hey everyone it's hermit so you just pulled Encore and you're wondering how to play her or where to even start well you've come to the right place in this video we'll be covering everything about Encore and how to play her Encore is a five-star Fusion DPS character wielding a rectifier despite her cute appearance Anor can use her attacks and abilities to dish out huge damage to unsuspecting opponents before we get into it let's point out some pros and cons to Encore for pros she does tons of damage she can be pretty safe to play as she can dish out damage from range and she has different play Styles making her fun to play however some cons of Encore are that she can be a little tricky to grasp especially without proper knowledge of her kit as well as rectifiers not being the best weapon for pairing enemies now that you know a little bit about Encore let's talk about encore's skills and abilities her basic attack is pretty simple she does up to four consecutive attacks dealing Fusion damage however pressing basic attack again after a basic attack four causes Encore to perform woolly strike dealing even more Fusion damage Dage encore's heavy attack consumes stamina and attacks the target dealing Fusion damage encore's midair attack consumes stamina to perform a plunging attack dealing Fusion damage her resident skill flaming woolies summons her companions cloudy and Cosmos to attack with burning Rays dealing Fusion damage Encore can cast a skill again once flaming woolies ends to cast energetic welcome dealing Fusion damage in one last burst encore's resonance Liberation causes her to lose control and enter a new form called Cosmos Rave in this this form anor's abilities are changed her basic attack now goes into melee range and performs four consecutive attacks dealing Fusion damage and it's important to note that even in this state this is counted as basic attack damage and not resonance Liberation damage so keep that in mind encore's heavy attack also changes consuming stamina to deal Fusion damage which is again considered heavy attack damage and not resonance Liberation damage encore's resonance skill in the state fires a quick x-shaped projectile dealing multiple instances of fusion damage which is considered resonance skill damage encore's Forte circuit is called black and white woolies she can charge up her forte Gauge by gaining distance when hitting enemies with basic attacks resonance skills and intro skills when her forte gauge is full she can use her heavy attack in order to consume all stacks of dissonance and enter her dissonance state in which she can charge up a big attack which deals resonance Liberation damage and reduces damage taken by enemies by 70% while it's active however if she casts her forte circuit while in her alt it deals AE damage around her while she's charging casting her forte circuit in her residence liberation state causes Anor to lose Cosmos Rave so ideally you want to cast her forte circuit just as her Liberation is about to end switching characters does not interrupt her forte circuit meaning that you can swap characters as soon as you start charging it up in order to maximize DPS her intro skill is pretty simple she attacks a Target dealing Fusion damage for her outros scope she generates a flame Zone centered around the target with a radius of 3 m continuously burning targets inside dealing Fusion damage every 1.5 seconds for 6 seconds at Ascension rank two Anor can unlock an adherent skill called angry Cosmos which increases her damage dealt by 10% as long as she is above 70% HP meaning that Anor wants to be above 70% HP at all times to gain this buff at Ascension rank four Anor can unlock the inherent skill Wooly's cheer dance whenever she cast her resident skill her Fusion damage bonus is increased by 10% for 10 seconds encore's mind Forte nodes give enor Fusion damage and attack percent now that we know about all of anor's skills the skill priority I recommend is residence Liberation first followed by Forte circuit and then resident skill third with basic attack and intro skill last but eventually you'll probably want to Max all them out though as she's probably going to be our main DPS and maximizing your damage output is never a bad thing here are all the materials that anore needs to ascend and upgrade her skills let's now talk about encore's resonance chains and see if they're worth it for her S1 when a basic attack hits a Target encore's Fusion damage bonus is increased by 3% which can be stacked up to four times for 6 seconds her S2 lets her restore an additional 10 resonance energy when casting her basic attack Wooly's attack or resonance skill energetic welcome this can be triggered once every 10 seconds for her S3 the damage multiplier of resonance Liberation cloudy frenzy and resonance Liberation Cosmos rupture is increased by 40% for her S4 resonance Liberation Cosmos rupture increases the fusion damage bonus of all team members by 20% for 30 seconds for her S5 resident skill damage bonus is increased by 35% and lastly her S6 during resident Liberation Cosmos Rave Encore gains one stack of lost lamb every time she deals damage each stack increasing her attack by 5% for 10 seconds stacking up to six times I don't really think anor's resence chains are really that impactful or needed for her to be good as according to calculations by prideinn who have really good info by the way I'll link their website in the description the differences between a s0 and S6 Encore is only 27% but if you love Encore and enjoy playing her then no one's stopping you from maxing her out now for Echo sets on Encore you mostly want a five-piece molten rof set which gives you Fusion damage percent increase by 10% at two pieces and an additional Fusion damage increase of 30% for 15 seconds upon using a resident skill at of five piece you want Inferno Rider as your first Echo slot for the ability which allows you to transform into infernal Rider striking up to three times dealing a lot of damage while also generating resonance energy and granting a fusion and basic attack damage boost Inferno Rider's third hit can be swap cancelled if you're struggling to get a five-piece molten Rift set you can settle for a two-piece molten Rift two-piece lingering Tunes or five-piece lingering Tunes as good Alternatives but they will not be as good as the five-piece molten Rift for Echo cost and main stats you want to go 43311 with a four cost main stat as crit rate or crit damage depending on what you need three cost should be two Fusion damage percent main stats and the one cost should be two attack percent main stats for sub stats your priority should be crit rate and crit damage then energy recharge until you have about a 120% energy regen honor then attack percent flat attack basic damage percent for encore's weapons her current best in slot is yinin signature weapon string Master as it gives a big attack boost and has a big crit rate substat according to prideinn it is 14% better than her second best option Cosmic ripples which you can get on the standard Banner it offers High base attack and attack perc substep boosting encore's damage if you're willing to buy the battle pass the rectifier can be a good option if you don't have any of the five stars as it has a good crit rate substat and has a nice ability which grants attack percent when her resident Liberation is cast Jinzo keeper is another good four-star alternative that provides a good amount of attack for Encore however if you have none of these options some three star options that you can use to get started are rectifier of the Knight and guardian rectifier as for encore's teams she has two main types of teams that you can run in firstly The Encore hyper carry team consists of Encore as the main DPS then you want sanwa for her outro skill which has a 38% basic attack damage buff while also putting her on the moonlit Cloud set to increase attack by another 22.5% for 15 seconds in the last slot you want Verina for her buff which boosts all party members attack by 20% for 20 seconds while also having her on the rejuvenating glow set which upon healing allies increases the attack of the entire team by 15% lasting 30 seconds if you don't have Arina baiji can be a good substitute as well if you want to play Encore in a quick sop team you can have Encore in your first slot followed by Havoc Grover or yinlin as they can dish out loads of damage in a short amount of time followed by Verina or baji in your final slot and if you want you can also use Jan Shin in your final slot as she can provide good grouping Shields heels and parries for your team for encore's basic rotation you ideally want to cast her intro skill followed by her Echo and then resonance skill then casting her resonance Liberation use her resonance skill followed by four basic attacks resident skill again followed by four more basic attacks and Resident skill then triggering her forte skill with the heavy attack then swapping out with the outro skill this simple rotation will help you maximize your damage while being easy
