir will help you dive deeper into your visions to see them more clearly all right collect the plants the potions okay how far away are the plants i wonder oh they're over here here we go going around it looks like or maybe not we got two already yeah i can see him on that side but i need to go up top here we go i've had a lot of fun playing this game getting lost in it man i'm telling you i'm i'm taking back when i played death stranding it got to be like december i'd finished everything else is the only thing left and i was just playing it nonstop when i sat down a plane i would be like all right i'm gonna dedicate a few hours to this and uh see what happens earlier i don't know if i was gonna take i know it's going to take some damage i don't know how much that's actually going to be here we go i have the plants you need good good once added to the elixir it will be ready to drink in taking this you will have access to the all father's wisdom you will walk the path of odin and live as he lived so long ago prepare yourself for a journey into another time another plane the elixir is ready it will taste like misery itself but it will open your mind to the sights and sounds of the nine worlds all right try the potion suggest power 90 well there goes nothing i guess yo that's so pretty look at that giant tree in this like castle area what in the world yo this is so cool looking it feels like the atlantis thing that they put in odyssey i never actually got a chance to play it but the color scheme you see the trees pop in and out that's funny yo this is such a weird change of pace from the normal missions we've done the prophecies of the nor near are as clear as daylight the ac are doomed all asgard is doomed repeat the last passage brothers will fight one another and kill one another the home of the gods turns red with gore it will be an age of storms an age of wolves not this further along the foretelling of a wolf a great beast the wolf fenrir howls terribly before the gates to hell the beast will break its bonds and run and my part what about me then comes the second great sorrow when the harvey goes to fight the wolf and falls to fenrir and falls to fenrir it's there you see you have foretold my death your harvey will die we speak what we see we know your fate your destiny have you cleaned enough a wise one here's the thing i don't quite understand the one thing i'm kind of curious about so maybe the mission is just designed like this but it changed my character from her to him it's like the armor's exact same everything all right man is bound by destiny life is what you make of it why struggle and fight if we are about threats stretched between anchored points without hope life is a prison not a gift life is the music that comes from playing those threads that is what lifts our spirits and fills our hearts i am no string to be plucked or tied i am the high one the lord be the best looking area in the game granted it's not even really technically in the game or the game we're used to unless we can come back here later on that would be a tragedy if we could not because this is easily the coolest looking area we've seen so far uh my only worry is can i this is an entire yo hold on where am i on the map let me see oh wow yo there's a whole yeah this is a whole area by itself what in the world uh i really want to see if i can jump off here oh my god where am i landing guys that totally will work reach the great hall yo i'm so confused right now to deal with these invaders though you cannot smash your way out of certain death who crushed the skull of trimmer king of the yotnar who is balls we are as guardians we don't skulk around like elves we fight we are fighting for our homes for our people but some problems can't be solved with the hard end of a hammer name one harvey break our stalemate what is this another invasion warriors from huertenheim bridge yo check it out i mean it's you got the greek mythology and all this stuff down hold on everybody run away let's go yeah this is so sick i'm gonna be honest man this game just keeps getting better and better this bridge now is this the same bridge from the movie and stuff i can't remember this feels like it is i give this battle to myself yo check it out break the heavy on blades we will drown our enemies in blood we're fighting oh that i don't know which which thor movie what was the avengers i don't know which one it was but your fight they fight on the bridge at some point in the movie i don't remember i'm guessing this is the same bridge and everything but i could be wrong yo we got everybody with us this is so sick i just want to see some some lightning hammer strikes all going on i heard it you could get his hammer in the game as an actual weapon but i don't know if it's like i don't know how this works loki and everybody like i just took out this guy yo look at the ability the other characters using like that's so sick teleporting oh my god this is what i was worried about right here i do no damage come on come on come on come on come on oh i got it let's go imagine having to fight that guy no way loki was charged with guarding this gate yet it was left open i was harvey i found this one lurking in the shade shying from battle shall i extract some teeth to get him talking or pluck out an eye you were told to guard this portal loki what happened the portal opened and these soldiers came bleeding through so i sent warnings straight away and i captured this one the soggy child [Laughter] sheepherder what is your name stranger i am called the builder by most he wants your name not your trade if i have another name it's not within my memory filter it's been for as long as i've been building things are you with the giants what can you offer i'm going to say this do you come from jotunheim i do but i did that is to say i passed through but i am not off that place which pleases me well for i hated it had you any dealings there as a builder yes for a time but they took a dislike to my methods which are shall i say magical in nature when someone gives you a horse you ride it i put a bridle on this one is that right builder are you a gift host or a secret curse neither i won i am only a tool one with hopes to be well used this portal has been a source of misery for some time i want it sealed with respect this is not the only way the yetna can enter asgard may i propose a more encompassing solution i'm going to say uh quite a coincidence that you came when you did at the tail end of a brutal attack that i came when i did was by design i have been among your enemies for so long i know how they hunker for your demise if you doubt me i could offer a demonstration a demonstration yes and if he fails to impress we hoist his skin as a sail i'll accept these terms with the last condition i would need water from your well of our sacred sites loki halt i will go to the well you must find this builder clearing for his display no no it's no trouble harvey the damp in the dark appealed to me go with the builder then return to the great hall with news of our next step as you command an interesting offer a furious coincidence okay so anytime i can wake up from the dream i don't know what i'll do yet if i want to keep going this area or do more quests and i mean this area is awesome i like this actually better than the other area for right now at least i've i've only been here for a short amount of time but i'm gonna stop here for now thank you guys so much all the support again i didn't i did not expect this at all this is probably like the biggest surprise of the game for me so far i'm guessing yeah if i want to wake up here's my here's my wonder can i just come back here whenever i want to because if i can i don't know man well traveled i mean does this even count as like uh let me see if it's like a main quest okay so is this i don't know what this is considered i don't know if it's main or i have no i have no idea my hope is i can come back here i might actually test it before i do the next part just to double check but let me increase my skills i could use this area to like level up my character as well uh stealth damage melee damage let's get that one oh it's gonna open up this whole other column what does this thing do hold on battleground bolt what throw it at the enemy range damage was to say wave the wolf oh man i want to get this melee damage first that's going to open up another column hold on what does this dig do stealth adrenaline wow while in stealth gain adrenaline by looting these are like passive perks too power level 69 we'll keep it there uh should be good we upgraded this but i didn't want to i mean it takes so long to just get it to this i don't like this one too much because the predator bow is not quite ideal for most combat situations so anyways you guys are amazing i'll catch on the flip side take it easy guys
