featuring 8 generous bedroom suites all and suite the penthouse floor contains two separate penthouse apartments each with two bedrooms reception area bathroom kitchen and occupies an entire wing of the property there is also a sauna and a secret passageway all off the property moreover there is also a gymnasium and indoor football pitch and an outdoor equestrian yard with stables even further there are two conservatories a gallery study library and a 50-seat private movie theater okay so why doesn't anyone want this thing well it's just expensive yeah the upkeep to this place is gonna weigh down anyone's bank account and it's nestled in an expensive part of England as well where its neighbors are Elton John Sarah Duchess of York and Queen guitarist Brian May well maybe a beautiful mansion the cost of living there is driven away all potential buyers number two Bannerman castle in New York usually when you go to sell a house you're selling something that's either already built or will be built selling a house that blew up though and now just it's deteriorating yeah that's gonna take a skilled real estate agent to pull that one off case in point Bannerman Castle back in 1900 a
